Great company to deal with.

Great company to deal with. Our trip to Turkey was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Refunded within a really short time. Fantastic communication throughout and very easy to deal with. We will definitely use this company to book our next trip to Turkey just as soon as restrictions allow. Thanks to all the team out there especially Deniz.

Wow what a superb customer focus…

Wow what a superb customer focus company kaden are. A warm welcome greeted us at the airport en route supplied with a nice cold beer to our hotel. Katya was in the hotel to supplied us with all our golf vouchers and gave us all the information we required. The hotel was in a perfect location for the different golf courses we were playing. Deniz came to the hotel the next day to see if we were all OK with our holiday arrangement and passed on his great advice and knowledge of the courses we would be playing.The pick ups for the golf courses were all spot on time Kaden supplied us the perfect golf holiday in Turkey thank you to Deniz,Katya and all the Kaden staff

Very pleased to have been with Kaden now on a number of trips. Excellent personal service and t-times and courses to suit our needs, Would not hesitate to recommend Denis & Katya who will tailor make your package to suit your group. Pick-ups always on time to golf courses and return to suit your group. If heading to Turkey to golf make sure you contact Kaden Group in the first instance.

Great company, great holiday.

Last November was the 1st time we had booked with the Kaden Group and we weren’t disappointed, right from being collected from the Airport, to being welcomed at the hotel, the service was excellent. Nothing is to much trouble, I genuinely believe that there aim is to make sure you have a good time. Already booked for next year.

Belek trip with Kaden

This is the second time this year I have used Kaden golf, and on both occasions the service the staff have provided has been of the highest quality. On our most recent trip to Antalya my girlfriend and I were treated like royalty from the moment we met our transfer driver at the airport, where we were greeted with bubbles, and then when we met the rep at the hotel he had flowers for my girlfriend who was celebrating her birthday. They had also arranged for the hotel to have more bubbles, balloons and chocolates in our room. Thanks for everything Katya Denis and all your team at Kaden, I could not recommend you guys highly enough

Absolutely amazing firm

Absolutely amazing firm. Deniz and katya have been an absolute pleasure to work with. With turkey still a no travel zone we was refunded within 1 day of cancellation. Would highly recommend this firm and will defo be booking with kaden in the very near future.

On holiday in Belek & wanted to book golf

On holiday in Belek, Turkey with 2 days left and decided it would be nice for my husband and father-in-law to have a round of golf before we left. Tried the hotel reception but was so difficult (with broken English) and was given expensive options. I asked for help on a Facebook group and was given Deniz’ details. Couldn’t have had better service. He was answering my messages Monday evening and the following morning they were playing golf! Perfect English, extremely helpful, very efficient. Advised best value for money, sorted out club hire and transfers to/from hotel. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we are back in Turkey in October - thank you Deniz!

Where has Kaden been all this time?

I’ve booked holidays to Turkey for a while though and every time I’ve had a great time in the hotels, but I’ve always had an issue with tour companies. Now that I found Kaden, I dont have that problem anymore. Their level of customer service is outstanding! Its such a pleasure to speak to the guys at the office about potential holidays in Turkey as they know what they’re talking about. We had a trip booked for 12 people, all golfers, for February 2020. That didn’t happen, so we got our refund within days. We were silly really, we didn’t need the money in our accounts as we booked up a week later for November, using the same deposits! I recommend this company due to their customer care. amazing.

I have used Kaden Group of travel a few times now and I have never had no issues. I booked through them last October 2020 staying at the Maxx royal. They went above and beyond to help us and reassure us when our return flight was cancelled. We ended up staying over 5 weeks at the Maxx Royal and they got us great rates each time. We feel like they are our friends, not just someone you book a holiday with. I highly recommend this company. You are in very safe hands and they are amazing friendly and very kind people, who want you to enjoy every minute of your holiday.

Very pleased with the experience

Really pleased I went with Kaden Group instead of the mainstream operators. The service was very personal, every question answered within 24 hours and the price was a little cheaper. Denis met us at the hotel (Voyage Belek) late at night to check us in, which was really nice of him. Would use again 100%.

