You may have seen our list of the best youtube travel vloggers written by the outstanding Christine of GrrlTraveler . She introduced us to some of the best travel vloggers who have endured through the years. That list of youtube channels features the heavy hitters and best travel vloggesr on YouTube, including Vagabrothers, Mark Weins, Kristen and Siya, Samuel and Audrey and Hey Nadine. So check that out here .

We didn’t want to mess with Christine’s list, but we did want to share more amazing youtube travel channels with you that we check out weekly. Christine had a strict criteria for her choices for the best travel channel like consistent updates, niche, and channels that bring a new spin on the word Travel Show – (She knows what she likes and she has a TV producing background after all).

Table of Contents

Best Travel YouTube Channels

We chose our list of YouTube travel channels in a similar fashion. They are people we watch regularly, they update consistently, and have entertaining videos and personalities and do creative work. These travel YouTubers combined with Christine’s list are the best travel channels on youtube. They make us want to travel and I know they will do the same for you.

Most Inspiring YouTube Travel Channels

These are not in a particular order. Everyone on this list is a great travel channel on YouTube. There is something to suit everyone’s taste.

1. MIKE COREY

Mike is one of the most innovative storytellers in travel on YouTube. With his unique editing, fantastic footage and wild sense of adventure you’ll love watching his videos from around the world. Because of his high production value, Mike is hired a lot for companies and brands to make professional travel videos on their channels. Mike is so charismatic, he is a host on the BBC Travel channel too!

2. Drew Binsky

When we first wrote this list (and Christine wrote hers) Drew Binskey wasn’t even on the radar yet. And now he has exploded to become the most successful youtube travel channel out there. He is on a mission to visit every single country on earth and Drew shares videos that take you off the beaten path. He is always showing you what it is really like to travel to a place and he features locals in interviews showcasing their culture and every day life.

3. ARIENNE PARZEI

Arienne has burst onto the scene in the past year, but we’ve known her for quite some time. Winning the Best in Travel at the Buffer Festival in Toronto (this is considered the Oscars of YouTube Travel) she has gone none stop producing quality videos. Her 8 part video series highlights her climb of Mount Kilimanjaro with World Vision Canada. Her videos are professional quality and she is highly sought after by brands and destinations to produce travel videos.

4. Going Awesome Places

Will of Going Awesome Places covers everything travel. From what travel gear he uses, to giving you inspiration to create your own trips. We love his editing style, use of drones and the feeling of taking you into the destination as you travel along. Will has some great adventures and is a serious adventure traveler but he also has a lot of fun showing travels that everyone can do too!

5. Tourist2Townie

Gareth travels slow and really delves into the destination that he visits. Tourist2Townie travelled extensively in Brazil and became a sensation in Brazil. While visiting a Rio favela, we even saw his logo plastered on the walls of the community. Now that’s fame!

He’s now left South America and is bigger than ever traveling the world and sharing his video series from each country he visits on his exceptional travel channel.

6. Expert Vagabond

Matthew Karsten is the king of adventure travel doing everything from diving with sharks in South Africa (without a cage) to trekking solo across Greenland. If you want inspiration or need some motivation to get your lazy butt off the couch, check out his videos that he’s posted from his years of travelling around the world.

Update: We shared Matt’s video above in 2019 when updating this article and couldn’t believe this moment never went viral. Well guess what? It finally hit the big time and everyone is buzzing about that penguin now. Check it out.

7. Steve Hanisch

Steve is another travel videographer with high production value on his travel channel that is sought after by tourism board and travel brands. He speaks around the world about making travel videos and produces his videos in both English and German. He’s also got a great sense of humour and is an all-around nice guy.

8. Be My Travel Muse

Kristin is one of the top female travel bloggers and is making waves in the travel vlogging world now too! Travel along with your laid back vibe as she goes around the world to places like the Philippines and Mexico to everywhere in between. She does adventure travels and we love how she chats directly to the audience making you feel like a friend.

Maiku runs his own production company and has won several video awards. We always love checking out his videos. He has put together some great video series that keep you hooked on what is coming next. I really like his behind the scenes information and journalist quality videos like the video above showcasing the Toronto restaurant market.

10. David’s Been Here

David Hoffmann has been traveling the world since 2008. We met him in Istanbul and since that time his YouTube Channel that focuses on food and travel has skyrocketed! With videos uploaded nearly every day from 77 countries and over 1,000 destinations, you’ll never run out of things to watch!

11. Getting Stamped

Adam and Hanna are that dreamy couple that you see on commercials showcasing exotic destinations. They were made for starring in their own travel channel. We love going to island destinations with them as they showcase beautiful locales with their drone work and fanstastic cinematography.

12. Vacation Couple

Kristin and Shadi specialize in resort tours and when we book vacations, we check out their travel channel first. Shadi is a graphic artist by trade, so his work is second to none. When you watch their travel videos, you feel like you are watching a Club Med advertisement and will want to book a luxurious getaway right now!

13. Nomadasaurus

Alesha and Jarryd are an Australian adventure couple that have been on the go for since meeting in a hostel in 2008. They’ve recently returned home after a decade of traveling the world and are showcasing their life in a van through fun videos. We love their organic style and sense of adventure in their videos.

14. Christopher Rudder

Chris is a fellow Canuck who shares his love for travel through his cinematic style and very sexy voiceovers. (this is Deb talking here 🙂 I feel like I am watching a full on travel show when watching Chris as he covers everything from adventure to food, culture and city guides.

15. CAILIN O’NEIL

Cailin was one of the first travel bloggers/youtubers we ever discovered. Coming from a film and TV background she puts a lot of information and personality into her videos. Cailin is a fellow Canuck who has a great sense of humour and a talent for storytelling. Coming from a film and tv background, she makes her travel videos feel like a proper documentary-like one of our favourites the Tomatino Festival.

16. Cammy D

Cameron is the son of one of the world’s top travel writers, Heather Greenwood Davis and he is going to be a star. While still in school, he’s been producing travel vlogs about travels that he’s been on with his family. He’s been branching out recently from travel to tackle subjects like racism, the importance of youth voices, and even showing off his talents in video games.

17. Brendan Vanson

Brendan has a great mix of photography tuturials and day vlogging. Mixing his talents for photography and his great sense of humour, he has been able to carve out a unique niche that has attracted a large following. If you love to take pictures of your travels, you’ll love his getting the shots series “Where he explains how he takes his breathtaking images.

wow, thanks for putting this piece of information together

Thank you Dave and Deb for sharing this great article. Me and my wife We love travelling and when we not travelling, we can watch someone else travelling…)

An indeed insightful collection of travel youtube channels one would wish to watch.

Thank you very much theplanetd.com to telling us about inspiring travel channel.

This Guy “Indigo Traveller” is really a worthy mention. Gives us an insight into North Korea

Way late to the game but I’d recommend Indigo Traveller. He puts out lots of great content, goes to a number of less poplar destinations (including NK), and seems like a genuinely awesome guy to boot.

Check out Chasing Everywhere! She travel the world full time and makes videos of unique places she finds. Really beautiful drone footage and great tips and tricks! youtube.com/chasingeverywhere

Thanks for letting us know. We’ll definitely check them out! This post is a year or so old, so it is time to update it for sure. Cheers Deb

Hey there! When/if you update your YouTube adventure travels to watch list, maybe consider QE Adventures (short for Quinn and Ethan Adventures).

