I called a travel consultant to get pricing for a trip for 2 to Arizona and a cruise to Alaska. I was told she would get back to me that afternoon. No call. I called her back, she was to busy to talk. Called again and was told that she thought she had gotten back to me and that she would bring up information and call me back in a few minutes. 3 days later still no word from anyone.

I have used Classic for over 15 years with excellent results! Sure, I might save a few bucks going on line, but when I need a lot of choices quickly, Bonnie can do it so much faster than I can. If my time is worth almost anything, it is worth calling Classic. Then there is the professionalism and the courtesy of Classic people. They are very pleasant to work with. I get good answers to my questions. That is worth a lot to me.
