Shopping Tips For All Presales

Can I sign in to the same Ticketmaster account on multiple devices to shop?

No, when you sign in to the same account on multiple devices it may result in errors and/or limit you from shopping during the Presale. Before the sale begins, please double check you are only signed in to the Ticketmaster account you registered with on one device.

How many tabs can I have open at once?

Please only open one tab, per show.

You may only use multiple tabs on the same device when shopping for more than one show. As a reminder:

  • If you’d like to shop for tickets to multiple shows, you will need to join the Waiting Room for each one.
  • Please only join the Waiting Room once and only use one tab per show to reduce any delays.
  • Once you join the Waiting Room, do not close your page.

Is it true only one device is allowed per WiFi network and others will be blocked?

No. Fans using a public or shared WiFi network, no matter how many people are sharing, will NOT be blocked from shopping for tickets. We encourage everyone to sign in to their own Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room 30 minutes before the Presale begins.

Can a group of us share the same WiFi at someone's house/school/etc?

Yes, no matter how many people are sharing a WiFi network, you will NOT be blocked from shopping for tickets. We encourage everyone to sign in to their own Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room before the Presale begins.

Can I give or share my Presale access code with friends or family?

No, your Presale access code is just for you, tied to your Ticketmaster account and cannot be shared.

Why do I see tickets available to purchase on another site before the Verified Fan Presale has even happened?

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets before they even go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. Learn more about spec tickets here .

This email is to confirm your details and that we successfully received your registration. Please note that your confirmation email is not an invitation to shop.  Once we get closer to the Verified Fan Presale, you’ll receive an email with additional information about your invitation status.

Does getting an access code mean I will get tickets?

Receiving an access code means that you’ll have the opportunity to shop for tickets. However, the ability to purchase tickets is determined by supply and demand, and is not guaranteed.

Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

I got an email telling me that I’m on the Waitlist, what does that mean?

Due to extremely high demand and limited invitations, we are sometimes unable to confirm your access for Verified Fan Presales. Should additional invitations become available, we will notify you by text message. Please keep in mind that any additional ticket inventory will be extremely limited and tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

How will I know if I move off the Waitlist?

Keep your phone close by as your text notification can come at any time after the sale begins. When notified, you’ll receive a text message with the link to the sale and your unique access code. You’ll also want to closely watch your email just in case there are text delivery issues such as an incorrectly entered number or blocked carriers. In that case we’ll email your access code details to the address you use for your Ticketmaster account.

Whose ID do I bring if I buy tickets on my Ticketmaster account, but use my parent/guardian credit card to purchase a VIP Package?

Bring your personal ID to the show. When shopping for tickets, please make sure you sign in to your personal Ticketmaster account, not the credit card holder. Any tickets purchased will be issued to the Ticketmaster account holder’s name.

Suga’s Solo Tour Tickets Are Selling Out Fast — Here’s How You Can Still See the BTS Member’s Concert

In the midst of BTS ‘ hiatus, Suga has become the first BTS member to embark on a solo tour , with a slate of dates scheduled around the world this spring, including a U.S. run. Announced in February 2023, Min Yoon-gi titled his tour under his BTS stage name “ Suga “, as well as his other stage moniker, Agust D.

Even though all seven members of BTS are exploring solo projects right now (and completing their mandatory military service ), Suga has been releasing his own self-produced music for a few years now. Back in 2016, he dropped a debut self-titled mixtape as Agust D, then followed that project up in 2020 with another mixtape, D-2 . Suga has also done a bunch of production work for other artists recently, including Psy , the Japanese singer Ømi, and his BTS bandmate Jung Kook.

Suga’s Agust D tour will kick off April 26 in New York and will span the U.S. before making its way to Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and soon-to-be announced Japan dates. But just like any previous BTS tour, tickets are selling out faster than you can add to cart — but don’t stress. If you’re an ARMY looking to get Suga tickets to the Agust D tour, read on to find out where to buy Suga concert tickets online even after they sell out.

