I have dealt with the people at The Travel Center for about 9 years. During that time, the agents have arranged personal as well as group trips for me. They have consistently been easy to contact and have always found ways to satisfy my travel needs, adjusting trips in a most economic as well as creative manner. Their personal knowledge of a wide variety of destinations and vendors has been invaluable. They are patient, courteous, customer oriented and extremely professional. These qualities always resulted in wonderful trips, no matter what the challenges. I rate you the maximum number of stars!

The wedding was beautiful, everything was perfect. The Honeymoon was breathtaking! Unbelievable, absolutely stunning. We were blown away!!! The Hilton Moorea was awesome but Bora Bora was something like a movie. Rebecca and I was speechless. We did the ATV, Jeep safari, and even walked under water...I definitely appreciate everything.

My Brother lives in NH. His only daughter just went off to college in Colorado. I mentioned to him that he should get his daughters flights all set for holidays and breaks sooner than later. He of course was trying to do it himself. I told him he should just use a travel agent it will be worth it. Unbeknownst her referred his ex-wife Melissa Lipman to you and she called me today to thank me. She had asked my brother to help and again unbeknownst to me he gave her your information because he didn’t know what to do. I had no idea what she was referring too. I finally figured it out. She said I believe it was Lauren in your office was amazing. She wanted to fly to Colorado to visit her daughter for parents week and her 50th birthday. His ex-wife who a number of years after their divorce was diagnosed with a devastating disease called Cerebellum Degeneration*. She was a nurse, an amazing athlete filled with energy and vitality. This disease has left her in a wheelchair bound among many other things. Your office was able to get her a flight with her wheelchair, near the bathroom and assistance and so much more. I can’t tell you how amazing you all are. Because you deserve a metal. I am happy to put this on a review for your website.

I am a AAA member near Hanover PA. The office used to be on Carlisle Street, where is it now? The app is unusable for anyone with a 17344 zip code. What's going on? AAA has been good when I contact the 800 number for roadside assistance but the local office and app leave a lot to be desired.

Where to start. A travel agent with 16 years plus a loyal following. Is harrassed in March 2015 by travel VP sell more or we cut benefits. In the end of aug 2015 she starts working with a customer to book a 110 rooms around 150k sale. At this point she had already sold over 800k for the year. She is paid salary plus commission. After 2 weeks the program mng of travel send her an email they are taken the sale from her along with all commissions. When she said it was not right she put in her 2 weeks notice. That was sept 11 on sept 14 the VP CEO of human resources came in and treated her like a dog humilated her in front of all and said i except your resignation but you leave now. Never paying her for time worked and then telling un employment she was not fired. She went on to open her own agency. Because she placed an ad in the paper again more threats of a law suit by this company. Now the only reason i am writting this. Is this is about my lovely wife. Today i found out from a customer this company has lied to people why she left. I want to sue them for all the agents that work there. The V P of travel stated they were going to make all agents sign something that they would not sale certain amounts. Wow America really. I hope at least by bringing this to light everyone will see southern P A aaa is not ran nor is it fair working for them. I worked for AAA years back not southern P A i was with mid atlantic awsome great company great people. Wonderful customers. This would never had happened. If you feel you have been mistreated by this company come forward i have attorneys and we are looking into a multi million dollar class action. Attorneys are also welcome im retired army we are going to give 50 % to wounded warriors.

Very unhappy with AAA southern Pa. I paid for my membership on July 27 and my bank shows the payment clearly went through. They have no record of my membership and told me I would have to pay for another membership but would only have 5 miles available since the plus benefits aren't available for 72 hours. I found out all of this when I was broken down by myself on my way home from work. It took 45 mins on the phone with no resolution other than I could buy a new membership. Their records show my membership expired Aug 1 so apparently $104 only buys you 4 days. Very displeased with this entire experience. The rep treated me as if I was making it all up and all but called me a liar.
