Day 1 - Arrival at Bodhgaya

Arrive at the Bodhgaya airport or railway station.

You will be greeted by a tour representative who will help you transfer to your pre-booked hotel.

Check in to the hotel and take some rest for a while.

Then go will visit Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Vajrasana or the Diamond Throne and The Animesh Lochana in Bodhgaya.

Overnight stay at hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 2 - Bodhgaya – Nalanda – Rajgir – Bodhgaya

After breakfast get driven to Rajgir, the rainy retreat of Lord Buddha.

On arrival at Rajgir, visit the famous World Peace Pagoda, Griddhakoot Hill, Venuvana Vihar (Venu van), and Japanese Temple.

Get a chance to explore the ruins of great Nalanda University and a real village tourism experience in Nepura.

Later in the evening travel back to Bodhgaya.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 - Departure from Bodhgaya

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel.

Visit the famous 80 ft. Buddha Statue, different Buddhist Monasteries, Archaeological Museum and Sujata Garh.

Return back to the hotel for check out.

Get driven to Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.

• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Bodhgaya, Rajgir, and Nalanda are the perfect Buddhist destinations to visit for two night and three days tour itinerary. In Bihar , both Bodhgaya and Rajgir are spiritually important. Both cities are home to many important Buddhist temples.

Itinerary Details

Upon arrival at the Bodhgaya airport or the railway station, you will be met by a Tusk Travel team who will assist you in getting to your pre-arranged hotel.

Check into your hotel and relax for a while.

After that, we'll visit the Mahabodhi Temple, the Bodhi Tree, Vajrasana or Diamond Throne, and Animesh Lochana in Bodhgaya. In Bodhgaya, we spend the night in a hotel.

Drive to Rajgir after breakfast, where Lord Buddha stayed during the rainy season. Upon arrival in Rajgir, see the World Peace Pagoda, Griddhakoot Hill, Venuvana Vihar (Venu van), and the Japanese Temple. Get a real taste of village tourism in Nepura and discover the ruins of Nalanda University. Head back to Bodhgaya later that evening.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

We are from Melbourne and this was our first trip to India. Bodh Gaya is a Buddhist religious site and place of pilgrimage associated with the Mahabodhi Temple in Gaya district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is famous as it is the place where Gautama Buddha is said to have attained Enlightenment (Pali: bodhi) under what became known as the Bodhi Tree. Bodh Gaya Rajgir Nalanda Tour- Bakhtiyarpur Railway station

On arrival at Gaya Railway station . The land of enlightenment and salvation. You will meet and greet by our company representative. Transfer to Gaya . Check In hotel . Refresh yourself . Later visit to Vishnupad temple located at bank of phalgu river perform the some rituals Pinda dana for your ancestors.. After breakfast at hotel visit International Monasteries built by other Buddhist country like thai , Bhutan , Japan and 80th Feet statue . Later proceed to Rajgir approx 65 kms / 2.30 Hours from bodhgaya . It is site of great Sanctity and significance importance for Buddhists. After Lunch Visit Gridhkutta Hill- This is the Holy place where Lord Buddha spent many month, mediating ,preached many of his teachings and sermons. Ajatashatru's and Bimbisar jail.

After breakfast at hotel proceed to Pawapuri or Pawa is a holy site for Jains approx 28 Kms .Lord Mahavir, the final Tirthankar and founder of Jainism, breathed his last at this place. Visit Jal Mandir, digambar jain temple . Later visit Kundalpur is the place which is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Mahavira, the 24th and last of Jain Tirthankaras. Lunch at Local Restaurant. After lunch visit further proceed to Nalanda It was recognized one of the oldest universities of world International Centre for Buddhist Studies. In time transfer Bakhtiyarpur Railway station
