Midjourney's Fast vs Relax vs Turbo (Explained and Compared)
19 Jul, 2023
When you purchase a subscription to Midjourney, you are purchase a set amount of GPU time.
Different subscription plans have different amounts of monthly GPU time:
- Basic Plan: 200 minutes/month
- Standard Plan: 15 hours/month (900 minutes/month)
- Pro Plan: 30 hours/month (1800 minutes/month)
- Turbo Plan : 60 hours/month (3600 minutes/month)
The average image generation takes about one minute of GPU time.
Midjourney has 3 processing modes :
These modes will change the speed of generation and the fast hours consumed.
- Relax Mode : (only available on Standard, Pro and Turbo) doesn't consume GPU, so you can generate infinitely on Relax Mode. You will be put in a queue, with priority given to those who have used Midjourney less this month.
- Fast Mode : The standard mode; gives you access to GPU immediately, so your image starts to generate immediately. You get a set amount of GPU time every month. After you use it up you can buy minutes.
- Turbo Mode : Midjourney's newest superfast mode. Consumes 2x as many hours, but will generate your image up to 4x faster than Fast Mode. In our testing, generations came out an average of 3.5x faster.
Cost of generations
As mentioned, the average image generation takes about one minute of GPU time.
Upscaling an image, using nonstandard aspect ratios , or older Midjourney Model Versions may take more time.
You can use lower quality values (guide to quality) to consume less time.
A Job's time depends on the following factors:
You can use /info before and after running a process to see how many of your remaining GPU minutes the generation used.
Relax vs Fast vs Turbo Mode
User with the Standard, Pro, and Mega plans can create an unlimited number of images each month in Relax Mode. Users with the basic plan do not have access to this mode.
Relax Mode will not cost any GPU time, but generations will be put in a queue depending on how much you've used Midjourney this month.
Jobs in Relax mode are placed in a queue to be processed as GPUs become available.
Wait times for Relax are dependent on how busy usage is, but generally range between 0–10 minutes per job.
The more you use Relax mode, the longer you will have to wait to use it (users who have used relax mode less will be prioritized in the queue).
This usage counter resets when your monthly subscription renews.
Fast Mode VS Turbo Mode
Turbo Mode is available for subscribers who want extremely quick image generation. Turbo mode uses a high-speed experimental GPU pool.
Jobs run in Turbo mode generate up to 3.5x faster 2x the GPU minutes that Fast mode jobs do.
Turbo mode is only available with Midjourney Model Versions 5, 5.1, and 5.2 .
If Turbo mode is selected, but the GPUs are unavailable, or it is incompatible with the selected model version, your job will run in Fast Mode instead.
Turbo Mode is an experimental feature, and availability and price may change at any time.
Buying More Fast Hours
You can purchase more Fast Hours on your Midjourney.com/accounts page. Fast Mode is automatically reactivated when the subscription renews.
(Fast Mode and Turbo Mode both consume fast hours).
By default, images are generated using Fast Mode.
Unused monthly Fast GPU time does not roll over.
Switch Between Modes
Use the /fast /turbo or /relax command.
Standard, Pro, and Mega plan subscribers can use the /fast or /relax commands to switch between modes.
Use the Settings Command
Use the /settings command and choose the option from the menu:
Use the --fast --turbo or --relax parameter
Standard, Pro, and Mega plan subscribers can use the --relax , --fast , or --turbo parameters at the end of a prompt to run a single job using Relax, Fast, or Turbo mode instead of changing their preferred setting.

Midjourney Relax Mode vs. Fast Mode [Aug 2023]
Andrew Wilson
The difference between Midjourney relax mode and fast mode is the image generation speed.
Midjourney uses Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) to interpret and process each prompt. When you purchase a subscription to Midjourney, you are purchasing processing power time on these GPUs.
Table of Contents
Midjourney Fast Hours
Midjourney’s fast mode is best for users who want their images more quickly.
Fast mode is comprised of fast hours. This fast GPU time is essentially priority access to Midjourney’s processing power and puts you at the front of the image generation line.
All Midjourney accounts have a limited number of fast hours.
The Standard plan gets 15 hours of fast generations, while the Pro plan receives 30 hours of fast generations.
Paid accounts have the option to purchase additional fast hours at $4/hr.
