Mellissa Molloy, and Abbey Greenfield have been trying to find a ghost in their family home in Raynham, New England, for 13 years. They got help from a surprising source: the Travel Channel and their paranormal ghost-hunting program, who decided to help them. The paranormal activities experienced are the core of movies.
13 years ago, Molloy and Greenfield brought their dream family home, which was built in 1860 in Raynham, New England. However, shortly after moving in, it became apparent that their dream home was resident to more than just their family.
Paranormal Activities
In the episode "Kindred Spirits," the couple talk about how people touch them all the time, without them being in the same room. They say that they can hear people walking, see shadows of people, and that things move on their own. These incidents were regular activities for the household. It became so unbearable for the family of five that they began sealing off parts of the house to lessen the interaction. They had sealed off the attic, and even their daughter's closet door was sealed with duct tape for years because they were afraid of ghosts.
Paranormal Activity Stops Remodeling The Home
After putting off refurbishing the house for many years because of the paranormal activities in the home, they needed to get them done because they could no longer hold out. This was the tipping point for Greenfield, who then contacted the show producers.
Taunton Daily Gazette quotes Greenfield, who explained, “Because of so much activity here on a regular basis, it was concerning knowing we needed to do renovations, and did not want to wonder what was going to happen when it started.”
Communication
Kindred Spirit is hosted by a team of professional paranormal investigators who investigate any hunts that are unlike most common day-to-day reports. Obviously, the Ryanham family's 13-year-long torment can only be described as unique. The team uses various tools and techniques to identify the entities and gently resolve the issues.
The Spirit Box
One of the program's hosts, Ami Bruni, used what is known as the “spirit box,” which scans radio frequencies while sending out white noise. It is believed that the spirits can communicate with the living via this tool. Ami Bruni did communicate with the spirits in the house.
Bruni, who also appeared in the television series Ghost Hunters, wrote the book “Life with the Afterlife: 13 Truths I Learned About Ghosts. She had as spent a lifetime learning and experiencing paranormal activity, starting when she lived in New England as a child; it was here she had her first encounter with a ghost at the age of six years old.
During the several days the team spent there, it became apparent that the house was situated within the Bridgewater Triangle, an area of southeastern Massachusetts.
Bridgewater Triangle
The Bridgewater Triangle is an area of about 200 square miles in the southeast Massachusetts area of America. It is believed that this area is the site of unprecedented paranormal phenomena, with reports ranging from UFOs, poltergeists, and orbs, to balls of fire. There are also reports of sightings of giant snakes, bigfoot, and thunderbirds. Over the centuries, many satanic activities, as well as spiritual activities, have been held in this area.
The term was founded in the 70s by Loren Coleman, who coined the term in her book Mysterious America.
The three places where the points of the triangle go are Abington, Freetown, and Rehoboth. Raynham is within this triangle.
Bruni was reported to have said that “New England for paranormal investigators is like Hollywood for actors.” And that people within the paranormal field would say that New England is one of the most hunted places in the country.
The series Kindred Spirits, which is now available on the Travel Channel, reveals how they helped the family in episode seven, “living with the dead." However, it would be unfair to tell you exactly what happens in the episode that will have to be viewed on Friday, March 3rd, at 9 p.m. on the Travel Channel . It is also available on Discovery+ to stream.
This sort of paranormal activity usually only appears in films and is a must-watch if you are interested in this subject.

15 Best Things to Do in Raynham (MA)
In Southeastern Massachusetts , the town of Raynham was originally part of the Plymouth Colony, the first permanent colony in New England, and the second in North America.
Starting in the 1670s, this was the site of the colony’s first successful ironworks, using bog iron deposits that were harvested along the Forge River..
Nowadays the Forge River flows through several public spaces in Raynham, like the serene Johnson’s Pond and Hewitts Pond, and Borden Colony Complex, filled with recreation facilities and hosting the town’s big annual events.
Much of the commerce in Raynham can be found along Broadway (Route 138), flanked by mostly independent businesses. In the south, Route 44 is home to big box stores, shopping centers and the immense Raynham Flea Market.
1. Raynham Flea Market
Near the intersection of Routes 24 and 44 you’ll find the largest flea market in New England. Raynham Flea Market takes place on Sundays year round, and on Saturdays, Thanksgiving through Christmas.
You’ll need to give yourself plenty of time to get oriented as there are more than 500 vendors in one hangar-like, 60,000-square-foot building.
