ABOUT NOAH KAHAN As Noah Kahan changes, he casts those experiences onto songs like light through a film projector. At the core of the music’s upbeat energy and unfiltered lyrics, you’ll hear who he was before and who he became—almost in real-time. The Vermont singer still pens songs straight from the heart and still cracks jokes with his signature, self-deprecating sense of humor; he’s just changed in all of the right ways (and chronicled them via his songwriting). He gained that understanding through quite the journey from small town Vermont to global renown. He’s racked up over two billion streams, released three full length albums (Busyhead, 2019; I Was / I Am, 2021; Stick Season, 2022) and a mid-pandemic EP (Cape Elizabeth, 2020), picked up a Platinum Certification for “Stick Season” and Gold Certification for “Hurt Somebody” feat. Julia Michaels, and performed on television shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Seth Meyers, TODAY, and The Kelly Clarkson Show. After 5 years of critical acclaim and global touring, he sought an even purer style of writing and arrangement inspired by his New England roots, a challenge from within to convey a vivid representation of what he loves, fears, and struggles with most passionately. The result is Noah’s latest critically acclaimed album Stick Season, which features his viral hit single “Stick Season.” The album is Certified Gold and has sold over 500 thousand units to date. Following the album release, Noah embarked on the first two legs of his sold-out “Stick Season Tour” across North America, which continues this summer, where he’s playing his biggest venues to date, including the iconic Radio City Music Hall, The Greek Theatre, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. In June, Kahan released the extended version of 2022’s celebrated album, Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever), which includes seven new songs and his latest single “Dial Drunk.” The release became his most successful offering yet—topping the charts, amassing millions of streams, receiving a slew of critical acclaim, and cementing Noah Kahan as the biggest breakout artist of the year.

$1 from each ticket will be donated to The Busyhead Project, a fund at the Vermont Community Foundation, which Noah created to support organizations delivering mental health treatment and providing access to care.

Noah Kahan announces 'We'll All Be Here Forever' tour. What to know

Noah Kahan is staying in his "stick season" for another year.

After launching a tour tied to his breakthrough third studio album, "Stick Season," toward the end of 2022 — which he extended through the summer of 2023 — Kahan has announced dates for a second tour.

"This exceeds even my wildest childhood dreams, but you have made them all possible, so we are announcing another tour! I can’t hardly believe it," Kahan shared on Instagram Sept. 20.

His second tour, titled "We'll All Be Here Forever," brings 32 new dates and will mark his debut at major venues across the country, including the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and Madison Square Garden in New York.

Celebrating the milestone, Kahan posted a photo of himself performing as a child on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"Somebody tell him he’s gonna do it, somebody tell him he’s gonna play the garden," Kahan said.

The tour’s title comes from the name of his deluxe album, “Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever),” which premiered June 9 with seven new tracks.

Kahan made his debut in 2019 with the folk-pop album “Busyhead,” which he followed up with “I Was/I Am” in 2021. But his breakthrough came with “Stick Season,” achieving viral fame. Having teased the titular track since 2020 by playing the chorus on TikTok, fans were anxious for the full song — and eventually the album — to be released.

Riding the high of his success, Kahan promised the deluxe version of the album, but soon felt “lost” in fame and self-imposed pressure for another hit.

“I realized that I just had to stop putting so much pressure on myself and make whatever I could and not kill myself over it,” he previously told TODAY.com.

Kahan started touring his “Stick Season” album in 2022, with dates for his current trek lined up through Feb. 26, 2024, in Belgium. The "We'll All Be Here Forever" North America tour kicks off March 26, 2024, in Vancouver.

New England native and musician Noah Kahan threw out the first pitch at Fenway Park for Noah Kahan Night at the Red Sox Game on Sunday just months before he headlines his tour at this very venue.

On Sunday, April 28 the Red Sox vs. Chicago Cubs game was Noah Kahan night. Fans received a Noah Kahan bobblehead featuring Noah in Red Sox-themed overalls and his dog Penny. A portion of the ticket proceeds benefited The Busyhead Project, Noah’s non-profit he created to raise awareness for mental health.

Kahan’s pitch fell pretty short and he buried his face in his glove as fans cheered him on. His hit song “Stick Season” blared from the speakers as he ran off the field. The Vermont native posted on Instagram after the pitch saying he wished he could go back in time and do it again. He will be back at the park in July but it won’t be for another chance at throwing the first pitch. He’ll be closing out the biggest tour of his career thus far.

From Jelly Roll to Noah Kahan, 15 top concerts to see in Milwaukee this summer

Ok, sure, the first day of summer isn’t technically until June 20.

