Ce costuri acopera asigurarea de calatorie unitravel.

SERVICII MEDICALE DE URGENTA

Iti sunt acoperite costurile medicale in cazul in care te accidentezi sau  te imbolnavesti pe parcursul calatoriei.(inclusiv COVID-19, atata timp cat nu este considerata urgenta de sanatate globala)

ASIGURAREA BAGAJELOR

Iti sunt acoperite costurile aferente furtului , pierderii * sau deteriorarii * bagajelor pe parcursul transportului (*din cauza firmei de transport)

INTARZIERE ZBOR

Asigurarea de călătorie acoperă costurile suplimentare pe care ești nevoit să le faci din cauza întârzierii cu mai mult de 12 ore a zborului și îți vor fi decontate în baza bonurilor, facturilor, chitanțelor.

URGENTA STOMATOLOGICA

Tratamentul cauzat de producerea unui eveniment asigurat sau a unei crize acute, abcese sau extracţii dentare , care se produc/apar în mod neaşteptat şi brusc în timpul perioadei de valabilitate a asigurării şi în cadrul timpului efectiv de acoperire.

Clauza suplimentară „ Storno ” acoperă situațiile urgente și neprevăzute care necesită anularea călătoriei sau scurtarea duratei acesteia și acoperă costuri de transport, cazare şi orice alt tip de cost suportat în scopul călătoriei 

RASPUNDERE CIVILA

Dacă ai provocat fără intenție vătămari corporale unor terți sau daune materiale proprietăților lor, ești acoperit prin clauza de răspundere civilă .

Ce este asigurarea de calatorie si cine poate achizitiona polita unitravel .

Asigurarea medicala de calatorie este un produs financiar care face parte din categoria asigurarilor facultative, acoperind diferite riscuri si  oferind protectie financiara pe parcursul unei calatorii în strainatate. 

Asigurarea UNItravel poate fi achizitionata de orice cetatean roman sau strain care are domiciliu sau rezidenta în Romania si varsta maxima de 80 de ani împliniti la finalizarea calatoriei. 

Pentru lista completa a riscurilor acoperite si a excluderilor, consulta conditiile de asigurare pe care le poti descarca de mai sus.   

Unde pot încheia asigurarea de calatorie?

Asigurarea de calatorie poate fi achizitionata online, rapid si simplu cu un click pe butonul „Cumpara acum” de mai sus.

Dureaza 5 minute iar ANA, consultantul tau digital te va îndruma si îti va trimite toate documentele pe e-mail. In cazul în care ai întrebari suplimentare poti apela numarul de telefon (+40) 374.400.400. 

De asemenea, poti încheia asigurarea de calatorie în orice agentie UNIQA.  

De ce ar trebui sa-mi fac asigurare de calatorie ?

Asigurarea de calatorie înseamna protectie financiara atunci când calatoresti, indiferent ca mergi aproape, într-o tara din Europa, sau la capatul lumii, în Australia. Toti ne dorim vacanta perfecta însa din pacate, uneori pot sa apara situatii pe care nu le putem anticipa, iar pentru astfel de evenimente neprevazute, este bine sa ai o asigurare de calatorie.    Ca sa alegi asigurarea de calatorie potrivita pentru tine este important sa iei în considerare mai multe aspecte precum tara în care vrei sa calatoresti, ce activitati planuiesti sa faci pe durata calatoriei, daca vrei sa te asiguri ca nu pierzi banii în cazul întreruperii sau anularii urgente a calatoriei, neprevazute si independente de vointa ta.   

In cazul in care după achiziționarea asigurarii de calatorie doresc sa aduc modificari pe polita de asigurare, cum procedez?

Daca trebuie sa modifici perioada calatoriei înainte de plecare, informatii ale persoanelor asigurate, esti deja plecat si trebuie sa  îti prelungesti sederea sau te-ai decis ca vrei sa practici si o activitate cu un grad mare de risc, poti solicita aceste lucruri printr-un e-mail la adresa [email protected] . 

Este important sa stii ca pentru anumite modificari va fi necesara plata unei prime suplimentare. Pentru prelungiri de polite, solicitarea trebuie sa vina înainte de expirarea asigurarii initiale.   

Daca anulez sau întrerup calatoria, îmi pot recupera banii ?

Achizitionand clauza suplimentara privind riscul „Storno - anularea plecarii în calatorie si întreruperea calatoriei”, esti acoperit în cazul în care apar situatii urgente si neprevazute care necesita anularea calatoriei sau scurtarea duratei acesteia.   

