The 44 Most Anticipated Tours of 2024: Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, Olivia Rodrigo, and More

It’s looking like a busy year for some of the world’s biggest touring artists, with packed schedules from Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Bad Bunny, Foo Fighters, the Rolling Stones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Green Day, and many more. A few touring institutions, meanwhile, are just wrapping up, from Adele’s time in Las Vegas to Billy Joel’s Madison Square Garden residency and Bob Dylan’s seemingly never-ending Rough and Rowdy Ways trek. Some things, however, just never seem to change: You can expect the Ty Segalls and King Gizzards of the world to feature on these roundups till kingdom come, with reliable indie-rock staples like Destroyer, Wednesday, and Alvvays still out in force fighting for the cause, too.

After a residency that has spanned the best part of a year and brought hundreds of thousands of Adele fans to Las Vegas, the Tottenham superstar is closing the run with dates from January through June. “This residency, these shows have changed my life. I desperately needed to fall back in love with performing live again, and I have,” she said in the announcement. “It’s just made me realize how much I really enjoy being on stage, that I’m bloody good at it and that it is 100% where I belong! So let’s go one last time before I turn into a showgirl forever!” –Jazz Monroe

Alanis Morissette

Alanis Morissette will spend the spring and summer touring North America with noteworthy companions Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The Triple Moon Tour begins in June in Phoenix, Arizona, and wraps up with a final show in Inglewood, California. Morissette and Jett will also be joined by country singer Morgan Wade. –Hattie Lindert

Before they play a European festival circuit next summer, Alvvays will head out on a series of U.S. tour dates in spring 2024. Fresh off their first-ever Grammy nomination (a Best Alternative Music Performance nod for their song “Belinda Says”), Alvvays are hitting venues across the country and ending the run in May in Tucson, Arizona. –Hattie Lindert

Turns out 2022’s El Último Tour del Mundo wasn’t actually Bad Bunny’s last world tour. The Puerto Rican superstar is back on the road for the 47-date Most Wanted North American tour, in support of his October 2023 album Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana . The run begins in February and concludes in May with three back-to-back nights in Miami. –Hattie Lindert

Belle and Sebastian

Right at the top of 2023, Belle and Sebastian shared a surprise album: Late Developers presented an array of playful indie-pop, and a companion of sorts to the previous year’s A Bit of Previous . The band was due to tour shortly after the record’s release but canceled when bandleader Stuart Murdoch ran into health issues ; the rescheduled dates take place in the spring. In the meantime, Murdoch announced a memoirish novel and the band appeared on The Simpsons . –Jazz Monroe

This year marks the end of Billy Joel’s storied Madison Square Garden residency: the New York staple is set to retire his franchise with the venue after his 150th show in July. Since announcing the series in 2013, Joel has kept it a steady engagement, only taking off 18 months for the pandemic. While the residency is coming to a close, Joel does not yet plan to retire. –Hattie Lindert

Jack Antonoff was busy in 2023—getting married and producing albums from Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift—and he’s showed no signs of slowing down for 2024. His band, Bleachers, is releasing a self-titled album, and he’s also producing the soundtrack for Apple TV+’s The New Look . With all that, he and Bleachers are also going on the From Studio to the Stage Tour with Samia as an opener. –Hattie Lindert

The biggest pop-punk reunion of last year is ready to keep the momentum going into 2024. Blink-182 ’s classic trio—Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Tom DeLonge—will bring One More Time... , their first new album together since 2011’s Neighborhoods , to the live stage for an extensive world tour . Starting with more than a dozen dates in Australia in February, Blink-182 will make their way across the globe, playing in South America, North America, and Europe nearly every month until the fall. Opening select shows are Rise Against, Pierce the Veil, Alexisonfire, and the Story So Far. Expect foul-mouthed banter, heavy nostalgia, and one massive reminder not to take yourself too seriously. –Nina Corcoran

Bob Dylan was 80 when he started to tour behind 2020’s Rough and Rowdy Ways . Now 82, the revered bard is still celebrating his latest studio album with shows around the globe. While this year’s dates have not yet been revealed, Dylan has been billing 2024 as the final year of the trek. –Allison Hussey

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band

The Boss and his band remain on the road, and the peptic ulcer disease that forced him to postpone several 2023 dates is no longer going to stop him. Bruce Springsteen returns in March, bringing his formidable live show across the United States before dipping into Europe and concluding with more North American dates later in the year. –Jazz Monroe

After playing a series of North American shows in November, Burna Boy is returning for the second half of his arena tour supporting his fifth and latest album, I Told Them… . The latest shows follow his December performance at the Afro Nation Nigeria festival in Lagos’ Tafawa Balewa Square. –Hattie Lindert

Danny Brown

If you didn’t catch Danny Brown at the tail end of 2023, fresh off the release of his latest album, Quaranta , not to worry: The rapper is heading back out on tour in 2024. Brown will head off on a North American run in March, starting in Boston and closing out the series of shows in Nashville on April 14. Brown released Quaranta , which he has called a “spiritual bookend” to his 2011 album XXX , in November 2023. –Hattie Lindert

After releasing the serpentine and sumptuous Labyrinthitis in 2022, Destroyer’s Dan Bejar is taking a more minimalist approach to his performances in the United States and Canada as winter starts thawing into spring. David Carswell, one of Bejar’s regular collaborators, will join the singer-songwriter, with Vancouver duo Lightning Dust opening in all locales except for Denver. –Allison Hussey