We originally booked a trip to belek…

We originally booked a trip to belek April 2020 but unfortunately covid 19 would not allow us to go. Deniz from the Kaden Golf group was absolutely unreal with everything. We all got a full refund within 4 weeks and was so happy with the service. We then went on to re book with deniz for September 2020. Wow what can i say from the moment katya met us at the airport to the moment we went home deniz and the Kaden group proper looked after us. We decided to add another round of Golf during the week which deniz sorted with no hassle at all. Deniz himself came to say hello at the hotel as well. We have booked for September this year and fingers crossed we can get out there again and play some quality golf courses. If you are looking at booking a golf holiday to turkey. Always great service!

We are repeat guests of Kaden Group but sadly some of our planned trips this year have had to be cancelled due to Covid. Kaden have been amazing at promptly sorting out any refunds/amendments - couldn't ask for better service. Last year we were lucky enough to stay at our favourite hotel, Voyage Belek - and also Lujo Bodrum (both booked with Kaden). Katya met us on arrival at Antalya Airport with a bottle of bubbly and the private transfer (always included) was excellent. They even managed to secure an amazing upgrade to a deluxe room which has the huge balcony and hot tub. As always we had an amazing holiday at the Voyage - even during Covid. For our Bodrum trip, we arrived only to find a few days in that Turkey had been put on the red list by the UK, but Deniz was straight on the phone asking what if we were happy with our stay, and if we wanted help to return to the UK. We opted to stay and quarantined on our arrival back in the UK. We are keeping everything crossed we can make our next trip to Calista in November to celebrate a few big birthdays (sadly delayed from 2020). Wouldn't hesitate to book with Kaden again - always excellent service and competitive prices.

It is centrally located, just off Kutuzovsky Prospect, within 5 minutes drive from the Victory Park and the Triumphal Arch. Right in the center, yet green and picturesque with lakes and 15 Century Church next to it. Moscow City Golf Club was the first one to open in Russia on September 15, 1987 at the urban wasteland on the street Dovzhenko held long-awaited 'ground breaking' - famous sportsmen Pele, Mike Tyson, Sven Tumba and Alexander Ragulin made symbolic throws with the golf clubs. This day is considered to be the day of foundation of Moscow City Golf Club. The founder of the club is Sven (Tumba) Johansson ex World Champion hockey player. Thousands of golf fans gather here every season.

Throughout its history, Moscow City Golf Club tries to maintain and develop friendly relations with the golf clubs around the world, organizing the exchange of delegations, inter-club tournaments, social events, thereby making the life of the club members more interesting. Moscow City Golf Club has signed a cooperation agreement with American Golf Club 'Deep Cliff Golf Course', Finnish 'Aura Golf', French 'Cannes Mandle' and Cyprus' Aphrodite Hills Golf '.

Each year Moscow City Golf Club holds a lot of different tournaments and activities like: children's charity tournaments and much more attracting numerous visitors.

June 26, 2004 the Club House was open again after restoration. The opening ceremony was attended by the founder of the Moscow City Golf Club Sven Tumba Johansson and officials, senior officials from the Moscow Government.

As a result, the restoration Club House was transformed into a wonderful place for relaxition and organizing events. It has spacious and luxuriously furnished rooms available for the members of the Moscow City Golf Club: restaurant, golf bar, library, cigar and billiard room, conference room, office «Old Tom», Beauty Salon & SPA, gym, showers, saunas and relaxation rooms with personal lockers. Interior of the Club House was completed in classic English style by the famous designer from Hong Kong Garvin Chen (architect Garvin Chen).

Moscow City Golf Club has a nine holes field. Six of the nine holes are par-4 and three holes are par-3. The total playing distance is 2.343 metres. Detailed description of each hole you can find on the site of the Moscow City Golf Club with the plan.

Moscow City Golf Club is a wonderfull place with impecable service, the members can gain privileges in foregn golf clubs including in the International Association of the Clubs.