These teenage brothers are skilled videographers and editors and personably narrate their family friendly high adventures in a style that makes audiences wish they’d come along. It’s one of the few channels with videos from the teenage travelers’ perspectives.

Love this post!! Thankyou!! So much inspiration in one page its insane! You guys should definitely check out our youtube channel too! We are Mami & Papi – young parents with a passion for life! Our channel is recent but slowly upcoming – we hope to become insipration to others too one day 🙂 https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC8vQHR5Du1dx1LVEoqL_KUQ

Thanks for sharing your channel. I’ll be sure to check it out and all the best to you!

Hi, Dave and Deb.

Have to say a relay wonderful blog 🙂 Something similar what we have started our self, but we are aiming for local travel experience in our small but very beautiful country Lithuania. As I see you haven’t been here. You are very very welcomed here. Although we are small but that does not mean we don’t have anything to show 🙂 Would be super so see your experience of our countr here 🙂

Cheers, Auste and Justas @ TravelingLithuania

Thanks! We’d love to come to Lithuania in the near future.

What is with the popularity contest? This is the same boring list that everyone publishes. I’m so tired of seeing the same people on these lists, two of whom should not be included!

You are more than welcome to add some names. We asked if anyone had someone to add. So put them on the list. These are the people we follow and enjoy. Also, there is another list that Christine wrote for us just before we compiled this one. that we talked about at the beginning of this blog post. (if you read it) And the reason we decided to do a part two. Sorry if you are not on it, I am not familiar with your videos, but I’ll take a look. I don’t know everyone out there. But I try.

Ah, I just went and took a look at your YouTube travel channel and see that you haven’t posted in two years. That would be the reason I hadn’t thought of you. Good luck if you start posting again. PS, I deleted your comment made under the John Doe email address as I see it is from the same IP address as you, (within minutes of each other) and nobody needs to read a second complaint saying the same thing by you under a pseudonym. But I left yours up because I feel that people have a right to their opinion. Cheers!

Great collection, getting entertained and inspired to travel. Thanks

Amazing collection of channels here! I really dig the aggregation and attribution going on. Thanks for sharing these channels with us!

Thanks for the recommendations, I will check these out!

So my channel isn’t quite as robust as many of the ones mentioned here, but it does highlight a part of the world that none of these Youtube channels even go near. Check it out! I’d love to hear your feedback.

The Best Highlight Videos of the 2023 Tour de France Are Amazingly Complete, and Even Better, Free

The official TdF YouTube channel has all the action without having to dedicate half of your day to watching the each stage.

110th tour de france 2023 team presentation

Each stage gets a preview, and then highlights throughout the day, updated as the race unfolds. So if you, say, have to pop into a meeting at work, you can get a quick recap immediately about what you missed in that hour that could have been an email (we’ve all been there).

For example, the stage 5 Tour de France YouTube coverage included nine videos with everything from a pre-race interview with Julian Alaphilippe, to a post-race recap with stage winner, Jai Hindley . We get caught up on each section of the stage, with all the crashes, close-calls, and sprints away from the peloton. An excellent way to stay in the know about all the action.

The Tour de France also has a TikTok , which has been giving us heartfelt, funny, and dramatic moments, both in the race and from the downtime before and after each stage. So far the Tour’s TikTok page (@LeTourDeFrance) has featured lots of funny faces and the lighter side of the most serious race on the planet.

And if you’re in the market for a little more sarcasm and analysis from a retired WorldTour pro, Phil Gaimon is also posting a daily 10-20 minute recap on his YouTube channel, which occasionally features guest voices, and maybe even an appearance from his hilarious dog, Creature.

It’s the Tour de France! You can never have too much coverage! So watch it all and keep reliving the best moments.

Best YouTube Virtual Walking Tours in 2021

Visiting and walking through the most interesting, exciting cities in the world has been difficult for us all lately. But, some helpful YouTube channels have been offering stunning walking tours that allow viewers to walk vicariously through the cameras of locals. If you’d like to experience some virtual travel, for whatever reason, finding the best YouTube virtual walking tours might be your best bet. We’ve done some research for you and have some great suggestions.

Traveling can expand your sense of the world and your place in it. If you’re a traveler, or even if you like to pretend that you’re a traveler, these YouTube channels can be an amazing way to get at least a taste of what it’s like to be in another country, city, or small town. But, all virtual walking tour channels are not created alike.

So, until all of us cable cutters can get out there around the world, maybe even with our favorite streaming services for traveling , let’s take a look at some great travel content that you can stream with your favorite streaming device .

Our top three virtual walking tour channels for amazing cities and climates:

  • Sanpo Stroll
  • Watched Walker
  • Urban Walking Experience

Each channel is different, so read more about each one to see why we love them so much, and why you should check them out. There’s a virtual walking tour for almost everyone.

Click here to jump straight to the list. Or, keep reading to find out what we think goes into the best content for creating a virtual walking tour.

What makes a good YouTube virtual walking tour?

As I mentioned, not all virtual walking tours are created equal. Some content creators really know how to do it well, some don’t really understand the concept very well it seems.

A really great virtual tour is something a bit personal to each virtual traveler. Some people will want small bits of information throughout the tour, and others will want the walking tour to be as transparent as possible so they feel like they are the ones walking. There are lots of factors like this that you’ll start looking for once you find out what you love in a virtual tour.

However, there are several things that every virtual walking tour should have and should do well.

High-quality, smooth camera action

It probably goes without saying that a high-quality picture is essential for a good virtual tour. With the availability of excellent cameras today, this is an absolute must. You can easily find 4K virtual walking tours all over the world on YouTube.

Also, if the person holding the camera, or most likely the phone, doesn’t move and pan very slowly and smoothly the experience won’t be all that great. You may even end up feeling a little queasy.

A smooth camera is critical to a good virtual experience when it comes to walking through a city, on a beach, or anywhere else. This is possibly the most important aspect of a good virtual tour.

Walking speed

You may be a speedy walker, but when it comes to a virtual walking tour, you really don’t want to end up on a virtual jog.

The walking speed is important because you want to be able to see things that you’re not familiar with. The walker may have been through that area time and time again, but you haven’t. Keep in mind that the speed of the walk also relates directly to the smoothness of the camera as I mentioned above.

Talking throughout the virtual walking tour

This one will be a bit more personal to each viewer, but it’s something to think about as you search and make some decisions.

We like zero talking in the walking tours we choose . We like this because it’s one of the most important parts of creating that transparent feeling that allows us to pretend we’re actually there on the walk ourselves.

If you like narrated tours, however, there are plenty for you to choose from. Narrated tours can offer some great information about the location you’re walking through without the need for reading comments. Just realize that it can be hard to find someone with the right personality to allow you to enjoy the walk the way you want to.

Virtual walking tours to set a mood

We often will use a virtual tour as background to whatever we’re doing, whether that’s writing, weaving, or just chatting. There are many different types of virtual tours that can set almost any type of mood.

