I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the tour services provided by Heena Tours and Travels cum Foram Worldwide Travels during my recent trip to Singapore. The experience was nothing short of horrific, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention.

1. Lack of Tour Guide in Singapore: The absence of a tour guide in Singapore left us stranded and fending for ourselves when it came to transportation, especially for Sentosa, Sea Aquarium and Madame Tussaud. This lack of guidance significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the trip.

2. Poor Communication of Closing Times: The failure to communicate closing times for various locations resulted in missed opportunities. Moreover, the absence of a tour guide exacerbated the situation, leaving us clueless about the schedule.

3. Inaccurate Flight Timings: The provided details in the documents were misleading, leading to extended waiting periods, especially for a senior citizen accompanying me where we had to wait for 4.30 hours at the swimming pool of the hotel during check in and 1.30hours during checkout and 5/6 hours of waiting at airport, showcasing a lack of attention to detail and customer care.

4. Jain Food Service:** Despite booking Jain food, the service provided by the maharaj was subpar. His attitude suggested that providing Jain food was a favor, and the repetitive menu left much to be desired.

Inadequate Support for Senior Citizens: With no tour guide and a considerable amount of walking involved, the tour did not consider the needs of the senior citizens in our group, leading to unnecessary hardships.The lack of consideration for senior citizens in our group was alarming. Witnessing their struggles due to the absence of proper guidance during the trip was not only disheartening but also raised serious concerns about the level of care provided by your organization.

7. Arbitrary Timing Decisions by Maharaj: The Maharaj, seemed to make decisions based on his convenience rather than understanding the needs and requirements of the group.

8. Unprofessional Behavior by Mr. Dhruv: Mr. Dhruv from the Vile Parle branch displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, making it extremely challenging for customers to communicate their concerns.

9. Inconsistent Ticketing for Late Joiners: Late joiners were issued tickets with different names, demonstrating a lack of coordination and professionalism.

In conclusion, the experience with Heena Tours and Travels cum Foram Worldwide Travels was a complete letdown, and I cannot emphasize enough the disappointment and frustration it has caused. The issues outlined above not only marred the enjoyment of the trip but also raised serious concerns about the competence and professionalism of your organization. I implore you to take these matters seriously, conduct a thorough investigation into the lapses in service, and implement corrective measures to prevent such experiences for future customers. however, I will not recommend Heena Tours and Travels or forum worldwide to anyone based on the dismal experience I endured.

Awesome experience

this month I made a tour for Himachal pradesh with heena tours and travels. There was a troop of about 14-15 people with me. We all were really happy with their services and responsibility. I’ll make it out in sequence what we experienced with the tour-

1) from our destination point out luggage was handed over to them which was always before us wherever we went.

2) Especially when tour guide Ravi Bhai guides us, his voice and way of guiding is a matter of praise. Our experience during the trip in Himachal was very good with him.

3) Tour arrangement & hotel accommodation were very good.

Food was best & delicious. Nowhere you will get Gujarati food as best as in Heena Tours.

4) nothing bothered us about their timings of journeys etc

My parents & me Travelling to Himachal pradeshwith heena on 14th Novmber, 2023, they give the proper breakfast & Lunch food. theyprovide some snacks with Afternoon tea & coffee.

Alsoproviding travel snacks in terms of food packets and drait fruitduring 9-10 bus journey

This is bestever experience with heena

Very bed experience in this travel. We recently travel in 7day trips Assam and meghalaya. U send every where is our kitchen but trips start only 2 days give there food this food also not good then after word serves in hotel food. We eat jain food they serve to us in veg and non veg hotel food. Our guide also have nothing knowledgeable for all this area also he nothing talk with us.

Most 3rd class service i have ever came accross in international tours. They allow toilets in coach which should be strictly prohibated it sticky amd stink badly, badrooms they gives 1990s hotel which dosen’t have proper hot water facilty and even they dont give towels! We are on a tour of 6lcs pr person and they gave good food thats it. And nothing is not even below average. Please dont come to this tour and save your vaccations from this

Book heena before see the room the rooms of heena is worst so pleas don't consider to book heena travels as here is manger said all booking done by mumbai office and mumbai office said talk there manager

?if there is a way to give negative rating, I can give -10 to service of heena tours for Darjeeling pelling n gangtok tour as it is run by bunch of illiterate arrogant tour managers who do not know the meaning of hospitality or customer satisfaction, customer feedback. They neither understand a word of English.