But I just can’t wait for it to get here — especially when I look at the concert calendar in Milwaukee.

There’ll be Summerfest, of course, plus dozens of other festivals and an overflowing slate of shows at Fiserv Forum, area amphitheaters, theaters and clubs. And no doubt there are several other tours coming to town before September that haven't been announced yet.

Get daily updates on the Packers during the season.

But as things stand now, picking the top Milwaukee summer concerts of 2024 is already a difficult proposition. Still, I took a crack at it, selecting five concert picks each for this June, July and August.

Top 5 Milwaukee concerts this June

5. kenny chesney and zac brown band.

Over the past decade, Chesney and Zac Brown Band became two of Milwaukee's most frequent major venue performers. But for the first time they're teaming up for a show at the Brewers ballpark where they'll no doubt pay tribute to another Milwaukee concert favorite and their friend and muse, the late Jimmy Buffett. Plus they'll share the stage with up-and-comer Megan Moroney, who recently scored more Academy of Country Music Award nominations than any female artist.

When, where, prices: 5 p.m. June 22, American Family Field, One Brewers Way. $50 to $356 at the box office and brewers.com/chesney .

Jeff Tweedy and company made the trip up 1-94 from Chicago to the Riverside Theater in 2014 to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Now for the 30th anniversary of the band's run, they've got a bunch of new acclaimed music to show for it, including alt-country double album "Cruel Country," and last year's "Cousin," both new releases since their last show in town at Summerfest in 2021.

When, where, prices: 7:30 p.m. June 12, Riverside Theater, 116 W. Wisconsin Ave. $45.95 to $65.95 at the door and through the Pabst.

3. Maggie Rogers

The indie pop artist played Milwaukee just last year, but circumstances have noticeably changed, with Rogers receiving some of the greatest reviews of her career for recently-released third album "Don't Forget Me," which led to Rogers' first arena tour this fall. But before she plays such large venues, she'll play a comparatively smaller one in Milwaukee at the BMO Pavilion.

When, where, prices : 7:30 p.m. June 8, BMO Pavilion, Maier Festival Park. $59.13 to $106.88 at the box office and bmopavilion.com .

2. T-Pain's Wiscansin Fest

Hip-hop fans are going to have a hot June, between Summerfest's offerings and the second Milwaukee-area installment of the Tacos and Tequila Festival, this time led by Ludacris and T.I., at Franklin Field. But my pick for the best hip-hop showcase of the season remains T-Pain's Wiscansin Fest. Now in its third year in Wisconsin, T-Pain will take over the entire Rave compound with contemporaries like Akon, Soulja Boy and Ying Yang Twins; EDM artist Dillon Francis; breakout Milwaukee lowend rapper Myaap; plus at least 10 other acts.

When, where, prices : 3 p.m. June 8, the Rave, 2401 W. Wisconsin Ave. Sold out. Resale tickets currently start at $65 at stubhub.com .

Keep an eye out for my guide to top shows at Summerfest in June, but I already know, of some 600 acts scheduled to play the Big Gig, which artist I'm most excited about. Few artists are as big of a sensation as SZA right now, whose long-delayed sophomore album "SOS" managed to be one both one of the most critically acclaimed albums of the 2020s and one of the most successful, thanks to smash hits like "Kill Bill" and "Snooze." Now at the peak of her popularity, she's coming to Summerfest to make her Milwaukee debut.

When, where, prices: 7:30 p.m. June 22, American Family Insurance Amphitheater, Summerfest, Maier Festival Park, 200 N. Harbor Dr. $130.78 to $285. 51 at the box office and summerfest.com . Tickets include Summerfest general admission on June 22.

Top 5 Milwaukee concerts this July

5. noah kahan.

A little less than a year ago, Noah Kahan drew one of the largest crowds ever for a side stage show at Summerfest. He's become immensely more popular since then, with his fandom continuing to climb thanks to the ongoing popularity of his folk pop album "Stick Season," with A-listers like Zach Bryan, Hozier, Post Malone and Olivia Rodrigo teaming up for collaborations.

When, where, prices: 8 p.m. July 13, Alpine Valley Music Theatre , 2699 County Road D, East Troy. $379.27 to $492 at livenation.com .

4. Grupo Firme

Perhaps more than any single show, this year in Milwaukee's concert history might be remembered most as a game-changing time for Latin shows in the city. Milwaukee arenas and amphitheaters tend to host Spanish-language concerts pretty sporadically, but thanks to the rise of Latin music streaming, Milwaukee will see four exclusively Spanish-language concerts this May through August at Fiserv Forum. Then there's this show at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater from one of the most popular banda groups in recent years, to the point that on their 2022 tour, they filled stadiums.