After more than a few years off the road, DJ Shadow is touring again in 2024, taking on his most extensive run since 2017. He’ll travel Europe and North America for a series of dates in support of his most recent, mostly instrumental album Action Adventure . The tour kicks off in January with a show in San Diego, California. –Hattie Lindert

Drake & J. Cole

Apparently, to Drake, entering “Scary Hours” means bidding 21 Savage adieu and welcoming J. Cole to the next edition of the It’s All a Blur Tour. In support of For All the Dogs and the subsequent Scary Hours Edition , Drake has expanded the tour with a series of 2024 dates featuring Cole. The new leg of the tour—subtitled Big as the What?—begins later this month in Denver. –Hattie Lindert

Fall Out Boy & Jimmy Eat World

Unofficially inspired to recreate the Predator handshake meme but for two different generations of emo-gone-pop-punk, Fall Out Boy and Jimmy Eat World are joining forces this spring for a 23-date tour of the United States, with the former headlining and the latter opening. Dubbed the So Much for (2our) Dust , it begins in Portland, Oregon, on February 28 and stretches on through to April 6, where the trek ends in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Both bands will also reunite in the fall for the Las Vegas music festival When We Were Young. If it’s anything like the first run of Fall Out Boy’s tour in support of their new album, So Much (for) Stardust , then fans can expect a thrilling career-spanning setlist that rotates in a few new songs each night. –Nina Corcoran

Foo Fighters

It’s going to be a busy summer in 2024 for Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear, Rami Jaffee, and new drummer Josh Freese have some June stadium shows lined up in the United Kingdom, and, then, in July and August, they’re hitting stadiums and ballparks across the United States. They’ll be joined by myriad support acts, including Alex G, the Hives, Amyl and the Sniffers, L7, and more. The band’s latest album, But Here We Are , arrived last summer. –Evan Minsker

When Green Day heads out on tour in 2024, the band will bring no shortage of support along. Joining the band on a series of North American dates kicking off in July in Washington, D.C., are the Smashing Pumpkins , Rancid , and the Linda Lindas . Before that, Green Day will tour Europe starting in May with support from Nothing but Thieves, the Hives, Donots, the Interrupters, and Maid of Ace. Green Day are on the road in support of the upcoming album Saviors (plus the 30th anniversary of Dookie and the 20th anniversary of American Idiot ). –Hattie Lindert

Hotline TNT

Brooklyn-based shoegazers Hotline TNT have a tour lined up next year in support of their album Cartwheel . A large chunk of the dates are in support of Wednesday, who are also gearing up for a 2024 tour, although they’ll also perform with They Hate Change and Quicksand during the stint. –Hattie Lindert

In support of new album Tangk , Idles will be on tour for more or less all of 2024. The band begins its shows in February and, for now, the only months without Idles concerts are April and August. –Matthew Strauss

Jamila Woods

Chicago singer Jamila Woods brings her intimate album Water Made Us on the road, visiting multiple cities across North America and Europe. Award-winning poet and musician Kara Jackson, who released her debut album, Why Does The Earth Give Us People To Love? , in 2023, will join Woods as her opener. –Hattie Lindert

Jane Remover & Quannnic

Jane Remover’s Census Designated marked a notable shift in tone and style: The artist who had pioneered corners of the burgeoning 2020 hyperpop scene turned towards more straightforward rock and emo. Now, she will take the new sound out on the road on a series of U.S. tour dates in February. Jane Remover will co-headline the Designated Dreams Tour with her DeadAir labelmate Quannic. –Hattie Lindert

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard

The beloved and prolific Australian weirdos King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard are getting ready to tour a lot in 2024. After March festival dates in South America and dates in May with Grace Cummings across the United Kingdom and Europe, the band will head to North America for shows in August, September, and November. Crowds in Forest Hills, Chicago, Quincy, and Austin are also getting the band’s famous three-hour “marathon shows.” –Evan Minsker

After being hospitalized for a severe bacterial infection last year, Madonna made a full recovery, in a turn she has referred to as “ a fucking miracle .” As a result, the pop legend finally kicked off the initial leg of her rescheduled Celebration Tour in October. After a stretch of dates in England and Europe, Madonna has already brought her career-spanning show to North America, where she will continue with dates in Toronto, Detroit, Montreal, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Las Vegas, Inglewood, Houston, Miami, and more until spring. She’ll wrap things up with a batch of concerts in Mexico City, ending on April 24. –Madison Bloom

The riotous Welsh rock band Mclusky, who last toured North America in 2004, were primed for a cross-Atlantic comeback run until disaster struck: bandleader Andrew “Falco” Falkous found himself working through a debilitating bout of tinnitus and other inner-ear problems. After some recuperation and with hearing protection in tow, Falkous and the band are due to make good on their return in March. The group shared a double A-side, “ Unpopular Parts of a Pig / The Digger You Deep ,” in September, as a high-spirited preview of a forthcoming full-length. –Allison Hussey

The crowd who spent a mid-July weekend watching Earl Sweatshirt, Noname, and more perform for free in Brooklyn at MIKE’s Young World festival got a front-row seat to the rapper’s caring curation and accessible live experience. In 2024 he’ll take that energy on the road in support of his most recent solo album, Burning Desire . The Somebody Fine Me Trouble tour begins in Europe in February, before kicking off a U.S. leg in Philadelphia in April. He’ll close things out with a hometown show at New York’s Webster Hall. –Hattie Lindert

