The hotel is in the town of Kavarna on the Black Sea coast. The professional team at Royal Grand Hotel&SPA 4* guarantees first-class service and a relaxing atmosphere 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To meet the needs of the most discerning guests, the hotel is built and furnished in a contemporary style in accordance with the highest design standards and trends. Here you will find a private beach with golden sand, crystal clear water, and breathtaking sea views. The hotel is comprised of a single structure with five floors, 140 rooms, and three elevators.

Guests of the Royal Grand Hotel&SPA 4* can enjoy designer style, comfort, and hospitality. The rooms are tastefully furnished and well-equipped. They have everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing, and unforgettable stay. All rooms have air conditioning, an LCD TV, satellite TV, sofas, a minibar, a terrace with a view of the sea or the park, Wi-Fi, a safe, twin or double bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table with a mirror. The bathroom has a shower or a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

The Royal Grand Hotel&SPA 4* features a large and modern SPA center, as well as a fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment. The thermal area covers 170 square meters. Hotel guests have free access to the spa’s thermal area. The center’s total area is approximately 650 sqm and includes:

The center only uses high-quality cosmetics from the French brand THALION. It is the world’s first cosmetic company to use all of the sea’s riches in modern cosmetology. The THALION institute laboratories are located in Brittany, France, on the Atlantic coast. UNESCO has designated this area a world biosphere reserve. The Brittany region is also ideal for growing and collecting various types of algae. Algae produce specific substances: proteins, minerals, trace elements, vitamins, and amino acids with unique healing properties for the human body in a unique natural environment with exceptionally clean seawater.

Indoor pool area

It features showers, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities. Sunbeds with orthopedic designs are available in the area. There is also a jacuzzi for 12 people, as well as a section dedicated to children.

Thermal area

Occupies most of the spa. It features separate modules for Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, adventure showers, shock buckets, ice bowl, relaxation area, and salt room. The area occupied by the thermal zone is 170 sqm.

Massage area

There are three massage rooms equipped with massage couches, shower cabins, sofas, and other amenities. A special hydrotherapy cabinet near them is equipped with a tangentor bath of the latest generation of medical equipment.

The hotel has one conference room suitable for training, conferences, seminars. The hall is rectangular in shape, with its own ventilation and air conditioning, and you can set the temperature to your liking.

Booking and accommodation conditions

Booking conditions.

To make a reservation you need to provide your name, exact arrival and departure dates and a telephone number. Reservation requests for accommodation and/or services must be made in one of the following ways:

Offer and reservation

We prepare individual offers upon request. Individual offers are made upon request. The offer is only valid for the customer who made the request during the time period specified in the offer. The addressee can use the offer’s conditions only if he accepts it within its validity period and makes a reservation for the services specified in it. A tailor-made offer is not valid for previously booked reservations.

A reservation (made by any means) for accommodation at the Royal Grand Hotel&SPA 4*, offered in advance at a minimum of 50% of the lump sum service /unless otherwise agreed between the client and the Hotel/ by bank transfer or in cash, is considered guaranteed. The remaining balance of your reservation can be paid at the hotel.

Bookings that include a period of accommodation during national or international holidays that are prepaid at 100% /one hundred percent/ of the accommodation amount by bank transfer or in cash are considered confirmed.

Check-in at the Hotel is done by presenting personal documents proving the identity of the customer who made the reservation, a document proving the payment of the advance amount and a confirmation or voucher for accommodation.

In case the client wishes to be provided with additional services beyond the accommodation or has specific requirements regarding food, accommodation, etc., he/she must declare them when submitting the reservation request. The hotel will do its best to satisfy them, but does not unconditionally guarantee their fulfilment.

Cancellation

Free cancellation: up to 14 days before the date of arrival

Late cancellation: for cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the amount of 1st and 2nd night will be charged

No-Show (no-show on the date of check-in/use of service) or check-out before the agreed date: the amount of 1st and 2nd night will be charged;

If the reservation for a group – more than 6 people or 3 rooms and a No-Show occurs, the hotel will charge a minimum of 50% of the reservation amount.

Cancellation policy for special offers and conditions

Individual cancellation policy – in case of illness or urgent reason cancellations are made as agreed with the hotel.

The hotel is not responsible for, and will not refund, cancellations caused by force majeure, such as war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, cancellations and non-arrival due to deteriorated natural conditions, and other circumstances.

Check-in and check-out policy

Check-in time – after 14:00.

Access to rooms is subject to availability at the time of arrival. First main meal of the All Inclusive program – Lunch, starts at 12pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time – 11:00.