According to Midjourney, one fast hour is generally good for about 60 images, but this can vary depending on the quality and settings related to the prompt.
Fast mode is great for users who are working on finetuning their Midjourney prompts . Less time between image generations means you have more time to tweak certain aspects or terms in your prompt.
Note: Check out some of our other Midjourney tips for beginners
We recommend using fast hours when you are in a creative mood and really want to nail the perfect image.
How to use fast mode
Fast mode is enabled by default in Midjourney.
However, if you want to change back to fast mode or make sure you have it set properly, there are two methods.
First, you can type /fast to set Midjourney to use fast hours.
You can also switch to fast mode by typing in /settings into the Discord chat.
Do fast hours roll over?
No, fast hours do not roll over and are reset at the end of each monthly billing period.
You can check how many fast hours you have left by visiting your Midjourney account .
Midjourney Relax Hours
On the other hand, relax mode uses relax hours which have slower image generation times but are available at no additional cost. Standard and Pro users have access to unlimited relax mode hours.
According to Midjourney, wait times for relax mode images are generally between 1-10 minutes per prompt.
Relaxed mode is great for those who are not in a rush. You can prepare your prompts in advance and batch several jobs at once.
Keep in mind that if you use relax mode more often, it’s possible you will have longer wait times than subscribers who use the feature infrequently.
Many Reddit users have reported noticing slower generations over time with relax mode.
How to use relax mode
There are two ways to enable relax mode in the Midjourney Discord.
First, you can simply type /relax. This will change your image generation mode from fast hours to relaxed hours if you have a Stand or Pro membership.
Alternatively, you can adjust the relax and fast modes in settings by typing /setting into the Discord chat.
Midjourney Metered Mode
Metered on Midjourney refers to the limitation on the number of fast hours a subscriber receives.
If you run out of fast hours, Midjourney offers the option to purchase additional fast hours for $4/hr.
These metered fast hours are only available to paid subscribers.
One thing to note is that a free trial cannot buy fast hour credits. These accounts can perform roughly 25 jobs before needing to upgrade to a paid membership.
Earn free fast hours Midjourney
A great way to keep costs down is to rate image generations in the Midjourney Discord channel.
You can do this by clicking on one of the face emoji icons on any upscaled image.
Each day the top 1,000 most active image raters receive one free fast hour.

Understand how each enhances your Midjourney experience.
In the ever-evolving realm of AI-driven platforms, Midjourney stands out with its unique mode settings, tailored to optimize user experience. The Midjourney Relax Mode is not just a feature; it’s a testament to the platform’s commitment to flexibility and customization. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
As users delve deeper, they encounter other dynamic settings like Midjourney Fast mode and Midjourney Turbo mode, each designed to cater to specific needs. From performance optimization in Midjourney to understanding the nuances of speed adjustments on Midjourney, this article offers a comprehensive look into these modes. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned user, understanding these modes can significantly enhance your Midjourney user experience. Dive in to explore the intricacies and benefits of each setting.
What are Midjourney Fast Hours?
Midjourney offers a unique feature known as “fast hours,” which is an integral part of its Fast mode. Essentially, fast hours grant users priority access to Midjourney’s robust processing capabilities, ensuring their images are generated at a quicker pace. Every Midjourney account comes with a designated number of these fast hours. For instance, the Standard plan provides 15 hours of rapid image generations, while the Pro plan doubles this with 30 hours. If needed, additional fast hours can be purchased at a rate of $4/hr.
On average, a single fast hour can produce around 60 images, though this might fluctuate based on the prompt’s quality and specific settings. The Fast mode, powered by these fast hours, proves invaluable for those keen on refining their Midjourney prompts. The reduced wait time between image generations allows users to make prompt adjustments more efficiently, especially when they’re in the zone to craft the perfect image.
How to Earn Free Midjourney Fast Hours
For users looking to optimize their Midjourney experience without stretching their budget, there’s good news! Midjourney mode settings offer a unique opportunity to earn free Fast GPU hours. By actively participating in the Midjourney Discord channel, subscribers can rate image generations and reap rewards. Every day, by simply ranking images, you can earn a free Fast GPU hour. What’s more, the top 2000 participants are awarded a bonus Fast hour daily. To rank, click on a face emoji icon beneath any upscaled image.
