Looks like some people have some pretty high expectations. I say that you need to do even a little bit of work and you'll quickly learn the advantages and benefits of their programs. There are some really good deals and pricing. If you're expecting to be given everything for free you signed up for the wrong program. I recommend you take the classes and webinars they offer. Also use their customer service staff, I've found them to be very helpful. One of them in the beginning told me to sign up for the cruise line travel agent programs. It was so easy, so I booked my first cruise myself and got a commission for my own cruise. Once I learned how easy it was I have been able to sell travel to friends and family. I've even had people approach me to sell group travel. I'm just saying if you want to get some deals and even make some money it's pretty easy to do. BUT you do have to put some effort in to it. And don't forget to use their customer service staff to help guide you in the right direction. And of course they will book your travel of any sort for you.

3.5 stars. I've been a member for about 10 years now and can say that I've most definitely made more than enough to cover the cost of my joining. My honest opinion is that this isn't for everyone. Expectations are key here. I've found that deep discounts are not as plentiful as they used to be but there's all sorts of reasons for that as the industry has evolved a lot and there is so much competition. I think those of us who have joined to be a travel consultant (selling travel) have been able to enjoy the program more and take advantage of all of the benefits of being a client and a travel professional. Joining opens up doors to suppliers but you have to put some elbow grease in sometimes to research and find that deal. It is not a program that suddenly gives you a discount to everything under the sun nor is it always cheaper than everyone else. But deals can be found if you understand the program. They also have an amazing staff that have always been very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the agency has not really put much training out there in a while and they don't continuously update their travel agent site's content (never been updated, dead links) which leads me to believe that pushing this as a host agency is no longer a thing. Sad because after 10 years it would be good for a refresher and sharing tips on suppliers and any new benefits...also to reestablish that connection to long time members. I've never really felt that the agency had good follow up with us and maintained that connection. Quite frankly I rarely get emails about the travel agent side of things unless annual dues are due. No mail. No updates on the agency, how we are doing overall, any milestones, nada. I get tons of emails from Condo Travel Club about deals though. Seems they are only pushing "memberships" for travel discounts and I'm disappointed that it seems we don't matter anymore. Even our personal websites are outdated and boring. I would consider going to a different host agency at this point that is younger and fresher.

Carol, thank you for the review. Covid set us back a couple years but we just finished a year long member site upgrade and that is why you are seeing alot of member only offerings at deep discounts. We have not forgot about our agents. You will see a new travel site to offer your clients by the end of the year or early 2023 with commissions for you on hotels, condos, cruises, cars, airfare and trips. Annual fees are $199 a year. Book a vacation, cruise or condo and easily re-coop your annual fees from the savings we give our members.

DO NOT Waist your money on this company's services!!! The free travel vouchers are no good and they are expired when they mail them to you! You can find better deals by looking on bookit.com and contacting property's direct. I submitted for the cruise voucher after I joined and the respond back was I will hear something in 7-14 days. It has been 15 days and I have heard nothing. I paid 4K for this service and feel like I was scammed. Save your money and do not give this company a penny.. Jeff

If you are referring to the promotional rate cruise you received for viewing our program the only cost to you was taxes and port fees if you followed the terms of the promotion. We have someone available to assist you with that and as a member we have a team of travel advisors to assist you to find better deals than you can find yourself online. That is what you paid for.

I discovered Pulaski some time ago while at a Travel Expo Show. I was offered a trip if I came to a presentation with no obligations. Like other companies at the show they offer a membership for a price and if you decide to accept you become a travel agent through them. While it seemed pricey I could see the benefits since I love to travel. I did get my free trip to Vegas which included Air, Hotel & some meals. Pulaski provides training both online and in person. They are connected with other travel professional organizations. To get your money back you need to be active ,,, proactive... I have taken advantage of several of the Condominium offers around California at greatly reduced prices. I've also taken several cruises and have begun to sell cruises to friends and family at great prices. I have qualified for a free with the training courses I have taken. I am in process of earning another free cruise! So if you have the time and energy you should sign up. Yes it costs but you will make back your money and then some if you put in the work. It's fun being a travel agent. Pulaski has many benefits and a great system to help train and support you.