Militarie Gun

The hardest working touring band in post-hardcore is dead set on maintaining that title in 2024. Los Angeles’ Militarie Gun are going back on the road for a North American tour , beginning on January 31 in Phoenix, Arizona, and extending on through March 9 in Seattle, Washington. It’s their first headlining tour since releasing Life Under the Gun , their long-awaited debut album, as they’ve taken numerous opening gigs for other bands since then. This time around, set to open all of the shows are Pool Kids and Spiritual Cramp, with additional support on select dates from Death Lens, Spaced, and Roman Candle. –Nina Corcoran

She may not be an outspoken artist online, but, behind the scenes, Mitski is making every word count. While TikTok was busy fawning over “ My Love Mine All Mine ,” Mitski was putting in the work to find a music venue that offers fair merch rates while still booking a place big enough to house her sizable fandom at each stop. The result of her efforts is a North American tour with multiple nights at theaters around the country in support of The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We . Joining her along the way are openers Tamino, Sunny War, Julia Jacklin, and Sarah Kinsley. –Nina Corcoran

Ms. Lauryn Hill

After a brief intermission for vocal strain, Ms. Lauryn Hill is resuming her 25th anniversary tour of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill . The shows were set to feature co-headline sets from the reunited Fugees , though details on rescheduled dates have not yet been announced. –Jazz Monroe

Olivia Rodrigo

After Taylor Swift and Beyoncé’s blockbuster outings, Olivia Rodrigo is looking like the next pop star to dominate the year with a massive tour. There are over 75 dates on the Guts World Tour, spanning Europe and North America. Opening for Rodrigo on select dates will be Chappell Roan (who also worked on Guts ), PinkPantheress, and Remi Wolf. The chaperoning parents of younger tri-state area fans are clearly taken into consideration, too, as the Breeders will support Rodrigo over four nights at Madison Square Garden. –Hattie Lindert

Porno for Pyros

It’s time to say goodbye to Porno for Pyros. Whether you’re ready or not, Perry Farrell and the band’s 2024 reunion shows are now billed as farewell dates. “Getting together with these guys has been some of the most fun, the happiest times in my life,” Farrell recently said in a statement. They take place in February and March across the United States. As a consolation prize, the band recently released its first song in 26 years back in November. Quench your thirst with “ Agua .” –Evan Minsker

One of shoegaze’s best-loved acts is back on the road in 2024: Slowdive will tour in support of the 2023 album, Everything is Alive . The British band has North American dates in the spring sandwiched between European runs. –Hattie Lindert

Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, and drummer Tom Skinner are in a groove as the Smile and show no signs of slowing down. Wall of Eyes , their follow-up to 2022 debut A Light for Attracting Attention , will come out on January 26. A little over a month later, the Smile will bring those songs to life for a short European tour . Beginning in Dublin, Ireland, on March 7 and ending in London, England, on March 23, the run is only nine dates long. Who knows, maybe Paul Thomas Anderson will fly himself out to watch as a little treat for directing the “ Wall of Eyes ” music video. –Nina Corcoran

Stephen and David Dewaele are rebooting Soulwax in 2024 for the duo’s first tour in five years. The Dewaeles co-produced Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul’s Topical Dancer in 2022, but haven’t released an LP of their own since 2018. The tour begins in Amsterdam in January, and will also stop in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and England. –Hattie Lindert

Stevie Nicks

Continuing a run of late 2023 shows that included a few co-headlining dates with Billy Joel, Stevie Nicks has more tour dates lined up for the new year. The singer will begin her 2024 run next month in Atlantic City—and Joel will once again be joining her at later dates in Texas and Illinois. –Hattie Lindert

Taylor Swift

The hottest concert ticket of 2023—subject of the biggest concert film of all time—continues its reign throughout 2024. Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is crisscrossing the globe. It’s Japan and Australia in February, Singapore in March, and then Europe and the United Kingdom from May to August. The shows return to North America in October and November with multiple dates in Miami Gardens, New Orleans, Indianapolis, and Toronto. If you’ve read through this paragraph, you might have noticed: that’s most of the months! –Evan Minsker

Tool haven’t released new music since 2019’s Fear Inoculum , but they’ve remained busy on the road. Following headlining and festival dates last year, the band has stadium and arena shows in January and February. Wondering what wild outfit Maynard James Keenan will wear this time? With her new album, What an Enormous Room , out January 26, Mackenzie Scott is spending January to April on the road. Torres starts the year with January dates across the United States with Aisha Burns. For the first two weeks of February, she’s over in Europe and the United Kingdom for a bunch of shows, and then she’s back in the United States in late March and early April with shows alongside Liza Anne. –Evan Minsker

One can never be sure exactly what to expect from a Ty Segall show, especially here in the post–Freedom Band era. His sets can be electric and wild, acoustic and intimate, maybe a bit psychedelic. With his 2024 dates behind the new album Three Bells , you can likely expect him to lean into his prog rock impulses. After some West Coast dates in February, he’s heading across North America in April and May. –Evan Minsker

