Zara Larsson – 2024 North American Tour

Today, multiplatinum chart–topping global pop powerhouse Zara Larsson announces much-anticipated North American tour dates in support of her new studio album, VENUS .

The headline run will kick off on October 27th in Dallas, TX at the House of Blues before concluding on November 6th at New York’s Webster Hall. Alongside the headlining trek, today Zara announces that she will join collaborator Kygo on select dates of his just-announced world tour. Zara’s run with Kygo is set to kick off on September 25th in Chicago, IL at the Huntington Bank Pavilion before concluding at the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA on October 17th. I wouldn’t say that the concert was necessarily bad, but I‘ve got to be honest and say that it wasn‘t the best concert I‘ve ever been to. Sure you have to be reminded of the fact that the Melkweg isn‘t a big venue, and that the concert isn‘t going to be that big, but small concerts usually feel more intimate rather than big concerts, however this was not the case. The entry was quick, and just like promised started at 19:30 which was good, but unfortunately we had to pay an extra fee to get in because we didn’t have a membership. I know that it said something about having a membership before, but I didn‘t know what the problem was, well know I know.

As everyone went into the venue, the supporting act, a DJ was already playing, and I gotta be honest and say that he was one of the worst DJs I‘ve ever seen. There were no remixes, no cool transitions, nothing. He basically plugged an aux chord into his phone and played a Spotify playlist. After a really long hour just listening to a lame Spotify playlist, Zara went up on stage. I gotta admit that the transition from supporting act to main act was quick, it only took about 15 minutes for the team to place all the instruments. Zara started the show, and the mood within the club was pretty good, however it already ended after 1 hour. Most artists stay on stage for 1h 30 minutes, up until 2 hours, however Zara ended the show after just 1 hour. Also there weren‘t any speeches in between to tell something about herself, she just kept repeating herself by saying thank you after each song, without sharing any background about the songs or facts about her life.

So when she left the stage I was very surprised and not in a good kind of way.

My best friend and I didn't come that much in advance (we arrived at 7 and a half when it started at 9 pm) but we still managed to be quite close to the scene (I'd say 10th-25th row). We were at the first show of the European tour of summer 2017, the one in Paris. The opening act (a former French contestant at The Voice we didn't know) was quite good. I figured that the other European shows would probably have opening acts of their respective countries as well. Zara was gorgeous with her wavy hair extensions and overall diva look. The setlist consisted of all the songs from her last album "So Good" except One Mississipi and Funeral plus some mashups of her other famous or old songs. The dancers and backup singers really pumped out the crowd well through it all. Her vocal ability and energy were as good as what we're used to get from her. I was a little bit scared she would get sick because it was so cold in Paris for this season this day but it was fine. The overall show felt like it passed really fast because the setlist consisted mainly of all her most known hits. To end this, I would say I really hope you can go see her too. You won't be disappointed. Her standard in terms of performance is really high and if you have the chance to, my only advice would be to try not to film so much and enjoy every minute of it because you'll be surprised at how fast the time goes at her show.

Did an amazing job performing 3 songs. A great pleasure to have her perform close to home. She did everything she did to make the concert experience lively, while also performing. She also seemed very nice and energetic to the audience.

I hope she returns here soon for a future concert anywhere in the Bay Area. I wish one thing that could be done is to meet the artists after the concerts. Definitely some room for improvement, With that being said, it was a great first time concert experience.

Songkick did a wonderful job of tracking my artist if they toured close to home, and promptly announced the dates when scheduled and I bought my tickets once they went on sale.

Zara was EVERYTHING! Her voice is incredible and she sounded amazing. Such a great show. Definitely check her out if you have the chance - you won't be disappointed! Can't wait to see her again and again!!

Wish we could hear her sing more and hear her authenthic voice. Waited too long for show to start. Great show! Great dancing! Loved the dancing. The dancing was the best part of it, beautiful dancers.

Zara did a really awesome job performing! Her voice sounded exactly like the songs in my opinion, and she really kept the crowd entertained. Overall, had a great experience watching her!

It was a great energetic show. Great band and dancers. Zara obviously had a lot of fun!! This was the first concert for my 12 year old daughter and she had the night of her life!

This concert was definitely the best i ever was.