This company lies when they use the word "gift".  Do not bother with the presentations.  (If a company lies to get people to sign up - they can lie about the entire program.)  The Carnival Cruise is NOT a gift - you pay for it.  The "Discount Dollars" of $100 are just like the coupons that come in the mail.  It is an entertaining presentation - but this is a slimy company who uses trickery to get people sucked in.  If a program is truly good - you don' have to use tricks to sell it. At the meeting you will be asked to join for $8000!! Just use Kayak.com or travel apps on your phone, AirBnB, VRBO.com, go straight to Carnival and click on their deals. Shame on Condominium Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets and Tours. DO NOT TRUST THEM. The below was copied from the "Gift" website after I registered my "gift certificate":   Q - Is my Cruise Free? A - No. It will cost you $174 to $233 per person. Your cruise is for 3-5 days during the off peak season according to your Award Certificate. Pricing is dependent on the length of cruise you choose and the Port of departure. Government taxes, fees, Port expenses and non-commissionable fees range from $174 to $233 per person We do not control those prices. The Cruise line and Government Agencies set those prices. Prices above are based on double occupancy.   Q - Can I travel anytime? A - No. If you want the prices quoted on the Award Certificate ( $174 - $233 per person ) you must travel off peak. Off Peak is September, October, November or December and excludes holiday weeks as described on your certificate. Any other time is peak season and is quoted at our 'promotional pricing'.   Q - What kind of cabin do I get? A - You get an entry Level 1A cabin. Typically, 1A cabins have bunk beds.   Q - Can I upgrade to other cabins? A - Of Course! You can upgrade to ANY cabin at our 'Promotional Pricing'. Upgrade Pricing is guaranteed to be lower than the cruise line pricing at time of booking. It is not simply the difference between what the Government charges for Taxes and Port fees on 1A cabins minus the price of whichever category you choose.

Since YELP is posting really OLD reviews let me update you on our Carnival Cruise Promotion. You pay only government taxes and port fees for the cruises available with the promotion. See your cruise choices online when you register your cruise and reserve your cruise. It is that simple.

After a slick and convincing sales presentation my wife and I joined the club in December of 2016. We paid $5,000 as a deal. We were sold on being able to travel "anywhere" in the world for between $499 and $699 per week. Two and one half months ago I requested condos in London. I was told it would take up to two weeks for them to locate inventory. As I never heard back I was forced to go to Air B and B to make reservations. Today now 75 days later I was informed that the plan doesn't cover metropolitan areas. Who travels to podunk towns when traveling to international destinations? Their cost was $5,000 for 2 weeks in London. Air B and B was $2,200 for a London area sleeping 12 people. I feel sick, conned and vamboozled. Stay away from their presentations. I will seek remedy! I had to put one too many stars.....

WARNING don't lose your money to this "Business". They claim to give you amazing discounts for their services but the discounts are $7 a day per stay. Plus, you have to wait for an email for a response to find out they can give you the $7 discount. Also, they will refuse to give you any refund if you buy their membership. They are only here to take your money and give you nothing in return. I'm a current member of 2-3 months. I've travelled to 4 different places and I'm yet to see a significant return on savings as they advertise. I wish I had checked their reviews before buying.

Not true. Members view discounts immediately online BEFORE they book or receive notice of savings when they call in.

So, I was looking something up and came across all these negative reviews of this place. I've been a Condo Travel Club member for a few years, and I've found it to be a good deal, and the customer support is pretty good too. I don't recall how much we paid into it initially. Right now, I pay about $150 maintenance fee annually to have access to the deals and the 'hot weeks' and other inexpensive travel opportunities. Can I travel where I want exactly on the dates I want? No. But one example early on of a deal I received: We stayed for a week at Marriott Newport Coast for about $820 for the week (It was about $900, then I received a commission back, making the cost $820 net). Look up the hotel - we had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen, living room, and an ocean view / balcony for that price - currently listed at $355 per night. We stayed a week for the cost of a couple of days. Beautiful property. Most recently - My family went to Maui for Christmas break. We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo with a kitchen, washer dryer in unit, ocean view from the bedroom / balcony, and it was $1400 for the week. Currently listed at $386/nt. on Expedia. We often go to Tahoe and book our condo through them. Again, it's about $350 or less for the week, at a place with a kitchen (key for us, since we travel with kids), which equals the price of 2-3 nights in a hotel. Sometimes we book for the week and just stay for 4 days because it is still cheaper than a hotel, and we don't have to worry about check in / check out times. The customer service has been great so far! It does take them a while to find a supplier sometimes, and I have to be flexible on dates, but when I am, it seems to work out as a very good deal for us. We have not booked a cruise, so I can't speak to that. The condo booking thing seems pretty good as long as you are flexible on dates, and the hot weeks are pretty good if you can get the jump on one that works for you. (I have lost out on some $99 Tahoe trips! Gotta be fast!) As far as our experience, it is what we were sold, and it is working as well as we expected, which is why I continue to pay the annual dues. I have found the customer service helpful. I actually stopped by the office in Concord, and someone was very helpful in getting some info for me so we could book our Hawaii trip. Been to a few of the seminars about travel, but I don't want to be an agent, and only plan to use this to allow our family to travel in a way we couldn't afford without it.

