Bolsover are our go-to holiday managers…
They are always great to deal with and arrange our holiday exactly in line with our requirements. During the course of our holiday, we found that the services they had engaged for us were first class. Transfers and the hotels they chose for us were excellent. Their communications are also very reliable and they show a lot of care and professionalism.

Faultless service again
Amanda was so pleasant patient and helpful throughout the booking process. She was a credit to the company. The booking process was made easy, simple and understandable. Amanda made the time and effort to research which cabins would be suitable to our needs. We have used Bolsover on several previous occasions and will continue to do so.

We have booked several cruises with Bolsover Cruise Club and we have always had fantastic service we always speak to Adrian and if we have any queries he will always get back to you. When we first went on cruises a few years ago and booked with P & O unless you were booking a cruise you would have to hang on the phone for up to an hour.

Always very friendly and helpful. Booked on board, but they sent the booking to Bolsover, who gave me extra discount. I received confirmation of booking as soon as I got back home. Very efficient service.