The market continues outside, with hundreds more vendors, especially in the warmer months, all spread across ten acres of grounds.
People visit the Raynham Flea Market from across the region for deals on furniture, home appliances, clothing, antique treasures, prints, collectibles, and everything in between.
There are clean public facilities inside, as well as a restaurant for comfort food like pizza, hot dogs, hot pretzels, nachos and funnel cake.
2. Massasoit State Park
Raynham’s southeast corner touches this 1,200 state recreation area, on the deep wooded shores of six lakes and ponds.
Exploring Massasoit State Park you can hike, bicycle or ride along shaded loops, visiting the shores of hidden ponds and crossing a network of cranberry bogs.
But there’s also a long and unbroken paved road meandering through the park, perfect for easy walking and road cycling.
Lake Rico, which makes up much of the western half of the park, is the destination for water activities, with a boat launch on its northern shore.
There are more than 120 campsites at Massasoit State Park, all in a cool forested setting, and complemented by a secluded little beach on Bear Pond.
3. Johnson’s Pond Recreational Park
This little waterside idyll is one of a few gorgeous public spaces along the banks of the Forge River in Raynham.
Johnson’s Pond was first stocked with trout in 2009, and has been a fishing hotspot ever since, hosting the town’s annual youth fishing derby in May.
At other times you could pause here soak up the views of the wooded banks and the little island at the center.
There are benches all around the western and southern shores, as well as picnic tables for a quiet meal in nature. If you’re here in winter, the pond becomes a popular outdoor skating rink for the town.
4. Borden Colony Complex
Also crossed by the Forge River, this 300-acre space is home to the town’s Parks & Recreation department and is primed for all kinds of active and passive recreation.
The land has an interesting past, as a former asylum for shell-shocked WWI veterans. You can head to the Borden Colony Complex for a stroll, following the trails through forest and across preserved farmland.
Sports amenities here include baseball, softball and soccer fields, as well as tennis and volleyball courts.
The complex is equipped with a gazebo, staging a number of public events in the summer months. Finally, the Jared C. Monti Memorial Playground, designed for children under 5, is fenced and well-maintained.
5. Crue Brew Brewery
Tucked in a quiet industrial park off Broadway there’s a craft brewery with a dedicated local following. Crue Brew Brewery is co-owned by a husband, wife and brother team, and has been growing exponentially since 2014.
The taproom is open Thursday to Sunday, pouring more than 20 different ales, lagers and hard seltzers at one time.
A few on the list when we went to press were Equalizer (IPA), Schlager (Golden Ale), Kegger (Lager), Fall in Love (Blonde Ale), Equalizer (IPA), and Saisons of Change (Farmhouse Ale), together with a raft of spice-infused seasonal beers.
There’s usually a food truck outside, for the likes of lobster rolls, pizza and subs, and the calendar is packed with events from live music to trivia nights.
6. Hannant House
The Raynham Historical Society is headquartered at this historic residence at the corner of Pleasant Street and North Main Street.
The Hannant House was built around 1773, and had been in the Hannat family for more than 70 years when it was bequeathed to the society in 1999.
One prominent resident was Avery K. Gleason, who moved here in 1904 when he was minister at the First Congregational Church on the south side of the crossroads.
Something remarkable to emerge during restoration work was a stunning mural lining the dining room, painted at the turn of the 20th century.
The Hannat House is open by appointment, and during one of the society’s five annual meetings, which are free to attend.
7. Old Colony History Museum
For more background on the Plymouth Colony and its legacy, this compelling museum is less than ten minutes away in Taunton , with more than 13,000 objects in its collection.
The Old Colony History Museum is open all year, and is set in an atmospheric old school building, constructed in the Italianate style in 1852.
Exhibits go into detail on a variety of topics, from settlement to immigration, society, industry, transportation, the military, and fashion. In the collection is a rare assortment of portraits, some 30 of which are on display on the first floor at any time.
Recent temporary exhibits have covered topics as diverse as the Labor movement and culinary history, and the museum is the focal point for numerous talks, festivals, tours and historical demonstrations throughout the year.
8. Stoneforge Tavern & Publick House
Hearty New England pub fare with a cosmopolitan twist is served up at this spot, built in a rustic style in 1998.
The name is partly inspired by Raynham’s early ironworks, and the tavern, with its vaulting wood beam ceilings and wagon wheel chandeliers, exudes the hospitality of New England’s inns and taverns of old.
