This is the first simulation of the hugely popular German Autobahn intercity buses. In collaboration with FlixBus the free Fernbus Coach simulator is designed to display in great detail, the daily life of a German Autobahn/highways coach driver as he navigates in over 40 cities. By using Fernbus simulator, you can experience the life as lived each day by a modern and large MAN Lion’s Coach/Bus long distance driver.

How It Works

Approximately 20.000 km of the FlixBus German route network as well as over 40 German cities have been simulated. So that individual tours are not too long, the simulator time is set to pass at a scale of 1:10. You can navigate through a complicated road and Autobahn network to different bus stations located in over 40 cities while staying in constant communication with your bus/coach headquarters. Accidents, traffic jams and construction sites challenge your role as the bus driver if you want to maintain the timed schedule.

The MAN buses have been equipped with all the functions found in original cockpits with both the exterior and interior of the bus modelled to the finest detail. The Fernbus simulator offers a realistic atmosphere with original and genuine passenger announcements. The buses in the simulator have been tested and optimised by real driving instructors and bus drivers.

Acerola should definitely show up in future games - that cat's got a bright future ahead! Really enjoyed the role of the bus driver, and the gadgets and gizmos that the bus offered. There's a certain hypnotic satisfaction with picking up passengers and letting them off at the right stops... 

Some notes: 

For me personally, the scares were a little diluted. Could have created more lore with the passengers giving the driver some exposition about the cursed bus/route or the ONE THAT CANNOT BE NAMED. Overall though, a fun game with some interesting ideas.

Very stupid! Why is NightBus V1.2 on steam and V0.2 here? And V1.2 has 5 endings and 0.2 only has 4 endings, which doesn't make sense! And I paid $4.99 here, compared to $3.03 on STEAM! Noooo! Noooo! Noooo!

Arizona realty leaders to travel to D.C.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Both local and state realty leaders are traveling to Washington D.C. later this week to protect private property rights for all homeowners.

The Arizona Association of Realtors uses this time to speak with legislators and look into solutions for several housing problems in our local area and the state.

This can greatly affect homeowners, buyers, and renters.

“We have to have a voice if we don’t go and be the voice for the smaller communities nobody will,” said Mike Porter, 2024 President of the Yuma Association of Realtors.

The President of the Arizona Association of Realtors, Shelley Ostrowski, explained how they go through Yuma County and other areas in Arizona to discuss problems.

“We actually do meetings with our legislators and all the districts of Yuma County and we get to speak with them on these issues and why they are so important for us,” said Ostrowski.

Ostrowski also discussed what some of these major issues are and how they impact Yuma.

“We have a lack of inventory we have affordable housing issues all of those things affect us we have a large military population which really affects our VA buyers,” explained Ostrowski.

These meetings and discussions have worked before as the association was able to help defeat and repeal the rental tax in the state.

“We just defeated rental tax, the governor signed the ball getting rid of rental tax so these are important issues to our clients and customers and to our business,” said Ostrowski.

The group is currently in Phoenix for a preview meeting but will be in Washington D.C. starting this weekend through most of next week.