Walking in the rain

We live in the tropics, so we actually miss the cold and the rain at times. Rainy London walks are some of our favorites, and they work as background for us almost always.

If you’re looking for a rainy city walk, make sure that the lighting is good and the walker doesn’t move too fast. You should still be able to enjoy a stroll in wet weather .

Rainy city walks are highly recommended for a chill evening, or even a nice romantic date night indoors.

Walking in the winter snow

Just a quick note about winter virtual walking tours as well.

They can set a mood similar to a rainy city walk, but even more so. With a good virtual winter walk in the snow, you should be able to feel the cold on your fingers and your nose. The noise should be muted and subtle.

Nighttime winter walks are also very highly recommended as the lights in the streets make the snow come alive and create a very special environment.

Beach walks

There are some amazing beach walks as well. These work particularly well for people who are stuck in a long winter and need something warm to watch.

We’ve actually seen some great virtual walking tours through some of the beaches of Hawaii near us. Find a 4K Hawaiian beach walk that moves nice and slowly and gives you a good panoramic view of the people, the ocean, and the sky.

Location of virtual walking tours

Some travelers won’t care at all where they go. They’ll just be happy to load up a virtual walk and go. This can be a lot of fun, and you can see things that you might not expect. But, some explorers want something a bit more specific.

Many of the virtual walking tour channels feature specific cities and locations that they regularly walk through. A quick search on YouTube with a specific city or location will turn up results for almost anywhere you can think of.

For instance, if you’re really looking for a chilly European walk, those are pretty easy to find. You can also find the complete opposite by searching a specific beach or summer walk.

Over time, you’ll find the channels that fit your style and offer the locations that you really gravitate towards.

Our list of favorite virtual walking tours on YouTube

These are the channels we go back to time and time again. Understand that we, at least right now, are very consumed with European walks, especially London.

I’ll give some more details about our top three, and then an overview of the others.

Take a look at these channels, and then do some searching on your own to find the ones that you love the most.

#1 – Sanpo Stroll

This is probably the most watched virtual walking tour channel in our house. This one ticks pretty much every box we have for content like this. Here’s why we love it…

London area – We’re all about virtual walks through London right now. We’re pretending to plan our next trip there, so it fits in well with our preferences.

No talking – We like the transparency of the quiet walker. It helps us pretend we’re the ones doing the tour.

Date, time, temp – It’s nice knowing the date, the time of day, and even the temperature of the walk we’re going on. Those bits of information do really help put you in the place.

Great camera work – This channel features slow, smooth walking, including turns and panning. This is absolutely essential to a good virtual tour.

A map of the walking path – Each tour starts by showing a map of where you’ll be walking. It provides a good grounding and let’s you know what to expect. Not completely essential, but nice nonetheless.

Info in the comments / closed captions – Extra info about the walk is available in the comments and closed captioning. Some channels will provide more details like this, which allows you to decide how much you want that info to affect the walking experience.

Most of the walking tours on Sanpo Stroll are during the daytime. So, if you’re looking for evening walks, other channels might be better. They give a nice little friendly greeting at the beginning of the walk, and there’s a bit of window shopping as well.

Another nice little note is that they show highlights of buildings in the area and markers for prominent things during the tour. Definitely check out this channel.

#2 – Watched Walker

This is another channel that features lots of walks around the London area and surrounding UK spots . You’ll also find the random walk through Barcelona, Nice, and other cities.

No talking – You just get the sounds of the city as you walk. You’ll hear people talking, cars driving by, and other ambient city noises. It’s an excellent background for working, studying, or just relaxing.

Slow pace – No jerky movements to make you queasy, and no fast panning so you get a good look at buildings and other monuments.

Both day and night walks – Watched Walker provides virtual tours during both day and night, and through pretty much every season that we can tell. Lots of options for moods here.

Features popular spots – You’ll be able to see the most popular spots in the cities and towns that they walk through. The focus isn’t really on quiet side streets, but you’ll see the sights that tourists travel for.

Another note is that Watched Walker does a good job of avoiding awkward situations with other people as they walk. Some walkers will awkwardly “stalk” people, unintentionally we assume, but it makes my wife extremely uncomfortable. (Which I find a bit funny.)

#3 – Urban Walking Experience

Smooth camera experience – This is another channel with great camera work. Essential for a good virtual experience.

Focuses on important info – The walks on this channel do a really good job of highlighting labels and plaques on buildings and along paths. It’s nice to see this info without the interference of talking.

Walking speed is good – While they focus on that important info, they also do a great job of slowing down to see it better. Rather than rushing through to see more or finish quicker, you’ll have a much more relaxing experience.

Views of the whole street – The walkers try hard to get entire views of the street rather than just one side as they walk. It really does feel like you’re walking down the street yourself.

Also, multiple walkers provide different virtual tour experiences across this channel. Some feature no talking or music at all, while others do feature talking, narration, or music. It feels like several unique channels in one. And, as the name suggests, this channel has a distinctly urban feel.

#4 – Prowalk Tours

Fourth on our list is a channel that features tours from all over the world, but heavily features cities throughout Italy. Here’s what we like…

Offers a map of the walking path before starting off on the tour.

Displays the date, time, and temperature to help put you in the place.

Features more historical facts and descriptions in the closed captions.

Some scenes are also shot using drones, so you’ll get a bird’s eye view.

One nice, sort of unique thing about this channel is that they tend to go into stalls and shops during the window shopping parts of the tour more often than some others. It’s nice to see things up close.

#5 – Mostly Walking

Mostly Walking is a smaller, newer channel that features walks around London. They feature intros with highlights of the upcoming walk along with the date as well.

The virtual walks here also feature slow, smooth movements for a good walking experience. It’s also another good one for window shopping.

#6 – The Sounds of Life

For some really nice walks through Berlin, give The Sounds of Life a try.

They provide a map to show where you are going, and they give the date, time, and temperature before heading off.

The virtual walks in this channel, as usual, feature slow moving and panning with the camera, and no talking.

Best Virtual Walking Tours in 2021 – Wrap-up

We will definitely be updating this list, especially as we branch out into other parts of the world. It’s just been hard to move away from London for some reason.

These virtual tours offer a great way to see the world, even while we’re still cooped up inside. I can see these working really well for those with limited mobility for whatever reason.

Virtual walking tours of popular cities can also be a great way to plan your next trip, I know we are!

Leave us a comment if you have any questions or suggestions on other channels to include here.

Spend Hours Walking Around the World's Great Neighborhoods with These Addictive YouTube Channels

Narration-free virtual walking tours are racking up millions of views as they scratch our travel itch in isolation.

By Jason Cochran

September 29, 2020

By now, many of us have started to have travel daydreams. What we wouldn't give just to unwrap a tiny bar of hotel soap, to drag a piece a luggage over cobblestones, or to tell the flight attendant no, we don't want coffee right now, thanks.

We have just the YouTube channel for you. Watched Walker films leisurely strolls through the world's great streets.

That's it. Watching the channel's high-definition virtual walking tours, which have garnered view counts into the millions, you head down streets with a steadied camera, exploring whole neighborhoods on foot.

As you gently go, you hear the sounds of conversation and commerce in passing. Sometimes, you amble through famous markets . Other times, you might be taken to explore London's legendary  Selfridge's department store for half an hour (see below).