On the menu at the Stoneforge Tavern & Publick House are the likes of clam chowder, oysters on the half, lobster rolls, fish & chips, and baked & fried seafood platters.
There’s also a roster of steaks, burgers, brick oven pizzas, and comforting mainstays like mac & cheese, chicken parm, and chicken pot pie.
You’ll be entertained by live music on the patio in the summer, while the beer list features several Massachusetts and New England craft breweries.
9. Ryan Family Amusements
On the retail corridor along Route 44, this bowling alley is part of a regional chain of family entertainment centers.
Something unique about the Raynham branch of Ryan Family Amusements is there are lanes for both ten pin bowlin and candlepin bowling.
The latter is a regional style that came through in Worcester in the 1880s, with smaller balls and narrower pins.
Along with these lanes, you’ve got a game room with ticket redemption machines and a prize counter, as well as The Jockey Club, for authentic pub bites, specialty cocktails, and a long list of wines and beers.
10. Hewitts Pond Conservation Area
Just off North Main Street there’s a beautiful parcel of town-owned land, maintained by the local conservation commission. These 40 acres are on the shore of Hewitts Pond, acquired by the town in the late 1970s.
The pond has a distant industrial past, having been dammed to power a mill along the Forge River, and today is a good spot for catch-and-release fishing.
A walking trail wraps around a big piece of the pond’s shore, and there’s a boat launch if you want to get closer to the painted turtles and great blue herons commonly seen on the water here.
The woods are a joy in summer, sprinkled with wildflowers like pink lady’s slippers and native irises.
11. The Milk Bottle
There’s a long line of restaurants and other businesses on Broadway in Raynham, with a mix of chains and independent businesses.
One impossible to miss is The Milk Bottle, which has been a Raynham landmark since 1925. This 50-foot roadside attraction is one of several giant novelty bottles built in the area by Frates Dairy in the 1920s and 1930s.
Although the building is unchanged, the eatery inside has evolved with each new owner. What started out as an ice cream stand is now a popular breakfast spot, known for its generous portions and specialities like the Famous Bottle Omelet.
This is made with linguiça, sausage, ham, bacon, peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese, and comes with homefries and toast.
12. Raynham IcePlex
This single-rink ice facility is a short way north of I-495 on Broadway. Among the amenities at Raynham IcePlex are an NHL regulation ice surface, a pro shop, skate rentals, skate sharpening, seating for 250 spectators, free Wi-Fi, and a snack bar.
There are plenty of public skate sessions each week, with a schedule posted on the rink’s website.
Raynham IcePlex is home ice for the New England Knights, and hosts a wide range of programs, from essential skating basics for wee ones to various skills for budding hockey stars and figure skaters.
13. Olde Scotland Links
A few minutes from Raynham’s center there’s an 18-hole public course with an open, links-style layout, designed to balance playability with strategy.
Olde Scotland Links opened in 1997, catering to players of all standards with five sets of tees, and measuring 6,800 yards from the tips.
This track has been named among the best public access courses in New England, and has also been certified by the National Audubon Society.
If you’re in need of a warm up or just want to hit a few balls there’s a public driving range, while the pro shop is stocked with all the top brands, from Titleist to Nike.
14. Bay Circuit Trail
Weaving through Boston’s outer suburbs, this 230-mile trail forms a massive arc, between Newburyport in the north and Duxbury in the south.
The Bay Circuit Trail Taking has taken shape since the 1990s,making the most of Greater Boston’s countless parks, reservations and conservation areas.
The trail passes by the north end of Raynham, where there’s a sizable section of the Hockomock Swamp Wildlife Management Area.
For an extended walk you can go east, into West Bridgewater along the verdant banks of the Town River, or travel northwest through Easton, starting at Wheaton Farm and eventually arriving at Borderland State Park.
15. Raynham Community Day
One of the annual events taking place at the Borden Colony Complex is this newly established festival on the third Sunday in September.
Organized by the Raynham Association of Volunteers for Education (RAVE), Raynham Community Day brings dozens of vendors and exhibits, a food court, and several open houses around the complex.
There’s tons of entertainment, with demonstrations by local groups, a concert by local bands, and a Pats game live-streamed on a big screen. Kids won’t be left out, as there’s a slew of activities like face painting, a magic show, pony rides, and a live animal show.