Tyler Childers

Kentucky’s Tyler Childers is a real champion of country music, honoring its history while expanding the genre’s palette and challenging the dominant attitudes of the industry’s principal players. Soon, he will play some of the biggest venues of his career on his Mule Pull Tour, including New York’s Madison Square Garden and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Hayes Carll, 49 Winchester, Sylvan Esso, and Allison Russell will join Childers at different stops of the U.S. run. –Allison Hussey

During a Super Bowl musically dominated by the long-awaited return of Rihanna, U2 shared a commercial featuring a baby’s face in an orb. That mystical child heralded the band’s Las Vegas shows, where they’ve performed their 1991 album, Achtung Baby , from September into the first months of 2024. U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at the Sphere marked the opening of the MSG Sphere at the Venetian, which seats 17,500. With Larry Mullen Jr. taking time away from the band to recover from surgery, Bram van den Berg is playing drums at the shows. In a statement accompanying the announcement, the Edge used the phrase “the beauty of the Sphere” (speaking of the venue and not the baby from the Super Bowl spot). –Evan Minsker

Wednesday—whose singer, Karly Hartzmann, has openly chronicled the hurdles for indie bands to break even on tour—take to the road again in early 2024, still revving the gas behind their shaggy triumph Rat Saw God . In October, Wednesday shared a deeper peek at their lives together with the half-hour documentary Rat Bastards of Haw Creek , directed by their longtime friend Zach Romeo. They’ll begin in their native North Carolina in January, playing dates with Hotline TNT and They Hate Change through the next month, followed by another springtime leg with Draag in the western half of the United States. –Allison Hussey

Here Are All the Artists Joining Taylor Swift on Her New Tour

Taylor swift just announced the supporting acts for her upcoming 'eras' tour.

After taking over the entire Billboard Hot 100 Top 10, Taylor Swift has announced a nationwide tour to extend her empire -- the Eras World Tour. Swift also announced the supporting acts who will be joining her on tour, and it includes a cornucopia of queer artists!

Swift is taking nine artists with her on different parts of the tour, and four of them are queer! Throughout the 27 dates of the U.S. tour, she'll have different artists joining her each night, making for a unique experience each time you see her. Here's a look at who will be joining Swift on her tour.

1. beabadoobee

GAYLE is one of the hottest new female singers of the past year. With hits like "ABCDEFU" and "Ur Just Horny," she's rising up the pop charts. She's on the tour March 18 and 25, then comes back May 12-26, and back for the final show on August 5.

3. girl in red

Do you listen to girl in in red? Queer icon girl in red is also joining Swift, bringing her indie and bedroom pop songs about loving girls to the tour. She released her debut album in 2021, and recently released the single "October Passed Me By," a sequel to her hit "We Fell in Love in October." She'll be on the tour from June 2 to June 24.

4. Gracie Abrams

Abrams released her first EP Minor in 2020, and her second in 2021. This is What It Feels Like featured the singles "Feels Like" and "Rockland." She's director J.J. Abrams' daughter. She's joining the tour April 1-29, then coming back for May 27, and July 1-29.

Sister group HAIM have been good friends with Swift for a while, so it makes sense they'll be joining Swift on the tour. They even joined Taylor when she recorded her song "No Body, No Crime" from Folklore . Haim is on the tour from July 22 to August 5.

The best rock band in the world is also joining Swift on the tour. All three queer members of MUNA will bring their electric live show and killer songs to each performance. Their album Muna is one of the best albums of 2022. They're joining the tour from July 1 to July 15.

Owenn is a singer and dancer who starred opposite Swift in the "Lover" music video as Taylor's love interest. Now, he's released his first singles, "Baby Girl" and "Rest of My Life." He'll be joining the tour on June 2-24, and August 4.

8. Paramore

Taylor is bringing along one of the best pop/rock bands out there today in Paramore. Led by lead singer Hayley Williams, Paramore has been releasing music since 2005, with albums like All We Know is Falling, Riot!, Brand New Eyes, Paramore , and After Laughter . The band has a brand new album, This Is Why , coming out next year. Paramore is joining Swift on 3/18 for her Glendale, AZ show.

9. Phoebe Bridgers

Bisexual rocker Phoebe Bridgers is the next artist to join Swift on the tour. Bridgers' most recent album, 2020's Punisher , launched her into the mainstream, earning Grammy nominations and an SNL performance. She's joining Swift from May 6 to May 27.

With so many legendary artists circling the globe for the last time on tour, and a few we'll never see again, it's hard not to think about some artists who would sell out any venue they wanted right now but who aren't on the road for whatever reason.

Let's talk about why they should get out there!

If you spend even 10 minutes on TikTok you're bound to hear the instant earworm. For those who spend much longer, the tune may have turned annoying.

But that's not Jain's fault. "Makeba" is a six year-old tune about a South African actress/activist and Grammy-winning singer named Miriam Makeba that appeared on Jain's debut album. It's had a modicum of success going #1 in Latvia and getting a Grammy nom for its video, but it took TikTok to make it a hit in the USA.

The French singer right now needs to take advantage of this window being opened. First, her website is overly complicated and adorably French . It takes way too many clicks to see she won't be playing any gigs until October.

TikTok might be banned by then. Get on the road, très vite. Open for someone. Open for anyone. Be crazy and "open" for Taylor Swift. Maybe not elbow out Phoebe Bridgers or Haim, but if 10,000 screaming Swifties are in the parking lot before during and after every show... get on the back of a pickup truck and entertain those very same folks that know that 15-second hook. And hook 'em.

