I called them thinking they were Singapore airlines and they said they were then when I got the ticket it said it was $78 to tansfer my tickets but the fees and services were $1350 CAD and when I queried them about it they threatened to cancel my ticket and charge me fees. Delt with Shaun, Absolutely disgusting. I hope their kids get hit by a bus.

I have been trying to speak with an…

I have been trying to speak with an agent for 18 days to change my flight, The average time I wait is over 2hours then I hang up frustrated, this is bad business! I am trying to change 4 flights and I have emailed, called and tomorrow driving 2 hours to go to there office in San Jose to get this done! Customer Service is horrible! Book with anyone else! San Jose office closed due to covid! Tomorrow going to SFO and trying in person to change my flights! Do not use Iberia airlines! No communication at all! Booked they Cheap tickets with buys them from GTT

Appalling customer service....trying to sort out a ticket with them since the weekend. Spent £88 in phone calls yesterday trying to talk to them and no information obtained at this stage. I'm expecting to repeat the exercise today....grrrrr !!!

Terrible Place

The only reason there is one star is because I couldn't write a review unless I rated this Terrible company. The rudeness of the people I have ever dealt with!!!! Trying to get my money back from a ticket I purchased and they have no record of it. I was on the phone for two and a half days and still nothing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone !!! I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General Office. Hopefully they will take care of my problem and This Horrible Company !!!

The worst and rudest customer service…

The worst and rudest customer service ever. I called them several times in two weeks to cancel my ticket. The first time they told me the ticket should cancel through the airline, after contacting the airline, they told me I bought a ticket from this agency and this branch of GTT is responsible for canceling my ticket. Each time I called them, they gave me a new phone number as a number that is responsible for canceling my ticket (during two weeks they gave me more than 15 phone numbers and the interesting thing is that none of them were repeated and answered). When I asked for the reason they shouted at me 🤐 The funniest part is that I called the GTT office in the Seattle and they help me to cancel my ticket less than 15 minutes.

Excellent Wholesale with Amazing Auto Ticketing System

As a travel agency that's been working with GTT for over 16 years. GTT Global Team is by far one of the most efficient and helpful group in this industry. Continuously updating us on the most recent news and promotions. As well as, always willing to help out when we need. For example, if we have concerns on the terms and/or conditions, while our designated agent is not able to respond another team member is always available and willing to help. My favorite part of this new system is the auto ticketing, which is available during after hours. This new system makes our work much easier and more convenient with its 24/7 access. GTT is the best ticket consolidator…

GTT is the best ticket consolidator that I have ever worked with. I've been in the dive travel business for nearly 25 years and working with GTT for the past 5 or so of those years. We have access to their portal which allows you to search fares, see the best flight options or even issue a ticket. We do a lot of group travel and they rates are either at or below published fares. And their in-house support staff is beyond accommodating to whatever situation we might have. Their knowledge of the different markets and best fares and their ability to find a good schedule and fare quickly is amazing. I absolutely love working with them.

BEST WEBSITE AND CONSOLIDATOR FOR TRAVEL AGENCY

I have been with GTT since 2013. When I was first frustrated with starting my business, Tien in San Diego office has helped me from scratch, and have been very supportive since then. She always tries to think for sub-agent, and constantly asks for anything we might need to increase our sales. Also, all staffs in San Diego office are very helpful, supportive. For the website, they constantly update and try to add new products so we can sell more, and you can even sell insurances for extra comm! Also, they have 24 hours support even on weekends, and off hours so if you are workaholic, this is a place.

It's worth it.

I had some doubts when I started the process, but GTT agent walked me through the process. I flew to Germany and back without a serious hiccup. I originally had two pretty good sized layovers, but they continued to look until they could get me a more direct flight. I still had a layover coming back of about 5.5 hours, but it gave me some time to deflate and make some contacts. I will be using them again. Thanks GTT !

