It's the worst the wild wood very dirty all the pool the grill the kitchen doesn't work they charge you a lot for the kitchen and it doesn't work I don't recommend it at all I don't give it 0 stars because I can't they smoke in the room

The lock in the bathroom did not work, the bathroom window lock was broken, there we barely any towels...the outlets were from 1932 ... come on you can't update the electical in the rooms ??? I'm almost positive there were code violations all over this place The room smelt like mold . They should include a dehumidifier in each room This is a cute little motel with a pool right outside your room. Parking is available and they were quick to respond to us needs towels etc .Fairly cheap if you don't go on a busy weekend. You get what you pay for.

Floors were disgusting. Found contact lenses on our nightstand so nothing had been wiped down. Our feet were black. Even after cleaning them ourselves still disgusting. You'd think a motel that deals with sand would clean the floors better. The beds were comfy at least. Small bathroom. Pool was small. It was an alright stay. Pricing was a bit expensive.

The owner of the motel is a nice person. He tried to be helpful. The stumbling block was trying to book through booking.com. I had to change the dates of my stay. Booking.com told me those dates were unavailable when I knew for a fact that they were. Not dealing anymore with Booking.com.

From the moment we checked in immediate elephants trough from the third floor above. Since apparent new ownership, even on a Monday evening the banging sound of moving tables like thanksgiving dinner pound above your ear drums. I let it go for the first four hours; as we did not check in until 6 pm. But as it continued until 12:30 am I finally reached my breaking point. I finally called the connecting resort "the Aztec" who now owns apparently all 3 of these three motels, and a young punky kid asks me which room I'm staying in. I share "200 directly belong the family of what sounds like 200". And he informs me he will check it out. After a half hour he finally comes up and pounds on our door assertively like it was just my boyfriend and I causing an issue. I open the door in pajamas, and he has one airpod hanging out and nastily says "the kids are asleep upstairs" Quickly I reply "automatically they're all in bed now that's amazing" and he is just a straight up brat and says yeah, and could care less. After spending $600 to spend on this cylinder block shit hole where we all have to co exist. "Call me again if you hear anything. We'll... this proceeds for the next three nights. Under half a sheet provided for warmth. My family member staying in the Waters edge across the street provides me with a blanket that helped significantly during this stay. And after a chat I come to find the previous owners of this dump have purchased out half the resorts in this area. All to provide shit service until they can repay their dues and charge top dollar for hot pink tiled rotting 19060s bathrooms, and letting dogs swim in their pools. You should all be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and go back to a place where scamming is aloud, because out of all of my world wide friends I wouldn't as soon as allow as a stranger off the street stay in this place where they dump bleach on the problem; and swipe credit cards as a result in to benefiting a scheme of a shit show that is the zoo of the American safari hotel

Place is a bit out dated....pool closes to early...can't really do anything at motel...no music. Motel not easy to spot due to signs not on....to be honest for the price and accommodations I would strong recommend elsewhere.

We stayed here for three nights. Rooms are so clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Grills are available by pool. Great location, one block from beach, two blocks from the boardwalk. Rooms are a little outdated, but hey it's the shore. AC worked great in our room. Pool is on the small side. We did have a problem with our sink, but when we called, someone came right over. My only negative is we stayed next to a large family, they actually had three rooms, who didn't mind that their kid, who was around 3, ran around screaming late at night. Overall, we would stay again.

First time there. Went on a recommendation. I was very pleased. Very clean. Room is a little small, but wasn't there to stay in the room. Is a block from the boardwalk, so if you can walk the beach, you can walk to the hotel. I have no complaints, and would definitely stay there again!

Great find for a beach getaway. Room was equipped with full size fridge and microwave. Gas grills on site for guest use as well as decks with patio seating. Conveniently located 1 block from beach entrance. Free parking and comp coffee. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and pool was refreshing. Would def stay again!

This motel was awful! We made our reservation online via Expedia, we were sold the wrong room at a higher rate! Staff said it's not their problem. The owner was rude. Don't recommend!