Tracy Chapman

We get it, she's shy, and she swimming in royalty checks thanks to Luke Combs' countrified version of "Fast Car." Why hit the road... in this economy?!

Because Tracy Chapman 35 years ago and today is still the exception to the rule. At the end of the '80s an unknown folk singer with poignant songs outsold boybands and Laker Girls. And today a song written by a Black queer woman is blowing up the Country charts.

Tracy needs to be out there showing Gen Z that anything is possible as long as you're genuine. And you don't have to be a Kardashian or Beyoncé, or Taylor Swift. You can look like the woman in front of you at the grocery store with no makeup and no Twitter account.

It's not often that Bruce Springsteen has opening acts, but now that his US tour is just a few weeks away, maybe he should give Tracy a call and see if she wants to warm up the baseball and football stadiums he's about to rock.

The Boss doesn't put on 3 1/2 hour shows any more, so how about let Tracy do a 12-song set and remind the audience what FM radio was like when he had released Tunnel of Love .

AC/DC has not played a show since 2016. Barack Obama was still in office.

The band was hit hard when co-founder Malcolm Young died in 2017 and had some drama when singer Brian Johnson had hearing problems.

In fact those last set of shows in 2016 saw Axl Rose fronting the band, which was interesting for novelty sake, but if Brian is still walking the crust and can belt out "Back in Black" and the others, that should be him next to Angus.

In October AC/DC are scheduled to play Power Trip in the desert of Coachella on the Saturday night where Judas Priest will open. Both of these bands are vital in the history of hard rock and metal and it's a miracle that two bands who started in 1971 (Priest) and 1975 (AC/DC) are still bringing it.

Which is why they should go on tour together right after Power Trip.

That's the reasonable, predictable, typical move.

But what audiences really want is for AC/DC to do a co-headlining tour with The Rolling Stones - a band that started in the '60s and has no business being as good as they are this late in life.

The Rolling Stones are working on a new album and one would expect a tour. Both AC/DC and the Stones can sell out stadiums no matter who else is on the bill, but why not give the people something special this late in your career?

Neither band needs the money or the press so who cares who opens or closes. Who cares what songs you play. Just be there and do it.

And... since AC/DC hardly ever makes guest appearances on albums or on stage, why not follow up on the exception they made 20 years ago in Germany and Canada and jam with the Glimmer Twins?

You expect some screaming fans at an Ed Sheeran show, but people who were in Detroit earlier this month when Eminem was the surprise guest said the reaction was deafening.

And that is because even though Sheeran surprisingly has no problem selling out football stadiums around the world, Eminem is even more popular.

As great as he was in Ford Field for those two songs, it's hard not to think the gifted rapper really hates touring.

The last year he did more than 20 dates in a calendar year was 2005. In the last 8 years he's done 39 shows, total.

If there's anyone who a Vegas Residency is suited for it's Eminem. Let him stay in one place and make the audience come to him. He's sold over 220 million albums - he's got fans.

But since Eminem loves the Motor City so much, let the world come to Detroit.

Set up a regular schedule like what Billy Joel does with Madison Square Garden, and sell out Little Caesars Arena every time. No one cares about production, no one cares about a full band. A track, a mic, and put him in-the-round just like at the Ed show.

People would come to Detroit for this.

Great country music never stops. This list of tours scheduled for 2024 features hitmaker, legends and newcomers embarking on a first set of headlining dates.

As of now, Parker McCollum will be first to begin but Cody Johnson is next on this updated list of country music tours. Scotty McCreery is another star who will hit the road before Feb. 1 but once the days grow longer so does this list.

After canceling seven dates of her first North American tour in five years amid weak ticket sales, Jennifer Lopez has renamed it to apparently broaden its scope, changing it from “This Is Me… Now” to “This Is Me… Live | The Greatest Hits.”

Upon release in February, “This Is Me… Now” struggled to find an audience, selling 14,000 copies in its first week. While the album did debut atop the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart due to 11,000 in physical sales, it arrived at No. 38 on the Billboard 200, becoming the second of her nine studio albums to bow outside the top 10.

The album was one part of a self-financed $20 million multimedia project including the tour and the two films, “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story,” and a documentary, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told.” Variety described the endeavor as an examination of “Lopez’s life as a serial romantic” following her romantic rekindling with actor Ben Affleck, who she married in 2022 after nearly two decades apart.

Kanye West is a complete visionary who has shifted the course of pop culture time and time again, first as a producer and then as a rapper and fashion mogul.

Kanye was born in a middle class household in Chicago and was a creative from an early age, often writing poetry and becoming part of the city’s hip hop scene at a young age. He briefly attended college but dropped out when it became detrimental to the creation of his music.

He began producing beats for local artists, developing a signature style that utilized sped-up soul samples and before long he received his first big break when he became an in-house producer for Roc A Fella Records and was responsible for the now classic Jay Z Album ‘The Blueprint’.

Despite his production success, Kanye had maintained a desire to make it as a rapper but due to his unconventional style and background had struggled to secure a deal. Dame Dash reluctantly signed Kanye to Roc A Fella however Kanye was involved in a car accident which he was lucky to survive. With his jaw still wired shut, Kanye channeled his emotions into ‘through The Wire’, a single which would appear on his debut album ‘The College Dropout’ in 2004. The album is considered one of the most important Hip Hop debuts and had a lasting effect on the genre.