Kaden Golf Untrustworthy & Ignorant, avoid at all costs

I booked our golf holiday with Kaden Golf, the booking process went according to plan, Deniz was quick to reply to email etc. Can I just say at this point they were not the cheapest but did offer "free" a box of pro v1s as part of the deal so I agreed. On arrival at the hotel as a token of my appreciation for booking our holiday I took out a presentation box of scotch single malt whisky and 2 matching glasses box set. and specifically asked the driver to give this to Deniz & Katya. We had our holiday and returned home, I thought it was quite strange that Deniz had not messaged me a thanks, for the gift but hey ho. Fast forward to this year I booked with golfturkey.com who were much cheaper than Kaden Golf and an excellent service. When Deniz asked why I didn't ask Kaden to quote I explained about the whisky and would have expected a thank you. Deniz informed me that his Kaden Golf driver stole the whisky and he never received it!!!! I am sure many of you will know Deniz runs the "Golf In Turkey" group on facebook, he refers to always running an "open book" well when he put a "special promotion" on last week I simply pointed out to him tht golfturkey.com are offering the identical deal cheaper, his response was to simply block me from the group and ignore my emails and messages on messenger!!!!! Is that Deniz meaning of an "open book"? Looks to me like very controlling and coercive behaviour? To me an "open book" is a company who advertises their package prices on their website like Bilyana Golf or Golf Turkey or Your Golf Travel, Kaden Golf do not advertise prices, but when you get a quote and point out their rival is cheaper they then price match???? As far as I am concerned with my experience, I would highly recommend that you use golfturkey.com for best value and service or any other provider with a better attitude than Deniz. This account is 100% factual and do not be surprised if Kaden Golf remove this accurate feedback.

A perfect week . Hotel golf transport friendly and helpful staff and the weather wasn’t bad either.

Fantastic agent. Everything arranged for our stay was more than I expected. Very happy. My husband became ill and had to be transferred to hospital. Superb company

So glad that we booked a holiday to the Cullinan with Deniz and the team. It was such a delight to be received at the airport with two smiling faces, flowers and a bottle of fizz. Any extras that we asked for the entire week were dealt with efficiently and to a high standard, such as impromptu rounds of golf at various courses and transport to them. This holiday didn’t start off as a golf trip, so we were pleasantly surprised at how easily some members of our party could be accommodated. Deniz and Joe were helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Kaden as a golf operator and a general travel agent with extensive local knowledge. They sorted everything as a package for a better price than U.K. tour operators and we are about to book our 2024 holidays with Kaden now :)

First time booking with Kaden and on…

First time booking with Kaden and on behalf of the 16 golfers on the 5T trophy tour, may I thank you for such a organised company making our trip that more enjoyable. The transport was always on time and just needed 15 mins notice for pick up from the courses on return. The VIP coaches were comfortable and smart with the free arrival drinks a nice touch. Special mention to Katya who seen to our every need, changing tee times and courses prior to our holiday. Excellent company to book with

First time booking with Kaden Group having been recommended by family and friends and so glad that we did. 8 golfers arriving at airport were met by the driver who also presented us with beers, nice touch. All golf transfers were excellent and we just phoned the driver after our rounds and longest we had to wait to be picked up was 10 minutes, which was perfect. When booking the holiday the staff were very efficient and friendly and always answered our queries in good time. I would highly recommend using Kaden Group and look forward to using them again for 2024. All drivers were also first class and punctual.

Awful Experience

We worked with the Kaden Group for a month and this is my honest review. I am American and my fiancée is Turkish, so we live in Turkey and were planning our wedding in Antalya. We decided on the Kaden Group because I really enjoyed their manager, Denis, and he seemed like a nice and trustworthy person. We had decided on a venue with them for our wedding and all of the plans, which was at Lykia Golf in Antalya. Even though we had decided on a different venue already, they then took us to Calista Luxury Resort to look at another venue, and my fiancée and I ultimately decided that the price at Calista was too expensive for a venue in Turkey, 18,000 euros for the venue and food + and all of the other expenses around 30,000 euros. This is just ridiculous for Turkey, especially with the economical situation going on i here right now. 1 Euro is 10 Turkish Liras right now, it would be a bad financial decision for anyone to spend that much money here. I have multiple friends who own 5 star hotels in Turkey for less than a quarter of this price (who we are now going with), so they basically were just looking for us to spend more money so they could make more money. We realize now that they weren’t really concerned with our wedding or happiness at all, which is NOT what you want in a wedding planner. We then had a GoogleMeet call and we told them we couldn’t go with Calista because economically it doesn’t make sense, but we could go with the beach at our house, which is similar to Calista or we could go with the original venue, Lykia. They then said that we should stop working together because we weren’t going with Calista…. They said this 2 months before our wedding and after we had decided all the plans with them. Absolutely awful customer satisfaction and and not professional to do that to a customer a few months before their wedding. Please go with ANYONE ELSE in Antalya except this group. They want your money, and a lot of it, at that, more than your happiness at your wedding.