Here's exactly where History Channel filmed 'Bridgewater Triangle' and more answers
BROCKTON — Last month, the History Channel aired a one-hour episode on the Bridgewater Triangle , a 200-square-mile area within Southeastern Massachusetts that is a hotspot for reports of paranormal activity.
Here's where they filmed, what you missed and how you can still catch that episode.
The episode aired as part of the first season of “Beyond Skinwalker Ranch,” a spinoff of the History Channel’s multi-season realty show, “The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch.”
The seven-episode season will feature former CIA Intelligence Officer Andy Bustamante and journalist Paul Beban as they investigate paranormal hotspots across the U.S — from Arizona to Nevada and Colorado, all the way to Brockton’s own backyard.
Living with 'aggressive' ghost Travel Channel crew 'rushes' to Raynham to help family
Which cities and towns are included in the Bridgewater Triangle?
The boundaries of the Bridgewater Triangle are marked by the towns of Abington, Rehoboth, and Freetown, encompassing Brockton, Whitman, Easton, West Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Norton, Taunton, Raynham, Bridgewater, Middleboro, Attleboro, Dighton, Berkley, Lakeville, Swansea, Somerset, and Fall River.
“What’s fascinating is you see that we’re not in the middle of nowhere. We’re in the middle of suburban neighborhoods where people live year-round. It’s happening just in their backyard,” Beban says.
Here’s what you missed on season one, episode six of “Beyond Skinwalker Ranch: The Bridgewater Triangle.”
What is the Bridgewater Triangle anyway? A look at the dark and paranormal tales of this 'window area of unexplained occurrences'
Skim Milk Bridge
Beban and Bustamante meet up with Matty Blake , a local resident and host of the History Channel’s “The Curse of Oak Island: Drilling Down” and “Beyond Oak Island,” —to check out a notorious paranormal hotspot in West Bridgewater.
Skim Milk Bridge lies a quarter mile down a trail off Scotland Street that runs by the Town River . The bridge’s origin is a mystery — no one knows who built it, when it was built, or where the 4,000 pounds of stacked rocks that make up the bridge came from.
“This is like the heartbeat of the Bridgewater Triangle,” Blake says. “This is where all the action is. It’s where all the creepy things happen.”
According to Blake, people have reported seeing colonial-era people walking across the bridge and three orbs were spotted in the area in the 90s. But the most notable tale, he says, is the story of a 20 th century woman who disappeared while canoeing down the river.
“They found her canoe in perfect condition. Everything inside it was dry, but she was gone,” Blake says.
Her body was later found under the bridge.
While filming at the bridge at night, Bustamante measures electromagnetic activity 10 to 15 times higher than normal, a possible explanation for the paranormal phenomena, he says.
“This could be attracting all sorts of strangeness all around the area,” Bustamante says.
Anawan Rock
Beban and Bustamante travel around 30 minutes southwest to meet up with researcher Andrew Lake at Anawan Rock in Rehoboth. According to Lake, the rock is haunted by the Wampanoags who made it their last stand during King Phillip’s war — a war between the English settlers and the Wampanoags in the mid 1670s.
The bloodiest war per capita in U.S. history, it took place largely in the Bridgewater Triangle region and ended at Anawan Rock when Wampanoag Chief Metacom, also known as King Philip, and his head captain and chief counselor General Annawan, surrendered to the English at the sight of the rock. The natives were subsequently hung, beheaded, drawn and quartered, and their heads were displayed on pikes.
Beban wonders aloud, “Did it leave some kind of mark on the landscape?”
According to Lake, the answer is yes. In 2008, two days after the anniversary of the surrender, Lake reports that he was standing on Anawan Rock when he saw what he calls “phantom fires” — fires that don’t burn, don’t make a sound, and don’t give off any smoke or heat. Lake also told Beban and Bustamante that he felt an unexplained intense cold sensation pass behind him, despite it being a warm summer day.
While filming in the area, Beban, Bustamante and Lake see what they say they believe to be a UFO that passes quickly overhead.
The Town of Raynham and the 'high tees'
Former Raynham resident Bill Russo recounts an experience he had with a shapeshifting creature from Wampanoag mythology known as a "pukwudgie" when he was walking his dog near the wooded area behind his house known as the "high tees."