With each subsequent album Kanye changed up his sound and broken new ground. On 2008’s ‘808 and Hearrtbreaks’ for example, he embraced auto-tune singing and, although many were unsure at the time, it influenced the future sound of Hip Hop and Rnb (laying the framework for the likes of Drake to become huge stars). In 2013 he stunned fans again with the jarring ‘Yeezus’, which, with its industrial minimalism, shocked the genre to its core and won praise from critics in the process.

Live reviews

I gotta give it to Yeezus. He's still got the juice and for him to pack the 'Bowl' while performing a seven year old album is a testament to that fact. Show started an hour late and I had the feeling there would be some tech glitches, but you definitely couldn't hate on the effort. There was a small orchestra section stage right and on stage left what appeared to be a few DJ's and dudes on drum machines. The center of the stage featured 3 grand white staircases that were reconfigured between songs. There were fireworks at times which didn't quite fit the tone of the album, but who doesn't like fireworks. It was a party atmosphere and I felt a real connection with other fans simply based on the fact that WE LOVE THIS FUCKING ALBUM. We sang, we yelled, we danced, we laughed, and we reminisced about a Kanye that took us back to bring us forward.

Most memorable moments:

Staircases rotate to reveal 60 or so black men in rags and covered in dust. Very striking visual that reminded me of a slave ship. He used what I'll call "human props" throughout the show, but I felt like this moment resonated most.

Jeezy came out for Amazing, but the tech was ALL CHEWED UP. Sound was cutting in and out, poor lighting, pianist was even confused at one point.

At one point Kanye states that this performance is actually more of a dress rehearsal. I figured as much and even debated going to the Saturday show, but there was something about the rawness of an opening night that I wanted to be part of. I'm sure Saturday's show will be way more on point.

Report as inappropriate

I have never been a person who could pinpoint a moment in which divine providence had played some role in my life. That is, until I saw Kanye.

Watching Kanye West perform is a wholly religious experience. Someone you don't know and can barely see is instructing you to complete strange actions which seem nonsensical, like throwing your hands in there or singing lyrics or pointing your middle finger to the sky. Yet, you follow along. You are surrounded by thousands of people who share similar beliefs and interests as you. Everything is ridiculous expensive and you must pay your way in.

Kanye comes out pretty much an hour late, just because he can. When he finally emerges, it is on a platform suspended in the air. The platform rocks to and fro during the concert, bouncing right above the general admissions mosh pit. It is those in the mosh pit who are the most blessed. They seem positively energized by Kanye, dancing and thrashing for two hours straight.

When Kanye finishes his act, he performs "Ultralight Beam". Towards the end of the show, his platform lowers and he steps down onto the ground, showing us that the man we had seemingly worshiped with our screams and our expressions of adulation walks on the same ground we do. And maybe it was the weed smoke, or maybe the sheer excitement, but as I was swaying to the music, I felt a connection to a higher power, something greater than myself. It was a moment of absolute perfection where I didn't feel alone and hopeless in the world.

Whether his messianic stature is bona fide or self-professed, one thing’s still for certain: an evening with Kanye West will blow your freaking mind.

Love him or loathe him, there are number of things we say about ‘Ye for certain. The guy boasts a repertoire of hits hotter than Seth Rogen’s motorcycle seat. This is a guy with the talent to dethrone his mentor, with the vision to produce the totally unexpected, and with the ego to say and do exactly what he wants. All in all, those ingredients synthesise to produce the greatest live music experience on offer in the modern age. Hands down.

However it’s what we can’t say for certain about West that polarises crowds the world over. The rants, the fights, the Jesus lookalikes; to some extent, it’s no great surprise that the rapper has found himself at loggerheads with audiences on multiple occasions.

But if that’s the price we have to pay to accept this visionary into our lives, then show me where to sign. When Kanye delivers, he arrives first class. “One of the greatest hip-hop sets of all time”, so said the Hollywood Reporter of Coachella 2011. “I am so credible and so influential and so relevant that I will change things”, so said Kanye of himself. Hear, hear, Mr. West.

The sounds of hydraulic machinery filled Oracle Arena, as the stench of dirt weed mingled with the faux fog that had been pumping into the air over the past two hours. The opening samples of “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1” were slowed down and turned elastic, thus leaving alien chemtrails of sound in the wake of the shadowy figure tethered to the hovering spacecraft. With heads upturned in anticipation of first contact, the crowd was lost in darkness. Chants of “Kan-ye! Kan-ye!” filled every empty space, until the object of their affection shone his light down on the chosen few.

The party-sized hoverboard had traversed the entire length of the arena (from a height of about 10 feet above the tallest head), before blasting spotlights on those below; instantly creating the largest circle pit a hip-hop tour has ever seen.

“Just wanna feel liberated, I, I, I…”

Kanye West had arrived in Oakland, and while many outside the venue failed to understand the appeal, those who had been waiting patiently (well past start time) were losing their collective mind.