I had really fun. I danced/ sang and it was so emotional. She has an incredible voice. I recommend it to everyone to go!

Zara Larsson announces new album Venus, sets UK tour for 2024

Zara Larsson has gifted fans a divine gift, announcing that her new album Venus will arrive next year. 

The LP - which has been preceded by two UK Top 40 singles, Can't Tame Her and On My Love with David Guetta - will officially arrive February 9 2024, via Zara's own label Sommer House and Black Butter/Sony.

Even more exciting still, our favourite Swedish firecracker will be heading out on the road, pitching up The Venus Tour for several dates in the UK next year, including one night at the Camden Roundhouse.

Pre-sale access for The Venus Tour is now available for those who pre-order the album before 31st October at 3pm, with general sale opening on November 3rd at 10am.

When he jumped on the phone with Zara to discuss the bubbling chart success of Can't Tame Her earlier this year, Zara hinted at what we can expect from her new album (produced by Rick Rubin, Danja and Swedish duo MTHR).

"We can expect a lot of uptempo, fun dance songs [on the album]," Zara teased. "But also you know, we have the emotional balance. The ballads that just make you want to cry. It's a full-on rollercoaster ride of emotion. It's also just a collection of really, really well-written songs."

Sounds good to us, hun!

According to Zara herself, it's her "best body of work so far," so it's all stream ahead to 2024!

Produced by Live Nation, the 26-date run kicks off on Saturday, September 7 in Commerce City, CO at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, with stops in Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, London and more before wrapping up on Friday, December 13 in Dublin, Ireland at 3Arena. Zara Larsson takes Camden’s Roundhouse to Venus as Swedish superstar’s latest tour arrives in London

Over the course of the past decade, Zara Larsson has evolved from being a pop princess in her native Sweden to a global success. 

From multi-platinum singles, hit albums, major collabs and countless awards, the 26-year-old has been embraced at large. Releasing her fourth studio album, ‘Venus’, earlier this month, Larsson is currently embarking on a European tour of the same name and taking audiences on a journey through her career to date.

Steps to headline Brighton Pride with only UK performance of 2023

For the first of two London shows at Camden’s iconic Roundhouse, Larsson opened her set with the title track from her new album. A singer with pipes, the performer made sure the crowd knew her mic was on before tapping into more energetic, dancey numbers by delivering standout vocals to the ethereal, synthy bop. 

Equally as good at choreography and whipping her blonde hair as she is as a singer, Larsson proved she’s a triple threat who deserves more attention. Performing to a sold-out crowd of 2,500 screaming fans who have likely fallen in love with her through her monstrous smash hits that have dominated streaming platforms and radio playlists, the real star quality in Larsson is that she can do all her songs justice live.

From I Would Like and Never Forget You to Ruin My Life and her chart-topping single Symphony with British band Clean Bandit, Larsson’s set was met with the crowd singing along to every word and reflected on her beastly singles collection that continues to grow. 

Her latest track You Love Who You Love segueing straight into the bold production of Ain’t My Fault was a big moment, as well as the show’s three-song encore: On My Love , Lush Life and Can’t Tame Her .

A personal highlight was the ‘Venus’ album cut Escape , which has the potential to become one of Larsson’s most noteworthy hidden gems if it doesn’t become a single. 

If there were just a couple of things lacking from the set, it was the songs Soundtrack and Memory Lane . Other than that, Larsson remains at the top of her game as both a recording artist and live performer.

The Breakout Years

Zara Larsson has proven to be an energetic force in pop culture, producing R&B-inspired dance anthems that soar and seduce at the same time. The Swedish singer-songwriter emerged in 2013 with her lead single 'Uncover' (featured on her debut EP ' Introducing' ), which received a triple platinum certification in her home country. One year later, Larsson released the studio album ' 1' , boasting Swedish chart-toppers 'She's Not Me', 'Carry You Home', and 'Rooftop'.  

In 2015, Zara Larsson officially broke international ice. First, the multi-platinum single 'Lush Life' hit the top ten across Europe, then 'Never Forget You' achieved over 200 million streams worldwide, notably reaching No.1 on the US Billboard Digital Dance Chart. She also collaborated with Tinie Tempah for 'Girls Like' and David Guetta for the 2016 UEFA Euro Cup theme 'This One's For You'.  