Remember, these bonus hours have a 30-day validity. Ensure you have an active subscription, then head over to midjourney.com/app/rank-pairs/ and start ranking image pairs. Choose the image that appeals most to you in each pair. If you rank among the daily top 2000, expect a direct message from the Midjourney Bot. These bonus hours, which enhance your Midjourney’s dynamic processing speeds, are valid for 30 days and necessitate an active subscription for utilization.
What is Midjourney Relax Mode?
Midjourney Relax Mode is a unique feature designed to optimize the image generation process for users. Unlike the faster modes that consume GPU time, Relax Mode operates at a more leisurely pace, ensuring that users don’t exhaust their monthly GPU allocation. When a user sends a request in this mode, the Midjourney Bot places it in a queue. The processing of this request commences once the GPUs are available. The availability and speed of processing are influenced by the frequency of Midjourney Relax Mode usage during the month. For instance, infrequent users of this mode will experience shorter wait times.
The time taken for image generation in Relax Mode can range from a few seconds to 10 minutes, depending on GPU availability. A significant advantage of this mode is that it doesn’t deplete any of your monthly GPU time, allowing users to reserve their Fast Hours for other tasks. However, it’s essential to note that Relax Mode is exclusive to Midjourney accounts with Standard, Pro, and Mega subscriptions. Those on the Basic plan won’t have access to this feature.
How to Use Midjourney Relax Mode
Activating Relax Mode in Midjourney is a straightforward process, especially for those familiar with Discord. There are two primary methods to enable this mode:
- Direct Activation: Navigate to any of Midjourney’s servers on Discord or access the Midjourney Bot from your Discord Server or Direct Message. In the text box located at the bottom, type “/relax” and select the /relax option from the dropdown menu. After pressing the Enter key, Midjourney Relax Mode will be activated, and a confirmation message from the Midjourney Bot will appear.
- Through Settings: Another way to switch to Relax Mode is via Midjourney’s settings. To access this, type “/settings” in the text box at the bottom. From the dropdown menu, select the /settings option and press Enter. In the subsequent Midjourney response, click on the Relax Mode option at the bottom. Once activated, the Midjourney Relax Mode option will be highlighted with a green background, and a confirmation message from the Midjourney Bot will confirm the activation.
What is Midjourney Fast Mode?
Midjourney Fast Mode is the standard setting for all image generations on the platform. Designed to optimize the user experience, this mode ensures that your prompts are processed promptly using Midjourney’s powerful GPUs. When you use Fast Mode, the time taken by the GPUs to create your image is deducted from your monthly GPU allowance. On average, the Midjourney bot requires about a minute of GPU time to produce an image. The beauty of Fast Mode is its universal availability; it’s accessible to all Midjourney users, irrespective of their subscription type.
How to Use Midjourney Fast Mode
Fast Mode is the go-to setting on Midjourney, activated by default for all image generations and prompts. This means that unless you’ve selected a different generation mode, there’s no need to manually switch on Fast Mode each time you send a request to the Midjourney Bot.
However, if you’ve previously chosen another mode or are uncertain about the current mode, here’s how to activate Fast Mode:
- Accessing Midjourney on Discord: Begin by opening any of Midjourney’s servers on Discord or by reaching out to the Midjourney Bot from your Discord Server or Direct Message.
- Activating Fast Mode: In the text box located at the bottom, type the /fast command. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the /fast option. Confirm your choice by pressing the Enter key. With this action, Midjourney will set Fast Mode as the default for all subsequent image creations.
- Verifying the Active Mode: To ascertain if Fast Mode is currently enabled, simply type /settings in the text box, then click on the /settings option and hit Enter. In the response from Midjourney, you can spot the active mode at the bottom. If Fast Mode is your active setting, it will be highlighted.
What is Midjourney Turbo Mode?
Turbo Mode is not just about speed; it’s about harnessing the power of Midjourney’s advanced GPU pool to deliver results at a pace that was once deemed unattainable. While the Fast Mode serves as the standard setting, Turbo Mode takes it up a notch, promising image generation that’s up to four times swifter . Imagine the convenience of crafting an image in a mere 15 seconds, a feat that would typically take around a minute in Fast Mode.