Asigurarea Storno acopera costuri de transport, cazare si orice alt tip de cost suportat în scopul calatoriei si care, în cazul anularii sau întreruperii calatoriei nu ar putea fi recuperat. Sunt asigurate numeroase situatii care pot duce la anularea sau întreruperea calatoriei printre care:  îmbolnavirea grava sau decesul, devastarea locuintei în perioada de 15 zile calendaristice premergatoare începerii calatoriei, concedierea neasteptata, tulburari ale sarcinii, etc. Pentru lista completa a riscurilor acoperite si a excluderilor, consulta documentul „clauza storno” pe care îl poti descarca de mai sus.

Ce trebuie să fac pentru a deconta cheltuielile pentru un eveniment asigurat ?

In cazul producerii uneia din situatiile acoperite de asigurarea de calatorie, trebuie in primul rand sa anunti centrul de asistenta si autoritatile locale competente, daca este cazul.  

Salveaza-ti numarul de telefon al Centrului de asistenta pentru a-l avea la indemana In caz de nevoie pentru ca Centrul de asistenta iti va oferi indicatii despre cum trebuie sa procedezi pas cu pas. 

Pentru asigurarea de calatorie de la UNIQA Asigurari numarul de telefon al Centrului de asistenta este: 021.201.90.46 

Pastreaza toate documentele care justifica diagnosticul, tratamentul, biletul de internare, chitante, facturi, retete, bonuri fiscale stampilate, rapoarte alte politiei sau altor organe In functie de eveniment ( de exemplu pentru bagaje pierdute este necesara o Instiintare scrisa din partea companiei aeriene ca a Incetat sa mai caute bagajul si Il considera definitiv pierdut ) 

Daca ai avut nevoie de servicii medicale si ai anuntat centrul de asistenta, decontarea se va face direct catre centrul medical sau spital.   

Pot sa imi mai fac asigurare de calatorie daca am plecat deja din tara?

Daca ai plecat deja in vacanta si ai uitat sa-ti cumperi asigurarea de calatorie, o poti face online, insa trebuie sa tii cont de faptul ca in primele 5 zile de la data intrarii in valabilitate a politei nu esti acoperit pentru niciun risc si ca perioada minima asigurata va fi de 7 zile.  De asemenea trebuie sa stii ca pentru a cumpara asigurarea de calatorie din afara tarii, trebuie sa nu fi parasit teritoriul Romaniei de mai mult de 30 de zile calendaristice. 

Ce presupune asistenta medicala in calatorie ?

Din pacate, in vacante pot sa apara si situatii neplacute ce presupun asistenta medicala. Cu totii stim cat de neplacuta poate fi o toxiinfectie alimentara, o insolatie, un incident pe partia de ski sau un accident cu urmari grave. Aceste situatii neplacute si neprevazute nu suporta amanare si trebuie tratate in regim de urgenta. 

Daca te imbolnavesti sau ai un accident, inclusiv pentru urgentele stomatologice, asigurarea de calatorie acopera costurile cu tratamentul ambulatoriu sau in spital, interventii chirurgicale, transportul la spital, repatriere medicala sau repatriere in caz de deces.   Trebuie sa retii faptul ca asigurarea medicala de calatorie nu este echivalentul unei asigurari de sanatate. Ea te va proteja doar in cazul accidentelor sau a imbolnavirii. 

Ce acopera asigurarea daca zborul meu are intarziere ?

Intarzierea cu mai mult de 12 ore a zborului genereaza costuri suplimentare cu transportul de la si inapoi la aeroport, cazare, alimente, produse de prima necesitate sau eventuale costuri suplimentare pentru reprogramarea zborului de legatura, etc. 

  Asigurarea de calatorie acopera toate aceste cheltuieli suplimentare pe care esti nevoit sa le faci din cauza intarzierii zborului si iti vor fi decontate in baza bonurilor, facturilor, chitantelor, asadar ai grija sa le soliciti si sa le pastrezi. Trebuie sa retii faptul ca se pot deconta doar cheltuielile facute dupa trecerea a 12 ore de la ora zborului planificata initial. 

De asemenea trebuie sa stii ca este necesara obţinerea confirmarii scrise din partea transportatorului aerian sau a agenţilor acestora in ceea ce priveşte motivul intarzierii zborului şi data reala a decolarii zborului. 

Ce pot face daca mi s-au pierdut bagajele sau au ajuns cu intarziere ?