By the time Zara's second album ' So Good' arrived in 2017, she'd released four more star-studded singles, including the Charlie Puth-penned titular track 'So Good' with Ty Dolla $ign, 'Symphony' with Clean Bandit, and the MNEK-produced 'Ain't My Fault'. These anthems continued her domination on the Swedish charts and marked the star's chart debut worldwide, reaching the Top 30 in the US. 

The ‘Poster Girl’ & ‘Venus’ Eras

Larsson wrapped up 2018 with platinum-certified single 'Ruin My Life' and kickstarted 2019 with 'Don't Worry Bout Me', 'All the Time' and 'Wow'. She continued to collaborate with music royalty, recording 'A Brand New Day' with K-pop superstars BTS and the tropical club anthem 'Like It Is' with Tyga and Kygo. The singer also provided the theme song 'Invisible' for the animated film Klaus. These led to her third electropop album 'Poster Girl' in 2021, which cracked the Billboard 200.  

Two years later, the Swedish Grammi and MTV EMA award-winner returned with her record label Sommer House, releasing the 80s-inspired 'Can't Tame Her' (co-written with MNEK and MTHR) and 'On My Love' with David Guetta. Zara's fourth studio album 'Venus' landed in February 2024, alongside her European tour and acting debut in Netflix's film 'A Part of You.'

As the highest-selling ticket artist in dance music, the superstar DJ and producer will be hitting the road for his first extended tour in six years, and he’ll be bringing along some big-name special guests.

What Is Kygo’s 2024 Tour?

Kygo’s next tour kicks off in Colorado in September. North American dates continue through mid-October, with the tour hitting cities like Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Seattle. Notably, Kygo will play shows in venues included the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD, and Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.

From there, Kygo will head to Europe in November — the 2024 trek will hit Berlin, Amsterdam, Milan, and more cities. The European leg of the tour wraps in Dublin in mid-December.

Who Is Opening for Kygo on Tour?

Kygo is bringing a crew of special guests along with him: SOFI TUKKER, GRYFFIN, Sam Feldt, Zara Larsson, Klangkarussell, Hayla, Victoria Nadine, and Vandelux will rotate to join on select dates.

Kygo previously forces with Zara Larsson for 2020’s “Like It Is,” while Klangkarussell remixed his track “Whatever” featuring Ava Max.

Kygo is ready to hit the road again! The Norwegian DJ took to social media on Monday, April 22, to announce the first part of his World Tour. The 32-year-old record producer also revealed that he will joined by his “friends and special guests” Zara Larsson, Sofi Tukker, Gryffin, Sam Feldt, Haylasings, Vandelux, Victoria Nadine, and Klangkarussell.

“Time to bring the music to you!!! Part One of my World Tour starts this fall with my friends and special guests,” he wrote on X, formerly Twitter. The superstar DJ will head out on his world tour on Sept. 7 in Commerce City, Colo. and will wrap up in the U.S. on Oct. 17 in Los Angeles .

While on tour, Kygo will perform at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Sept. 13 . If you are an AMEX cardholder you can access the American Express Card Member Entrance, which allows you to skip the line and enter the arena before non-cardmembers, and discounts at concession stands.

Kygo is also bringing several special guests on tour with him, including SOFI TUKKER, GRYFFIN, Sam Feldt, Zara Larsson, Klangkarussell, Hayla, Victoria Nadine and Vandelux. All are set to perform on a variety of different tour dates.

Fans can expect to see the artist’s signature piano, as well as strings, singers and drummers.

As Kygo is the highest-selling ticket artist in dance music and this being his first tour since 2018, tickets are expected to be a hot commodity.

How to get tickets to see Kygo in concert

Several presales for Kygo’s tour tickets are happening now through Ticketmaster and will wrap up on April 26 at 9 a.m.

The general sale will then begin on April 26 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster .

If you miss out on getting tickets from the presale and general sales, then tickets are available on secondary market websites, such as StubHub , Vivid Seats , TicketCity and SeatGeek .

First-time Vivid Seats users can save $20 on ticket orders over $200 by entering promo code NJ20 at checkout.