A year ago, we might have shrugged at the concept. This year, we're fighting the urge to leave these videos running all day, like a radio.

And we could: Watched Walker has well over a hundred choices, most of them between 20 minutes and an hour long. There's no goofy host, usually no narration—just the sweet zen of you-are-there exploration.

Watched Walker posts new videos on Monday and Thursday. Right now, the host is marooned in his home city (like most of us), so there's a lot of London being shown. Fortunately, that's a destination rich with video opportunities. (Get ready for coverage of holiday decoration season—last year's  Oxford Street at Christmas walk has racked up nearly 1.5 million views so far.)

Spend an hour and change lazily strolling around London's West End and Covent Garden on a rainy Saturday night:

Lots of other European destinations have been captured by the account's cameras, too, including Paris , Barcelona , Madrid , the beaches in the South of France , and even the  trams of Lisbon .

Virtual walking videos evoke the sights and sounds of travel, so they can scratch the travel itch for some of us. Fortunately, these videos now make up a bit of a subgenre on YouTube.

Similar long-form wandering videos are posted by the channels Rambalac (lots of Japan),  Wind Walk (which leans toward the western U.S. and east Asia),  ActionKid  (who posts a lot of Taiwan and New York City , but with narration), and  Wanna Walk (strong on Latin America and South America), among others.

"Walking around" videos are almost like being there—and they're whetting our excitement for the trips we're going to take in the future. They remind us of the way we explore on a real vacation, but without the blisters.

Five Easy Steps To Make great 4K Travel Walking Tour Videos

Last Updated on March 22, 2024 by gregor

4K Walking Tour Videos are gaining more and more popularity on video-sharing platforms like the popular video platform YouTube . I watched some of these Walking Tour videos because they were recommended to me, and as someone who really likes walking tours, I decided to try making one video myself.

My first 4k Walking Tour video(s) turned out badly. They were either too bright or too dark or kept constantly refocusing.,… They went straight into the trash on my computer. It was a little frustrating, but obviously, I’m not going to be perfect on my first try.

I was out again, trying different cameras and different settings, and after a few walks, figuring out what is the best camera for Walking Tour and what are the best camera video settings for filming this kind of 4k Walking Tour videos.

A 4K walk video often showcases a walking tour or journey filmed using a camera capable of recording in 4K resolution. These videos aim to provide viewers with a more immersive and visually stunning experience, as the higher resolution allows for greater detail, sharpness, and overall image quality. The term is commonly associated with content creators who produce walking tours or vlogs filmed in 4K resolution to offer a more lifelike and engaging viewing experience.

5 easy Steps to Make 4k Travel Walking Tour Videos

Ready to share your travel adventures with the world in amazing 4K quality? Here’s a super simple guide to creating captivating walking tour videos:

Step 1: Gear Up (Equipment)

  • Camera:  While a fancy camera is great, you can start with a smartphone that shoots in 4K. Many modern phones offer fantastic video quality.
  • Stabilizer:  Shaky footage is a no-go. Invest in a gimbal (a small handheld stabilizer) for smooth, professional-looking shots.
  • External Microphone (optional):  Built-in mics can pick up unwanted noise. An external mic improves audio quality, especially in windy or crowded areas.

Step 2: Plan Your Route (Pre-Production)

  • Pick a theme:  Focus on a specific area or highlight hidden gems.
  • Map your walk:  Plan your route beforehand, considering interesting sights and stops.
  • Research local tips:  Learn some fun facts or historical tidbits to share with viewers.

Step 3: Hit the Streets (Filming)

  • Walk at a steady pace:  People watching your video will be virtually walking with you, so maintain a comfortable speed.
  • Narrate as you go:  Share your thoughts, interesting facts, or personal anecdotes about the places you pass.
  • Capture variety:  Don’t just film straight ahead. Get close-up shots of landmarks, interesting details, and even food!

Step 4: Editing Magic (Post-Production)

  • Editing software:  There are many free and paid editing programs available. Choose one that’s user-friendly for you.
  • Cut and trim:  Remove unwanted footage or long pauses. Keep your video engaging and concise.
  • Add music and text:  Upbeat background music and titles/captions enhance your video and keep viewers informed.

Step 5: Share Your Adventure (Distribution)

  • YouTube:  A popular platform for travel videos. Create a channel and upload your masterpiece!
  • Social Media:  Share your video on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
  • Travel Blogs:  If you have one, add your video to your blog to showcase your destinations.

Bonus Tip: Be yourself and have fun! Let your personality shine through, and your passion for travel will be contagious!

Videos with 4K Quality

A 4K walk typically refers to a walking video or footage that has been recorded and produced in 4K resolution. In the context of video resolution, 4K refers to a display or content with a horizontal pixel count of approximately 4,000 pixels, providing higher image clarity and detail compared to lower resolutions.

A “4K walk” video often showcases a walking tour or journey filmed using a camera capable of recording in 4K resolution.

4k Walking Tour video cameras:

Dji pocket 2 + creator combo.

DJI2CreatorCombo_4kVideos

Camera settings (they are overall easy to find in the app and in the menu)

Image Quality: 4K

Frame rates:

  • – 25 or 50 (for slow-motion only – to be slowed down 50% when editing): for Europe (PAL in general)
  • – 24 or 48 (for slow-motion only – to be slowed down 50% when editing): for US (NTCS in general)

Personally live in Europe and I slow down everything that I shoot, only sometimes do I keep a normal speed, so my go rate is 50fps. Slowing down the video gives it a more magical look and will reduce the shakes from the camera

Antiflicker : auto

you need to set it before activating pro mode!

Pro mode: enabled

This will give you access to manual settings of exposure

Color profile : d-cine like

Note: only if you plan to color grade in the post (which I highly recommend), if not then stick to the standard

Shutter speed/ISO:

I always set it to Auto . You could fine-tune by setting it manually, but the AUTO Mode on the DJI is pretty amazing.

White Balance: AUTO

I am so far happy to shoot with continuous autofocus, but be aware that it sometimes fails and you will need to point to the subject you want to have in focus.

GoPro Hero 10 + Sennheiser MKE-400 Microphone

youtube tour videos

The Sennheiser Microphone is a perfect companion, not only for your DLSR. With the GoPro MediaMod, you can set up the GoPro 10 with the Sennheiser MKE 400 within a couple of minutes. If you are really serious about your audio quality it is a very good investment.  #mke400

Resolution: 4K-50 |

Lens: WIDE or LINEAR or LINEAR + HL

HyperSmooth: High

Pre-Walking Tour Preparation

Preparation is the mother of success! This is also related to the making of 4K Walking Tour Videos.

Define your Storyline for the Audience

Before you even select the walking route, I am really trying to find a good storyline for the audience, which I am going to tell as an overall “arching theme” for the walk. As we all know, telling a story is much more captive than just wandering around without any “preparation & plan”. (Which I did at the beginning, to be honest;-

Here are some examples of 4k Walking Tour Video Storylines

  • Vienna Night Walking Tour – Top things to see at night
  • Berlin – Walking Tour if you just have 4 Hours to spend
  • Budapest Travel Guide – Must See Places Walking Tour
  • Vienna Food Walking Tour

Find the Best Places that set your Walking Tour Video Screenplay

So once you have your “story” you want to tell, then you need to find the best places, spots, and areas,… Which do you want to be included in the walking video? Sometimes the story can be “Greatest Public Parks to Relax in XXXX” or just “An After Business sunset walk”. This story sets your screenplay and the frame you need to plan the walk accordingly.