Dear Madison, First of all, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about The Kaden Group on Google. We understand that you felt the need to vent your anger in retaliation to us as a company politely declining your wish to assist you with your wedding on a beach in Alanya, 200km away from where we are local to. That’s ok, but we thought it would be best for readers to see both sides of the story and a few other reasons as to why we politely declined working in Alanya, as we are working in Istanbul, which is 950km away from Antalya. You had originally contacted Calista Luxury Resort, where we currently their wedding partners, in arranging absolutely everything for brides and grooms that want to get married at the hotel. Initially, you read on the weddings website that 100 guests would cost 17,800€ (https://www.calista.com.tr/en/turquoise-wedding-package/) where it also CLEARLY states that this price is valid when all guests stay at Calista Luxury Resort and any guests not staying at Calista Luxury Resort will be charged a fee. Both us as the Kaden group and a Director of Calista Luxury Explained at least 4 times the reason behind this, in that Calista Luxury Resort has a high level standard of service to her guests. In order to maintain that high level standard of service, Calista has to acquire extra staff for events when the guests are not staying at the hotel. This costs money to acquire the staff and to pay the staff, as well as income tax, insurance etc. so, that is what the fee is mainly for, to ensure that guests who ARE staying at the hotel are not disturbed in any way for any event. You mentioned that you didn’t understand this, hence the reason for us to continuously explain this to you. After which, you insisted that you wanted a green area for your wedding, and that you were fed up of other wedding planners who didn’t speak proper English, constantly forcing you to purchase their packages. We didn’t, we listened to you for over a month and wrote down all your wishes and understood exactly what you wanted for your dream wedding. We made expenses on your behalf, we paid for graphic designers to go to Lykia Links, take drone footage etc, however you wanted your wedding on the 17th October which is the golf season and golf guests staying at Lykia Links who take advantage of the clubhouse, therefore Lykia could not accommodate your request of having 2 venues for your wedding. When we wanted to show you Lykia Links, you brought your 2 dogs along with you, which stopped us from entering the main restaurant. The day you arrived to Lykia, was the day after a huge storm blew away a large proportion of their beach hut, where we stopped briefly but you didn’t want to eat, as you felt the quality of the food was terrible. Again, we explained that that the quality of the food provided in the clubhouse is significantly better than the hotel side, but you didn’t want to listen and demanded that caterers came in from the outside to cook burgers and hotdogs for you. In Antalya, there are no caterers, its as simple as that. We spoke to a few restaurants for you who didn’t want to know, so this is why we said there was no other alternative but to look at the option of Calista again. You said ok, thats fine, I agree, lets do that. So we went to Calista, whilst explaining everything on the beach, you agreed that this would be the perfect location for your wedding with your guests. You tried the food your fiancé was overwhelmed by the grill, said it looked amazing and you definitely wanted to have your wedding at Calista. We asked you and your fiancé 3 times whilst at Calista, if you were happy with the price of 180€ per person and that this was just for food, unlimited imported alcoholic beverages, service, area rental (part of the beach and the green area in front of the beach), which you replied with yes every time. 18,000€ was for 100 people, you asked me in a message prior to the google meeting to finalise the contract if we can reduce the minimum amount of people to 75, which reduced the bill of the hotel to 13,500€, which we assured would be fine. During the online conference, you persisted to compare hotels in Alanya to hotels in Belek, as you have done so in this review. The standards of quality in hotels in Alanya is significantly lower to those in Belek and we would want our brides to have the absolute best wedding experience as this is potentially the best day of their lives. Neither us as the Kaden group nor any of our vendors (Sound & Light, artists etc.) would consider going to Alanya due to the fact that it is too far to travel and of the complications in electricity they have there. As we are writing this reply, there are large fires around the area of Alanya. Also, the venue at the beach in the village of Okurcalar (Alanya) near your house, that you showed us in a video on WhatsApp is not suitable to make all arrangements for the wedding that you planned - there are stones on the beach that making that beach impossible to level off, no machines to level off the sand and make it smooth to make a beautiful podium, there is no kitchen to cook, a fence in the background and umbrellas that can’t be removed all around. We are not a kind of company, that promising to do things that physically cannot be done. 
We are sorry to hear that you felt the need to write a bad review of our company on multiple social media platforms and reputation sites, even though you haven’t even paid for any of services, however we are more than happy to right the wrongs written in this review. We will be talking to our lawyer to see what is best in accordance to the damaging reputation acts (TCK.275) and will be contacting the sites to remove this review too. We do however wish you an unforgettable wedding at the venue of your choice with all your friends and family to witness such a wonderful event. Kaden group are so easy to work with..

