We just returned from a 9 day trip from Italy. We started in Rome and we're greeted by our guide, Eleanor's Melani. She was the nicest person and so knowledgeable about all of the places we visited.

First of all they bill themselves as a catholic ravel agency. I took 2 back to back tours with them and learned they don't even have anyone from the Cathokic Church employed as guides or employees.

A company with no work/life balance. First and foremost this a union shop and seniority is strongly used against new employees. Expect to work 60 - 68 hours a week for your first year or two. They use a point system being late, sick and for emergencies. The point system is only 6 points which can be very difficult for new hires.
