If you want to be pampered for three nights and four days, take the Via train across Canada. Enjoy three made-on-board meals each day in the company of world travelers, and watch the world glide by. I took the train from Toronto to Jasper, then the Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver. This excursion train only travels through the Rockies by day so the opulence is yours. The Via follows the same route, but at night. The American and Canadian travel agents arranged seamless connecting flights for the journey from the home base in Milwaukee.

Cindy was fantastic with providing options and booking our group to Mexico. We had a good experience at a Riu property- clean rooms, good entertainment for teens and adults and a great beach! We hope to plan next years trip with Elm Grove Teavel!

Went with Elm Grove Travel for our honeymoon. Found out when we arrived that the hotel was not booked through when our flight left Hawaii. Our flights that we had to book ourselves. We have tried calling and emailing and Elm Grove Travel will not get back to us. I'll change this review if anything changes. UPDATE: We did finally get this sorted with Elm Grove Travel. I will post a longer review once the honeymoon is finished. After coming back and getting a chance to settle in, I went back through everything on this trip and I realized how disappointed I am in Elm Grove Travel. The rooms booked were fine, the rental cars were fine (except that the second car was not for the correct days) and that is about it that was fine. My wife has TSA pre-check and we did provide the known traveler number, but that was not included with the flight Elm Grove Travel booked. Having to pay the last minute fee on the rental car was not fun, and trying to scramble to get a room for the last night was also not fun. Looking back we ended up having to plan and book our days with little to no help from Elm Grove Travel, which was disappointing. I guess I was hoping for more help on things to do while in Hawaii. Looking back, there would have been less stress if I had just booked everything myself. With the large amount the last night cost, I even doubt we saved money overall.

We booked a trip for my family to Ireland, scheduled for April of 2020. Due to COVID, the trip was cancelled and rescheduled three additional times, the last cancellation in July for an August departure. We just could not make another reschedule work due to job conflicts. The tour company was being very difficult, and was adamant that no refunds would be given for the tour or the air fare which was also purchased as part of the package. Betty Durso and Jenny Cagle REALLY went to bat for us. After going up through the chain of command of the tour company, they got a senior Vice President of the tour company to agree to a full refund of the land portion of the tour ($6500) and air vouchers ($2600) which we can use on any trip, not just ones to Ireland. Needless to say, we are thrilled to get our money back! It was a long and tough slog for Betty and Jenny, and they handled the whole situation with a professionalism not found in many companies anymore. We are so glad we had someone to help fight our battle, which is so much more than we would have gotten from a self booking on the Internet. Should you book any travel with Elm Grove Travel, feel very confident that you are in good hands!