"The high tees refer to the large swath of land that hosts the high-tension wires running from Boston to Providence," Russo told The Enterprise. "Back 30 years ago, the electric company did not trim as aggressively as is done today, so the high tees were very overgrown, and were a safe conduit for animals (and perhaps paranormal creatures)."
"I've never been in a paranormal group, and I don't look for those things. I don't do any of that stuff. I was a regular guy who worked a midnight shift and had to walk his dog every night," Russo explained.
On the show, Russo describes seeing a 3-foot-tall creature that walked on two legs and had a pot belly.
“It looked like some sort of hairy thing. It had hands and relatively big eyes,” he says.
Not included in the History Channel's episode, Russo told The Enterprise that he heard the creature repeatedly beckon to him, saying, "We want you."
Legend trippers The keepers of the Bridgewater Triangle
Hockomock Swamp
The Hockomock Swamp is an almost 17,000-acre wetland encompassing parts of Bridgewater, Easton, Norton, Raynham, Taunton and West Bridgewater. Named after the Algonquin term meaning “place where spirits dwell,” the swamp has been a paranormal hotspot for hundreds of years.
Beban and Bustamante meet scientist Matt Moniz in the area.
“The indigenous tribes would not venture too far into the swamp unless they had to,” says Moniz. “Pukwudgies have been seen in this area for hundreds of years."
"They’re a type of soul stealer.”
While the trio don’t find any pukwudgies, they do see another fast-flying entity in the night sky.

Whitman Family Claims Their Home Is Haunted
WHITMAN, Mass. ( WBZ NewsRadio ) — A home located in the middle of the infamous Bridgewater Triangle is claimed to be haunted—and is now the focus of the Friday the 13th episode of the Travel Channel show “Ghost Brothers.”
Whitman homeowners Mike and Lynette Feeney say they, along with their nine-year-old daughter, have been visited by the spirits of a farmer and his young daughter, who lived in the house years ago.
The Feeneys claim their daughter has a hard time breathing and feels a heaviness on her chest when the ghosts are believed to be near.
“A little girl has been trying to contact her,” Lynette Feeney said. “She’s had some difficulty sleeping at night, crying at night, and having a difficult time breathing at night.”
Mrs. Feeney says when her daughter leaves the room, she is completely fine.
The theory is that there are the spirits of a farmer and his daughter dwelling in the home they had previously lived in, according to TV detectives “Ghost Brothers” who investigated the house.
“This was farmland, the father and daughter lived here,” Mrs. Feeney said. “I guess the mother passed away, it seems like [the young ghost girl] wanted me as a mother figure I guess.”
She says she has seen figures in the middle of the night at the foot of her bed.
“I thought it was a dream, and it certainly wasn’t because it happened again and again,” Mrs. Feeney said. “In the middle of the night, they tend to tap me on the foot, and I would get startled, and I thought it was my daughter, so I called her name.”
Mike Feeney says he once heard a disembodied, unknown voice speak to him while he thought he was home alone.
“It was spooky,” Mr. Feeney said. “It was right next to my ear, telling me to go to bed.”
The Feeney's home sits in the middle of the Bridgewater Triangle—an area in southeastern Massachusetts known for a history of alleged sightings of ghouls and creatures.
Massachusetts' Spooky Bridgewater Triangle Getting Its Own FX Show
The Feeney’s story will air Friday night at 9 p.m. on the Ghost Brothers TV show on the Travel Channel.

Three candidates vying for open Raynham selectmen's seat. See who's running.
Raynham ’s 2023 Annual Town Election is coming up on Saturday April 22.
Arguably the biggest race this year is for a vacant seat on the Board of Selectmen. Selectman Chair Richard Schiavo announced he is not seeking re-election.
Schiavo, altogether, has served six years as a selectman, from 2012-2015 and 2020-2023. On why he isn't running, Schiavo said he wants to step back and give the opportunity for new people to serve.
“Let the new blood in. I believe it’s good to get new ideas and fresh perspectives," said Schiavo, who has also previously served on the Capital Planning Committee, the Finance Committee and the Sewer Commission.
Schiavo added he plans on staying involved in community affairs in other ways, possibly through a committee in the future.
There are three candidates vying for the open Raynham selectmen's seat. The Gazette reached out to all three candidates to let them tell the town of Raynham who they are and why they should be selectman.

Selectman candidate: Becky Mello
Becky Mello , since 2019, has served as senior clerk for the town of Dighton, working in both the Treasurer/Collector’s Office and the Town Clerk’s Office.