However, with great power comes a price. The accelerated speed of Turbo Mode consumes double the GPU minutes compared to Fast Mode. This means that while you’re getting your images faster, you’re also using up your subscription GPU minutes at a quicker rate. It’s essential to weigh the benefits of speed against the cost, especially when working on extensive projects.
Moreover, Turbo Mode’s availability is exclusive to Midjourney versions 5 and above, ensuring users benefit from the latest features and optimizations.
How to Use Midjourney Turbo Mode
Before diving into Midjourney turbo mmode, there are a few prerequisites to check off. Firstly, ensure you’re operating on Midjourney version 5 or its successors. Older versions won’t support the Turbo Mode feature. Additionally, keep an eye on your Fast Hours. These are crucial as Turbo Mode will be drawing from this pool.
To activate Turbo Mode:
- Access Midjourney: Whether you’re on a server or using the Midjourney Bot via Discord DM, the process remains straightforward.
- Command Initiation: In the text box, type “/turbo” and select the corresponding option that appears. A simple press of the Enter key activates Turbo Mode, confirmed by a response from the Midjourney Bot.
- Default Setting Change: If you find Turbo Mode aligning with your regular needs, make it your default. Access settings by typing “/settings” in the text box. From the ensuing options, select Turbo Mode. A green background will highlight your choice, and a confirmation message will appear, signaling the activation of Turbo Mode as your default setting.
Bottom Line
In the ever-evolving landscape of AI-driven platforms, Midjourney’s mode settings stand out, offering users a tailored experience. Whether you’re seeking the calm efficiency of the Midjourney Relax Mode, the balanced prowess of the Midjourney Fast Mode, or the blazing speed of the Midjourney Turbo Mode, there’s a setting tailored for every need. These modes not only signify performance optimization in Midjourney but also showcase the platform’s commitment to enhancing user experience. As we delve deeper into the digital age, it’s clear that Midjourney’s dynamic processing speeds are setting the benchmark for AI platforms worldwide.

Stay connected, midjourney fast mode & relax mode: everything you need to know.
Midjourney is a powerful AI image generator that can create stunning images from your imagination. However, one of the factors that can affect the quality and speed of image generation is the mode that you use. Midjourney offers two modes: Fast Mode and Relax Mode .
In this blog post, we will discuss the differences between Midjourney Fast Mode and Relax Mode , when to use each mode, and some tips for getting the best results.
How Midjourney Works
Midjourney is a large language model (LLM) that has been trained on a massive dataset of images and text. When you give Midjourney a prompt, it will use its knowledge of images to generate an image that matches your description.
Midjourney can generate a variety of different images, including landscapes, portraits, abstract art, and more. It can also create images with specific styles, such as photorealistic, cartoony, or painted.
One of the things that makes Midjourney so powerful is its ability to understand and respond to natural language. When you give Midjourney a prompt, you can use keywords, phrases, and even complete sentences. Midjourney will use this information to generate an image that is as close to your vision as possible.
What is Midjourney Fast Mode?
Midjourney Fast Mode is the default mode for image generation. When you use Fast Mode, Midjourney will generate images as quickly as possible. This is ideal for users who need to generate images quickly, such as artists who need to create concept art for a game or movie.

Midjourney is the most popular AI image-generation tool. Here is a beginner’s guide to help you understand Midjourney and be an advanced user.
It is similar to DALL-E and Stable Diffusion by OpenAI and Stability AI, respectively. The company is constantly working on improving its algorithms and releases new model versions every few months. In this guide, we aim to provide you with the latest updates on Midjourney. Currently, one can only access Midjourney via their official Discord server using the Midjourney bot. It can be done either by direct messaging the bot or by inviting the bot to a third-party server. However, we’ll focus on how to use Midjourney for personal use.
Midjourney is a platform that allows you to create cool images and graphics. To access it, all you need to do is follow a few simple steps. Begin by opening an account at Discord, which is completely free. So, let’s start!
Joining Midjourney Discord Server
Here is a guide to joining the Midjourney Discord Channel:
- Login to Discord
- Subscribe to a Midjourney Plan, and choose a subscription plan. Midjourney has a few subscription options, including Basic, Standart, Pro, and Mega plans. (see below for more; check the Midjourney website )
- To start creating images, join the Midjourney Discord server .
- After joining the server, you will see many channels in Midjourney Discord.
- Select any channel labeled #general or #newbie
- Start interacting with the Midjourney Bot on Discord using Commands.