?let me explain the detail of such a expensive torture.

?we took 8 nights 7 days package, plus one extra paid day to reach darjeeling ahead so as to enjoy toy train and other site seeing which were not covered in itinerary.

?all flight details were shared well in advance with heena tour. Our flight landed at 345 pm. We were told at bagdogra airport, you will see our person waiting for you with vehicle.

?we came out at 4 pm. Person came to us n said he is from heena tour. When we asked where is vehicle, we were told that vehicle is on way stuck.

?at the time of booking, I told them that i have super senior citizen parents with me. I need proper arrangements. But all in vain. We 7 including my parents (6 ladies n 1 old aged male) waited at airport for 45 minutes. At last bus came and the person who said I m from heena tours, left us after boarding us in bus. Then long way of 4 hours from bagdogra to darjeeling, we were along. We were told by our great tour manger, it is essential to mention his name, shri pushkar khandelwal that madam you call up hotel n inform them that you are coming and ask them to come n collect your luggage from post office in darjeeling. We have to remind that we are on vacation and not to do his communication part of informing people.

?this is the way our so called vacation of Rs 41000 per person fully paid tour started.

?around 8.30 pm were close by darjeeling hotel, mount canifer, our bus driver dropped us at post office. Hotel people came n collected luggaes. At hotel, no one to greet us or welcome us from heena tour.

?at reception, we gave paper given by heena tour. We were given 3 rooms. For 7th extra bed, we were informed, no bed but just mattress would be provided. We were informed that bed is not available.it's 1.5 month advance booking, n only after raising voice they agreed to provide bed.

?after checking rooms , we found one of it so bad structure. Again asked to change it.

?hotel was ok kind. No body informed it is with out geezer room. We realised only when no hot water at 9 am. Hotel staff also was taking it's own time to get hot water bucket from next room where there is geezer. All arrangements were by Heena tour. Wasted morning which was paid to have sight seeing in darjeeling.

?there is nothing like heena tour. We were by God 's grace.

?darjeeling heena tour maharaj is so bad, one day very spicy food that you can't eat , if you complaint , they would give you bland food. Evening same spicy food. 3 days, dinner menu is repetitive. If paneer pakada is there, it becomes out of stock just in 10 minutes.

?tour manger was really unprofessional person. He did n't give any clear instructions about your next day visit , meeting points, etc. He says morning to start at...time and vl go....1, 2 3 places. Just reading out printed itinerary.nothing else. Yes, essential to mention, if you are only females group with one old age male , your are totally ignored as he was so arrogant, that if you raised hand to ask, you won't be entertained he does not speak to ladies customers or reply to their queries.

?you are been treated as if they are giving you a favour by arranging such a bad tour for you n you have not paid any money for it.

? yes, essential to mention about the sight seeing arrangements, again you feel you are with some school teacher for school picnic

?your tour manager is hardly bothered about arrangements of vehicles .

?for long 4 to 6 hours journey, you would be given congested tata gold with back side seats.

?also the type of driver fopppr darjeeling tour, he was fully drunk. While driving on risky hilly areas, you have to just hold your breath n count your blessings. If you complaint, pushkar said he is our old driver n in hilly area they can't drive without drinking.

?if you complaint , tour manager says I don't know how you got this kind of vehicle, it is our transporter's fault. I didn't check that. I don't have time to check each n every thing. Boss, can you please explain your role?

?they would fight with you in top of their voice if you complaint about vehicle n their bad arrangements becoz now you have paid full money.

?pelling you would be given plastic botteles n asked to fill it up from RO filter water on the name that mineral water is not allowed in pelling but out side you can easily buy 2 liter mineral water bottles. Your itinerary says entire trip you would get mineral water. All fake.

