Pirates Voyage invites Myrtle Beach visitors to join the most famous pirate, Blackbeard, and his quartermaster, Calico Jack, as they lead the Crimson and Sapphire crews in a battle on land, on deck, in water and high above full-sized pirate ships in a 15-foot-deep indoor hideaway lagoon!

The high-energy show contains a battle with sword fighting, cannons, and acrobatic pirates climbing masts and swinging ship to ship, all in a fight for the coveted Davey Jones sunken treasure. Beautiful mermaids and tropical birds are all part of the show. 

While the adventure abounds, a delicious four-course pirate feast is served. Follow Captain Scrooge on a journey through time to find the true meaning of Christmas in Pirates Voyage’s Christmas Dinner & Show. Giant Christmas toys come to life and perform acrobatic feats high above the lagoon as a comical castaway and her sea lion companion get caught up in hijinks. The show includes a live Nativity and an angel with a special message for the crowd.

Best Dinner Show in Myrtle Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a tradition EVERY year I take my son and wife to the beach and EVERY time we go we make it a point to go the Pirates Voyage dinner show! I honestly can't pick which is the better the show or the food because the show is non-stop entertainment and fun and the food is amazing!!!! We plan to switch things up this year and see what the Pirates Voyage Christmas Show is all about!

The porates greeted us upon arrival took us to the bar while we waited for the show upon that time we were taken to our seats and served a wonderful dinner and dessert everybody was very polite and helpful and the pirate show was outstanding i loved every minute of it, the water the acrobatics the story was the best i would definitly go back,we also had our picture taken which we got at a later date.

Pirates Voyage is a new family favorite!

This past summer we made our first trip to Pirates Voyage. I can't possibly tell you how much my son and I enjoyed it. It was well worth the money! He can't wait to go back. I wasn't sure if he would be entertained or get bored but, he was completely consumed in the show. He did the "dress up" before the show and I can say it was the best $20 I spent! We felt like we were part of the show just sitting in our seats. For a 6 year old, he even loved the food! I can guarantee we will be back at Pirates Voyage on our next Myrtle Beach vacation.

This was our first time and most definitely won't be out last We sat on the Blue side and really enjoyed the array of animals, acts, and actors. The food was amazing, we wnt straight to the gift shop after the show and bought 3 bags of their soup (yummy) We will most definitely go back next year

Mermaid stole our hearts

We had the VIP seats, so our view was wonderful. My toddler was scared during a few scenes, but a mermaid waved to her personally at the end of the show, so that made up for the scary parts!

Pirates voyage dinner & show announced for panama city beach, florida.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla., January 31, 2024 --( BUSINESS WIRE )--Dolly Parton is bringing the swashbuckling excitement of her Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show to the Florida Panhandle in spring 2025. Construction already has begun to build a new venue for the popular dinner show concept at Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

"How exciting that we’re breaking ground for my Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show in Panama City Beach," Dolly said. "My Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show has been a huge success in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and I knew that Panama City Beach was the perfect spot to open our third location. When we open next spring (2025), there will be pirates, mermaids, exciting acrobatics, pyrotechnics, and even a few songs that I wrote - it’s a show everyone in the family is going to love. Everyone knows I dream big, so we are definitely going ‘overboard’ with the details as we get started!"

More than 400 jobs will be created during the construction process over the next year. Over 585 tons of steel, a total of 2,400 cubic yards of concrete and more than 44,000 cubic yards of import fill material will be used in the dinner show venue’s construction.

When completed, the 60,000 square foot indoor theater will have more than 1000 seats. Guests will be treated to a dinner and show where the Crimson and Sapphire pirates battle on deck, in the water of the 15-foot-deep lagoon, and in the "sky" above the two full-sized pirate ships that serve as the swashbuckling stage for adventure, excitement and fun for everyone. When the new dinner show opens, it will employ 300 people, and an extensive nationwide talent search will begin in mid-2024 for the cast. The total cost for the project is estimated at $60 million.

Worth the price for premium seating

We debated heavily before going to the show whether the extra $5 was worth the cost for "Premium" seating. When making our reservation on the phone the representative was very clear that she could not state that the seats were "Center", but made quite a few analogies that assured us they were. They were dead center and worth all $5. I'm not sure there is a bad seat in the place, but our were the best (imo). Every review on here is right about the pre-show. The stunts and tricks they perform in very close proximity is a whole show in itself. The seal (Salty) is adorable and intelligent! The juggler was impressive too. The kids got into the songs and pirate lingo. Seats on the main floor did fill up quickly, but there was plenty of space on the second level for viewing. The food was average (they do give you quite a lot). The drinks were always full. When you think about the quality of the show you are getting the price is completely justified. Don't buy the group photo. They provide you with a card for viewing online and you can even post it to fb for no cost. All in all this was one of the highlights for my family in Myrtle Beach.

I have been to the Pirates Voyage four times and it has been an exciting show every time. This last time that I saw the show I brought my four year old granddaughter and she loved it especially the Mermaids. The food is very good. The pre-show is entertaining but I suggest if you are with small children I would skip that part because they might be tired out by the time the main show starts.

I absolutely enjoyed this. We had front row seats which was awesome because everything was right in front of us. The food was good and they give you more than enough to eat. However, the show is so exciting it is hard to spend time eating! I think anyone would enjoy this as long as they do not mind loud noise. I would definitely recommend this to people visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

Summary: Decent food, entertaining show with talented folks! Questionable value given the price point. Pros: The talent of the performers surprised us! It was almost like a mini-Cirque De Soleil. Well-organized and friendly staff. Cons: Food service was inattentive as you'd expect. Mandatory photo solicitation and dump off through the gift shop to exit. May frighten small children - loud noises, skeletons, play fighting. Tips: Get there early, really early, for the preshow. But sit up stairs on the right hand side (when you enter, go to the stairs on the right). You'll be first into the main area to select your seat within your row/section. Most important: it seems worth it to pay for the premium seats. We did not and, while we could see ok, it was obvious that more centered seats would have been worth it. I think it is only $5 per ticket.

I thought this place we really fun and great entertainment! My son's severally disabled and he loved it! I wish I could post a picture but there's no photos aloud to be taken inside. It's a bit pricey but I thought the experience was worth it!

This show was fantastic!!! My whole family loved the show..!!! I have 3 girls 12,7,5.... We paid extra to have them made up like mermaids... Totally worth the $20. a piece..!! They also offer pirate make up.... The food was delicious, and our server was very nice. The show was so exciting, lots of acrobatics, sword fights, and animals... I completely reccomend this show...!!!