Run away, run far away. Otherwise you might actually fall for the Slick salesmanship of some of the real professional sales people that work here. None of them are Travel Agents, none of them know the first thing about the product. They are strictly slick sales people. I wasn't born last night and consider myself pretty savvy so I had no interest in Condo time shares. What hooked me was the travel benefits because I'm a born traveler. I know you don't get anything for free and there are some ways you can get some legitimate benefits from buying into this program. However, it's only worthwhile if you are selling cruises like they were overpriced mortgages in 2007, you know ,10 or more a week. My chief complaint is that ALL the perks they sold me to get me to upgrade my membership were and are absolutely worthless. The biggest attraction for me was the weeks free hotel stay in Europe every year. In nice 4 star equivalent hotels, 6 days free. Every year. I love to travel in Europe, that perk was a deal clincher for me. They said I could break the days up and stay 0ne day here, two days there, etc., and the only "catch" was that I had to pay for breakfast and dinner at the hotel each day I stayed there even if I didn't eat there. No problem, I thought. Hah! This year is year two after the upgrade and the first year I would be traveling to Europe. I picked out a hotel close to my destination and made the tentative reservation asking for the voucher for a 4 night stay. I got confirmation which included the rate for the daily breakfast and dinner price which is 44 GBP(British pounds) or about $54.23 per person and there would be two of us in the room so that would be $108.24 a day. For a "free" room! To make matters worse, I looked this hotel up on Hotels.com and I could book that same room for the same 4 days for $74 a night with no requirement to pay for breakfast and dinner as well. Reviews for the hotel itself were good but for the hotel food the reviews were terrible! If the food reviews had been fabulous I wouldn't have been so insulted perhaps . I could go on about a cruise that was part of the perk of the upgrade and well, if you read the other reviews you get the value of the cruise..Then there were hotel vouchers which verbally sounded like this "How would you like to get away fora week end in a nice 4 star hotel in some place like Monterey, Carmel. San Diego, doesn't have to be far.. and just relax.. enjoy the luxury on us? Doesn't that sound good. We're going to give you three vouchers to be used in the one of these luxury hotel properties, no blackout dates, use them any time you want just remember there has to be rooms available at the hotel and as long as there are...You get three of those, doesn't that sound great?" In reality it's nothing more than Condo Tickets and Tours Office calling a hotel in the area you request and trying to get you the best discounted rate for a Travel Agency discount up to 70 percent. The 70 percent isn't guaranteed though, they may only be able to get you a 30 percent discount. Well heck, I do that all the time all by myself no voucher needed. When travel agents discount doesn't work I've tried Priceline.com and been just as successful. Those "hotel voucher perks"? WORTHLESS,!!!!!!! Of course I didn't know this at the time I upgraded and paid an embarrassing several thousand dollars. As a "travel agent through Pulaski Tickets and Tours" I have access to the company website to book flights, hotels, car rentals for myself or clients. I have to tell you, I have NEVER found a competitive, advantageous fare or rate for myself or a client using Pulaski's website. I prefer several other sites and usually go directly to the Airline if it's airfare, after I've searched for some cheap fares on maybe Kayak or Priceline though I probably wouldn't book through them. The only thing I've ever gotten any value from Pulaski is their cruise sales and frankly I could have done equally as well without them maybe better but I wanted the commission which was tiny in comparison to what I have paid for membership. Even the condo rentals aren't that great because you have to rent them for a week that starts on their schedule and it's not flexible. I don't live my life that way so it never works out for me. Every perk has turned out to be a JERK into reality - as one other reviewer said, "Nothing is Free" and it's certainly true when it comes to Pulaski Or Condo Tickets and Tours. There are NO FREE TRIPS, NO FREE CRUISES, NO FREE WEEK HOTEL STAYS IN EUROPE, NO FREE HOTEL VOUCHERS,! Everything they sell you can get on your own for much less, believe me! From someone who drank the koolaid and nearly choked on it! I can show or teach you how to do or get almost everything they offer for much much LESS in most cases with no membership cost, no enrollment, no contract. Truth will set you free!

Not sure who you are or what happened with your experience in the past but we certainly will assist you and SAVE you money on any future trips if you allow us to. We don't offer FREE travel but we do offer travel at rates you cannot get on your own because we sign contracts with travel suppliers as a Closed User Group.
