All our trips are family friendly and welcomed to ALL ages. From our Disney/ Universal Summer tour, to our Wine Country, and Dallas Cowboys we accommodate our trips to be family oriented.

Yes, you may visit our Tours page and select the package that pertains to you and your party.

All our trips are safe, with our drivers and cleaning maintenance crew cleaning and disinfecting our buses after each trip. We also have a tour guide with each group to assist you with any questions or concerns that arise.

Hotels are based on Double occupancy (Two people per room) if customer is traveling Single the surcharge is $50 extra for a Single King Room per night except for Disney Tours. Hotel may subject to change depending on Room Availability. RGV TOURS reserves the right to make changes without informing customer. Breakfast is included at hotel, any damages caused in customers room will be billed for loss and property damage by RGV Tours.

We offer two payment plans for our customers. Our first payment plan is called our Easy Pay, you may put $20 down for your party and pay weekly or biweekly with a card on file that will be auto drafted on the date you select. Our second payment option is the $100 down per person with the trip paid in full two weeks before the departure date.

ALL cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE! In the event that the customer needs to cancel a scheduled tour for any reason, customer may transfer reservation to another person with at least 48 hours notice to update rooming list.

We use our Charter buses for all our tours from Cowboys to East Coast, Summer Disney/ Universal, and our Wine Tours.

Tours depart from the designated location in Valle de Guadalupe that will be provided once the reservation is confirmed. Guests will meet the Captain to review the flight plan and safety instructions before boarding the helicopter.

General details before you lift off.

Cancellations must be in writing. If MyFlight must cancel your Event, My Flight Tours will provide immediate notice, and you may exercise the option to apply your deposit to a future event or be fully refunded for any payments made. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the Event will receive a total refund of any payments, with the exception of the nonrefundable deposit paid to My Flight Tours. Client is not entitled to any refunds if cancellation is provided within 14 days of the Event. Client remains liable for payment of all contracted fees on Event canceled for lack of payment.

Should you need to reschedule your flight, please let MyFlight Tours know as soon as possible. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your scheduled event.

All payments must be made in cash. The deposit is nonrefundable. Events must be paid in full 24-hours prior to scheduled time.

Per FAA regulations, flights may NOT exceed a 25 nautical miles radius from departure.

Passengers cannot be dropped off. Per our licensing with the FAA, all flights will depart from Point A and return back to Point A. We are unable to hover and wait. Please be ready at the time listed above.

I loved seeing all the city lights. We could see the Dallas and Fort Worth skylines all lit up at the same time and everything in between. It was beautiful! Our pilot, Michael, was fantastic, professional and friendly! He took us to see Christmas lights in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie plus we saw Cowboys stadium and the ballpark, Sundance Square and Cook's Children's Hospital lights. Can you visit Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon in one day?

Hoover Dam is located 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, and is en route to the Grand Canyon West, which is a little over 2 hours away from the Strip. It is possible to visit both in one day if you are driving, but the fastest way to experience both is aboard a Grand Canyon helicopter tour or airplane flight from Las Vegas. You'll see Hoover Dam from the sky during your flight, then have plenty of time to explore at the Grand Canyon South or West.

TOKYO – An initial analysis of flight data recorders recovered from the crash of two Japanese navy helicopters showed no sign of mechanical problems, Japan’s defense minister said Monday, indicating likely human error. One of the eight crew members died and a search is continuing for the seven others.

Defense Minister Minoru Kihara said an initial analysis of data from the two flight data recorders on each helicopter showed no abnormality during their flight and that mechanical failure was most likely not the cause of the crash.

The two SH-60K reconnaissance helicopters from the Maritime Self-Defense Force lost contact late Saturday during nighttime anti-submarine training near Torishima island, about 600 kilometers (370 miles) south of Tokyo, officials said.

A crew member who was recovered early Sunday from the water was later pronounced dead. Searches continued Monday for the seven who were still missing, along with the fuselage of the aircraft. The seabed at the crash site east of Torishima is about 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles) deep and the recovery is considered a challenge.

Officials believe the two helicopters likely came too close and collided, Kihara said.

The flight data recorders from the two aircraft were found close together, along with a blade from each helicopter, a number of helmets and fragments believed to be from both aircraft — signs the two SH-60Ks crashed almost at the same spot, officials said.

The twin-engine, multi-mission helicopters developed by Sikorsky and known as Seahawks were modified and produced in Japan by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Japan has about 70 of the modified Seahawks.

The crash comes as Japan, under its 2022 security strategy, accelerates its military buildup and fortifies its defenses on southwestern Japanese islands in the Pacific and East China Sea to counter threats from China’s increasingly assertive military. Japan in recent years has conducted its own extensive naval exercises as well as joint drills with the United States and other partners.

Saturday’s nighttime anti-submarine warfare training involved only the Japanese navy, navy chief of staff Ryo Sakai said.

In 2017, a Japanese navy SH-60J, an earlier generation Seahawk, crashed during nighttime training due to human error, killing three crew. In July 2021, two SH-60s had a minor collision off the southern island of Amami Oshima, with both suffering blade damage, but causing no injuries.

Following the 2021 collision, the navy introduced a set of measures aimed at ensuring enough distance between aircraft. Sakai said Saturday’s crash could have been prevented if all safety measures had been adequately followed.

In the U.S., the fatal crash of a MH-60S Seahawk during training off the coast of California in 2021 was attributed to mechanical failure from unsuspected damage during maintenance, according to the U.S. Navy.