When, where, prices: 8 p.m. July 13, American Family Insurance Amphitheater, Maier Festival Park. $85.08 to $699.63 at the box office and amfamamp.com .

3. Alanis Morissette

Milwaukee fans had to wait 14 years for Alanis Morissette to return to town in 2022. They won't have to wait so long this time. Hits from her landmark album "Jagged Little Pill" will again be a focal point, but the openers are an exciting incentive to get a ticket: seminal rocker Joan Jett with her band the Blackhearts, plus exemplary country singer-songwriter Morgan Wade.

When, where, prices: 7 p.m. July 28, American Family Insurance Amphitheater. $44.94 to $592.35.

2. Jelly Roll

The talent buyers from the Harley-Davidson Fest sure did a heck of a job this year, nabbing my two top concert picks for July. First up July 26 is Jelly Roll, the troubled Tennessee youth and felon turned rapper turned country star. His story of survival, matched with uplifting and heart-wrenching music, drew plenty of tears at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater last summer — including from Jelly Roll himself — resulting in one of my favorite concerts of 2023.

When, where, prices: 9:30 p.m. July 26, Willie G. Davidson Stage, Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival, Veterans Park, 1010 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. $125 to $325 for single-day tickets at hdhomecoming.com . $200 to $500 for two-day tickets.

1. Red Hot Chili Peppers

The Veterans Park portion of the Harley-Davidson Homecoming will conclude with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The group will take a pause from their stadium gigs to play Milwaukee for the first time since reuniting with their most beloved guitarist, John Frusciante, after a decade-long absence.

When, where, prices: 9:15 p.m. July 27, Willie G. Davidson Stage, Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival, Veterans Park.

Top 5 Milwaukee concerts this August

There's an abundance of major concerts to choose from in Milwaukee this summer, but make some time to check out some local artists and club shows. Or with Reyna, you can do both at once. The sister act - among the finest pop songwriters not just in Milwaukee, but I'd argue, across the country - will get to play Milwaukee's newest venue Vivarium for the first time. And their opening act: none other than themselves, with a rare performance of winning songs from their previous band, Vic and Gab.

When, where, prices: 8 p.m. Aug. 17, Vivarium, 1818 N. Farwell Ave. $18 to $20 at the door and through the Pabst.

Perhaps no classic rocker's voice has aged as gracefully as Ann Wilson, whose pipes were as powerful as ever when Heart last played Milwaukee in 2019. Her sister Nancy will be on hand to offer the immortal guitar licks of "Barracuda" and other hits, and Heart will be in grand company with fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick as their opening act.

When, where, prices: 8 p.m. Aug. 15, Fiserv Forum, 1111 N. Phillips Ave. $44.50 to $563.25 at the box office and fiservforum.com .

3. Barry Manilow

Two months after celebrating his 81st birthday in June, Manilow is doing a short tour of eight cities, where he'll sing "Copacabana," "Mandy" and his other standards for the last time in those towns — including Milwaukee.

When, where, prices: 7 p.m. Aug. 3, Fiserv Forum. $84.50 to $703.50.

2. Vampire Weekend

Critical darlings for their entire career, Vampire Weekend made a dramatic improvement to their live shows behind their fourth album "Father of the Bride," nearly doubling the number of musicians on stage and embracing killer Grateful Dead-style jamming. A larger band set-up is still intact for the latest tour behind yet another well-loved album, the band's fifth, "Only God Was Above Us."

When, where, prices: 7 p.m. Aug. 1, BMO Pavilion. $44.94 to $358.

1. Green Day

Pop punk lovers will have plenty to choose from this summer, including the first Blink-182 show in Milwaukee since the classic lineup reunited; a couple intimate All Time Low gigs at the Rave (including one at their empty pool); plus two pop-punk festivals: Not Just a Phase Fest at Franklin Field and Sad Summer Festival at the Rave. But the pop punk show of the summer, no doubt, will be Green Day, who will revisit "Dookie" for its 30th anniversary, and "American Idiot" for its 20th anniversary, at American Family Field. The Smashing Pumpkins, Ministry and the Linda Lindas round out the stadium show lineup.

Record Store Day 2024’s Top Sellers: Noah Kahan, Olivia Rodrigo, Paramore, Pearl Jam & More

Kahan's blue-colored pressing of I Was/I Am was the top-selling RSD 2024 album, while Kahan and Olivia Rodrigo teamed up for the top single.