Video elements that will support your Walking Tour Video Story

If you know you’ll be visiting the St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, for example, you’ll want more than just a video from the top. Here’s an example of supporting walking tour video elements you might make for this specific experience:

  • Establishing shot of the St. Stephen’s Cathedral from the street (Push in)
  • Shot of the base of the St. Stephen’s Cathedral (Rise up)
  • Shot of purchasing your ticket (Over shoulder camera)
  • Shot of taking the elevator to the top (Push in)
  • Panning shot from the top overlooking Vienna

Pin the places in Google MAPS to create the Walking Tour

Once I have my story I create a tour on Google Maps, pinning all the places I intend to visit during my walk.

Top Tip: Please make sure you plan enough time for your tour, get comfortable clothes and shoes, your gear with enough spare batteries (for the GoPro), and most importantly get into a good positive energetic mood, you will need that believe me 😉

Video Walking Tour – Tips and Tricks

Get out of your comfort zone.

Filming videos on the street requires a bit of courage at the beginning. Especially if you are a bit introverted like me, it took a couple of walks until I realized that the vast majority of the people actually don’t care about your video recording on the street.

Very few people stare at you, so give them a bright smile, or simply ignore them. I never had anybody complaining or even yelling at me. It helps if you respect their privacy and do not run with the video camera explicitly into a person, but take a step or move left or right so you can record other interesting sceneries like beautiful architecture.

There is also an easy way to blur people’s faces in post-editing your video. (More below in the Editing section)

Walking Tour Video Speed

The walking speed is important because you want to be able to see things that you’re not familiar with. The walker may have been through that area time and time again, but you haven’t.  Keep in mind that the speed of the walk also relates directly to the smoothness of the camera, as I mentioned above.

Video moves : I use during my walk

  • Push in – walk towards the scene – good entry move to establish location and show landscape
  • Pull out – walk away from the scene – good exit move to close the shooting from the scene
  • Round – use active track and move around the person or subject
  • Rise up – show scenery and subject
  • Reveal – show subject, from the other object – good for transitions
  • Tilt-up / down – use for anything interesting above the scene, like trees
  • Low mode – shoot for example the foot of a person while walking on the beach

How do you film a smooth walking Video?

Walk slowly and bend your knees slightly. Keep concentration high, and use the Highest Stabilization settings on your camera

FOUR – Walking Tour Video Editing & Software

There are many Video Editing Programs on the market. Editing my Walking Tour videos, I use the software program Final Cut Pro X which runs on macOS only. There are many alternatives also for Windows, if you search on Google, I am sure you will find the one that fits your needs; including tons of Tutorial Videos on YouTube.

Blurring People Faces in post-editing

The one thing special to walking tour videos is that you also capture people and want to protect their privacy by blurring their faces. Here is a video that shows you how to do this in Final Cut Pro X

EASIEST Way To Blur Faces | Final Cut Pro X Tutorial

FIVE -SHARING Your Walking Tour Video on YouTube

I upload my walking tour videos on my Gregor Sideris YouTube Channel . There are other video-sharing Platforms like Vimeo, but I think YouTube is vastly accepted and billions of people have access to it.

Creating your own YouTube Channel is easy, there are a lot of tutorial videos available on YT.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

12 Incredible Youtube Museum Channels You MUST Watch

youtube tour videos

During this time of stay-at-home order and travel restrictions, art galleries and museums have jumped on the virtual gallery bandwagon. If you’re an art lover who doesn’t  love to read , these  Museum Youtube Tours  are just the things for you! Many museums and organizations have a massive backlog of online videos that take you through their collections. In these videos, you get introduced to new artists and learn DIYs based on historical artistry. And best of all, they let you in some secrets only the curators know! If you want a little break from the every day and feel like a virtual escape, read on for my favourite  Youtube Museum Tours  part of my series on  virtual travel .

youtube tour videos

British Museum

The British Museum in London, England, is where you can find over two million years of human history and culture. It contains some world-famous objects, including the Rosetta Stone , the Parthenon sculptures and Egyptian mummies .

youtube tour videos

Curator’s Corner

Their youtube series called ‘ Curator’s Corner ‘ introduces you to the various curators working in the museum. They take the time to show you different interesting objects from their specialties. And most of the videos are set, literally in their “corner” or office space. This is just another little treat since you feel like you are being let into their private world. Never to be seen otherwise. One of my favourite curators is  Naomi Speakman , who is the curator for late medieval Europe . She loves exploring the fantastical world of medieval bestiaries and the mythical creatures found within. Seeing as these items are so old it’s amazing how she breathes new life into them!

Curator’s Tour

Since many museums’ exhibitions were not viewable to the public when the world shut down, the curators turned to online video to take viewers on a tour of their displays. These tours come in both shorter videos and live tours, which are hour-long specials hosted by various experts. It’s such a unique way to view these incredible exhibitions despite not being there in person.

The Mütter Museum

The Mütter Museum is America’s Finest Museum of Medical History . The museum aims to help the public appreciate the mysteries and beauty of the natural human body. The museum hopes to help people learn more about the diagnosis and disease treatment throughout history. Inside the museum, you’ll find some of the most incredible collections of anatomical specimens, medical instruments, cabinets of curiosity and more!

While the museum is not for the faint-hearted, their videos are an extraordinary adventure! Especially when we are amid a world-wide pandemic, their exhibitions on the 1918 Influenza Pandemic seem almost eerily apt. Their half-hour-long museum tour is an excellent introduction to what the museum is all about and worth your time to check out!

National Portrait Gallery

London’s National Portrait Gallery has been one of the most important art institutions since 1856. But today, with modern technology, we are being invited into the museums to discover the stories behind the world’s greatest paintings and artists. Their online youtube channel contains interviews with leading art experts, live recordings of talks and events, and insights into our latest exhibitions.

youtube tour videos

10 minutes Talks

Their 10-minute talks series is one of my favourites for anyone who wants to get a little primer into art history but doesn’t want to get overwhelmed with information. These short segments study just one painting by one artist. Different curators and producers from the museums lead you through the artwork, the hidden meanings and any historical context which lends itself to studying the painting with more intention.

5-Minute Meditation

Another fascinating tidbit that they have been producing during the pandemic are these 5-Minute Meditations . This series is all about blending mindfulness and art appreciation. You grab a water or coffee and sit back with the gentle voices of the curators guiding you through the lines and textures of the painting as you have moments of self-reflection throughout. I have to admit; they are so soothing, they might even put you to sleep!

Talks for All

Lastly, if you are looking for something a little more in-depth, you can sit back and enjoy one of the longer videos called Talks for All . These lectures were initially recorded in the gallery in front of an audience, but now you can attend as an audience of one from the comfort of your own home. Something is oddly comforting about hearing the murmur of laughter or contemplation from the unseen audience in front of the lecturers. It makes you feel like you are really there.

