Click on Normal search and enter your location, city or state in address input option, an auto suggest dropdown will appear based on particular input or type your location and click on search button. Application provides nearest available record based on your search criteria.

2. What is the significance of icons appearing in different colors?

Application provides live working status of ATMs, CDMs and Recyclers. These are categorized in 4 colors.

  • Green Icon-- Working
  • Blue Icon--Status is not available for particular ATM/ CDM/ Recycler
  • Red Icon --Unavailable
  • Yellow Icon --Temporarily unavailable

3. How to provide feedback about particular ATM or Branch?

Please follow below mentioned steps in Web Application:

  • Search Branch or ATM or any other category using any search option.
  • Locate your branch on map click on Map Location link available on left side of window. An info window will appear. Click on provide your feedback link, Write your feedback in feedback input window and submit.

Please follow below mentioned steps in Mobile Application:

  • Click on any of the ATM/ CDM/ Recycler/ etc. Icon from search result and click on Feedback hyper-link. A feedback pop up will open where user can give their feedback.

4. How to get direction from a location to particular branch?

Web Application: You can find out direction from a location to your desired Branch by using Get Direction option. Click on Get Direction and type in your location, city and state in from input and click on Go Button. Available route will be plotted over map and advice on left side of window.

Mobile Application: Click on any of the ATM/ CDM/ Recycler/ etc. Icon from search result and click on Get Direction hyperlink.

CSP (Customer Service Point) is a program launched by the State Bank of India (SBI) that allows individuals or small businesses to act as an agent of the bank and provide a range of banking services to customers in their local area. The SBI CSP program is aimed at increasing the availability of banking services in remote or underserved areas, and also provides an opportunity for individuals or small businesses to earn an income by acting as a CSP.

The services that can be provided by an SBI CSP include:

  • Opening new bank accounts
  • Depositing and withdrawing cash
  • Balance inquiry
  • Printing of mini statement
  • Fund transfer
  • Bill payments
  • Provide new ATM card/pin
  • Sale of FASTag
  • Sale of insurance and mutual funds

To become an SBI CSP, an individual or small business must meet certain eligibility criteria, such as having a minimum educational qualification, and must also go through a training and certification process. Once certified, the CSP is provided with a point-of-sale (POS) device, a computer, and a printer, as well as other necessary equipment and software, to enable them to provide the services to customers.

It is worth noting that, becoming a CSP is not a guarantee of earning as it depends on the location of the CSP, the demand for the services provided, and the effort put in by the CSP.

The State Bank of India (SBI) sets certain limits on the amount of cash that can be deposited or withdrawn by a Customer Service Point (CSP) agent in a single transaction or in a day. These limits are put in place to ensure the security of cash transactions and to prevent fraud.

The exact limits may vary depending on the specific CSP agent and the location, but generally, the deposit limit per transaction is around Rs. 49,999 and the withdrawal limit per transaction is around Rs. 24,999. The daily deposit and withdrawal limits may be around Rs. 2,50,000 and Rs. 1,25,000 respectively.

It’s worth noting that, these limits may change over time based on the bank’s policies and regulations. CSP agent should check with the bank for the current limits.

Additionally, the CSP agent should also maintain the cash balance in the CSP unit, as per the guidelines provided by the bank, otherwise bank may deactivate the unit.

To register as a Customer Service Point (CSP) agent for the State Bank of India (SBI), you will need to follow these general steps:

  • Meet the eligibility criteria: To become an SBI CSP agent, you must meet certain eligibility criteria set by the bank, such as having a minimum educational qualification, a valid PAN card, and a clean financial and criminal background.
  • Find a suitable location: You will need to find a suitable location for your CSP unit, such as a shop or office in a convenient and easily accessible location in your local area.
  • Fill out the application form: You will need to fill out an application form, which can be obtained from the nearest SBI branch or downloaded from the bank’s website.
  • Submit the application form: Once the application form is filled out, you will need to submit it along with the required documents, such as your PAN card, educational qualification certificates, and other ID proof as per the bank’s requirement.
  • Undergo training: After your application is accepted, you will need to undergo a training program to learn about the services offered by the CSP and how to use the equipment and software provided by the bank.
  • Get certified: After completing the training, you will need to pass an exam to get certified as a CSP agent.
  • Set up your CSP unit: After getting certified, you will be provided with a point-of-sale (POS) device, a computer, and a printer, as well as other necessary equipment and software, to enable you to provide the services to customers.