BTS' Suga Announced His First Solo World Tour

The rapper and singer will hold 11 shows in the U.S.

BTS is set to start their mandatory military service soon, but they’re giving their fans a proper send off before then. In addition to the individual solo projects, albums, and collaborations they’ve all released, Suga will become the first member to embark on his own solo world tour.

The group’s charismatic rapper, songwriter, and producer announced his first-ever global tour on Tuesday, which will take him to cities across the U.S., Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan. On his own, the member will play arena stages — and likely sell them out, too. The tour, called Agust D, named after his 2016 solo mixtape and his other stage name, kicks off in late April and will likely wrap up three months later in July with a few dates yet to be announced in Japan.

In the U.S., Suga is scheduled to play huge venues like New Jersey’s Prudential Center and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum — two arenas with a seat capacity of over 17,000. Per the tour schedule, he’s set to play multiple nights in some cities, which will hopefully ease some of the overwhelming fan demand (and ticketing nightmares).

Last we checked, Suga was meant to kick off his military duties in March 2023, but given the scheduling of the tour, that seems to have changed. It is likely he’ll instead enlist following the tour. NME reported that the boyband member will also not enter active duty as previously thought, and will instead fulfill his military requirements as a social service agent.

In addition to his 2016 mixtape Agust D , Suga also released D-2 , his second solo mixtape, in 2020. This tour will finally give him the opportunity to perform both of those projects live. For everything you need to know about attending Suga’s tour from the full tour schedule to how to buy tickets, read on.

Suga/Agust D World Tour: Tickets, Dates

Suga, whose Korean name is Min Yoongi, will kick off his world tour at the UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York, on April 26 and 27. He is then set for one date in Newark, New Jersey, three in Rosemont, Illinois, and three in Los Angeles. He’ll wrap up the U.S. leg with two shows in Oakland on May 16 and 17.

Following that, he’ll head to Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan (with those dates to be announced soon).

The tour is under both his BTS stage name, Suga, and his other stage moniker, Agust D. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on March 3 at 3 p.m. local time.

Shortly after announcing the tour, Suga went live on  Weverse  on Valentine’s Day. “I can’t say much, but yes … let’s see each other at the concert. It’s late now so I’ll be going. Let’s see each other soon,” according to a translation by  @Bora_twts .

And will any of the BTS members be making an appearance at Suga’s tour? J-Hope, who dropped his solo album  Jack In the Box  in July 2022, was asked that very same question during a February 2023  livestream  by a fan, replying coyly: “Well … ” before smirking at the camera. Well,  what?!

Is Suga Releasing New Music Under Agust D? Album No. 3 Details

After news of his solo tour hit, many fans were wondering if this meant Suga would be releasing new music beforehand.

ICYMI, Suga has released two albums under solo moniker Agust D, which is the stage name he used before debuting with BTS in 2013. It’s an anagram of Suga, along with DT (D Town) which is a nod to his hometown city of Daegu. He released his first album  Agust D  in 2016 and his second  D-2  in 2020.

While Suga has yet to confirm when album No. 3 will be released, the rapper, who writes and produces his own music, revealed he has been working on a “follow-up” to his D-2  album in an interview with  WeVerse Magazine  from June 2022.

“I think that, when I release an album as Agust D, that’s a solo work with solo promotions, and I feel like I should use the same system that regular groups do when they’re promoting and have a lead single and a B-side,” he explained. “I was thinking a lot recently that maybe I should shoot two music videos: one just there for the visuals, while the other is more focused on the listening experience.”

“I’m working hard on a follow-up to  D-2, ” he added. “There’s still so much I want to do. I have no feel for what kind of music I’m going to be making in my 30s, 40s or 50s, but I want to keep doing music until the day I die.”

If you’ve been an ARMY from the start, you may be wondering where to buy Suga tickets to the Agust D Tour and how to see your bias before his shows sell out.