Daca bagajele tale sunt ratacite si ajung cu intarziere (dupa trecerea granitei Romaniei), primul lucru pe care trebuie sa il faci este sa obtii o dovada scrisa din partea companiei de transport care sa certifice intarzierea bagajelor inregistrate si numarul de ore de intarziere.    Intarzierea cu mai mult de 6 ore a bagajului poate genera costuri suplimentare cu achizitia unor produse de prima necesitate. Daca intampini o astfel de situatie, trebuie sa stii ca asigurarea de calatorie iti acopera aceste costuri.     Pentru a putea deconta aceste cheltuieli, trebuie sa prezinti toate documentele justificative (chitante, bonuri fiscale, facturi in original) si o dovada scrisa din partea companiei de transport care sa certifice intarzierea bagajelor inregistrate si numarul de ore de intarziere.     Daca bagajele s-au pierdut si compania de transport le declara oficial pierdute, poti beneficia de indemnizatii, insa nu uita sa notifici imediat biroul de pierdere bagaje al transportatorului si Centrul de Asistenta nu mai tarziu de 48 de ore de la producerea evenimentului sau 3 zile lucratoare de la intoarcerea in tara.  

Cum procedez daca mi-am pierdut documentele de calatorie?

Primul lucru pe care trebuie sa-l faci dupa ce constati ca ai pierdut ori ti s-au furat actele de identitate e sa te adresezi autoritaţilor locale de poliţie. De acolo vei primi o dovada in urma unei declaraţii de pierdere sau furt.    In baza acestui document, te vei putea adresa ambasadei sau celui mai apropiat consulat, pentru a obtine, in mod gratuit, un titlu de calatorie, document in baza caruia poti reveni in tara. Acest document este valabil doar pentru revenirea in tara si doar pana la intrarea pe teritoriul Romaniei. 

Daca ai asigurare de calatorie, trebuie sa stii ca aceasta acopera costurile pentru emiterea unui nou set de documente ( cartea de identitate, pasaportul, certificatul de inmatriculare al masinii personale, carnet de conducere) . Foarte important de retinut este faptul ca asigurarea de calatorie acopera cheltuielile necesare refacerii documentelor de calatorie doar in situatia in care le-ai pierdut in urma unui furt / act de talharie.  

Sunt asigurat si daca practic sporturi extreme?

Daca esti o persoana activa, te poti bucura fara griji de pasiunile tale chiar si in vacanta! Clauza suplimentara “Sport extrem” pentru asigurarea UNItravel acopera cheltuielile cu asistenţa medicala de urgenta in cazul producerii unor evenimente ca urmare a practicarii Sporturilor Extreme in timpul calatoriei in Europa*.  

*Pentru achizitionarea clauzei de sporturi extreme pentru calatorii in afara Europei, te rugam sa te adresezi partenerilor de vanzare UNIQA. 

Cum aleg asigurarea medicala de calatorie potrivita pentru mine?

Asigurarile de calatorie pot fi disponibile in multiple combinatii de riscuri acoperite si sume asigurate, asa ca e bine ca atunci cand achizitionezi asigurarea de calatorie sa iei in considerare mai multe aspecte: 

1. Destinatia: UNITravel iti ofera trei optiuni de asigurare de calatorie in functie de zona in care calatoresti:  

Asigurarea pentru Europa ( valabila in tarile care sunt din punct de vedere geografic in Europa (inclusiv partile asiatice ale Turciei şi Rusiei) 

Asigurarea pentru Intreaga Lume (fara SUA & Canada) – valabila in toate tarile din lume mai putin SUA si Canada  

Asigurarea pentru Intreaga Lume care acopera toate tarile din lume inclusiv SUA si Canada

 2. Scopul si durata calatoriei: tine cont de activitatile pe care planuiesti sa le faci in vacanta. Daca planifici o calatorie in care pur si simplu vrei sa te plimbi si sa te relaxezi poti opta pentru o asigurare de calatorie standard.  In cazul in care practici sporturi de sezon (ski, scuba-diving, bungee jumping, calarie) sau iti planifici activitati cu grad ridicat de periculozitate si vrei sa fii acoperit in orice situatie, poti opta pentru achizitionarea Clauzei Suplimentare Sport Extrem. 

3. Clauza suplimentara Storno: Daca vrei sa nu iti faci griji pentru pierderea banilor din cauza anularii sau intreruperii calatoriei din cauza unor situatii urgente, neprevazute si neimputabile tie, poti opta pentru achizitionarea Clauzei Suplimentare Storno.

Ce alte riscuri sunt acoperite de asigurarea medicala de calatorie?

Raspunderea civila: Daca ai provocat fara intentie vatamari corporale unor terti sau daune materiale proprietatilor lor, esti acoperit prin clauza de raspundere civila. Intr-o astfel de situatie contacteaza imediat Centrul de asistenta sa anunti evenimentul si ai grija sa nu promiti nimic celui pagubit deoarece raspunderea este limitata. Centrul de asistenta te va indruma pas cu pas.

