Io non sono per niente soddisfatto ho fatto un biglietto e dopo 2 ore mi sono accorto del errore sulla dta di ritorno e ho fatto richiesta per cambiare giorno e sto aspettando ancora risposta sono già al 6 giorno di attest non ho stante loro c'è scritto che la risposta e entro le 48h

Sono malonesti
Una compagnia inaffidabile, ho comprato un biglietto per bordeaux e c'era una scala a Londra e non mi avvertono che ci vuole il visto quindi mi fanno passare per imbarquare , mi dicono che di transit ,quindi ho perso l'aerio ,chiamo go voyage tre volte per chiedere aiuto , uno mi dici di andare alla polizia per scaricarsi di me e mi scacca il telefono , il secondo mi chiede se ho bisogno di un ambulanza , nemmeno hanno pensato di rimborsarmi. Quindi sono inaffidabili

Esperienza da incubo
Continuano a portarmi via soldi dalla carta di credito prepagata. Agenzia da denunciare. Per un biglietto invertito per sbaglio da parte mia.sono stato abbandonato a me stesso. E in più mi hanno preso i soldi due volte. Sia da loro che dalla compagnia royal Air maroc. Ora non mi resta che fare rinuncia alla polizia postale. Agenzia da evitare.e da sconsigliare. Per quanto mi riguarda e stata un'esperienza da incubo.

Alla rincorsa del rimborso. Mai più govoyage
Dopo aver effettuato una domanda di rimborso il 30 dicembre 2021 ho ricevuto solo dopo 3 mesi l'email di conferma del pagamento di quest'ultimo entro 7 o 10 giorni. É passato un mese e non ho ricevuto nulla se non 200 euro da parte della compagnia air Caraibes. Allora che ne mancano ancora 1220 da parte di govoyage. Impossibile comunicare con voi se non tramite chat robot insopportabili e inutili e gli operatori contattati settimanalmente, ogni volta informazioni diverse ma senza risolvere il problema. Troppi facile prendere i soldi e poi non ridarli quando si é anche stipulato un asicurazione per tutelarsi. Vergogna.

Buonasera sono il signor Divine Ako Ekokobey,sono a richiedere copia del biglietto del volo at-95 3 del 13 3 2021 in partenza da Bologna per Casablanca numero di prenotazione 6993 334122 in quanto la compagnia aerea Air royal Marocco mi ha richiesto copia del biglietto per ottenere il rimborso in quanto il volo è stato annullato. Chiedo altresì che possiate indicarmi un'email della azienda go voyage ho un numero di telefono di riferimento,Oh tutt'al più poter inviare copia del suddetto biglietto alla alla mia email già in vostro possesso.

This company is totally a scam. When I tried to unsubscribe my prime I discovered that I had to call. During the call I had to insist to unsubscribe and when I made it they hold me on the phone for 8 minutes.

I thank the assistance of your collaborator on the phone. Very useful ! However, I find very confused the information about different prices for flight reservation (reduced, standard, etc.) because it's no clear that choising a reduction mode you're subscribing at he same time an annual Prime free trial. I think it's not very correct towards users from my point of view. So I would suggest you to clarify a little more the implications of different price choix. Thank you very much in adavance !

Go Voyage Prime
We've cancelled our subscription to Go Prime (ref 14936775290) because we're not going to go on another trip this year. But next year if we travel again more than one time, we will be happy to subscribe to this service again. Also, the Customer Support agent was very helpful so thank you for that!

Invoicing system is not working properly it’s really difficult to get invoices on due time it needs several calls to get results months later

Flexible option

Cancelling the Prime test period
Good application but I am really not happy about the complexity to cancel the renewal of the Prime account. Why only in english the evening? Why the operator is insisting to stay connected to the account? Why I haven't found a way to cancel it by mail?