Guests who check out between 11:00 and 18:00 will be charged a fee by the hotel. After 18:00, room check-out will be charged at the rate of one full night. On the day of departure, the last main meal is breakfast.

Hotel Policies

– These rules are based on the current Bulgarian legislation.

– Royal Grand Hotel&SPA 4* ” guarantees its guests’ confidentiality.

– Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Royal Grand Hotel&SPA 4*. Failure to comply with the ban will result in a fine of 50,00 lv.

– The hotel administration may terminate the services of those guests who violate fire safety regulations, smoke in unauthorized places, and do not comply with the legal requirements of the administration.

– You can leave feedback and recommendations about the hotel’s performance in the guest book at the reception.

– Items left by guests are kept for up to 1 month.

– The hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out is until 11,00, check-in is after 14,00.

– The hotel operates on an All-Inclusive basis, you can find out about the services included in the board, meal times at check-in at the reception.

– Taking food out of the restaurant is prohibited.

– When bringing food or beverages into the restaurant, a fee will be charged based on the type of item brought in.

– The following services are free of charge: taxi ordering, wake-up calls, Wi-Fi usage.

– Please keep the hotel’s property safe and follow all fire safety regulations. Please close the windows, turn off the water taps, and turn off all lights and electrical appliances before leaving your room. The guest must fully compensate the hotel for the value of the damaged property in accordance with the hotel’s internal documents.

– Passing the key-card of your room to third parties is prohibited

– Removing or moving furniture from rooms is not permitted

– Parking cars at the entrances and exits, as well as on the lawns, is not permitted

– Pets are not allowed in the hotel

First visit

We welcome all new guests! You can take a familiarization tour with our spa administration at your request. They will be pleased to show you around the treatment rooms, introduce you to our services, and answer any questions you may have. Before your first treatment, your therapist will ask you some questions about your health, physical activity, and so on, which you should answer truthfully in order for your time with us to be complete and pleasurable.

Delay or cancellation

Please do not be late for a procedure! Your lateness would have a detrimental impact on the clients scheduled after you. In the event of a tight timetable, we will be compelled to shorten your treatment in accordance with the delay, with no change in the price of the spa service. We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to guarantee a very delightful stay. If you need to cancel a treatment, please do so as soon as possible. This allows our spa administration to offer your appointment to another guest in a timely way.

Before each treatment

Please remember that any treatment, including a visit to the thermal area, is passive exercise. It is therefore recommended that you do not take any food for at least one hour prior to your visit with us, and that you abstain from alcohol throughout the day. We offer separate changing rooms for men and women. It is best to take a shower before beginning any body treatment. Warm water prepares and relaxes your muscles. Please turn off the sound on your mobile device during your visit. Please maintain silence and speak as quietly as possible.

During your stay

Do not hesitate to ask about anything that interests you. If you require anything extra or wish to change your treatment, please notify the spa administrator or therapist. They will do everything they can to make you feel better. The treatment prices do not include a service percentage. If you prefer, you can express your appreciation for a specific service by paying a small additional fee.

Forgotten items

The Royal Grand Spa is not responsible for items forgotten on the premises, in lockers or in robe pockets! However, any item found will be kept and returned upon request.

Dear Clients, to ensure your comfort and safety, Royal Grand Spa reserves the right to refuse treatments to persons visibly intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants, as well as in the event of aggressive behaviour or gross violation of spa rules.

Mineral water

Spa Royal Grand uses mineral water from borehole No. P-113 “Kavarna” located at 2000 m. Kavarna municipality, Dobrich region. Spa Royal Grand uses mineral water from borehole No. P-113 “Kavarna,” which is located at 2000 meters in the Kavarna municipality of the Dobrich region. It is defined as low mineralized, hypothermal, hydrocarbonate-chloride calcium-magnesium-sodium water that is free of sanitary-chemical and microbiological contaminants. The content of the examined micro-components is within the limits of mineral water norms. The water’s physicochemical composition and properties are stable.

The water’s therapeutic and prophylactic properties are determined by its low mineralisation and the presence of colloidal hydrocarbonate calcium, sodium, chloride, and magnesium ions, as well as metasilicic acid.

When used for external balneotherapy and balneoprophylaxis /after appropriate tempering to 33-35℃/ has a beneficial effect on the following diseases:

• peripheral nervous system /discopathy, radiculitis, plexitis, etc./
• orthopaedic diseases / for movement in post-traumatic and post-operative conditions, etc./
• degenerative and inflammatory joint diseases /arthritis, spondylarthritis, arthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylarthritis, etc./
