Transportation MCO Airport to Port

You focus on vacation and we’ll keep our eyes on the road. Take advantage of our transportation from Orlando International Airport to Port of Canaveral on the day of embarkation. Guests may purchase transfers up to two days prior to their sail date.

Flight and Transfer Times: To purchase Carnival’s transfer service, the guest’s flight must arrive at Orlando International Airport no later than 1:00 PM on the day of their cruise. Transfer service will be provided between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM.

Transportation Instructions: After collecting luggage, guests should proceed to Level One Ground Transportation of Terminal B, inside against the wall next to Hertz car rental counter. Once there, a representative will escorts guests to the pier transportation. Guests who arrive prior to their sail date must return to the meeting point mentioned above on the day of sailing, no later than 12:00 PM.

Transfer service will be provided by Sunward Tours. Should guests have questions regarding the transfer service, the transfer provider can be reached at the following contact number on the day of sailing only: 386-866-0914.

Guests who purchase their own airfare ticket are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In when purchasing transfers. Changes to flight details are the responsibility of the guest and must be entered into Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise. Carnival is not responsible for providing transfers to guests who schedule flights outside of the service times listed above or provide incorrect flight information.

Conditions and Restrictions: The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Carnival reserves the right to discontinue transfer service at any time. Prices and acceptable flight times are subject to change without notice, and unused services are non-refundable.

It is not very often that something exceeds my expectations in a big way, but the Sunward Tour of Kennedy Space Center surely did! Our tour guide, Karen, was absolutely amazing! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but also very passionate about giving this tour which is indeed rare today! She gave us great insight and knowledge and conveyed a love and pride in NASA and our space program. KSC was also amazing and extremely well done. The center video presentations were fabulous, and it brought tears to my eyes to see the actual shuttle used in the missions. Do NOT miss a visit to the Kennedy Space Center and book your tour with Sunward for a great experience!

Went on the Cape Canaveral tour took about three and a half hours but very well organised ,really worth looking around at the rockets and hearing the stories behind them ,and saw the space shuttle,all in all it was very good

Due to a lack of transport options we hired a car for the day - and were stung by the $10 parking fee! It was 9 years since my initial visit. This time it appeared that there were a few park upgrades along with the monstrous Atlantis exhibit! We began with the imax 3D movie which was a great insight into the space station, then onto check out the exhibits in rocket garden. A quick bite to eat and a visit to the astronaut memorial which was quite sad and moving. We booked an optional KSC Tour visiting the launch control centre which was ok. Excellent tour guide and very tight security. Unfortunately they were midway through a complete renovation of the control room which was a little disappointing. Last stop was the Saturn V which is a must. It is just jaw dropping! The highlight would have to be the Atlantis exhibit. Well put together with a good build up that didn’t disappoint. Unfortunately the actual shuttle launch experience was the total opposite! Again a lengthy build up and a total let down, skip it. Overall an expensive, but great day and wonderful experience.

They have just completed a new gigantic building at KSP. There are a lot of surprises to experience before you get all the way in where the actual shuttle Atlantis is displayed. You can watch it from above, the sides, front, back, under etc. and the other stuff surrounding it is great fun too. The simulated launch experience was really cool. This is fun and educating for all ages.

I have been wanting to visit KSC for years with my family, but timing and circumstances never worked out. We visited KSC on an overcast Monday in early June, which was great. Temperatures were in the 70's and there wasn't much of a crowd. In pre-booking our day I wasn't sure if I should add an Up Close Tour in addition to the General Bus Tour (GBT). Guidance on the website indicated that combining the 2 tours would make for a 5+ hour visit which is a little bit longer than we planned, so I just booked the GBT. When we arrived, they suggested that you begin with the bus tour and I now understand why. The actual time on the bus is about 45 minutes, but toward the end of that tour you are dropped off at the Saturn V center, where we easily spent another 30 -45 minutes. This general tour was spectacular as we toured (stayed on bus) two of the launch sites, saw the crawler transport vehicles and also the VAB (Vehicle Assembly Building). After the Saturn V building visit, we reboarded a bus to return to the primary visitor center. At the visitor center there are 2 IMAX 3D movies you can watch, one on the Hubble telescope and the other on the International Space Station. The 45 minute movies, which are narrated by Leonardo Di Caprio and Tom Cruise, are very well done and contain a lot of great 3D effects. The Atlantis Shuttle exhibit had a number of "hands on" interactive experiences. We covered every other exhibit in the visitor center and before we knew it, we had spent almost 8 hours at KSC, however I must disclose that I am a junkie for space travel exhibits and probably spend more time at each exhibit than other travelers. I would definitely like to return and do an Up-Close tour. For those even mildly interested in our history of our space travel, this is a must see attraction.

Great day, really interesting. Get to listen to an astronaut, see the real Atlantis shuttle and go on bus trip around reserve to look at the immense launch pads etc. you also see loads of wildlife, like alligators, boars and tortoises in their natural habitat. Good to plan for a rainy day

We just finished our tour of the Kennedy Space Center with Kevin, from this tour company. Normally I research like crazy when we are visiting an attraction. I didn't have time to research how to maximize our time, but I didn't have to for this location. Kevin knew how to hit all of the highlights and take shortcuts. We saw more of the KSC in 5 hours than we could have seen in 8 on our own.

We utilized this service for transfers to an from Orlando Airport last week from the Carnival Sunshine. They met us at our baggage belt and escorted us to the check in area. Within minutes we handed over our boarding passes and we were on our way to the ship, we had the same driver Juan on the return and he remembered us and remembered I told him I got motion sick and both ways he made sure my wife and I had front seats. He had all of our luggage in lines when we got to the airport and did not leave until we were all on our way. I have been on over 100 cruises and this was by far the best cruise line run transportation. Great start and end for a cruise.

I was visiting on a cruise ship and took part in the tour of Kennedy Space Center and was able to see way more then I expected in such a short time in the Cape Canaveral. They took us straight out to the Saturn building and we saw way more then the other visitors that went through the front door. We were exploring Kennedy Space Center 35 minutes from walking out the ship. The entire process was great and even getting back was quick and painless just in time to make our dinner reservations. Perfect Day!