The basic package “easy” provides protection for risks like expenses for medical treatments when abroad (including those related to COVID-19), medical expenses for transportation and return home (including related to COVID-19), dental emergency treatments and accidents due to sports activities. The other packages include this coverage and as well as further protections.

Importantly, if you catch COVID-19 before or during your trip, you will be covered under Travel Guard’s trip cancellation benefit. If you become sick with COVID-19 during the trip, the medical expenses and trip interruption benefits will kick in. However, Travel Guard considers COVID-19 a foreseen event and as a result, certain other coronavirus-related losses may not be covered. Given the constantly evolving travel environment, review the Travel Guard’s coronavirus coverage policies so that you’re award of what is and isn’t covered.

Here’s what you need to know about AIG's Travel Guard insurance plans.

AIG travel insurance’s Travel Guard plans cover you if you need to cancel (or interrupt) your trip due to illness, injury or death of a family member. Inclement weather that causes a trip delay or cancellation is covered by all Travel Guard policies as well.

Travel Guard offers three main AIG travel insurance plans, plus a host of add-on options. Here are the most essential benefits:

Travel Guard Essential - The most basic level of coverage

Covers 100% of the cost of your trip if it gets canceled or interrupted due to illness.

Includes a $100 per day reimbursement for any delays in your trip (max $500 total).

Covers up to $15,000 in medical expenses ($500 dental), plus a $150,000 maximum for emergency medical evacuation.

Covers up to $750 in compensation for stolen luggage and a maximum of $200 if your bags get delayed by more than 24 hours.

Travel Guard Preferred - This midlevel plan gives many of the same basic coverages as the Essential, but at higher levels.

Trip cancellation pays out at 100%. If your trip gets interrupted, you’ll get 150% of the cost of the trip.

Trips delayed by more than five hours will get you up to $800 ($200/day).

You’ll be covered up to $50,000 for medical expenses ($500 dental) and up to $500,000 for emergency evacuation.

This plan offers $1,000 for lost or stolen bags and $300 for baggage delays longer than 12 hours.

Travel Guard Deluxe - The biggest benefits can be found in this highest level plan.

Like the Preferred, you’ll get 100% coverage for trip cancellation and 150% of the cost of your insured trip in the event of a trip interruption.

Up to $1,000 ($200/day) for a trip delay of five hours or more.

Up to $100,000 for medical expenses ($500 dental), $1,000,000 for emergency evacuation and $100,000 in coverage for a flight accident.

Coverage for lost or stolen bags jumps up to $2,500 and $500 for baggage delay of more than 12 hours.

A long list of "Travel Inconvenience Benefits" are also included (such as runway delays, closed attractions, diversions, etc.)

This plan also offers roadside assistance coverage for the duration of your trip, which isn't included in the other two plans.

While the Essential, Preferred and Deluxe plans all offer varying degrees of coverage for your trip, there are some things that won’t be covered by any of the plans. Here are a few highlights of things that aren't included; you’ll find full lists on each policy:

Coverage for trips paid for with frequent flyer miles or loyalty rewards programs: Travel Guard will only protect the trips you pay for with cash. If you’re redeeming your points for that bucket list trip, unfortunately, you won’t qualify for coverage. However, the cost of redepositing miles back into your account is covered.

Baggage loss for eyeglasses, contact lenses, hearing aids or false teeth: These items should be kept with you in your carry-on as a general rule, since a Travel Guard policy won’t cover them.

Known events: If you knowingly book a trip with some inherent risks, it won’t be covered. For example, once the National Weather Service issues a warning for a hurricane, it becomes a known event. Once COVID-19 became a pandemic, it was categorized as a foreseeable event and was no longer covered. You can cancel the policy you purchase up to 15 days prior to your trip to receive a refund for the premium paid.

However, if you’re planning major international travel or embarking on a big cruise trip, Travel Guard's Preferred and Deluxe plans may offer better coverage than your credit card. Moscow city administration launches English-language website

The building of the Moscow City Government.

The Moscow city administration has launched the English version of its website for tourists and expats. It is available on Mos.ru beginning today. Guests of Russia’s capital will find an adapted newsfeed, calendar of events and other information relevant for foreign citizens. In particular, there are step-by-step instructions on the portal about how to get medical assistance, book a hotel and use public transport.

“Moscow’s website will also suggest how foreigners can reach the embassy or the consulate of their country and where it’s possible to exchange their currency into Russian rubles,” writes the city’s press center .  

According to reports the English version of the site will not be a mirror of the main portal but instead will become an independent resource, with plans for the content to be adapted for foreign audiences.