The Field Museum

In Chicago, the Field Museum has been producing videos with the Chief Curiosity Correspondent for Youtube for the past eight years! Hosted by Emily Graslie, former volunteer of the University of Montana Zoological Museum, her heart burstingly charming personality guides you through all different parts of their collection. In such a large museum like the Field Museum, there are plenty of aspects of their collection that aren’t even on display in the museum but hidden away in the archives. Well, these videos put you behind the scenes in some of the unseen parts of the museum. One of my favourite episodes is all about their rare book room! There are also such topics as the Whale Warehouse , museums taxidermy , meteorites and more!

The Wallace Collection

The Wallace Collection is a museum in London, housed in the grand Hertford House in Manchester Square. This was once the permanent residence of the Seymour family, the Marquesses of Hertford. The Marquesses of Hertford, along with Sir Richard Wallace, for whom the museum is named after, amassed a vast collection of fine and decorative arts in their lifetime. These ranged from furniture, arms and armour, porcelain and Old Master paintings. Sir Richard Wallace bequeathed the collection to the British Nation in 1897 so that everyone could enjoy the collection.

youtube tour videos

Today, it really can, as much of the collection has been documented on video for all to see. Their playlist on the collection highlights is an excellent intro to all the wondrous things these collectors amassed over time.

Van Gogh Museum

The Van Gogh Museum  in Amsterdam is a museum dedicated solely to the works of  Vincent Van Gogh . Famously, Vincent van Gogh only ever sold one painting during his lifetime, ‘The Red Vineyard.’ Today he is one of the world’s most notable painters, with his works selling for millions upon millions of dollars.

youtube tour videos

Throughout the pandemic, the Van Gogh museum has not only been creating entertaining videos for you to watch but tutorials for you to follow along with and learn as you go. Their series called ‘ Let’s Paint Like Van Gogh ‘ helps even the most beginning painter learn the simple techniques Van Gogh used to create his vivid and powerful masterpieces. They manage to simplify iconic parts of some of his paintings to allow you the chance to create your own at home!

In another series called ‘ In the Picture ,’ curators take you through their 2020 exhibition, which tells stories about identity and image, in 75 portraits.

Frick Museum

The Frick Collection in New York City houses the personal art collection of industrialist Henry Clay Frick . The museum is even located inside his old house on the Upper East Side. In addition to some old master paintings, the collection also includes fine furniture, decorative arts and more. Their 12-minute video introduction allows you to step inside the doors and look at the house almost as it was when Frick left it.

During the pandemic, they created many videos that allowed people to view their collection through a myriad of different themes. One of those series’ was called ‘Travels with a Curator,’ where curator Xavier F. Salomon , takes you on a virtual trip around the world. In the series, they study museums around the world and how they connect with the Frick Museum.

Rijksmuseum

The Rijksmuseum , located in  Amsterdam , is the Dutch National Museum. Inside its great walls are pieces dedicated to the arts and history of Amsterdam. At the start of the pandemic, the Rijksmuseum wanted to give viewers worldwide access to the secrets of their galleries, so they started the series  #RijksmuseumUnlocked . Throughout the series, various curators lead you through different parts of the museum to study themes and hidden meanings behind highlights from their collection.

Their newest series is called ‘ Rijksmuseum in 60 seconds ‘. These videos allow you to learn more about their collection in just one minute!

The American Museum of Natural History

The American Museum of Natural History , located in New York City, is one of the world’s preeminent scientific and cultural institutions. Since opening its doors to the public in 1869, the museum attempts to help people discover and interpret information about the natural world around us. My favourite video series of theirs has got to be ‘ Shelf Life ‘! This series is relatively old, starting in 2014. The series is for curious minds and features curators opening doors, drawers and hidden away rooms to study rarely-seen items in the museum’s collection.

The State Hermitage Museum

I have long dreamt of visiting the  Hermitage Museum , delving into the dark Russian winter only to wander the halls of this incredible fortress of beauty.  The State Hermitage Museum  is located in  Saint Petersburg, Russia  and is the second-largest art museum in the world! The  collection  was founded by  Empress Catherine the Great  and contains over three million items! And while you might not be able to view each one of those items in person, you can experience it through an AMAZING virtual tour!

youtube tour videos

In May 2020, Apple created a five-hour cinematic journey inside the Hermitage museum. Throughout the videos, you are lead through 45 galleries, view 588 masterpieces, and wonder at the beautiful live performances which take place inside some of their most sacred spaces. Even more incredibly, the video was shot in ONE CONTINUOUS TAKE! The music composed throughout the video is so hauntingly beautiful, and I cannot recommend watching this piece more! You don’t need to watch all five hours, but I think once you start watching, you’ll find yourself entranced.

The  Victoria and Albert Museum  (also known as the  V&A ) is the world’s leading museum of art and design. Founded in 1852, the V&A promotes innovation and communicates the importance of good design. The collection contains over 2.27 million objects, dating from 1600 to the present. This video, hosted by curator May Rosenthal Sloan , explores vintage citrus fruit wrappers as new forms of advertising in the 19th century. This was the video that first started my binging of the V&A’s youtube channel. The packaging feels so ephemeral and yet like a work of art all at the same time.

So many objects in the V&A’s collection are small trinkets. And while seeing them in person is a beautiful experience, being able to study them in microscopic detail on video is a unique experience. One of my favourite videos is called ‘ Spotlight on Jewels ‘. Academy Award-winning costume designer Alexandra Byrne , jewellery designer Stephen Webster , British Vogue jewellery editor Carol Woolton and V&A curator Clare Phillips come together in this feature to reveal their favourite items from the collection.

The  MET   or  Metropolitan Museum of Art   is America’s most famous art gallery. Located in the heart of  New York City , the collection is home to over two million works of art! with so many objects in their collection and a slew of curators to keep it all running, the content they are producing online is superb! Their ‘ Art, Explained ‘ series is a beautiful way to pick your favourite items from the collection and learn a little bit more about them in a concise amount of time! There are over 80 items that have been documented in the videos , so there are lots to choose from.

Another series which I love is called ‘ MET Stories ‘. This 12-part series features stories from all different kinds of people, from chefs, fashion designers and even lawyers, telling stories about how the MET influenced or changed their lives.

Throughout the pandemics, the MET has also been creating videos that spark their viewers creativity. This is everything from learning how to make a soap carvings, sculpturing clay pots and my personal favourite, creating your cabinet of curiosity !

Hopefully these entertaining channels give you something to watch and inspire your mind throughout the rest of this pandemic. While we have to stay at home, we can still explore the world through these virtual travels !

Taylor Swift shares big video hint that the 'Eras Tour' may be changing

Taylor Swift is taking fans behind the scenes of her “Eras Tour” with a series of clips, and Swifties now suspect there’s a hint as to changes coming to the world-renowned show.

Days after releasing her newest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” Swift posted another YouTube Short video with her hit single “Fortnight,” featuring Post Malone,” playing over videos of her and her dancers rehearsing for the tour. But there’s one moment in the montage that has fans doing what they do best: speculating.