Vinyl releases from Noah Kahan , Olivia Rodrigo , Paramore , Pearl Jam and more were among the top-sellers from Record Store Day (RSD) 2024 in the United States, according to data tracking firm Luminate.

The annual independent record store celebration was held on April 20 this year and boasted a bevy of unique and limited-edition albums and singles (mostly vinyl pressings) created for the festivities. More than 350 titles were released for RSD 2024 at independent record stores across the United States.

Record Store Day 2024: Taylor Swift Helps, But Olivia Rodrigo, Noah Kahan & More Also Bring Big…

Kahan does double-duty with both the top-selling RSD single and album, according to Luminate (see lists, below). The top-selling RSD-exclusive single was a joint effort from Kahan and Rodrigo: a two-song, 7-inch colored-vinyl. The single features Rodrigo’s cover of Kahan’s “Stick Season” and Kahan’s cover of Rodrigo’s “Lacy,” both recorded in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. The top-selling RSD-exclusive album was a blue-colored vinyl pressing of Kahan’s 2021 sophomore album I Was/I Am .

The Nos. 2 to 5-biggest selling RSD-exclusive albums were: Paramore’s This Is Why / Re: This Is Why (double vinyl set, bone and ruby red-colored vinyl), Pearl Jam’s Dark Matter (on yellow and black ghostly-colored vinyl), Paramore’s Re: This Is Why (on ruby red-colored vinyl) and Talking Heads ’ Live at WCOZ 77 (double vinyl). (Paramore was also the RSD 2024 Ambassador, following in the footsteps of such recent previous RSD Ambassadors as Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires (2023), Taylor Swift (2022), Fred Armisen (2021), Brandi Carlile (2020) and Pearl Jam (2019).

While most RSD 2024 titles had a fairly limited pressing — under 5,000 each — a few titles this year earned larger production runs (such as I Was/I Am and the Kahan/Rodrigo single, which each had a run of more than 30,000).

May means outdoor concert venues reopen. Here are your must-see Nashville shows

noah kahan tour vip tickets

With the month May comes a glorious season for live music.

It's when the amphitheaters reopen and we're reminded of what we've been missing all winter: an outdoor concert under the stars.

So in addition to some great shows coming to Ascend in downtown Nashville and FirstBank in Franklin, we've got a rundown of all the shows (indoor and out) you need to see in May.

May 5: Music of Pink Floyd with the Nashville Symphony

There's something about a concert under the stars, and what better a way to break in "shed" season than with the music of Pink Floyd with the Nashville Symphony? This show will feature the band's iconic "Dark Side of the Moon" in its entirety, followed by the their greatest hits. Both will also feature a laser light show to create a musical and visual spectacle.

More info and tickets: concerts.livenation.com .

May 8: Neil Young and Crazy Horse

The Neil Young and Crazy Horse Love Earth Tour heads to Franklin's FirstBank Amphitheater for a night of Young classics. The band has played together for more than 50 years and in 2023 recorded some familiar classics on their latest album, "Fu##in’ Up." Young was quoted as saying: "In the spirit it’s offered … made this for the Horse lovers. I can’t stop it. The horse is runnin’. What a ride we have. I don’t want to mess with the vibe. I am so happy to have this to share.”

Tickets: firstbankamphitheater.com.

May 10 and 11: Amy Grant

Songstress Amy Grant brings her current tour to the Ryman Auditorium in May, marking the first time in 25 years that she has headlined a Nashville show outside of her annual Christmas residency. The show has been billed as a walk down memory lane through her remarkable career. She will also play some new music, the first from Grant in more than a decade.

More information and tickets: ryman.com .

May 11: Bad Bunny

Bad Bunny, the Puerto Rican rapper, singer, and record producer, comes back to the stage after only a few live performances in 2023 to bring his Most Wanted Tour to Nashville. The show has been billed as bringing Bunny fans an "unparalleled spectacle" and "a more intimate experience than previous tours."

Tickets: bridgestonearena.com.

May 12: Devo

Wonder if the '80s new wave band members still wear upside-down red flower pots on their heads? One way to find out. Come see for yourself when they bring hits such as "Whip It" as part of their 50 Years of De-Evolution Tour to the Ryman.

More info and tickets: ryman.com .

May 14: Stevie Nicks

Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Stevie Nicks, known both for her time with Fleetwood Mac and as a solo artist, is bringing her 2024 tour to Bridgestone Arena. Expect to hear a perfect mix of Fleetwood hits along with solo tracks and even some world-famous duets. Might be a perfect night for a surprise guest. Who knows?