?they would save on food by serving waste quality half cooked breakfast.

?after paying so much money, it is bad management on food part also.

?entire vehicle arrangements by Mr pushkar khandelwal was worst. Such bad tour manger, he doesn't understand what is the problem of passengers. Yes, he has ego problem talking to female passgers Or getting their comments or Criticism about his bad management.

?our hard earned money is wasted by selecting heena tour for our much awaited sikkim darjeeling tour.

?there is no experience like wow by travelling with heena.

?it was felt like they are getting passengers on brand name of heena tours and handing over entire control to out sourced Illiterate mannners less bunch of ppl who would just behind saving on vehicles n food cost. All hotels too far off and old properties selected to save on cost.

?cheap snacks n Savouries are given to passengers as evening snacks.

?yes, for Nathula which is extension from changu lake , you have to pay to 8000 to 9000 per vehicle for permit. If inquired, out side, it is 5000 to 6000 which covers changu lake, nathula n baba mandir.If you don't pay, n go till changu lake only as per your itinerary, you would be given bad vehicle with back seats as side seats, person can't seat in hilly travel for 6 hours. 9 vehicles for ppl travelling with you came, only your vehicle is with side back seat and all 8 vehicles are with proper straight sight. When you complaint, tour manager first se i dont know can't check each n every vehicle. Then he says go ahead n transporter vl change on way. When you call up transporter, he says not possible now. So Mr pushkar is lying. He says " Sabare sabare mera dimaag mat khoa, abhi jao, kale aapko kuch achha vehicle denge".he runs away and dont stop also to listen to you. Why becoz your are lady and

?I have black listed them n vl pass this message to all my friends n family never to select such a bad tours n travels who is just behind charging you high price n providing you worst customer experience n bad memories and fights n arguments with idoit tour manger like Mr pushkar khandelwal Or Mr Naresh his boss, who switches off his cell phone if you complaint him about his management Or tell your problems.

?yes to mention that at pelling, Mr pushkar would make videos of experience when he has good cook. People are happy eating good food for a change after bad darjeeling tour n he would ask commenting on his management. I could give negative rating for hygiene and cleanliness

?So Mr pushkar free advise to you, please do some crash course on how to become tour manager, understand customer experience n importance of listening to your customers. And special to mention that you may get female group and have manners in speaking n listening to females also. World has changed boss. You are not in your small village.

?Guys so if you are marwadi, you would get good treatment in heena tour as entire on ground staff is marwadi.

?people in our group gave good video feedback just to impress this idiot tour manager so that he provides good vehicle and arrangements in balance part of tour as simple you have paid full money.

Never ever select heena tour. It's worst experience.

Even after complaining so much, our return journey from hotel to airport was arranged Pathically, entire bad condition broken Tata sumo where in 7 ppl with so much of luggage loaded. N yes driver was fully drunk. On way stopped vehicle n said I was promised to pay 5000, got only 4500 . Now you pay me 500.started abusing. We were told that we would get 2 vehicles for return journey of 6 hours to airport. But it's all false statements they made. My old parents were in tremendous metal tention of reaching airport on time as driver was driving at speed of 30 km n when asked to speed up he said 2 gaddi ka saman ek mein dala hai toh gadi aisa hi chalega. He was fully drunk. We were just counting our blessings for not missing flight of re 18000 per person for 7 ppl.

Tour gave us mental trauma as every day vehicle was an issue. Food was one day ok second again bad, n hotels were so away for main market that u jv to spend a lot if u want to shop.

Yes, n all sight seeing either free or fees of rs 25 to 50 per person added in your itinerary. Any thing beyond 100 entry fees, you hv to spend on your own.

It's worst experience with heena. Don't waste your hard earned money by selecting heena and also having bad memories at your dream

We went to chandigarh manali shimla trip with them...and we specially went for it's hotels and food...but hotel in manali qhich was hotel river grand has huge plumbing issue..we got dirty yellowish water thought stay...then in shimla the. hotel which was east bourn hotel was very old and has small cockroachesin room...The food provided by heena was also pathetic ...The manager was kind of based and paid attention to some people..plus they clubbed two tours together with very less staff to manage all...pathetic experience for my dream holiday....