Suga , whose real name is Min Yoon-gi, is a music producer, rapper and one of seven members of the K-pop boy group, BTS . (The other members include RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook.) BTS debuted in 2013 with their first single, “No More Dream,” from their debut mini album 2 Cool 4 Skool. Since then, the group has released nine studio albums—2014’s Dark & Wild and Wake Up ; 2016’s Youth and Wings ; 2018’s Face Yourself and Love Yourself: Tear ; 2020’s Map of the Soul: 7 and Map of the Soul: 7 – The Journey ; and 2020’s Be . They’ve also been nominated for three Grammy Awards and collaborated with artists like Halsey, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion and Steve Aoki.

Suga, for his part, released his first solo mixtape, Agust D , in 2016. He released his second solo mixtape, D-2 , in 2020. In an interview with Rolling Stone in 2021, Suga opened up about what inspires his lyrics. “I’m comfortable now and feeling good, but those sorts of negative emotions come and go. So it’s almost like cold weather. It may come back in a cycle over a year, year and a half,” he said. “But when I hear people say that when they listen to my music, and feel comfort and are consoled by those lyrics that express these emotions, that makes me feel very good. It’s very encouraging. I think, for anybody, these emotions are not something that need to be hidden. They need to be discussed and expressed. Whatever emotions that I may be feeling, I’m always ready to express them now, as I was before.

He also told Rolling Stone about how his songwriting process is different when he writes for himself and BTS versus other artists. “The process is really different for every song. Sometimes it may be a word that pops up and I build on that word, or someone could make a request for a certain way they would like a song to be developed,” he said. “Oftentimes, we decide on a theme and then we sort of freely work from the larger overarching theme that we may have. But generally, when I work on a song, I create the beat first and then the melody and the rap and then finally the lyrics. That’s generally how I build them.”

In February 2023, Suga announced his first solo tour, the Agust D Tour, which will run from April 2023 to June 2023 and will span the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan. In an interview with Weverse magazine in 2022, Suga opened up about how being a producer for both his own music and BTS’ inspired him as a solo artist. “I think that, when I release an album as Agust D , that’s a solo work with solo promotions, and I feel like I should use the same system that regular groups do when they’re promoting and have a lead single and a B-side. I was thinking a lot recently that maybe I should shoot two music videos: one just there for the visuals, while the other is more focused on the listening experience. Ah, what should I do? I’m working hard on a follow-up to D-2 ,” he said.

He also told the magazine about how he’s grown as both a producer and rapper for BTS since the K-pop group’s debut in 2013. “Fortunately. Lately I’ve been thinking about how I don’t know what kind of music I should do when I get older, and that maybe I should try a few different styles now,” he said. “I think this is both a blessing and a curse, but I think that, while I’m able to work in various genres, I’m not sure any of them are that deep. That’s why I try to use many different styles and when I’m promoting my own material, I put in a lot of things I like, like surprises and twists. These days I started to want to do things again, too. And that brings me both worry and excitement.”

When asked what he wants ARMYs to feel when listening to his music, Suga told Weverse Magazine, “I used to place a lot of importance on music—especially when I was young—but now I’m trying hard not to place too much meaning on it. It’s just the times we live in, for one thing, because at some point we became a generation for whom music is simply background music.”

He continued, “I’m not saying that’s a bad thing. It’s a natural progression, and anyway, I thought there’s a difference between when a musician knows why they’re doing music or not. Here’s what I think: People who listen to my music—I mean, to a certain extent, I think being a fan of something is a must in life. You could be a fan of a person or a sport—whatever it’s about, I think being a fan is important because it makes life fun. Like feeling excited for the NBA playoffs as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. Some people are going to be excited for the day my music comes out and for me to perform. There aren’t a lot of things to be excited for in life. But for anyone who likes my music, I hope they’re excited for it—excited for when it comes out, excited for when I promote and excited for when I go on tour. I hope they’re excited for everything so I can give their life meaning each and every day.”

Coachella Ticket Sales Were Slower Than Usual, But Other Festivals Are Seeing a Dip Too

The Indio, Calif. event is still the No. 1 festival in the U.S. despite slower-than-average sales — but it's not alone in experiencing a dropoff.

