This is a silly question. I know. But, does the Disney package come with Park tickets? When reading the details, it only says air tickets on HAL, 1 exec suite at Castle Inn, and shuttle service. Doesn't specifically say, park tickets.

Do not walk-into this travel office ever...you will be sorry! Might be better to arrange your travels online...Office Manager (asian female)...very rude, belligerent...very hostile environment...not sure how employees can work in this type of setting...employees will not look at you or greet you...body posture very stiff and upright! Would not and will not give this Business any travel business. Panda Travel was trusted for travel many years ago but not now!!! Wow! Ka-Ching?????

Earlier this week, I took my brother to Panda Travel. He was trying to book a trip to Las Vegas. After many attemps to get through to Hawaiian Airlines on the phone my wife suggested Pandas. We got there and got a friendly greeting. A short time later he was with the agent and the booking began. It didn't take long and he was done. Yes, it did cost a few bucks more. But for senior citizens it's a choice worth considering. Stay safe.

Can you tell me which agent helped you? I am so confused how this travel agency has received so many stars and good reviews. First off, I called several times with no answer. After several attempts, the receptionist picked up and informed me that all the agents are busy and that I will be receiving a call back as soon as one is available. I never received a call back. I emailed them to kindly ask if I can get in touch with someone who can help assist me with travel since I was unsuccessful with reaching an agent by phone. I did receive a reply from the Director in Business Support who asked me to send over my info so she can look into it, which I did. 4 days passed and I never received a reply. I emailed again to follow up, and received a prompt response that said she will look into it and get back to me later in the day. Almost one week has passed. Still no reply. I understand as pandemic restrictions are lifted businesses will pick up such especially a travel agency. But the unprofessionalism and procrastination to leave customers hanging and waiting is unacceptable and inappropriate. They simple do not have the courtesy to reply in a prompt and timely manner. Panda Travel is unable to provide the customer service or support that a travel agency should. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write this review because I honestly don't think this company is reputable in providing 4 star service. If zero stars was such a thing, this would be the first place I think deserves it.

Shopping tour in Seoul, Korea... I read Christine L.'s review about this 4-night trip and it sounded like fun! The length of time is just right because there's only so much shopping that a person can do...lol! Our tour leader was Daisy. She's very organized and has great communication. I called her for more information and went to her office (on Kapahulu Avenue) to turn in my completed application and deposit. Daisy emailed us when our packets were ready to be picked up. She gave us helpful information about what to pack, how much to tip, etc. We flew to Korea via Hawaiian Airlines. It was quite eventful when after 2 hours in the air, the plane turned around and we returned to Honolulu for safety reasons. Daisy remained calm and gave us our options - such as - extending our stay in Korea for free - we just had to pay for the 3 extra nights at the hotel. We had a breakfast buffet every morning at Sejong Hotel and Daisy would go to every table check up with each person. She's so personable and listens to what the group wants. For example, some of the gals wanted to buy purses and wallets. Daisy helped negotiate for better prices when she could . I highly recommend Daisy's Shopping Tour in Korea. (We also visited a Folk Village, Seoul Tower, and a palace). Our hotel was located in the middle of several shopping areas. Popular purchases were bankets, utensils, socks, and souvenirs like coin purses, pens, and flavored almonds. We had free time to walk wherever and whenever we chose. There was a Daiso, Uniqlo, and LINE FRIENDS Store nearby. Daisy took us to the best money exchange place and gave us great suggestions for restaurants! I'm really glad that I went on this tour!

Escorting a team and asked to be assigned an aisle seat so I can help assist anyone that may need help. They placed me in a window on both flights! Echo other reviews about them being difficult to work with called for an update and was told you just have to trust us?? Lol so much for trusting them.

Looking for the ideal "Girls Trip", Bachelorette party or need a quick but satisfying get away?? Panda Travel is the right place! I just got back from my second Shopping and Foodie tour in Korea with Panda. These mini shopping tours are offered only a couple of times a year, and I plan on attending every single one! The pricing is soooo worth it as direct airfare, all airport taxes, hotel, transportation and daily breakfast buffet are included. The shopping, food and sightseeing are phenomenal. A bunch of the girls on our tour even went for $18, hour massages daily. It can't get better than that! SHOPPING and FOOD... I can't stress it enough... mark my words, this is the next popular destination like Japan! Korea has a 5 story Daiso store, has super clean street shopping with everything from fashion, the best beauty products to the best scissors, delicious street foods and lots of history and culture! Panda offers a safe guided tour and you can't go wrong! Read my first review and call Panda! I heard there's another shopping tour coming up in October... Xmas shopping! I plan on going... join me!!