“I have been contemplating running for several years and now I feel it is the right time for me to serve our community in this capacity,” said Mello.
Mello has bachelor of science and master’s degrees in public policy from UMass Dartmouth, as well as a paralegal certification from Northeastern University. She is also continuing her education with further courses on public policy and management at UMass Dartmouth.
Prior to working in municipal government, Mello worked in real estate and as a paralegal.
She says what makes her a strong candidate is she’s hardworking, takes her commitments seriously and understands the importance of compromise and trying to understand opposing views when it comes to serving the greater good for the community.
Mello currently serves on Raynham's Cable Commission, the town's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and as a volunteer/board member for the Raynham Association for Volunteers for Education (RAVE) .
She is especially proud of her service the last 20 years with Raynham’s Girl Scouts Service Unit, having just about every adult role that exists in that organization, she said.
As a selectman, Mello said she would be focused on the town's financial stability.
“I would like to be a part of the solution and find ways to keep what we have now and also find the balance to keep up with the population growth, without losing any services provided by or offered through the town,” she said.
Other goals for Mello include increasing transparency amongst the town's boards and committees and finding economical solutions to fund maintenance and upgrades to aging infrastructure.
Why is Raynham animal shelter empty? Raynham's kitten wars are over and it finally has an animal shelter. So why is it empty?
Selectman candidate: Christopher Shaw
Christopher Shaw , since 2019, has worked as a risk manager for Wellpath Care at Bridgewater State Hospital.
Starting in his youth, from 1985-2015, Shaw served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, rising to the rank of staff sergeant. Shortly after enlisting, Shaw also began a career in criminal justice.
He first served as a corrections officer at Southeastern Correctional Center in Bridgewater for eight years. While a corrections officer, he started working part-time as a police officer for Bridgewater. Shaw would leave the Correctional Center in 1995 to work full-time with Bridgewater PD, rising to the ranks of detective and as police prosecutor, representing the town in Brockton District Court. He retired from the department in 2019.
During this time, he also earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Western New England University.
Shaw said he is running for selectman to offer his "experience as a public employee of over 37 years, with an unwavering love" of his community.
Shaw has been commissioner for the Parks and Recreation Department in Raynham since 2005.
He also has been involved in youth sports in Raynham for years, serving as a coach from 1998-2016, as well as holding board positions for the Raynham Giants and youth baseball and softball leagues.
Shaw has the town’s budget at the top of his priority list.
“I understand what a budget means and living within your means,” he said, adding that he has the “experience of being a municipal employee during devastating budget cuts” and doesn’t want to sit by and watch “divided departments cutting each other’s throats” during these times.
Shaw said he also wants to ensure the Public Safety Complex for Raynham Police and Fire moves forward.
Selectman candidate: Kenneth Collins
Ken Collins has worked since 2016 for National Grid, first as a metering services supervisor, and currently as a senior field representative.
Prior to National Grid, Collins worked 13 years in the Raynham Police Department. He served primarily as a patrol officer, but also held the positions of K-9 handler, field training officer and member of the Special Response Team.
He holds a master of science in criminal justice from Western New England University in Springfield, as well as bachelor's in sociology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
Collins said he’s been approached countless times from current and past town employees about running for selectman and said there has been an "outpouring of support" from the Raynham community for his candidacy.
He explains he wants to “bring a direct, honest and transparent approach to town politics, operations and departments all in an effort to best serve the community.”
Besides his communication and problem-solving skills he utilizes daily for his profession, Collins said he believes his leadership skills will be key to serving Raynham over his tenure, if elected to the Select Board.
“Politicians are being rewarded for digging in their heals and taking non-negotiable stances. I believe in the opposite. Compromise is not weak. We need leadership that can bring the opposing sides closer together,” he said.
Issues Collins is passionate about in Raynham concern improving employee retention and increasing overall transparency across town operations, he said.
“I will do all I can to make sure the town employees’ voices are heard,” he said.
This transparency, he said, extends to the commercial and industrial expansion of the town, which, he believes, needs a long-term plan that promotes sustainable growth.
Candidates night forum
Town Moderator John Donahue announced a candidates night forum will take place Thursday evening, April 13 in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at Raynham Town Hall and will be open to the public. While the forum will be broadcast live on Raynham's Public Access Cable channels, the event will also be recorded for residents to watch on playback online. All three selectman candidates have agreed to participate.