After months of public handwringing over slow ticket sales , the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival opens Friday (April 12) near Palm Springs with an anticipated attendance of nearly 200,000 fans over two weekends, sources tell Billboard , selling approximately 80% of the 250,000 tickets available for purchase this year.

Coachella’s First Weekend Finally Sells Out

Coachella remains the most-attended and highest-grossing annual festival in North America, beating out Austin City Limits — which is also spread out over two weekends with an attendance capped at 75,000 people per weekend — and Electric Daisy Carnival at the Las Vegas Speedway, which saw attendance max out at more than 130,000 in 2022.

Coachella is also the largest media platform in the festival space, drawing in a massive viewership thanks to its partnership with YouTube and the hundreds of media credentials it assigns to major news outlets who provide nonstop coverage. In January, Gwen Stefani ’s manager Irving Azoff told Billboard that one of the reasons No Doubt decided to stage their 2024 reunion performance at Coachella was due to the attention the festival attracted globally.

But Coachella’s size and cachet doesn’t make it immune to the challenges facing much of the festival industry. A number of popular festivals set for the second quarter of 2024 — New Orleans’ JazzFest, which runs from April 25 to May 5, along with L.A.’s Beach Life festival in early May and Daytona Beach’s famed Welcome to Rockville festival May 9-12 — have not sold out of tickets, for example. Other popular events later in the year, like Governors Ball in New York (June 7-9), Electric Forest (June 20-23) and Lollapalooza (Aug 1-4), which used to sell out days after going on sale, haven’t sold out either.

Booking agents from major agencies representing A-list talent have begun arguing that festivals need to create more lucrative financial incentives to attract better headliners, while many independent agents link the decline to price increases that have made tickets unaffordable.

Ticket prices for Coachella increased $50 from 2022, when three-day GA passes cost $449, to $499 in 2024, an increase of about 11%. In 2019, prior to the pandemic, three-day GA passes were priced at $429.

Booking agent  JJ Cassiere , co-founder of independent booking agency 33 rd and West, says festival fans are more sensitive to price increases than they have been in the past, especially younger fans who are seeing their spending power eaten away by inflation.

“I’m very concerned about the fans who are finding themselves priced out of the market,” Cassiere tells Billboard , noting that even a $20 price increase can be a make-or-break hike for some fans.

Other agents blame the dip in sales on headliner talent, arguing that the 2024 festival headliner pool — which, for Coachella, includes Lana Del Rey , Tyler the Creator , Doja Cat and No Doubt — doesn’t generate the same enthusiasm that touring artists like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé did in 2023.

The festival’s lineup is a sign “that Coachella and nearly all other festival bookers had limited options when it came to talent,” says one booking agent who has worked with the festival for over a decade and asked to speak anonymously for this article. “The number of artists wanting to tour around festivals this year is very small.”

The result has been a huge increase in price, with the top 10 tours of 2023 earning an average of $5.7 million per show compared to 2017, when the top 10 tours were averaging $3.6 million per show — a 58% increase in only six years.

“The issue for every festival now is that dynamic pricing is so good and prevalent that any artist big enough to headline a festival is more motivated to just headline their own shows,” one agent tells Billboard, noting that a headlining slot at Coachella in 2024 is less of a financial decision and more about artists “who are on their way up and need to make a statement.”

“In the future,” the agent continues, “festivals need to adjust to accommodate this changing reality, by either paying headliners more or booking stronger undercards — but that’s not easy.”

While headliners are important, Peter Shapiro with Brooklyn Bowl and Day Glo Ventures says spending more on talent isn’t always a viable long-term solution and notes that the best investments festival producers can make are in their festival community and overall experience.

“People attend festivals because they enjoy an outdoor experience with other fans in a setting that feels comfortable,” Shapiro says. “That won’t change and the more organizers can invest in improving that experience, the more it will pay off in the years ahead.”