Kanye was a lot more humble than I expected. I've always loved a lot of the lyrics of his songs as they speak about real stuff that's going on, like the media covering up on what's actually important and people higher up trying to make everyone conform. His concert was better than I thought it would be. He was entertaining, interactive with the crowd, tried to get the people on the floor to start a mosh pit (haha) and he talked about some shit in the media against him that wasn't true. The massive screen thing he had happening put an interesting twist to seeing Kanye as it was done in like negative colouring and you could only half see him a lot of the time, which was a bit frustrating but also added to the drama of him. I LOVED the freaky masks he wore half the time, very Kanye- all that bling. He played a good mix of his music from a bunch of new stuff right back to the older stuff. Almost the whole seated crowd were standing the whole time (something I've NEVER seen at a concert) I have a newfound respect for Kanye West and am really happy I finally got to see him. I'd definitely go back

i, as well as everyone else who came to see your show in sacramento, were so hyped. it was literally going to be the highlight of my thanksgiving break. i bought your tickets for $70 as well as a shirt for $20, only for you to show up AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE, perform three songs that you didn't even finish, and to listen to your inaccurate rant about politics. honestly man, i respected you so much as an artist; you were and still are a musical genius and i will forever support your music career, but i lost all respect for you as a person yesterday. you disrespected your fans last night, who have been nothing but loyal to you throughout your career. that was a real shitty move, and to be honest with you man, i feel sorry for you. the money so up in your mind that you don't know who you are anymore.

The Saint Pablo Tour was by far the dopest energy in one place that I have felt at a venue the size of Verizon Center. The stage was suspended in air and the attendees with floor seats were actually a mosh pit! They stood the entire time fueling the energy as he floated above their heads and out stretched arms. Everyone in the building stood the entire concert. Everyone. Though the lights were dim and the big screen had an hallucination type effect, the lyrics and his movement came thru with Kanye precision. I had the time of my life at this concert. The cherry on the top was that I was invited as a surprise from my love. The hands down best surprise I've ever received!! I love the old Kanye. I love the new Kanye. I love Kanye. Period.

2024 Masters leaderboard: Scottie Scheffler retakes lead, Collin Morikawa goes low, Ludvig Åberg eyes history

Scheffler remains on top after 54 holes, but he will have some fresh company battling for the green jacket sunday.

In just his 17th major championship appearance, Collin Morikawa has a chance to hoist his third such trophy. The two-time major champion entered the week without the expectations of the 54-hole leader Scottie Scheffler at 7 under, but he stands just one stroke back of the hottest golfer in the world entering the final round of the 2024 Masters.

Morikawa was just one of two players to break 70 at Augusta National on Saturday; his 3-under 69 late in the day was only outdone by Chris Kirk's morning effort. To say Morikawa's presence on a major leaderboard is a surprise would be foolish, though he has not performed to expectation this season.

Struggling with his patented iron play, Morikawa -- regularly among the top three approach players on the PGA Tour -- entered the week ranked 80th in strokes gained approach. His superpower was amiss, and without it, the consistency and contention runs Morikawa had come to know were nowhere to be seen the first three months of the year.

But major championships tend to bring out the best in players, so let this serve as a reminder that Morikawa is one of the best.

Not only will he attempt to claim his third major on Sunday, Morikawa will attempt to clinch the third leg of a career grand slam. In possession of a Wanamaker Trophy and Claret Jug already, the 27-year-old's closet is missing green jacket ... but perhaps not for long.

Morikawa will be a member of the final pairing Sunday alongside Scheffler, but they will play just one group ahead of another young stud looking for a major moment. Ludvg Åberg, 24, was brilliant yet again at ANGC as he signed a 2-under 70 and positioned himself to become golfer in history to win the Masters in his first-ever major championship appearance.

His golf ball was on a string all day -- to no one's surprise -- and at one point, Åberg found his name atop the leaderboard. A couple poor mistakes late in his round dropped him from the leading pack to the chasing pack, but the Swede sits only three back of Scheffler entering the final 18 holes, and he may even swing his way into a green jacket if he keeps this up.

2024 Masters leaderboard, Round 3

1. Scottie Scheffler (-7): A birdie on the difficult 18th put Scheffler's name alone atop the leaderboard heading into the final round. It represents his second 54-hole lead in the last three Masters with the prior edge of three strokes producing a green jacket. The world No. 1 did not have his best stuff Saturday -- nor most of the week, for that matter -- but it didn't seem to matter. He missed a number of birdie chances on his first nine and made a huge tactical error on No. 10 leading to a double bogey. Another dropped shot came on the 11th before a massive par save on the par-3 12th turned the tide. Once as many as three shots back, Scheffler's eagle on No. 13 combined with other movement atop the leaderboard meant he was back in pole position. He tacked on another on No. 15 before playing the final three holes in even par.

2. Collin Morikawa (-6): It was a dream start for Morikawa as he went birdie-birdie-birdie out the gate to push his name up the leaderboard. A short missed putt for par came on the par-3 6th, but he made amends two holes later with his fourth birdie of his front nine. Morikawa then made 10 straight pars coming home including two on the par 5s that easily could have been birdies. It's not often a player gets a chance to grab his third different major in less than 20 starts, but Morikawa faces that opportunity Sunday.

3. Max Homa (-5): There are rounds in every major where the eventual champion just doesn't have it. They have to battle through the conditions and post a score. That's exactly what Homa did Saturday. Carding one bogey and 17 pars, Homa hardly lost any ground. He burned what seemed like a thousand edges on the greens, but he remained mentally strong and just kept plugging along. Sunday, he will have to go out and grab the green jacket as he is without a birdie now for 32 holes and without much room for error given the two names ahead of him.