May 16: Mammoth WVH

The WVH in Mammoth WVH stands for Wolfgang Van Halen, and while, yes, his dad was the legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen, "Wolf" as he is known, didn't grow up playing guitar, but rather the drums. That led to him learning basically every other rock instrument, all of which he played on his self-titled, 2021 debut album. Now, Wolf finds his voice as a lead singer and songwriter.

Tickets: brooklynbowl.com .

May 24 & 25: Noah Kahan

Noah Kahan brings his We'll Be Here Forever Tour to Nashville for two nights at Bridgestone Arena with special guest Ryan Beatty. Vermont-born Kahan has become known for his signature combo of folk and Americana styles of music, which have generated more than 2 billion streams and platinum certification for his hit single “Stick Season." He has collaborated with the likes of Post Malone, Julia Michaels and Wesley Schultz of the Lumineers, so keep your eyes open for a possible special guest.

Tickets: bridgestonearena.com .

May 31 and June 1: Lainey Wilson

If you haven't seen Lainey Wilson lately, you've been living under a rock. The country superstar is everywhere, enjoying sweeping awards ceremonies, playing live and collaborating with some of her favorite musicians. Just before she paints Nashville red during CMA Fest, she brings her Country's Cool Again Tour to Ascend for a two-night run.

  • DebbJ 0 contributions 4.0 of 5 bubbles Great way to get oriented to Moscow We started our Moscow experience with the hop on hop off. It was a great way to get orientated to the city. The additional optional tours were also good, we did the Metro tour which I highly recommend, we also paid for the Kremlin tour. The hop on hop off has three different lines all included. Only fault was the bus was sometimes full and you had to wait for the next one which was about 15 minutes (in the cold). Read more Written January 6, 2020

  • BeverleyT 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Boat trip - TERRIBLE We got on the bus, but couldn’t buy a 1 day ticket. They suggested we do the 1 hour boat trip and said they would drop us to the dock. 1) they dropped us in the wrong place 2) they were lost because of the marathon Then the boat, after we finally found it: 1) stinking fumes, actually gagging 2) no commentary, in fact, no interaction unless you begged 3) offered us 2 for 1 icecreams as they had melted and refrozen as the fridge gets turned off at night Honestly, we enjoyed the afternoon in the boat but spent all of it laughing at just how awful it was!!! The worst thing in Moscow! Read more Written August 18, 2019
  • niruDurbs 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Not the best value for the price The ticket is quite expensive and covers three different routes in a 24 hour period. The red route is quite exciting and takes about an hour. The bus comes every 10 to 15 minutes. However the other two routes take about two hours each and buses come every 30 to 40 minute period. If the bus is full then you have to wait at the stop for the next bus. So personally I feel that not much can be seen this way. I definitely was not impressed. However it must be noted that one can learn a lot about the history of Moscow Read more Written July 3, 2019

  • Rebecca J 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Boat element was excellent We purchased a ticket online for the boat and bus for 2 days. The boat element was wonderful, we saw some amazing parts of Moscow along the river side. The bus element was very disappointing as it only started at 10am and was finished by 6:30pm. It was extremely warm when we were there and it would have been great to do the tour in the cool of the day. There was also no air conditioning in the down stairs part of the bus. They also turned away passengers at one of the stops as the bus was full and there was not another bus for 40 minutes. Read more Written September 26, 2018

  • Peter F 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Two Routes There is a short red route which depending on the traffic takes about an hour. The route is generally around the Red Square area. The ear phones were small and sometimes the commentary did not link up with the sites you were seeing. The green bus takes you on a longer route and ours took two and a half hours due to the heavy traffic. I would not recommend this trip unless it is raining or you want to fill in time. The sights we saw were nothing outstanding with plenty of time at certain stops for photos. Also the driver stop for a bite to eat at one stop. Read more Written July 30, 2018

The bus didn't stop at many points. Were were unaware a couple of times at what point we were and missed them. Headphones and maps were provided. • WilliamDyer 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Poor service on boat and too many waiting times on buses For the price, you should expect at minimum English speaking tour guides with decent experience, but at least in my case that did not happen both in buses and boats. And in the boat even tough we were 90% English speaking tourist at least, the tour guide spoke 95% of the time in Russia, and only 3 sentences in English, I really counted how many times she spoke in English. And at the end she asks us if we have any questions? Of course I told her I couldn’t ask her anything since I didn’t understand 95% of what she was saying. The boat tour is not worth it, just take the bus that would be my advice. Second minus is the waiting times, in the boat they made us wait an hour before it departed, and in many stops with the buses waiting times of 20-30 minutes. I actually think I lost that day around 2 hours doing nothing. Be careful. Read more Written July 10, 2018
