Best tour guide and driver ever!

Luminous Lagoon adventure was great. Driver picked us up a little late, but it was raining and rush hour. Richard was absolutely amazing. He told us some fun facts about the island and even took us out of the way to show us some areas along the way to our destination. My daughter and I felt so comfortable with Richard and wished we would have gotten his information to stay in contact. Pen- pals ;) Thanks Richard for taking great care of us!!

Do not use kiuki tours , absolutely rip u off! The trips are much cheaper to book on their website than at the hotel, when approached they said the website had not been updated , which is a lie as u could book it with the price stated on the website 👊 They did not turn up to the hotel on one of our trip days at 7 am as stated on the booking receipt , tried to contact them as it states 24/7 customer service on their website , they did not answer our calls . Finally spoke to the lady at the desk in the hotel and she told us there was an error in the system and they had a different date than one on our receipt 🤔 I think that was a lie ! avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!!!!!

No lunch despite having paid for it, and then have to spend half a day trying to get a $20 refund. Spent about $1200 us dollars on 4 trips. All the trips very good but no lunch or drink on the last trip. 9.5 hours with no food or drink is a long time. Complained at the desk in the hotel we got the tickets from and it took most of the day to get $20 back. I had to keep chasing them and they did not message me despite saying they will. Got treated like I was not telling the truth and virtually no apology and what was given, felt less than apologetic. Offered us a lunch voucher, despite being in a All inclusive hotel, and this had been the last of 4 trips with them. $20 was insulting as you try buying 2 meals and drinks for $10 each, impossible!! Next time I will book with the holiday rep not with this company, as it spoilt it. All it needed was a couple of checks, a sorry and don't worry sir we will refund you now.

Recently purchased a ride from (12/24/2022) them to go to the airport from Ocean Eden Bay Resort Montego Bay and they took my money and lied about the time they arrived. They said they called but they didn’t and then the staff at the resort had no idea I used their services but vouched for them and said we were not on time. If you need transportation I advise you to reach out to other sources cause they will take your money and not try to resolve any issues and spin it on you. They are not prompt and they communicate horribly. Make sure you get names and numbers and a clear answer or you will be next. Terrible service do better!

My 3 sisters and I booked a tour with this company while at the hotel. While talking to the representative Marisha I advise her we were looking for something safe to do as I was CLEARLY VISIBLY PREGNANT . Marisha told us that my friends and I could go to Dunns River Fall, and bluehole but that I wouldn’t be able to jump off blue hole because it would be unsafe for my pregnancy. She said I could go to dunns river but would need to buy water shoes because it’s slippery. I told her that I hiked during my first pregnancy and hiking would not be an issue for me. We had an entire discussion about my pregnancy and how we were looking for safe things to do. My friends and I paid $215.00 for 3 excursions dunns river, blue hole and bobmarley experience ( which was booked for a different day) When I arrived to dunns river I was prohibited from doing the activity because of my pregnancy. Their first rule was actually that pregnant people are NOT allowed to climb the falls. Two of my sisters got to do the excursion while the other sat with me outside the waiting area for an hour. I was upset because after such a negative experience I wanted to cancel the excursion that we had booked with them for the following day and obtained a refund as clearly I was not allowed to participate. I clearly informed the tourist guide of my wishes. She said we would have to wait until we got back to the hotel to cancel but wouldn’t allow my sister and I to go get our cellphones from the car because the driver had supposedly left and if we left the premises the facility would not let us back in. Outweighing the pros and cons I rather wait in the facility than be a foreigner stuck outside the facility without a phone and or wallet . Moreover the tour guide was clearly lying because she could’ve called the driver to ensure that we obtained our belongings to call the company and complaint. After we got back to the hotel, the lady told us that since we didn’t cancel before 12:00 pm we couldn’t get our money back. There was not way for us to cancel before 12:00 pm as we were actively doing an excursion with them, and didn’t have access to our cellphones nor wallets and although my sister and I did not participate in the dunns river excursion she refused to refund our money. I literally sat down and cried because this experience ruined my entire day. I came on vacation to enjoy the company of my sisters and gain new experiences. I clearly went into the situation knowing that if I went to blue hole I wouldn’t be allowed to jump this was perfectly okay with me !!! As I would get to enjoy the company of my sisters and participate in the first excursion which was dunns river. But I spent an entire day outside of the hotel and was not able to participate in Any acitivites. We left at 8:45 am and didn’t return to the hotel until 6:00 pm. I wasted an entire day of my vacation ! When I could’ve spent it chillen by the pool side, sipping mock tails and eating food. THIS COMPANY CLEARLY LIE IN ORDER TO TAKE OUR MONEY they are SCAMMERS and will say anything to TAKE YOUR MONEY

I will say marlin nickle was amazing, well mannered and a professional driver. He Didnt drive crazy or blow his horn every 2 seconds. We nicknamed him ginger 😍 He gave us a little history on the town as we drove to our location He answered our many questions and Let us know about the night life He was a sweetie. When we come back we will request him Thank u for a wonderful experience