4. Ludvig Åberg (-4): The major debutant looks cool, calm and collected. Åberg touched the lead at one point on his second nine thanks to playing his first 13 holes in 4-under fashion (without a bogey). Once he got to the top, the young Swede immediately dropped a pair, including a sloppy bogey on the par-5 15th when he was greenside in two. Still, he is right there to become the first debutant to win the Masters in 45 years.  

5. Bryson DeChambeau (-3): The 18- and 36-hole leader's feel completely abandoned him on the second nine. DeChambeau played his first eight holes in even par and then jumped on the rollercoaster. He exchanged two birdies and two bogeys across his first five holes of the inward half, but then, the wheels began to fall off. A chunked pitch from roughly 45 yards right of the green on the par-5 15th found the water and led to a double bogey. A bogey followed on 16, but DeChambeau bounced back in an unlikely fashion thanks to a birdie hole-out from 77 yards on the 18th. He's still got a chance.

T6. Xander Schauffele, Cameron Davis, Nicolai Hojgaard (-2): Schauffele is sort of just hanging around. The Olympic gold medalist has yet to shoot over par this week with rounds of 72, 72 and today's bogey-free 70. He has only carded six birdies all tournament, but his avoidance of big numbers has been impressive. Schauffele said his goal was to get to 4 under, and he had his chances with birdie looks from inside 10 feet on the 8th and 9th that went by the wayside. Still, at 2 under, he's in contention.

"Just trying to play my way into the tournament," Schauffele said. "I just kept telling myself -- I looked up, and I know how hard it's playing, and if you start to get aggressive around the property you can pick up some shots going the wrong direction. My goal was to get to 4 today. I thought that was doable. I definitely had enough today to do it. Just kind of have to go out and shoot something ridiculous tomorrow."  

T9. Cameron Young, Cameron Smith, Tommy Fleetwood, Byeong Hun An (-1): The Camerons both shot 72, but their rounds had the look of vintage Moving Day performances, especially that of Young. The one-time PGA Tour Rookie of the Year was 2 under through his first six holes but hit a wall in the form of a double bogey on the par-3 12th. He exchanged a couple birdies and a couple bogeys from there to remain in red figures for the tournament.

T13. Patrick Cantlay, Lucas Glover, Adam Schenk (E): Saturday was a vintage yellow-box performance from Cantlay. Not a factor across the first 36 holes, the former FedEx Cup champ kicked it into high gear when no one was looking. He had gotten it to red figures thanks to three birdies on the first three par 5s, but a dropped shot on the 18th means he will go into the final round with the same score he began this tournament, even par.  

T21. Rory McIlroy, Will Zalatoris, Tyrrell Hatton, Joaquin Niemann (+3): McIlroy has sandwiched his second-round 77 with a pair of 71s, but the story here may be the two members of LIV Golf. Both Niemann and Hatton most likely need to finish inside the top 12 to earn invitations into next year's Masters. It's not too far-fetched, but they will need a Sunday to remember if they wish to drive down Magnolia Lane in 2025.

T52. Tiger Woods, Tom Kim and three others (+11):  Tiger entered the weekend with momentum sitting T22 at 1 over having set an Augusta National record by making the cut for his 24th straight Masters. And then on the back part of his first nine, the wheels completely fell off. Consecutive double bogeys on the 7th and 8th took him out of the tournament, but it only got worse from there. Woods had two separate stretches in which he scored bogey or worse across four consecutive holes (Nos. 6-9, 14-17). That led to an 82, his worst round at the Masters, worst round at a major championship as a professional and second-worst round of his pro career. And yet, Woods will be back at it Sunday. "My team will get me ready," he said. "... It will be a long night and a long warmup session, but we'll be ready."

Morikawa shoots 69 to post 6 under

Collin Morikawa is likely to be at least a co-leader by day's end as he eyes a green jacket. Morikawa has a Wannamker, has a Claret Jug and now is in firm position to vie for the third leg of a career grand slam. He's a major killer.

Ludvig right in the mix after 54

The young Swede shoots a 2-under 70 to position himself right in the mix for the final round. Åberg looks to become the first man to win the Masters in his major championship debut and the first debutant to win the Masters in 45 years. He looks cool, calm and wise beyond his years at 4 under.

Scheffler drops a shot

The pin at 17 is insane. I swear they put some oil around that hole as every lip out seems to be running out to 5 or 7 feet. Scheffler will retreat back to 6 under where Collin Morikawa currently is. The two-time major champ will need to save par on the last if he wants to stay there, however.

Oh, no Bryson!

That comes at the worst time for Bryson. Hitting his second way right into No. 15, DeChambeau chunked his pitch into the water in front of the green. He is now figuring out where to take his drop and play his fifth from as he hopes to get out of there just dropping one. He is currently 5 under and two back.

Scheffler surges ahead

He plays the two par 5s on the second nine in a combined seven strokes and he gets to 7 under with the birdie on 15. Ever since the hiccups on 10 and 11, the world No. 1 has looked the part. He now enters the very dangerous closing stretch as 17 and 18 play as the most difficult on the course.

Just like that the world No. 1 is back in the lead. An eagle from distance arrives on the par-5 13th and gets him to 6 under alongside Collin Morikawa. Scheffler has gone double, bogey, par, eagle in his last four holes.