- After checking the Discord server, you can continue creating images in private chat. Right-click on the Midjourney profile picture in the chat and click “Message” to start a private chat with the bot. (see below)
Firstly, I will recommend you just scroll down in a few channels and try to familiarize yourself with MJ. Midjourney is designed to be used by community members so you can see other members’ works on the “general image gen” channel category.
As a paid member, you can send private messages to Discord; you do not need to publish your works on Discord’s main challenge, but using that part is also fun to see what other people are doing there. Also, stay updated by following us and PAACADEMY workshops.
Let’s try to generate an image!
Creating Image
So, firstly, write /image in the direct message box, type a text prompt, and press Enter. You can explain whatever you want to create, but you need to be aware of some points:
Be specific, use descriptive language, and include as many adverbs and adjectives as possible to add nuance and emotion to your prompts (prompt: short text to generate an image). They can describe the color, shape, size, texture, and other characteristics of the object or scene you want to create. Also, Avoid using complex or technical language that may cause Midjourney to become confused.
Here are examples of the prompts:
- Modern house with clean lines, expansive windows, serene interiors, sleek designs, and abundant natural light create an elegant, tranquil ambiance
- Parametric villas with a futuristic, organic design and fluid shapes harmonize with nature
After writing your prompt and sending it to MJ, you just need to wait a few minutes to have your four images.
When you have MJ-generated images, two rows of buttons become available under the images.
Image Selection (U): It helps you separate out your chosen image from the grid. Image Variation (V): It creates variations of the selected image. Each button generates a new image grid.
Once an image is selected, a more comprehensive range of options will become accessible.
Vary (Strong), Vary (Subtle): These buttons under the image create solid or subtle variations of that image. Vary (Region): It modifies a selected area within a generated image without changing the entire image. Upscale : You can use Upscale tools to increase the size of your image. Zoom Out : It extends the canvas to its original boundaries without changing the content of the original image.
Command-List
Also, you can interact with the Midjourney Bot on Discord by typing a command. Here are the commands and what they are doing:
/ask : If you have any questions that you want Midjourney Bot to answer, you can simply type “/ask” followed by your question in the message bar. For instance, you may ask a question like “How can I create variations?” The Midjourney Bot will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to use variations, as shown in the screenshot.
/blend: In Midjourney, you can blend two images using the “/blend” command. Two boxes will appear and you can add your images to blend their styles. Midjourney uses the first image as a base and uses the second image’s color palette and style to generate a new image.
/describe: With the “/describe” command, you can easily upload an image of your choice to Midjourney. After uploading, the platform provides four different descriptions of the image that you can use as prompts to generate a new image in the same style as the original one. This feature can be very helpful in creating a visually consistent set of images for your project.
/fast and /relax: You can switch between /fast and /relax mode by using specific commands. Users subscribed to the Standard, Pro, and Mega plans can create an unlimited number of images each month in Relax Mode. If you use Relax mode sparingly, you will have shorter wait times compared to subscribers who use it more frequently. This priority resets every time you renew your monthly subscription.
/help: Displays important basic information and tips about the Midjourney Bot. You can have information such as how to start, a website, basic commands, extra options, and more.
/imagine: The “/imagine” command is the most important feature of Midjourney. It enables you to generate images on Discord. To use it, simply type “/imagine” in the message box and hit enter. A “prompt” box will appear where you can write a short explanation of the image you want to generate. After sending it to the Midjourney Bot, you will receive your generated image after a short wait.
/shorten: You can use the “/shorten” command to shorten long descriptions. Midjourney Bot offers 5 options.
/settings: View and change the settings for the Midjourney Bot.
/prefer option list: View your existing custom options.
/show: Each image generated by Midjourney is assigned a unique identifier called a Job ID. Job IDs are easily recognizable as they take the form of a string of characters separated by hyphens, such as “9355dcd0-681e-4340-a29c-801e502ae424”. You can find the Job ID in the first part of all image filenames, in the URLs on the website, and as part of an image’s filename.
/subs cribe: You can see your subscription model by sending a “/subscribe” message to the Midjourney bot.
/prefer remix: Remix changes the behavior of the variation buttons under image grids. When Remix is enabled, it allows you to edit your prompt during each variation. You just need to click one of the V buttons to see the “Remix Prompt” box.