It’s worth noting that, the process of becoming a CSP agent may vary slightly depending on the specific bank, and can take several weeks or months to complete. The bank will also charge some fees for the registration and equipment. Additionally, SBI may conduct a background check on the applicant and the location of the CSP.

If you keep the call active till the IVR is played, you will be charged for these 3-4 seconds as per their mobile tariff plan. 3. Any SMS sent to 567676 e.g. for Blocking ATM Card will be charged at premium rates by your service provider. 4. Similarly, for availing the benefits of this functionality by sending an SMS (as BAL, MSTMT, REG, DREG, CAR, HOME, HELP), you will be charged for SMS as per their mobile tariff plan. Very useful app but hasn’t been working lately

I had my atm switched off using the app and then when I tried to switch it ON from sbi quick , no response is being received for the SMSes that I sent to switch the card back ON from sbi quick. Not getting any SMS responses to register/ de register/ balance/ atm on off etc. Has been two days, still unable to switch the atm On! No other platform other tha SBIquick exists to switch it back on. Please help

How to Register as a CSP?

Oxigen will enrol you as a Customer Service Point (CSP) with SBI. This facility and partnership is only available for Oxigen New / existing retailers with PC/Laptop, Printer, Web cam & Web connectivity.

Existing Retailers appointed as CSP will work directly or under the RMU tree as per the existing arrangements with Oxigen. If you are new to Oxigen, you first enrol for an Oxigen Web Retailer and then apply for SBI Kiosk Banking, as a Non-Oxigen Retailer cannot be appointed as a CSP. Please follow the below steps for registering:-

  • Retailer needs to fill in an application form by downloading from: Please Click Here
  • Send the duly filled form along with required KYC Documents to OPERATIONS TEAM , Oxigen Services India Pvt Ltd, 8 th Floor, c/o COOFFIZ, Magnum Towers, Golf Course Extension, Sector 58, Gurugram, 122018, Haryana, India
  • This form will go through verification and approvals and once validated, the CSP is informed about the status of their request. If the form is accepted, the CSP is trained.
  • Post training, the CSP can start transacting.

The CSP has to meet the following Infrastructure requisites for the enrolling for this Service:

  • Size of Outlet: : Minimum 200 sq feet and must have a counter. There must be adequate room to attend to 5-6 customers at a time. This is essential to provide efficient and courteous service to the customers and at the same time attend to your regular business.
  • System configuration: PC with a minimum configuration of 20 GB hard disk, Internet connectivity, an Intel base chip or of superior provider, a web cam, a standard printer and Finger print scanner.

Following facilities are provided to the new CSP:

  • Biometric Reader and Software for electronic thumb impression- Oxigen Property
  • SBI Bank Account ID and Password
  • Software for access to SBI network

Born under the financial inclusion program, SBI Kiosk banking is an initiative by the Reserve Bank of India, through which it allows private entities to offer banking services to low-income groups (LIG) without having to visit the actual bank branch as its subdivision, in order to bring reforms in the life of village folks who fail to maintain a balance in their account and for the people residing in unbanked areas to achieve the goal of financial inclusion. 

State bank of India CSP permits its customers to avail all the basic banking facilities without having to visit the actual bank for services like cash withdrawal, cash deposit, account opening, remittance, etc.

The main idea of State bank of India Kiosk Banking is to cover all the hinder-lands of India that are yet to be covered with the banking infrastructure and provide them with banking facilities and interested parties can apply online for Kiosk by filling simple SBI CSP Registration Inquiry Form.

What Does Retailer Needs

  • One Should have a computer with an active internet connection, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Need to have a shop with an area of 10* 10
  • Reside within 10 km radius of branch.

With State bank of India Kiosk Banking in rural villages – customers can avail banking services without traveling long distances. A CSP can provide these banking services outside of banking hours for the convenience of the customers. What is SBI CSP Registration Process?

Retailers interested in SBI CSP Apply online by filling CSP Registration form or making offline SBI CSP registration.

In the case of offline SBI Kiosk registration, the applicant should visit their nearest area business correspondent and provide all the basic documents and ID proof along with the application form.

The business correspondent will verify all the documents received at the time of SBI CSP registration for holding SBI CSP account and will either approve or reject the same.
