I’ve been searching for a more comfortable ride on my ebike having purchased three different seats without satisfaction. My riding is divided equally on paved roadway and gravel trails. I could have saved myself some money had I bought this seat post first. It made a HUGE difference in the comfort of my ride and how long I can ride. If I change bikes, this goes with me.

This seatpost made me end up keeping my bike I was going to sell. My latest bike is a Specialized Turbo Creo (e-road bike) and those thick aluminum frames are rough and hard - have been so spoiled by carbon on my acoustic bikes. The NCX seatpost made my bike comfortable and a joy to ride. Highly recommend. Easy to install, too.

Have tried a few seat and post. This is by far the best Very comfortable

Will have this seatpost a long time. 3 different springs makes this a custom tailored ride. Purchased the bile to workout and loose weight. Started with the red spring and hopefully will be switching to the standard one soon without having to purchase a new post. Built to last and the ride allows for more time in the saddle and thus faster weightloss. Very satisfied customer.

Built very well and easy to install, but there are a lot of things to consider before buying which I didn’t. Because of the suspension mechanism the seat sits higher. I have the post as low as it will go and is still to high from where my other seat was position was. Also using my seat positions it further back than where my previous seat position was. Not perfect but rear end isn’t as sore. I can deal with the height of the the seat but I wish it positioned the seat during suspension the seat went forward.instead of going backwards. I am using it on a 2022 Cannondale Bad Boy 2 large frame. I am 6’1” aprox 200 lbs. Nothing is perfect, but still better than was. I am using a Selle Royal Respiro Moderate saddle. I am open to suggestions to make it better.

Went in today since I saw a sign that said "come In and furnish your cougs apartment". I went in and holy cow. The prices are very high!

My husband and I needed to replace our couches after 13 years. We were greeted and quickly encouraged to browse the store, compare pieces/prices, and discuss our needs without constant interruptions. Rosie was very helpful and kind. We were excited about their quick and prompt delivery service. The delivery guys were respectful of our home and very polite. They also hauled our old furniture away for us. We will continue buying furniture here. My only regret is that we didn't stop on earlier.

I would not recommend this store to others, especially the internationals. I feel I was not treated with respect, though my friends in town told me that they were treated very well in this store. I wanted to buy a set of bed. A salesman led me to the displayed room and left me alone to test mattress. While I was lying on a mattress, a saleswoman and her clients walked to the area and said "ma'am, you have to leave". I was shocked when I heard that. I later felt very embarrassing in front of her clients. I had another unpleasant shopping experience in this store before, and that's why I did not visit this store for a couple of years. I will not give it a try again.

This is the only large-scale furniture center located in Moscow, marked by its oversized 14-foot red rocking chair out front. There is a huge floorspace and selection at this store, but the prices are very high and the salespeople are not open to negotiation. If you need furniture and have a large budget, this may be the place for you.

We purchased a lot of beautiful furniture from Rose. She was fantastic! We had a great experience all the way from sales, delivery and dealing with a repair issue needed. They have all been fantastic with everything. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They have furniture for all budgets. Our furniture is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to all the staff we have dealt with. You are all fantastic!

Stay away from Rose. Rose was summoning me over to look a mattress. My wife was watching from behind Rose as she pulled out and hid the $100 off sale tag. Rose then tried to offer a secret $50 off sale, slimy. After a looking at some other mattresses and returning to the secret sale one, the advertised sale tag was back in place. Also, they give you only one week to be sure the mattress is right for you and charge for local delivery.

Great store and have the best customer service! Great delivery guys very polite. If I had something that was wrong with a purchase they are willing to talk and try to fix it. Rosie is the best sales person!

Starting out, our time at furniture center was great! Let me start off by saying Rose was a gem.. We got (what seemed like) a really good deal on a reclining couch. It was on sale and the salesman said it was 'as-is'. I asked why, and he said that it was sold to a man who had a dog that wouldn't stop scratching at the couch or some weird story... So we were feeling unsure about buying it. He then proceeded to tell us EVERYTHING was brand new except the frame (fabric, cushions, leather etc.) so of course, since everything was brand new we bought it! Once we lugged the thing up our stairs into our house, and saw it in better light, we realized there was dog hair everywhere... And crumbs in the creases.. As well as what looked to be a small cigarette burn on the arm rest. That should not be the case of something that is pretty much completely new. (Or so the salesman said). So we took it back. The salesman who sold it to us said that he was told by the manager and owner that is was completely re-upholstered, so that is what he told us. Either there is some miscommunication at this store, or the truth is not being told. Either way, it was an unnecessary time consuming day of lugging this dirty couch around. That being said, the staff were nothing but helpful trying to make us feel better, but still something that shouldn't happen. Once again, Rose was amazing. Find her if you want to buy furniture from this store!

