About Seven Lions
Producer Seven Lions has never had a problem breaking rules and transcending musical boundaries to satisfy his creative vision. Catching his break after winning a Beatport remix contest in 2012 with his dubstep-focused version of Above & Beyond’s “You Got to Go”, Seven Lions, born Jeff Montalvo, garnered support from the likes of Anjunabeats, Casablanca Records, OWSLA, Viper Recordings, Republic Records, and Monstercat over the past nine years. After a decade of music, Seven Lions released his first ever album ‘Beyond The Veil’ to the excitement of the wider dance music scene. The album includes twelve solo original tracks that challenge and evolve the current melodic bass and dubstep sound that he helped pioneer. Massive crossover stars Lights and Vancouver Sleep Clinic as well as dance music singer/songwriters Mija, GG Magree and JT Roach are featured on the record, which delves into dance pop, downtempo, acoustic, house, ambient and cross-genre territory.
Seven Lions has been busy teasing the album tracks at countless festival headlines this past year, his 2021 tour and standout performances at Red Rocks and his own music festival Chronicles at the Gorge. Putting technical production prowess to work in a soulful, deep, hybridized creations that all distinctly his own, the multi-talented musician is changing the sonic landscape for future generations to come by bridging the gap between the soaring, ethereal vibe of trance and intensely adrenalizing bass music. His productions have seen stages at world-renowned festivals such as Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival (New York and Las Vegas), Electric Forest, Electric Zoo, South by Southwest, and HARD.
The Seven Lions world continues to expand through Ophelia Records, his own melodic bass label that has made its imprint through several scene-leading releases like Seven Lions, SLANDER, and Dabin Feat. Dylan Matthew – First Time, Seven Lions & Jason Ross – Ocean, Seven Lions, Excision, and Wooli Feat. Dylan Matthew- Another Me, and Seven Lions, Dabin, and Trivecta Feat. Nevve – Island. The label has become synonymous with homegrown, cream of the crop melodic bass music, and is undoubtedly the label that the rest of the melodic bass scene looks towards for up and coming acts and tour worthy anthems.

Seven Lions Announces Dates for Beyond The Veil – The Journey III Tour

Seven Lions is set to hit cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Toronto, Philadelphia, and more on the Beyond The Veil – The Journey III Tour in 2023.
Ophelia Records -boss Seven Lions has been on quite a ride in 2022. He kicked off the year by teaming up with Jason Ross on a fresh EP before making his way to festivals all over the world with his dynamic sets in tow. This all led up to the release of his debut album, Beyond The Veil , which landed back in October and featured 12 original tracks for his faithful following to feast their ears on. His imprint has also continued to flourish this year, with a plethora of releases landing from rising stars and established artists alike in a range of genres from melodic dubstep to psytrance.
While fans might’ve gotten their fix of Seven Lions’ dynamic sounds at festivals this year, which included an Abraxis set at Dreamstate SoCal earlier this month, those craving to hear the tunes from Beyond The Veil continued to hope for an album tour. Today, he’s answered that call with a massive helping of shows in 2023 that will take him across North America on the Beyond The Veil – The Journey III Tour .
Kicking off on April 1 in Tacoma , Seven Lions will then grace cities including Houston , New Orleans , Philadelphia , Buffalo , Madison , Orlando , Miami , and Las Vegas , before closing everything down on June 16 in Berkeley . Notable stops on the Beyond The Veil – The Journey III Tour include Los Angeles’ LA State Historic Park , two nights at Echostage in Washington DC , and a night at the Brooklyn Mirage that attendees won’t soon forget. Stay tuned for updates on who will be joining him along for the ride.
Artist presale tickets for Seven Lions’ Beyond The Veil – The Journey III Tour will be available from December 7 at 10am local time to December 8 at 10pm local time via Laylo – sign up now for access. The remaining tickets go on sale Friday, December 9 at 10am local time via Ticketmaster .

Absolutely amazing show! The sound was great, the visuals were great, and you could tell that Seven Lions loves what he does. He was vibing with thr crowd so well. Pretty sure he had my favourite EDM set I've ever seen! If you have the chance to see him, you better not miss it.

I was absolutely blown away! Definitely one of the better EDM shows I've seen. The set was absolutely unique and amazing. The sound quality was perfect. Anyone who is thinking of going to see him don't miss your chance. It's something you have to experience for yourself!
Considering Jeff is a producer of melodic dubstep/house, I expected a fairly heavy set. He did not disappoint. I was at illenium the week before and the bass at this show was comparably harder. I was taken aback slightly by the amount of hardstyle/psytrance he played but it was very enjoyable and the crowd loved it.
The venue was great and the different levels with individual rails allowed for a lot of headbanging. Security was a little lax as far as unruly patrons and drug use but otherwise it was one of the best concerts I’ve ever attended.

Grace Kim shoots 7-under 64 at Wilshire Country Club to lead LPGA Tour's JM Eagle LA Championship
Lpga tour golf.
LOS ANGLES (AP) — Grace Kim shot a 7-under 64 at Wilshire Country Club to take the first-round lead Thursday in the LPGA Tour's JM Eagle LA Championship.
Playing in the morning session, the 23-year-old Australian capped her bogey-free round with a chip-in birdie on the par-3 18th.
“Well, I chunked my tee shot on the last hole 20 meters short and then I chipped it in it,” Kim said. “I think that’s pretty cool, in front of everyone.”
Maja Stark of Sweden , Sei Young Kim of South Korea and Chanettee Wannasaen of Thailand were a stroke back at 65. Stark finished second last week outside Houston in The Chevron Championship, two strokes behind top-ranked Nelly Korda.
“I was so tired when I got here,” Stark said. “I barely been practicing. Just did a little bit of what I needed to do. I feel like it’s kind of similar anyway because there are just some pins that you can’t go for just like at Chevron.”
Korda withdrew Monday, a day after her fifth victory in a row.
Grace Kim won the LOTTE Championship last year in a playoff in Hawaii for her first LPGA Tour title. She missed the cut in The Chevron, shooting 76-72.
“If I was to compare my round today to last week, I really focused on just not having too much in my mind,” she said. “I think I over-thought a lot of things through my first and second round last week and struggled a little bit mentally.”
Sei Young Kim had four straight birdies on Nos. 12-15 in her afternoon round. She won the last of her 12 LPGA Tour titles in 2020.
Auston Kim, Haeran Ryu and Nataliya Guseva shot 66, and defending champion Hannah Green matched Amy Yang and Bianca Pagdanganan at 67.