THREE MONTHS for reimbursement

It took THREE MONTHS for: Ovago Booking I.D. : O51B345 They contradicted themselves in time and dates. OVAGO is under the umbrella of GTT. From March 13th, 2020; when Elvis Arron wrote that he got full reimbursement from the Airline; to the list of agents mentioned underneath they all promised different times for resolution. They didn't recredited the card instead end up with a check from GTT U.S.A. Gateway Travel. 600 Data Dr., Suite 101, Plano, TX 75075. Dated 6-09-20 and mailed on June 10th, 2020. LOCAL mail To: notificationsjivo-mail.com; Elvis Arron; Kassandra D. ; Dorian A ; exchange ovago.com ; Janice M. ; dora.govago.com ; Marcus E. Sent: Friday, June 12, 2020, 08:55:53 PM CDT Today is Friday June 12, 2020, as of now we have not received any form of payment; not even the promised check. On March 13, 2020 Elvis Arron admitted he got full reimbursement from the airline and requested credit card information ( last four digits, expiration date ). Ever since he began to ignore phone calls and emails; it was then that I wrote my first report on Trustpilot. Next day he responded with an apologetic message that our reimbursement had been processed two days ago and asking to remove the posting. The word check was used as a form of reimbursement. Why do you send a check when is easier to recredit. Personal tantrum ?. By then over a month went by. In the meantime; we got in contact with several agents; reason why your are copied in this message; without any resolution ( because Elvis Arron was the agent single out as the one in charge? ). So all this time is a personal retaliation for the derogatory comments as a result of his unprofessionalism. This message will be copied and paste in Trustpilot, GTT, B.B.B. Trip advisor, Reddit, etc. You think going back to normal business will be smooth? Three months in this horrible ordeal? THREE MONTHS! • 1) Agency fully agrees to pay "USA Gateway Inc." payment for all tickets issued under the account set up for your agency.
• 2) Agency fully agrees to pay "USA Gateway Inc." any fees/penalties or debit memos issued by the airlines for any booking/pricing violations or alteration of ticketed PNR's committed by the "Agency" on any record re-released back to the "Agency" after ticketing.
• 3) Agency fully agrees to pay "USA Gateway Inc." any amounts due as a result of a cardholder disclaiming charges for ticket/s issued by "USA Gateway Inc." including fees/penalties or debit memos associated with any credit card charge back or fraud issue committed by the passenger/cardholder.
• 4) Agency fully agrees to pay "USA Gateway Inc." any fees/penalties or debit memos issued by the airlines for any "HX" segments not being removed from any reservation re-released back to the "Agency" after ticketing and for any debit memos resulting to NO SHOW.
• 5) Agency fully agrees to pay "USA Gateway Inc." any commission recall generated by the airlines on refunded tickets processed through GTT or the airlines directly.
• 6) Agency will be fully responsible for advising passengers of any schedule changes or flight cancellations.

Terms and conditions, cancellations/transfers & travel protection.

We realize that illness and other reasons arise that may make it impossible for you to travel. For this reason, a travel protection policy (which includes cancellation insurance) through a third party is available and it’s highly recommended that you purchase this at the same time you make your initial tour payment. Those who have purchased travel protection and must cancel for a covered reason, will be reimbursed by the travel protection company the balance of any non-refunded funds (minus the travel protection premium). Regardless of the reason, cancellations, credits, and transfers of confirmed bookings result in a costly process of e-mails, letters, phone calls, adjustments, refunds, and penalties/fees assessed by our travel suppliers. Therefore, the below cancellation policies and fees are in place. Note that the below fees are per person and apply if you choose NOT to purchase travel protection or if you cancel for a non-covered reason.

Single-Day Tour Cancellations

• If you cancel 30 or more days prior to the departure date, you may receive a credit minus a $10 p.p. administrative fee* or a refund minus a $25 p.p. administrative fee*.
• If you cancel within 30 days of departure, you may receive a credit (minus $10 p.p.*) or a refund (minus $25 p.p.*) ONLY if your space can be resold from a waitlist.
• In addition to the administrative fee, all non-recoverable or non-transferable fees made to our suppliers on your behalf (for tickets, etc.) will be retained.
• Refund provisions vary from tour to tour and there are exceptions to the above policy and some tours (including those tours involving theatre tickets or high-security access) may have different or additional restrictions.

Multi-Day Tour Cancellations

• If you cancel prior to our established balance payment deadline (generally 60-90 days depending on the tour) you may receive a credit minus a $50 p.p. administrative fee* or a refund minus a $75 p.p. administrative fee*.
• If you cancel after our established balance payment deadline (generally 60-90 days depending on the tour) you may receive a credit (minus $75 p.p.*) or a refund (minus $125 p.p.*).
• If you cancel within 30 days of departure, you may receive a credit (minus $150 p.p.*) or a refund (minus $250 p.p.*) ONLY if your space can be resold from a waitlist.
• If you cancel within 15 days of departure, you may receive a credit (minus $250 p.p.*) or a refund (minus $500 p.p.*) ONLY if your space can be resold from a waitlist.
• In addition to the administrative fee, all non-recoverable or non-transferable fees made to our suppliers on your behalf (for airfare, tickets, lodging, services, etc.) will be retained.
• Refund provisions vary from tour to tour and there are exceptions to the above policy and some tours (including international tours and national park tours) may have different or additional restrictions.

Additional Notes About Cancellations

Credit does not expire and may be left on your account for future use or immediately transferred to another tour. No credits or refunds are available for failure to board the motorcoach on the day of departure.

Online Booking System

• Once you are ready to book a tour and make payment within 7 days to secure your booking, this system will take you through the required steps to book a tour and will provide the option to "Pay Now" or "Pay Within 7 Days" at the end of the process. Note that partial payment is not an option and therefore you should only book guests who you are paying for – during the booking process, you will have the option to inform us if you are traveling with other guests on the same tour.
• Whether you have traveled with Good Times Travel in the past, or booking your first tour with us, you will be prompted to register for a new account before booking your first tour on this new website once you click 'continue' below.
• If you had previously booked a tour on this new website that you now want to pay for, please do not book the tour again but rather click “My Account” above to access “My Tours” and pay for your booking there.
• This system is a 'live' system and will display the number of seats currently available and hold your requested number of seats for 30 minutes to allow you time to complete the booking process.
• Do not use the “back” button in your browser – only use the bright blue navigation buttons where provided to move forward and back. If you see a blue question mark, hold you cursor over it for more information.