Hi every1...I m writing this review o behalf of 80 ppl alonwith me..plz plz plz do not go anywhere with this tour...its the worst tour ever...worst management., worst food...highly unhygienic..would request every1 to STOP their bloody business n not waste our money by choosing HEENA TOURS AND TRAVELS..for spending our holidays..if we will stop going..they ultimately will hv to shut down their business..which is the best way to teach them a lesson.

So we had gone to Himachal Pradesh with travels with Heena tours and travels it was the worst experience ever so what are happened we had gone for one night to Chandigarh having rotten food then the next morning we set of to Manali and in between only our tour manager left us telling that he had some problem in his family family so then we in between of the between of the right so so when we are taking hurt for our lunch the we were waiting since 2 hours but the food did not come from the Heena to half hours the food finally came but they have to make it they have to make it and when they were making the food the food was so rotten and dirty the food was been was was made in aluminium want utensils it was the worst so I request everybody to never go with Heena tours anywhere but take another tour because Heena everyone store ever experienced

I booked a tour for Kashmir for April 2023, they clearly mentioned in my receipt, first day stay would be in "The Dewan".

Upon reaching they suddenly change the hotel to "CH2". Upon asking they say it is mentioned in website, it would be either or hotel or similar option. Why do they then explicitly confirm while booking that this hotel would be given to you.

Hope you all be aware that not everything on your payment receipt will be delivered to you.

To be very very honest.....I request you allplz don't go to Heena for domestictours especially....It'sour first experiencein Heena..N last as well.....We have heardalot aboutheena for It'sservicesn especially in food...they have their own running kitchen n specialMaharaj.....trust me Food taste is damn pathetic...we had paid extra more money for food only in this tour..but Pathetic food we were served...we had severe hyper acidityafter tour....destinationwe chose Asam, Arunachal pradesh n Meghalaya.....we paid 180000 per couple without transportation fare...37000 we managed Air fare for this bloody trip...Heena claims itrunning since 36 years..doesn'theena know about roads, atmospheren adversitiesin this area????..this tour is organisedtwice in month! ...so heena is blind about these state'sroadsdanger n extremelycold weather??????.....we put our life in danger..very close to death.......heavy snowfall on the way to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh...single lane narrow roads .....slippery roads...one sidemountain n other side deep ditch....By God'sgrace we survived... That day was bad nightmare!!!!!we should have gone for FIR for such troublesomehorrible disastrousjourney....dining area in Assam hotel was like slums...cocroches running on dinning table n mosquitoes biting badly

Tour arrangement & hotel accommodation were very good.

Tour manager Mr. Imtiyaz deserves special mention. He was very helpful, co-operative & made all things easy and stress free for us.

Overall an excellent and memorable experience.

I had booked a trip to Leh Ladakh from heena. My main purpose to travel through heena was mainly jain food as in leh ladakh, getting jain food is not easy.In the itinerary, it was mentioned that food is provided by heena kitchen and heena staff. But, I was shocked when I got to know that the food was provided by the hotels where we were given stay.Heena had given us false commitment that they will provide us food. Making our trip worst, the food provided was terrible. We kept on telling the staff and heena's tour manager, but nobody had any solution. Overall, very bad experience with heena.

Heena travel is pure waste of money. The staff is very unprofessional and the company is full of false promises. I will not recommend anyone. The staff in Mumbai and local offices will easily go back on their words..

we have booked for tour to Sikkim with Heena tours and after booking two month after corona pandemic they cancelled the tour it was a horrible experience.

Due to Pandemic(Corona) they cancelled trip and after 1 & half year they are not ready to provide refund, by saying that whatever you want to do you can free to do what ever you can do,

they challenge us, if you want to raise compliant against them we are free do it, no one can handled them, they have huge resource to manage themselves.

earlier they are agree to refund but now they totally denied to refund,

while there is lots of time we have wait for and after they one half years they denied refund,

My advice to everyone, based on my experience Foram Worldwide which is now Heena tours is not reliable and please don’t booked any tour with them. They are totally unprofessional and doesn’t care at all.