I have always been marveled by Panda Travel's Sunday ads. Not only do they offer the largest array of tours, but their prices can't be beat. I had wondered why my father in law who works for Hawaiian airlines and has free flight privileges chose to go on Panda tours, but now I know. For several years now I've wanted to go to Korea and finally had the opportunity by signing up for the Korea "shopping tour" with Panda. Best decision ever! The tour was 4 nights and 5 days and was the perfect get away vacay for my crazy schedule of being a Mom and stressful work. The flights were perfectly laid out and was a direct on Hawaiian air. My checked bags were free and after checking in through TSA, I did not lift a finger. Everything was mapped out smoothly. At the gate, we even received Lilikoi and Banana cake as a snack! On to the trip. We landed in Seoul around 8pm. A bus was waiting and they loaded up our luggage and took us to our 4-star hotel. A deluxe bento for dinner was waiting for us at the hotel. It was awesome! The days to follow, we were treated to a daily elaborate buffet breakfast. During the days we toured by deluxe Coach Bus. The tours were a mixture of historic sites and new. It was a very good introduction to Korea. Nights were open, meaning that we were able to shop and eat on our own. As our hotel was well situated in the Myeong Dong area, we were amidst some of the best shopping and restaurants that Seoul has to offer. Although it was open touring, the guide from Panda was always there if we needed her. She even walked us to the best rate money exchanges and shopped with those who felt uncomfortable being on their own. So what sets Panda travel apart from other tour agencies? They definitely go the extra mile for you. They treated me and other touring members like family, allowing us to take in all of the sites and scenes without lifting a finger. The guide was helpful, knowledgeable and truly cared. She even went out of her way to learn about each and every one of the 43 tour members! Additionally, when a guest felt under the weather, the guide also went out and bought Advil, Satohap muscle relaxant dots and dinner. Now that's incredible service!! Panda Tours and Travel is a one stop shop. You can choose one of their many tours or they can even customize a trip to fulfill your needs!The convenience and service can't be beat!!

This is my first time connecting with a tour company and our trip to Japan is not until October. However, the employees have always been cordial and helpful to answer my questions and most of all, they call you back when you leave a message! So important!

Loved my Korea tour with Panda Travel. Had a wonderful time touring Seoul and Busan. Daisy was so accommodating and helpful. She made sure that everyone's needs were met. Her knowledge of Korea was invaluable. Jin, the local tour guide, and Mr. Lee, the bus driver, were awesome and just made this tour a great one.

I haven't been able to book any thing with this company as of yet. So my review will be neutral because of my experience. The moment I got our passports in the mail I had so many ideas and plans of where we'd be traveling! I don't care how or when, but I was going to make it happen. Especially since the children's passports are only good for 5 years and my children's ages are tricky for making good use of them. When returning from our family trip out of the country last year, my gears were already turning trying to figure out a trip across certain parts of Asia. A trip to experience the cultures of our heritage, if you will. As I spoke to clients in trying to gather info, a couple of them mentioned they had booked with Panda previously and it was a no fuss experience for them. Beginning 2020 we found out we were supposed to be traveling to Texas with the DOE and I was crushed. It was bittersweet. A great experience for my baby and her team mates to showcase their talents for Hawaii. But then it would also take away from another, international family vacation... The school originally set up plans with another travel agency, but for whatever reason switched. February 2020 I was notified that we were making travel arrangements through Panda Travel so I gave them a call. Everything was pre-pandemic, so my experience might have been a blessing in disguise. When I called, the receptionist had no idea of what school travel plans I was talking about and would have someone call me back. I never got a call back. Fast forward to a week before spring break. It was announced the DOE was suspending all related trips. Another family that had already paid for their arrangements were going to have to clear that up some how during everything that we were about to go through. School closures, unemployment & quarantine/stay at home orders... I'm glad I dodged that bullet. I have no idea why I never got a call back but that's normally how my luck goes. This time it worked out for the best! Moving forward, with the way this little situation for me was handled... I probably wouldn't keep them at the top of the list for travel arrangements in the future. I'm too much of a control freak to let someone else plan things for me anyways.

Thanks Christine for the connection! I reached out to Daisy via emaiI at Panda Travel and gave her three cities I was interested in visiting. Decided to see what came back......I also gave her a bunch of different dates in June and July- did I drive her crazy?!I've never used a travel agent before so I was curious to see what her prices would be like......and I was pleasantly pleased! Of course I double checked with my usual sources, and Daisy's prices were really good for a carrier that I like-Delta. Made the reservation, paid and we're set. Daisy was fun to work with and made the whole experience fast and pain free. Hmmmmm already thinking about my next adventure.....! When the prices are this good, how can you resist?