Denis and his team at Kaden group are so easy to work with, the agreed package was a fantastic deal, with everything done, covering golf bookings, return shuttles from the hotel, and even club-hire (Taylormade M4s) making this trip super-convenient.. His communication was excellent throughout, with no problems at all. I will book through Denis again without hesitation. Truly an excellent service.. Denis at Kaden group is so easy to work with, the golf package was a fantastic deal, he done everything He could but our golf Holiday was cancelled due to covid!! 8 blokes, 8 rooms, 8 rounds, 7 nights and 1 Kaden

8 of us had a week golf trip to Belek arranged through Kaden. It got moved due to covid but all the way through Kaden were keeping us abreast of things in Turkey and allowing us to change names etc when required. Even offered deposit refunds up until late in the day Deniz and Katya were superb at helping tailor the trip to us and then making changes on a number of occasions when we changed our minds! They even went the extra mile when 1 of our group left a pair of shoes at Lykia (30 mins from our hotel) and another left a bag at Titanic. Deniz personally collected both and brought them to us. Always quick to respond to emails and Whatsapp even if just to say they are busy and will get specific answers asap. 100% talking to them if/when return to Belek.

Kaden travel group

Deniz & Katya made our holiday last year to the Calista a 1st class experience. All the way through from the booking experience, the meet and greet at the airport ,the transfer , the hotel nothing was overlooked they even went out of the way to arrange slim line tonic for us. The met up with us half way through to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Kaden travel really give you an amazing experience. Fabulous Company

I have used Kaden for many non golf trips. Always prompt at replying to emails. Easy booking with just £50 deposit pp. Transfers included with Fizz and Flowers and lovely transport bus and drivers There's always a member of Kaden staff to greet us at the hotel, most recently by Joe who was very helpful. Fantastic company to deal with who offer that personal touch. Have recommended to friends who have booked again with them. Well done Kaden

Golf in Belek

I wanted to say how fantastic you made the golf part of our holiday in Belek. From meeting you at Bunkered live last year to the booking process and the communication after has been very good. The four rounds we played were excellently planned and saving a few buggy issues everything went really well. The transfer drivers who collected us and returned us to our villa were very polite and super helpful. The golf course you suggested were perfect for all four of us from a 7 to a 28 handicap, the staff at the courses knew we were coming in all instances. Even when I reached out for a restaurant suggestion the response was instant and we really enjoyed our meal at Arma restaurant in the Oldtown. It’s a bit daunting to book a holiday like this but you made the process simple. Thanks to you and all your staff for making such a great holiday, please feel free to use this review as you like.

I travelled with Kaden late last year…

I travelled with Kaden late last year and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Given everything was up in the air with Covid, they made it their mission to be extremely flexible, all whilst remaining responsive and friendly. The golf courses recommended were really good and the logistics seamless. All the transfers were on time and well kept. I plan to organise another golf trip this year and will be using Kaden without a doubt.
