Friends had recommended the Blue Line Cafe for the best roast beef and chicken fried steak in Worthington. They were correct. We were surprised that the unassuming truck stop building just off the interstate would contain a large restaurant, bakery, deli, and convenience store. Nothing... particulary fancy, but delicious home-cooked-style meals. The roast beef was tender, without fat, and well seasoned with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken fried steak was done to perfection and served with crinkle-cut fries. The chicken wild rice soup was made with bacon and we didn't care for the bacon flavor. The apple crisp we ordered to go, however, was terrific and even better when served warm with ice cream. We will be eating regularly at the Blue Line in the future. More

The hot beef sandwich (called beef commercial locally) and mashed potatoes covered in beef gravy is nearly fat free and delicious. The best chicken fried steak in Worthington. Breakfast served any time, and plain old ham and eggs with hash browns and wheat toast or... pancakes is still the best traditional breakfast in southwest Minnesota. More

Great food and Bridgeman's ice cream for dessert. My husband and I both had french dip sandwiches. They were amazing with what I call real roast beef instead of thinly sliced processed beef. The ciabatta bun with it was excellent as well. We had amazing... service and everything was clean. More

We were traveling and driving on I 90 and was shortly after noon and we were hungry. Saw sign for cafe and turned off freeway. Very easy to get to and is visible from freeway. So many cars around we were afraid we would have... long wait. No worries. Plenty room, fast and GREAT Service Not to mention the food was wonderful. The place was clean, fun and because travel center, fun stuff to see. Maybe wished I lived closer, but glad that I do not because I would be there every day. It looked so promising: hot roast beef and turkey dinners. But, unfortunately, the plate was so smothered in gravy it was hard to enjoy. Mashed potatoes weren't home made, and the meat was so-so. Wouldn't stop next time.

We were so glad we stopped here for breakfast! Our waitress was so kind and patient with the kids. The food was fabulous...best blueberry pancakes I've ever tasted! Lots of hot coffee too. If in Worthington, please stop here! You will thank me later!

Normally a truck stop would have some form of comfort food but McDonald's would offer more flavorful food. The service is good, if you're white, but aside from that I would hold your appetite until you're down the road...

This is literally a truck stop with a substantial diner inside of it. The interior is reminiscent of a Denny’s or IHOP, and the menu choices are classic Americana. Our service was attentive, but our server seemed to be having an off day. I had... to repeat my order, and she made a mistake on my companions order. Our food was good, and my over-easy eggs were exceptional. I would love to know where they source their eggs. The rest of our meals were typical diner food executed well. This wouldn’t be a great choice for a date, but for a family meal or solo diner this would be a great place for breakfast anytime, or comfort food. More

A lady at a hotel in Windom recommended the Blue Line. Yes, it’s a truck stop but our breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, hash browns & toast done perfectly. Our little server seemed fine. The slight problem was that we seated ourselves at a table... that had a clear line of sight to where the cook places the food when it is ready to be delivered. The place was NOT busy but our server was no where in sight. I saw two plates up at the window that were not delivered. A total of 4-6 more plates came and were delivered. By that time I was pretty sure the straggler plates were ours. Finally another server brought them to us with apologies. I told her I was just about to go up there and get them. She was very sweet. In a little bit our original server showed up and asked if we needed anything. I did hold my tongue but was not happy. Maybe she was new? Anyway the high rating is based on the quality of the meal. Blue Line Travel Center is a Truck Stop with a Restaurant attached that offers good old fashioned American cooking. Their Cheeseburger and Cole Slaw side dish were tasty and offered good value for the money. They serve Breakfast all day long. Well worth the stop... and likely to eat there next time I visit Worthington More

Love the food here. It's a smaller casino, but the gas station portion is huge. Highly recommend the Indian tacos and Buffalo stew. Always prompt and kind, and it's super cost effective. I usually come here when I want to treat myself to lunch

Gave up on my food after waiting over 30 minutes. Ordered a bowl of soup, frybread, and 1/2 order of tater tots. Handed them my receipt and told them to give it to whom ever wants it. Can't review the food I never received.

Sage hill cafe was decent. Me and my kids had the buffalo hamburgers and the hamburgers were decent, not greasy. Prices are not expensive. Cafe is attached to a small casino and there is a gas station a few steps away.

This is a multi location. Sage Hill is a travel center. So not only is it a fuel station it has a cafe and a small casino. The food is a bit pricey but most of the time it is good. You don't pay any tax on food at the fuel station or cafe. This is located on the reservation so it is also alcohol free. I haven't had any situations here since being in the area nearly 7 years.

Broken systems at bannock also seems to affect the slots here - every payout requires a long wait for a casino personnel with cash to come tag you out. Naturally, they're not adequately staffed to accommodate the holiday weekend crowd. Don't come unless you have all the time in the world to wait.

Easy in and out with an RV! Their big rig truck lanes are off to the right of the building and are wide and allow enough room for several trucks to fill up at once. Easy in and out is what we are looking for in a gas station when we are towing a 42' trailer. Why not a 5 star review? We prefer our gas stations to be right off the highway, this one was a few turns from the exit and we back tracked a bit to get to it. I realize thats not a service issue we had with the business, but it is an issue when trying to navigate a giant trailer through additional stop and go's. #rvlife

Excellent food, service and price. Staying in Blackfoot with some friends and they brought us here. Fast service and great portions. Will be coming back when we come and visit. Family of 3 ate for under $20. Very friendly staff.

This is usually my favorite place to come to when fast food isn't going to cut it. However this time, the mark was missed--by a long shot. The to-go order was all wrong. Granted it there was fault on my part for not checking my order before I left. We all ordered fries, cheese and gravy with our orders and the red flag should of been two containers that was included with our food. I didn't even pay attention, my fault there. We get home and realize no one had gravy or cheese on their food as ordered. That's where the two containers come into play. Three people were expected to share ONE 8oz.container of gravy and cheese. Nope, not cool. Drown the meal, buns get soggy that is A-okay because I'd rather have it from gravy than from lettuce and pickles. Huge miss Sage Hill. Not your best effort today.

I love this place. It's very close to my stop in Blackfoot ID and the Cafe has great food at an even better price. Me and doozie are munching on some finger steaks with my main course of Buffalo stew with fry bread. More than I can eat all for $8.98. Can't beat it, friendly staff as well!
