“Good but not great.”

This does not reflect to the agen who help me in my travel plan. It's policy issue. When I purchase business class ticket, I always able to select my seat on each leg of my travel for international flights. This time I was unable to do so because airline (Qatar airways)says it's type of ticket you bought. I didn't have problem with American airline. Qatar is askinge to pay $310 to select seats in business class.

“Bait and switch agency”

I got bait and switched. I had reached out for help and the agent Cody provided me options. When I went to book one of the options the page threw a error. So I went ahead and booked on Expedia. The agent calls me back and said he can give me the same ticket guaranteed if I canceled and booked with him. As I had 24hrs to cancel with Expedia I went ahead and canceled to only find from the agent Cody (after couple days) -oh sorry the airline increased the price and that ticket is not avail. Total bait and switch practice- terrible experience.

Wilfred R. is knowledgeable, attentive and timely. He works diligently to provide us with the most direct and expedient travel arrangements to out of the way places. We have used him to get us to Madagascar and to Kazakhstan both times he put together itineraries that were most direct with little but adequate times between connecting flights. I looked throug over a thousand reviews here and found them to be too similar in format for the majority of them to seem real. After reviewing complaints with BBB.org, I did not feel comfortable working with this company. After scannin reviews with 1 star ratings (I saw no 2 or 3 star ratings) I went to BBB.org and looked them up. I looked at the complaints, not the reviews. Note that a company can have thousands of complaints, as long as a significant number are resolved they can still have an A+ rating. I can't speak personally about the experience of booking with them, good or bad, but I do take serious the complaints at BBB.