Kelly Osbourne denies taking Ozempic after 85-pound weight loss

Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

Kelly Osbourne denied taking Ozempic after losing 85 pounds since the birth of her first child.

In a new interview with Extra, the 39-year-old television personality shot down rumors she used the Type 2 diabetes medication, which is prescribed off-label for weight loss, after she and boyfriend Sid Wilson welcomed their son Sidney in November 2022.

“I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mom took Ozempic,” Osbourne said.

Osbourne’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, has been open about using Ozempic, which she said helped her lose 42 pounds. In a November 2023 interview with the Daily Mail, the former host of “The Talk” later revealed she weighed under 100 pounds and couldn’t put any weight back on, though she stopped using Ozempic in April 2023.

In January, Sharon explained she didn’t regret taking Ozempic despite losing more weight than she had intended.

“I don’t regret it,” she said during an appearance on the British talk show “Loose Women.

“Everything with weight with me was, ‘I want it now.’ The injections that I was on worked, but it just seems that now I can’t put anything on really.”

Kelly told Extra she had embarked on her weight Loss journey due to health concerns.

“I had gestational diabetes, and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy,” Kelly said. “Otherwise I was at a higher risk of actually getting diabetes, which I did not want. I cut out sugar and carbohydrates and I rapidly lost weight.”

During her interview with Extra, Kelly discussed undergoing a procedure that combines the EmFace and EmSculpt Neo methods to contour her face and tighten and tone her body.

“I really wanted to tighten the skin around my neck and under my chin,” Osbourne said.

“I had the baby, and my stomach got so many stretch marks, and the skin, it looks like it lost its elasticity.”

Both EmFace and EmSculpt Neo are non-surgical procedures performed at a doctor’s office and require no recovery time.

“This is a device that actually is like doing 20,000 situps or leg squats, so it’s literally contracting the muscles,” Osbourne’s doctor, Glynis Ablon, said of EmSculpt Neo. “It’s like doing yoga for the face.”

Though Kelly refuted claims she had taken Ozempic, the reality star previously praised the drug and defended those who faced criticism for using it.

“I think it’s amazing,” Osbourne told E! News in January. “There are a million ways to lose weight. Why not do it through something that isn’t as boring as working out?

“People hate on it because they want to do it,” she added. “And the people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or pissed off that they can’t afford it. Unfortunately, right now it’s something that is very expensive, but it eventually won’t be because it actually works.”

Earlier this month, Kelly explained she was initially against the use of Ozempic but had a change of heart after meeting someone who found success with the drug.

“I made some comments about Ozempic recently where it was like 50% of the people hated it, 50% of the people liked it,” she said on “The Osbournes” podcast. “But the truth is, my opinion used to be the same as the people who didn’t like my opinion on Ozempic until I met somebody who lost weight from Ozempic and it changed their life.

“They explained to me how it took the mental obsession with food away and from that reprieve allowed them to dig deeper through therapy and really figure out who they were and how life-changing it was for them,” “The Osbournes” alum added.

“It completely changed my opinion on it. So, I’m like, ‘Yeah, it’s great.’ If there’s a medication out there that can help people lose weight then what’s so bad about it?”

‘Civil War’ declares victory at the box office, toppling ‘Godzilla x Kong’

Alex Garland’s provocative “ Civil War ” didn’t only ignite the discourse . The film also inspired audiences to go to the cinemas this weekend where it surpassed expectations and earned $25.7 million in ticket sales in North America, according to studio estimates Sunday.

It’s the biggest R-rated opening of the year to date and a record for A24, the studio behind films like “Everything Everywhere All At Once” and “The Iron Claw.” “Civil War” also unseated “ Godzilla x Kong ” from its perch atop the box office. The titan movie from Warner Bros. had held the No. 1 spot for the past two weekends .

“Civil War,” starring Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura and Cailee Spaeny as front-line journalists in the near future covering a devastating conflict in the U.S. and trying to make their way to Washington, D.C. The story, written by Garland, who is also the mind behind “Ex Machina” and “Annihilation,” imagines a U.S. in which California and Texas have united against a president who has disbanded the FBI and given himself a third term.