Recently moved to the area and needed all new furniture. Rose took great care of us. Are the prices the lowest possible? Probably not, but this is not the big city with tons of options. The prices ARE fair and they run sales. Will definitely return for my local furniture needs.

Moscow and Kyiv swap prisoners of war as Ukraine marks independence anniversary Back to video

Ukraine said the 115 servicemen who were freed were conscripts, many of whom were taken prisoner in the first months of Russia’s invasion. Among them are nearly 50 soldiers captured by Russian forces from the Azovstal steelworks in Mariupol.

The Russian Defense Ministry said the 115 Russian soldiers had been captured in the Kursk region, where Ukrainian forces launched their surprise offensive into Russia two weeks ago. The ministry said the soldiers were currently in Belarus, but would be taken to Russia for medical treatment and rehabilitation.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a post on X that the United Arab Emirates had again brokered the exchange, the 55th since Russia launched a full-scale invasion of its neighbour in February 2022.

“We remember each and every one. We are searching and doing our best to get everyone back,” Zelenskyy said in the post.

Officials from the two sides meet only when they swap their dead and POWs, after lengthy preparation and diplomacy. Neither Ukraine nor Russia discloses how many POWs there are in total.

According to the U.N., most Ukrainian POWs suffer routine medical neglect, severe and systematic mistreatment, and even torture while in detention. There have also been isolated reports of abuse of Russian soldiers, mostly during capture or transit to internment sites.

Last January, Russia and Ukraine exchanged hundreds of prisoners of war in the biggest single release.

Drone and artillery attacks continue

Five people were killed and five others wounded in Russian shelling of the center of the city of Kostiantynivka in Ukraine’s partially occupied eastern Donetsk region, local officials said.

In the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson, Russian shelling killed two people and wounded four, including a baby, officials said.

Ukraine’s air force said it had intercepted and destroyed seven drones over the country’s south. Russian long-range bombers also attacked the area of Zmiinyi (Snake) Island with four cruise missiles, while the wider Kherson region was also struck by aerial bombs.

In Russia, the Defense Ministry said Saturday that air defences had shot down seven drones overnight.

Five drones were downed over the southwestern Voronezh region bordering Ukraine, wounding two people, regional Gov. Aleksandr Gusev said. Ukraine’s Military Intelligence Directorate claimed to have blown up a warehouse storing 5,000 tonnes of ammunition in the region’s Ostrogozhsky district. News outlet Astra published videos appearing to show explosions at the ammunition depot after being hit by a drone. The videos could not be independently verified.

Two people were wounded in a drone attack in the Belgorod region, also bordering Ukraine, regional Gov. Vyacheslav Gladkov said. Local authorities did not report any casualties in the Bryansk region, where the fifth drone was intercepted.

In the Kursk region, regional Gov. Alexei Smirnov said Saturday that three missiles were shot down overnight and another four on Saturday morning.

Russian air defenses shot down two more drones on Saturday morning, Russia’s Defense Ministry said — one over the Kursk region and one over the Bryansk region.

Independence Day commemorations

Ukraine marked its 33rd Independence Day Saturday as its war against Russia’s aggression reaches a 30-month milestone. No festivities are planned and instead Ukrainians will mark the day with commemorations for civilians and soldiers killed in the war.

Poland’s President Andrzej Duda arrived by train early Saturday to Kyiv in a symbolic show of support from one of Ukraine’s key allies.

Videos posted by his office show him being greeted by Ukrainian officials and later paying his respects in a ceremony at the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen for Ukraine.

Duda’s visit to Kyiv, his fifth since February 2022, sends a message that Warsaw’s support for Ukraine remains strong as the war drags on for the third year.

Poland, located to Ukraine’s west, has donated arms and become a hub for Western weapons destined for Ukraine. It has also welcomed tens of thousands of Ukrainians who fled the war. It hosts the most Ukrainian refugees outside of the country after Germany.

A trade dispute over Ukrainian grain that dragged down ties last year, and historical grievances between the two countries, sometime provoke bad feelings, particularly among Poles who remember a World War II-era massacre by Ukrainian nationalists.