Fans will recognize many of the scenes being practiced, such as Swift's iconic entrance from the ground, her performance of "Lavender Haze" in a coat surrounded by clouds, playing "Champagne Problems" seated at a moss-covered piano and more. But one clip, in which Swift stands in the middle of a stage with her dancers lined up behind her wearing top hats and holding canes, did not appear in the original "Eras Tour."

Taylor Swift YouTube Short

“Since when do background dancers have a top hat and canes?!” one fan with the username armaisacat.1989 captioned a TikTok of the scene, adding “Taylor Swift you have some explaining to do!!”

The “Eras Tour” is a three-hour, 15-minute concert in which Swift performs songs from all of her albums since her 2006 self-titled debut record. Many — including the TODAY.com staff — have speculated whether or not the pop star would integrate “Tortured Poets Department” as another era in the show.

All will be (hopefully) be revealed when the tour begins again in Paris on May 9.

This is the second YouTube Short Swift has posted since the latest album release. On April 19, she shared glimpses of her personal life , again set to the tune of “Fortnight.”

In that compilation, her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, makes appearances with the star. The videos are in collaboration with YouTube, encouraging users to post their own “14 snippets” of their lives set to the same song.

Frankie Capan III makes history with a 13-under 58 on Korn Ferry Tour

2144377267

Andrew Wevers

Frankie Capan III tied the lowest under-par round in Korn Ferry Tour history on Thursday.

Capan, a Minnesota native and product of Florida Gulf Coast University, turned in a 13-under 58 at the Veritex Bank Championship in Texas, breaking Scottie Scheffler's course record.

Capan was four under through his first eight holes at Texas Rangers Golf Club in Arlington before making an eagle at the par-5 ninth. He proceeded to roll off seven consecutive birdies on the back, finishing with back-to-back pars on his final two holes for a 29-29 finish.

Interestingly it wasn’t even the lowest score on the Korn Ferry Tour this year. In February there were two sub-60 scores at the Astara Golf Championship thanks to Cristobal Del Solar (57) and 19-year-old Aldrich Potgieter (59). Those scores came with asterisks of sorts, as the course was a par 70 and playing at just 6,254 yards, a distance extremely short by pro standards made even shorter by the course’s elevation of 8,600 feet above sea level. For context, the Texas Rangers layout is a par-71 layout measured at 7,010 yards.

There have been just six other 58s recorded on world-ranked professional golf tours, including one at the KFT circuit (Stephan Jaeger at the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic). This group does not include Bryson DeChambeau’s 58 at a LIV Golf event in West Virginia last year, as the Saudi league does not qualify for Official World Golf Ranking points. Jim Furyk has the PGA Tour record with a 58 at the 2016 Travelers Championship.

Capan, 24, is in his second year on the Korn Ferry Tour. He entered the week ranked 30th on the season-long points list, with the top 30 earning PGA Tour cards for the following season.

Nelly Korda Cannonballs Into LPGA History With Win at The Chevron Championship

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — A cannonball. That was how Nelly Korda celebrated her historic victory on Sunday at The Chevron Championship.

A well-executed leap into the lake on the left side of the 18th green at The Club at Carlton Woods after a hard-fought major test. A battle that saw her name permanently enshrined in greatness alongside some of the game’s most memorable legends who’ve hoisted the Dinah Shore Trophy.

It wasn’t an easy journey for Korda, who has dealt with injuries and setbacks and doubts since she won her first major title at the 2021 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. But it’s a road that she’s thankful she had to take because it led her to this moment in The Woodlands, Texas.

“In '21 I had an amazing year, got my first major at KPMG. Just a lot of doubt crept into my mind in 2022 and especially 2023,” said Korda. “I heard some outside voices from other people saying that they don't know if I'll ever be able to win another major again, and I stuck to working extremely hard on and off the golf course.

“I think of all the sad times and the health scares that I have gone through have made me who I am today. I think it has matured me a lot, and I would say it's shaped me into the person I am today, and I'm very grateful for the ups and downs.”

The ups were highs, like winning a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and ascending to No. 1 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings. The lows saw her sidelined for months with a blood clot in her left arm and with back injuries that just wouldn’t stop hurting no matter her recovery efforts.

But Korda, always resilient and ever the competitor, clawed her way back , and fought her way forward to some of the greatest successes of her career, making what she’s done in 2024 that much more significant.

This fifth consecutive victory puts Korda’s name next to the likes of some of the most revered generational talents in the LPGA Tour record books, joining Annika Sorenstam and Nancy Lopez as the only other player since 1978 to win five straight titles.

It’s a place in history that she’s more than earned after this recent tear of excellent golf she’s put together. But it also has put Korda at the forefront of the conversation about the state of American golf right now, as few – male or female – have ever accomplished what she has in the last couple of months, at least not in this modern era.

“It's trending in the right direction, not just American golf but women's golf in general,” said Korda. “I think you see the past couple of major winners, Allisen (Corpuz) won at the U.S. Open and Lilia (Vu) won here last year. I think we're just performing really well, and I think that's everyone on Tour, honestly.

“It's so hard to win out here, and I say that with all honesty that it is really, really hard to win out here. The competition is getting harder and harder every year.”

But Korda has figured out a way to do it and gives a ton of credit to her team for her success, not just since the end of January, but throughout her entire 13-victory career.

“I'm so thankful to have the team that I do. They've gone through all the highs and lows with me, especially Jason (McDede, her caddie),” Korda said. “He has been by my side for every single one of my wins out here, and in a sense he's my punching bag out there, he's my best friend, and he's my teammate. I wouldn't be able to do it without him because his encouragement on and off the golf course has been amazing, and I'm just so, so, so thankful for him. I hope he knows it.”

After all of her wins, Korda has continually talked about staying in what she refers to as her “bubble,” refusing to look forward or back at her success too closely and instead choosing to be where her feet are – focusing on the next challenge, task or shot at hand. It’s a mentality that has clearly made a huge difference for the 25-year-old and a zone she’ll now be working to find every time she tees it up on the LPGA Tour.

But it seems like this time, Korda might finally let herself take a breath and enjoy the sweetness of triumph, particularly now that the biggest challenge – winning her fifth straight title at a major championship – has been conquered.

A proper celebration with her team is on deck as well, no offense to the In-N-Out Burgers, Five Guys fries or almond croissants she’s had over the last few weeks, of course.

“It's an amazing feeling because all the hard work and the doubt that I had in my head from 2021, I worked through it,” said Korda. “It's been an amazing feeling these past couple weeks knowing that I can go on this stretch and that if I stay in my bubble and I keep golf simple and let it flow, then I can have so, so much fun out here.

“It's just been an amazing time. To get five in a row, and my lucky number is 13, and for me to get it here in Houston and it to be a major, feels even better.”

And after all the fans go home and the robe gets hung up and she crawls in her hotel bed tonight, Korda might just finally realize the magnitude of what she’s accomplished.

The best news though? It’s only April, and it already feels like there’s more Korda success to come in 2024.