Though entirely fictional, “Civil War” has been inspiring debates since the first trailer that have extended beyond the musings of film critics and traditional reviews. This weekend, The New York Times ran two opinion pieces related to the movie, one by Stephen Marche and another by Michelle Goldberg . There were also pieces on CNN and Politico.

Going into the weekend, projections pegged the film to debut in the $15 to $24 million range. The studio said “Civil War” overperformed in markets “from LA to El Paso.” The data analytics company EntTelligence reported that the film has attracted over 1.7 million patrons this weekend and that the top three markets were Los Angeles, New York and Dallas.

“The title alone is enough to spark a conversation in a year where the political discourse is top of mind,” said Paul Dergarabedian, the senior media analyst for Comscore. “And they couldn’t have picked a better date. This movie is perfectly timed in a month that is very quiet.”

AP AUDIO: ‘Civil War’ declares victory at the box office, toppling ‘Godzilla x Kong’

AP correspondent Margie Szaroleta reports on “Civil War” leading the box office.

The film opened on 3,838 screens in the U.S. and Canada, including IMAX. It’s the most expensive movie that the studio has ever made, with a production budget of $50 million, which does not account for millions spent on marketing and promotion.

IMAX showings of “Civil War,” which was playing on 400 of the large format screens, accounted for $4.2 million, or 16.5% of the domestic total.

Reviews have been largely positive. It’s currently at 83% on Rotten Tomatoes, with a 77% audience score. Its CinemaScore was a B-, which has sometimes indicated that word of mouth might not be strong going forward. But that might not be the case with “Civil War,” which doesn’t have a tremendous amount of competition over the next few weeks until “The Fall Guy” opens on May 3.

“You have to take all the metrics together, including the competitive landscape,” Dergarabedian said.

But it is a notable win for the studio, which doesn’t always open films nationwide out of the gates. Before “Civil War,” A24’s biggest debut was the Ari Aster horror “Hereditary,” which opened to $13.6 million in 2018.

“This isn’t destined to be a $200 million global blockbuster. But it’s a very high-profile win for A24,” Dergarabedian said. “They’re a studio that pushes the envelope. They’re a brand associated with a certain level of quality and filmmaking expertise, pushing boundaries and taking risks. It’s well-earned over the years.”

Second place went to “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire,” which earned $15.5 million in its third weekend to bring its running domestic total to nearly $158 million. Another “Empire” movie, Sony’s “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire,” took third place in its fourth weekend with $5.8 million. It’s now at $160 million worldwide.

Rounding out the top five was Universal and DreamWorks’ “Kung Fu Panda 4,” in fourth with $5.5 million in weekend six, and “Dune: Part Two” with $4.3 million in its seventh weekend. “Dune 2” has now earned $272 million domestically.

This weekend also saw the box office year-to-date comparisons take a big hit. Last year, “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” brought in over $92 million in its second weekend in theaters. On the same weekend in 2023, the top 10 accounted for over $142 million, compared to this year’s $68.4 million. The year to date is back down to 16% after seeing some recovery with the success of “Dune: Part Two.”

“The box office has been a seesaw,” Dergarabedian said. “But we all knew this was going to be a rough month for comps because of ‘Mario.’”

Estimated ticket sales for Friday through Sunday at U.S. and Canadian theaters, according to Comscore. Final domestic figures will be released Monday.

1. “Civil War,” $25.7 million.

2. “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire,” $15.5 million.

3. “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire,” $5.8 million.

4. “Kung Fu Panda 4,” $5.5 million.

5. “Dune: Part Two,” $4.3 million.

6. “Monkey Man,” $4.1 million.

7. “The First Omen,” $3.8 million.

8. “The Long Game,” $1.4 million.

9. “Shrek 2,” $1.4 million.

10. “SUGA - Agust D Tour ‘D-DAY’ The Movie,” $990,881.