Bad service by @heenatours at Kashmir tour(JK1) taken on March 11 202. Me n my husband(we) chose @heenatours for food but wasn't it provided to us.

These people knew dat on Fridays the to n fro routes for tourist frm Jammu to Srinagar is not allowed still they planned the trip on these days.

Moreover in just 4 days they change the package cost Initially I received the tour pdf file on (25th 2021) costing per couple INR 79, 000+ GST later received the revised tour pdf costing us INR 92, 500+ GST they increased the cost by INR 13, 500 N provided us with their bad service

moreover @heenatours made us travel by train from Srinagar to Baniyal without any seat reservations. We had to stand for entire 2-3 hrs.

I had booked Dubai tour with Heena tours & travels and they promised 4 Hotel accommodation in Dubai but actual provided was Apartment with not so hygenic bathroom. Never believe on what is informed on paper. Secondly when complained on this subject the staff reacts very rudely and not ready to listen at all. Not managed by professionals . May be good for tours in India but not abroad, . Will not recommend to take chance for any International destination with Heena.

I had booked Malaysia and Singapore tour package via Heena Tours & Travels for 3 people wherein we had paid for 3 person i.e. 1 couple and 1 extra person not triple sharring but our all hotel booking was made for double bed and one extra bed which was a complete shock for us, also before booking they had mentioned hotel at Singapore as Park Royal Hotel who’s tarrif is around 20k and we were provided Village Hotel @Bugis Street who’s tarrif is around 10k and is much below the standard as claimed by Heena Tours. So kindly do not fall into their false prey and book via some other tours and not Heena. Also their staff Mr.Jilesh (Sale executive at Vile Parle Branch) and Mr. Kishan (their Maharaj) were well aware about this malpractice and are equally a part of it. Also do note that HEENA Tours was a good tour and we were regular customer of Heena Tour but then since Tour Owners Son married Foram Shah, Foram Shah has acquired (taken over) heena Tours entire business it’s spoiling its name day by day via false & malpractice. Kindly avoid travelling via Heena tour now acquired by daughter in law Foram Shah. (Foram Worldwide). Her response to our request was so bad that we have no longer any trust left on Heena tour now acquired by daughter in law Foram Shah (Foram Worldwide). Also their view is like 'ek baar tour chalu hogai fir kya karlega' Do not take the risk of wasting money with Heena. We did a mistake hopefully via this msg you wont.

Gulmarg - Sonmarg:    (Distance:- 125 kms /04 hrs approx)

After breakfast proceed to Sonmarg. Sonmarg means “Meadow of Gold” Sonmarg is the home of many beautiful & serene lakes. Sonmarg has ancient importance because  it was a gateway on the ancient Silk Road that connects Kashmir with China . It provides as a base camp for Ladakh and is militarily very important for India. On arrival free at leisure to enjoy the natural beauty at this exotic location. Dinner & Night halt at Sonmarg.

After breakfast enjoy full day in Sonmarg at 2740 mtrs. Above Sea level. Enjoy the beautiful Snow Point (at your own cost). Dinner & Night halt at Sonmarg.

Sonmarg - Srinagar:

After Breakfast check out from hotel with your luggage and you will be dropped at Srinagar Airport (Flights to be booked after 1400 Hrs). Tour ends with sweet memories of tours conducted by Heena Tours & Travels

Easy Cancellation

You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of Rs.20000/- per person (Non Refundable).

The balance payment shall be paid 30 days before tour departure date. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 30 days, then your rooms will be auto released and no refund will be provided.  If we are forced to cancel the tour due to the unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities - floods, riots, bands, strikes or any political reasons etc. then we shall give you an option of date change or credit note after deducting 10% of the total tour cost as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.

Cancellation policy:

Before 30 days of tour departure Rs.20,000/- per person Between 15 to 30 days 50% of the tour cost. Between 05 to 15 days 75% of the tour cost. Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost (NO REFUND).