“When I was writing the Fortnight music video, I wanted to show you the worlds I saw in my head that served as the backdrop for making this music,” she  wrote . “Pretty much everything in it is a metaphor or a reference to one corner of the album or another. For me, this video turned out to be the perfect visual representation of this record and the stories I tell in it. Post Malone blew me away on set as our tortured tragic hero and I’m so grateful to him for everything he put into this collaboration. I’m still laughing from getting to work with the coolest guys on earth, Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles (tortured poets, meet your colleagues from down the hall, the dead poets). I still can’t believe I get to work with the unfathomably brilliant Rodrigo Prieto on cinematography and my team of dream collaborators: Ethan Tobman (production design), Chancler Haynes (editor), Anthony Dimino (1st AD), Jil Hardin (producer) and Dom Thomas (executive producer). Parliament aced the VFX as always. Joseph Cassell, Lorrie Turk and Jemma Muradian made these tortured looks come to life. The entire crew made this a dream to shoot. Thank you to everyone involved and everyone who has watched it!!”

Taylor Swift releases YouTube short that appears to have new Eras Tour dances

youtube tour videos

Taylor Swift  released a new YouTube Shorts video and fans believe clips are signifying a "The Tortured Poets Department" number or set during the Eras Tour.

After the double album was released Friday, fans wondered if the singer would fit any of the 31 songs into the three-plus hour set. In the quick 15-second video, fans pointed out a couple of suspect shots, including Swift leaning against a railing that seems to have the "TTPD" logo and a quick scene where her backup dancers hold poles and wear top hats.

Swift has been on a two-month break from the Eras Tour and has spent much of her time in Los Angeles.

If there is a new Eras Tour set, the next question is where would she add the era? "Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince's" opening line is a perfect opening for an artist who has released seven albums and hasn't seen fans: "It's been a long time coming."

She could end the show with the "TTPD" set, but "Karma" is also a good show closer. Other than those two options, she could place "TTPD" after "Reputation" and before "Speak Now" or also right before "Midnights."

"A fortnight til Paris 🤍," Swift says in the caption. Her next tour stop is Paris, France on May 9. Swift will tour in Europe for 51 shows until she takes a break and heads back to the United States and Canada.

RBC Heritage: Final round suspended due to darkness, Monday finish underway at Harbour Town

Change Text Size

Updated: Monday, April 22, 8 a.m. ET: The final round of the RBC Heritage resumed at 8 a.m. ET.

Scheffler, chasing his fourth PGA TOUR win in five starts, authored a signature moment in the waning twilight Sunday, recovering from a hooked 4-iron second shot on the par-4 15th with a sorcerous wedge to 11 feet that he converted for an unlikely par to maintain a five-stroke lead over Wyndham Clark, Patrick Cantlay, J.T. Poston and Sahith Theegala.

Scheffler, chasing his fourth PGA TOUR win in five starts, stood 20 under for the tournament as the final round was suspended due to darkness at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, with nine players yet to complete the final round on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

This will be the second unscheduled Monday finish on the PGA TOUR this season and first since the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, won by Austin Eckroat. The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, won by Wyndham Clark, was shortened to 54 holes after play was unable to be contested on Sunday and Monday.

Sunday’s play at Harbour Town was initially suspended at 4:28 p.m. due to lightning in the area. The final pairing of Scheffler and Sepp Straka had completed 11 holes at the time. Players were removed from the course, with the delay ultimately lasting 2 hours and 32 minutes before play resumed at 7 p.m.

Updated: Sunday, April 21, 6:30 p.m. ET: The final round of the RBC Heritage will resume at 7 p.m. ET.

Updated: Sunday, April 21, 5:40 p.m. ET: The final round of the RBC Heritage will not resume at 6 p.m. ET.

Updated: Sunday, April 21, 5:28 p.m. ET: The final round of the RBC Heritage is scheduled to resume at 6 p.m. ET.

Updated: Sunday, April 21, 4:28 p.m. ET: The RBC Heritage’s final round has been suspended due to lightning in the area, with the final groups playing the back nine Sunday at Harbour Town Golf Links.

Play was suspended at 4:28 p.m. local time, with leader Scottie Scheffler playing the 12th hole. Players were taken off the course at the time of suspension.

Scheffler began the final round at 16 under, one stroke clear of Sepp Straka, and the world No. 1 turned in 3-under 33 with a chip-in eagle at the par-5 second, a two-putt birdie at the par-5 fifth and seven pars. Scheffler stood 19 under, four strokes clear of the field at the time of delay. Seven players stood 15 under.

“We were hoping to play through this; we felt like we had another 25 minutes left of this heavy rain and were then going to get a break on the back end,” said Mark Dusbabek, the PGA TOUR’s senior director lead TV Rules & Video Analyst, on the CBS broadcast. “We had lightning unfortunately pop up 4 miles away; just suddenly caught us in, so we had to stop play for this. We’re going to see how things go here and make a decision.

"The course was not unplayable. It wasn't because of the rain. It was just because the lightning popped up."

The final round of the RBC Heritage is poised to deliver fans a fantastic finish, but that might not come without a little bit of weather late in the day.

After the first three rounds of tournament golf at Harbour Town Golf Links were accompanied by sunshine and temperatures ranging from the upper 70s into the mid-80s, Sunday could bring golfers a different challenge to navigate as the tournament comes to a close.

According to the forecast, a cold front will be slowly moving southward into the Hilton Head Island area on Sunday, increasing the chances for showers and a few thunderstorms as play gets into the early to mid-afternoon hours and continuing into the evening hours. Storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rainfall. Otherwise, Sunday morning will remain dry with temperatures warming into the mid to upper 70s before falling into the 60s late in the day. Light wind Sunday morning will increase out of the north 10-15 gusting to 20-25 mph late in the day.

The final pairing of the day, Scottie Scheffler and Sepp Straka, are set to tee off at 1:55 p.m. ET. Scheffler holds a one-stroke lead at 16-under.

Billie eilish speaks on her sexuality, 'i wanted my face in a vagina', billie eilish opens up on sexuality ... i realized i 'wanted my face in a vagina'.

Billie Eilish never planned to talk about her sexuality at great length -- but now that it's out there she's letting it rip, telling the whole wide world she's into chicks ... in graphic detail.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone , Billie discusses her forthcoming song, "Lunch" -- which details her being intimate with another woman. She says she first began writing this track before doing anything with another girl ... but was able to finish it after one eye-opening encounter with a female.

She says ... "I've been in love with girls for my whole life, but I just didn't understand -- until, last year, I realized I wanted my face in a vagina."

Despite opening up about her sexuality now, Billie's kinda peeved by the way her coming out made headlines in the press. Remember, Billie blasted Variety at the end of last year for outing her in their cover story ... even though she sorta facilitated it at the time.

BE adds ... "I was never planning on talking about my sexuality ever, in a million years. It’s really frustrating to me that it came up."

Now that pandora's box has been opened , however ... Billie seems far more comfortable talking about sex, including the topic of masturbation. In the interview, BE confesses to pleasuring herself regularly in front of a mirror, stating it helps with her self-esteem.

She explained ... "Partly because it’s hot, but it also makes me have such a raw, deep connection to myself and my body, and have a love for my body that I have not really ever had."

Billie finishes off this train of thought by hammering the point home ... saying, "People should be jerking it, man. I can’t stress it enough, as somebody with extreme body issues and dysmorphia that I’ve had my entire life."

You heard it here first, peeps ... get busy (with yourself or others).
