About Victory Star Cruise

Victory Star is one of the largest cruises operating in Halong Bay which provides 32 luxry private cabins reaching the class of a 4-star hotel with all supplementary services: private bath, air conditioning and line sheets, to name a few.

The restaurant of Victory Star may serve up to 42 gourmets at the same time, in which one may taste a wide selection of Vietnamese cuisine highly focusing on fresh sea-foods of the bay.

Additionally, attentive staffs of the cruise are in the ready mode anytime you want to make a request who will delicately instruct you a number of on-board activities: small boats to explore surrounding caves, kayaking, cooking classes, international wine tasting, etc.

Depending on your demand, Victory Star will design suitable itinerary for either 2 days 1 night or 3 days 2 nights around Bai Tu Long Bay and exploring primitive caves nearby; visiting and eating at fishing villages; rowing-boat competition.

Cruise itinerary

Our shuttle bus picks you up at your hotel, then we’ll get in the car together for a drive to Halong on the new highway. Arrive at Halong International Harbor at around 11:30. Get on the cruise ship at around 12:30 and enjoy a welcome drink, listen to cruise briefing and safety instructions.

Lunch is served with dozens of delicious Vietnamese and international food. The cruise approaches Luon Cave where you will leisurely sit on the bamboo boat rowed by a local or kayak by yourself. After that, return to the boat and move to the second spot at Titop Beach for swimming. After that, the cruise progresses to the sleeping area.

There would be a cooking class on the sundeck before dinner is served in the restaurant. At night, you may either relax on the deck or drink refined wine or have a massage at beauty spa or try your hand at squid fishing on board.

Get up early to watch the romantic scenery of rising sun and take part in exciting Taichi session on the sundeck. Take some coffee/tea and biscuits for quick breakfast before the ship arrive at Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave at 7:30 am. This cave is famous for spectacular formation of stalagmite and stalactite under a mystic combination of light.

Return to the ship and pack up your luggage then enjoy the farewell buffet while we are heading back to the pier. Arrive at the pier at 11:00 and go back to Hanoi on car. Tour ends

We booked the Suite for 2 nights. The cabin was lovely and well-equipped. The food was abundant and could be customed to your diet. The cave was amazing and kayaking was fun. We had a more quiet and relaxing trip on the second day. The activities onboard were repeated and not really interesting so we just enjoyed the view. The drinks were a bit pricey.

The staff was superb. They took care of my family all the time. The food was delicious. The only con was the jam-packed schedule. The 2 day/1 night means almost 24 hours onboard only. Anyway, the tour was interesting. Thank you.

The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. The path to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through steep stone steps, tourists may have the feeling of climbing on mountains and experience the excitement as if they are stepping to the sky.

• 20.30:  After dinner, you will enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You can also participate in evening activities such as massage (subject to additional charge), herbal foot bath on sundeck (free of charge one herbal bag for each cabin) or enjoying music and some drinks at Sky Bar while admiring breathtaking view of the Bay at night and squid fishing.

DAY 2: Lan Ha Bay - Dark & Bright Cave - Three Peaches Beach

• 08:30:  Day boat pick up at cruises and depart from Titop area in Ha Long bay
• 10:30:  Transfer to Lan Ha bay which is formed by the archipelago Cat Ba island. Stop at Dark and Bright caves area for kayaking in an hour and a half
• 11:30:  Lunch will be served on boat
• 12:30:  Move to Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches Beaches) for swimming in the crystal water and a beautiful white sandy beach for an hour and fifteen minutes.
• 13:30:  Boat return to HaLong bay to explore more land-scape
• 14:45:  Visiting Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum for learning how to raise the farm, harvest pearls and its business about forty minutes
• 15:25:  Back to the boat and transfer to the Amanda Cruise

DAY 3: Sung Sot Cave( Surprise Cave ) - Halong - Hanoi

• 07.30:  Exploring Sung Sot cave. This is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations which couldn’t be found anywhere else. The path to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through steep stone steps, tourists may have the feeling of climbing on mountains and experience the excitement as if they are stepping to the sky.
