To Trek and Beyond!! Trek took over formally housed Bike Barn. Bike barn was dissolved and Trek came to life apparently...but the map doesn't reflect that all the bike barns are Treks now, but they actually are... I recently learned how to ride a bike at the end of 2022! Prob the only good that came out of 22' honestly. So now my hubs needs a bike and we went shopping at Trek at their Memorial location. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for! Staff were super friendly and helpful, and were really knowledgeable about the bikes they had... Hubs test drove the bike outside which was nice...but ultimately we left empty-handed because their bikes were not in our price range... why are bikes so expensive?? Probably parts and labor! It's just like buying a house, it doesn't just stop at buying a bike! There's accessories and maintenance equipment involved... On another note! They have the cutest little bike bells from Electra!! I got the hedgehog and a bike pump! If you're looking for a bike and you have a cushy budget, I'd highly recommend checking out Trek versus the big name stores!

These guys were so helpful and nice! My bike needed a safety check and adjustments plus I needed a bike beam and rack. They hooked me up! I'll be back for accessories. I'm a novice and needed a lot of help. They answered all of my questions and made it a very pleasant experience. All of the products were in stock and they went above and beyond to help me. I left excited and happy. They have earned my trust and loyalty to their store. Highly recommend!

Van helped me out with the shoes and I'd mentioned I was looking at some online which were red, but I couldn't recall the model. He went look in the back and came back with exactly what I was looking for plus a couple others to try just to make sure I got what I wanted. Cynthia did my bike fit and wow..a few tweaks here and there and it's a different bike. She really took the time to go over everything and explained it all along the way. Looking forward to taking it out for a ride tomorrow and seeing the difference EDIT: Update to my review. I stand by my 5 star rating for these folks. I knew I would probably get my next bike from them, but due to circumstances I needed a replacement bike and fast so I could still make the MS150. In crazy speed, they got me the bike in the size I needed and in the color/model I wanted. They will also get our business when my wife decides on her next bike. We were dealing with what smelled like a potential electrical fire, so our team was dealing with that and communicating with the fire department. We needed to keep customers out of the store. • Tuan N. October 20, 2022, 8:58 pm Have been getting my bike serviced at Trek Bicycle West U when it was Bike Barn (where I also bought my Specialized Tarmac Disc). Brought my bike in after the switch to Trek to install new wheels and received great service from everyone, especially Aaron, who took the time to make sure that the gear shifting was flawless. A couple months later, I needed a level 2 service and Matt pointed out uniformed micro corrosion of the carbon fork steerer and that it could be part of the S-Works SL7 steerer column recall back in October 2021. He advised me to take it to an authorized Specialized (Sugar Cycles is one). Although my bike was not part of the recall, Sugar Cycles contacted Specialized and replaced the fork. In any case, I felt very fortunate that Matt discovered and alerted me to the problem before it could become worse. There was an issue w/the front brake after I got the bike back from Sugar Cycles and due to the time crunch, I took it to Trek and it got fixed within half an hour (I believe it was Richard who worked on it). I ride 3/4 times a week and put some miles on my bike. But I do that with great confidence knowing that I can get reliable service of the bike from Trek Bicycle West U. We want to know about your concerns, learn about your riding habits, and understand your goals. That way, we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your bike.

One of our service advisors will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.

From there, we'll discuss how we can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments, or replacement parts. We’ll also create an itemized receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.

Get to fixin’

Leave your bike with us, and we'll do the rest! You'll receive an email and/or text when your repairs have been completed, and we'll be sure to give you a call if anything pops up along the way. Plus, if our turnaround time exceeds 24 hours, we'll set you up with a complimentary demo bike.
