Monday morning all flights were canceled from the west coast to Chicago. I reached out to Cary Travel for assistance. Kristie went above and beyond to help us get on another flight. She managed to get us on a flight later that day. Thank you for all your efforts. You are a rock star!

They helped us out of a situation in Dom Rep where our plane was delayed. We stayed another night Instead of being left at the airport with no plan and our insurance reimbursed us within 30 days when we returned

I used Cary Travel to book an all inclusive resort in Costa Rica and round trip flights for my husband and myself. While at the resort I contracted Covid. When I went to the airport to return home I tested positive and I was forced to quarantine in Costa Rica for 7 days before I could return home. We canceled our return flight through our agent and she said she would wait to hear from us to rebook home. When we could finally fly we contacted her through email and she said she would rebook for us on the 8th day after my positive test on United, the airline we flew down on. Instead of booking she emailed me and told me to call the Apple vacations toll free number so I could hear the options for the charges we would have. We should have had no charges because United Airlines clearly states on their website that rebooking due to a covid infection will incur no charges. After being on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes an agent at Apple told us we would have to pay $490 per person to rebook because we had to pay the difference in charge between the cost of the flight they originally bought and the new flight. We decided to book the flight, pay the charge and argue when we got home. Then upon further checking on our part we found out that United would not let me fly until 11 days after a positive test. We called Apple back, more waiting and canceled the flight on United. They refused to book us on another flight only offered to rebook for the 11the day. We booked ourselves on American and returned on the 8th day. Now we are stuck trying to get a refund for the $980 we paid for a ticket we canceled within 24 hours. Apple vacations says it will take 21-35 days to review our case. I would never use this travel agency- they should have known the travel policies- aren't they supposed to know that? This vacation was hellish and full of stress trying to get the proper paperwork to return home and our agent did nothing to help us.

We worked with Tori to plan our honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana. She helped though every step of the process from flights and room selection to excursions. We will be using her going forward for all our travel needs!

Cary Travel Express is as good as it gets! Working with Neelie and her amazing staff they take all the stress out of booking a trip. They take care of every little detail from start to fininsh. I have booked six different trips out of the country, from touring Southern Ireland (was in Dublin for St. Patrick's Day, AWESOME!), in Germany for Oktoberfest to river cruises. A wonderful trip aboard Avalon Waterways September 22, 2018 to September 29, 2018 the Romantic Rhine River Started in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Cologne, Koblenz-Rudesheim, Mainz, Heidelberg, The Black Forest, Breisach, Germany, Strasbourg, Colmar, France and departed from Basel, Switzerland! I requested a quote from this business on airfare to Cancun and received an email follow up from Tori Fischer. It appears that since I had already booked my hotel rooms they were no longer interested in helping us book our air transportation. Commissions were likely insufficient for this business to continue with my request. I can understand that but they should be transparent and not keep a potential customer waiting for their help.

Gale was amazing planning our trip to the Dominican Republic! Highly recommend her . Trip went super smooth . She gave us many ideas on where to stay . Gale is now working on our Mexico trip . We were very pleased with working with gale !

I was told to use this agency for booking a wedding in Mexico. While booking everything, Cary Travel and the travel agent was very helpful and accommodating. However due to circumstances, the wedding in Mexico was cancelled. As a result, the travel agent I was using has taken a very long time getting back to me in regards to cancelling my trip. I told her over a month ago that I would be cancelling so it was in her radar. When I told her to officially cancel the trip, she was incredibly pushy and confusing explaining what would happen as a result of me cancelling. I told her to cancel and that I would like a confirmation email with how much I would be losing, and it has taken over 10 days and I still have not received anything. AND an additional credit card charge has gone through on my card and I'm not sure why when she claims to have cancelled everything already. Would not recommend.

My husband and I have used Cary Express Travel for several trips to Jamaica and we have been nothing short of amazed at the service , expertise and follow thru by our travel agent Jamie Jones. However, when I thought it couldnt get better, it did. Jamie has recently coordinated all aspects of my daughters destination wedding In Cancun. Then the Covid virus hit and all plans had to be cancelled. Jamie contacted all 60 people who had confirmed reservqtions and took care of all refunds for those who wanted them and transferred all other reservations for the rest to the new date in October. She took care of all details with the resort and secured the new date. A monumental task. She has personally made this disappointment for my daughter and her fiance a seamless transition and a calmed their fears. Thank you Jamie and Cary Travel Express!!!

We were offered this vacation by Cary Travel Express and Mayflower Cruises & Tours. They did an awful job in every way including service from one of the Cary travel employees that joined us on the tour. I will never buy another vacation from them again. Now to the boat. The food was awful. We were not given any choices before or while on the boat. First meal started with sardines and anchovies on a plate. I like anchovies but these were bad anchovies setting the tone for the rest of the meal and future meals. Next meal was tuna that was run in a blender until it turned to paste and a stale piece of toast. Next was fish that smelled bad. We tried eating on the boat one more day but it did not get any better. Even though we paid for all the meals we ate off the boat for the rest of our meals. Worst food I ever ate.. Now to the bedrooms. We paid for the top of the line. So keep in mind this is there best and it only goes down hill from here. The bed was like laying on a couple of sleeping bags when camping in the wilderness. Stiff, skinny, and virtually no support. Like a bed you might find in a crappy RV or crappy bed you pull out from a couch. Last time using Mayflower, last time traveling on small yachts, and last time to Croatia. Spent $20,000 on this trip including all flights to get there.