Advanced Prompts
As mentioned before, a Prompt is a short text phrase to help MJ to generate an image. Unlike basic prompts, More advanced prompts can include one or more image URLs, multiple text phrases, and one or more parameters.
To better understand the structure of Advanced prompts, it is recommended to divide them into three parts: Image Prompts, Text Prompts, and Parameters . Image URLs can be added to a prompt to influence the style and content of the resulting image. Image URLs should always be placed at the beginning of a prompt. The Text Prompt describes what kind of image you want to generate. Lastly, Parameters can be used to change the aspect ratio, models, upscalers, and other settings. Parameters should be placed at the end of the prompt.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to upload your image using Midjourney Bot:
- Copy your image and paste it into the chat with Midjourney Bot.
- Press Enter to send your image.
- Depending on your platform, follow these specific steps to obtain the image link
- Discord Desktop App: Right-click on the image and select “Copy Link” (NOT “Copy Message Link”)
- Discord Web App: Click to expand the image, then right-click and choose “Copy image address.”
- Discord Mobile App: Tap and hold on to the image, then select “Copy Media Link.”
- If none of these methods work, don’t worry. You can always click to expand the image, and at the bottom, select “Open in Browser” so you can copy and paste the URL of the image.
Midjourney settings
Midjourney offers several modes that can be used to apply its default artistic style to your images, you just need to /settings to see default values. The RAW mode is the basic mode and does not apply any style to your images. Stylize low, med, high, and very high set how strongly the default artistic style is applied to your images.
There are three-speed modes available: Turbo mode is the fastest and generates images approximately four times faster, but it comes at twice the cost. Fast mode is the default mode. Relax mode is the free, unlimited mode exclusively available to Pro plan subscribers.
The High Variation Mode and Low Variation Mode determine how much variation is applied when using the V buttons. The Remix mode offers more control but is more complicated. It allows you to change aspects of your prompt when creating new variations.
Also, you can choose between Public mode and Stealth mode to decide whether your generated images are public or private by default.
The Midjourney V5.2 is the latest and most advanced model, which was released in June 2023. This model generates more precise, vivid outputs with improved colors, contrast, and compositions. Additionally, it has a better understanding of prompts than the older versions. You can switch to this model by using the “/settings” command.
Also, Midjourney has partnered with Spellbrush to develop The Niji model. This model is designed to produce anime and illustrative styles with a much deeper understanding of anime, its styles, and aesthetics. It is particularly good at capturing dynamic and action shots, as well as character-focused compositions. To use this model, simply add the parameter –niji 5 at the end of your prompt.

Some Reddit users have noticed slower image generation times with relax mode over time. How To Use Relax Mode. In the fast mode whereas with the standard plan, you get up to 900 images in the fast mode. And in my experience the difference between fast and relaxed modes is minor. However, there is one big caveat is that you can only upscale to the max currently in fast mode. So, you cannot upscale to the highest resolution possible with the relaxed mode.
Relax Mode. Jobs in Relax mode are placed in a queue to be processed as GPUs become available. Wait times for Relax are dependent on how busy usage is, but generally range between 0-10 minutes per job. The more you use Relax mode, the longer you will have to wait to use it (users who have used relax mode less will be prioritized in the queue).
Last Updated on: August 1, 2023. Andrew Wilson. The difference between Midjourney relax mode and fast mode is the image generation speed. Midjourney uses Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) to interpret and process each prompt. When you purchase a subscription to Midjourney, you are purchasing processing power time on these GPUs.
Through Settings: Another way to switch to Relax Mode is via Midjourney's settings. To access this, type "/settings" in the text box at the bottom. From the dropdown menu, select the /settings option and press Enter. In the subsequent Midjourney response, click on the Relax Mode option at the bottom.

I've been using the relax mode for about 80% of the time and have noticed a huge change in creating speed these past few days. I know it's not meant to be fast. For the first 3 weeks I'd get a prompt rendered in a minute or so with some exceptions. Now it's 7-10 minutes. Sometimes up to 15 mins.
It produces the highest quality images out of the three speed options, with more precise details, lighting, and coherence. However, Relax Mode is also the slowest, taking the most time to generate images. Fast Mode. Fast Mode quickens image generation speed at the cost of some quality loss compared to Relax Mode.
