ABOUT JAMESON RODGERS

Jameson Rodgers made his name on the road. The hard-touring upstart has spent nearly a decade honing his rowdy live show, whether he’s headlining his own electric sets or opening for the likes of Luke Combs, Florida Georgia Line, Darius Rucker, Sam Hunt, Luke Bryan and many more. A  MusicRow  Discovery Artist of the Year winner and iHeartRadio Music Awards nominee, Rodgers immortalized his live show on his latest project  Live from Oxford, MS , recorded at a sold-out show at The Oxford Theatre. Featuring early career standouts like “Midnight Daydream” plus his back-to-back, platinum-certified No. 1 hits “Some Girls” and follow-up smash “Cold Beer Calling My Name,” (originally featuring label mate Combs), the collection captures the raucous atmosphere that has become Rodgers’ calling card. Named to breakthrough artist programs including CMA KixStart and Opry NextStage, Rodgers released his debut album  Bet You’re From A Small Town  in 2021, and recently offered his first taste of new music with the reflective “Things That Matter.” Also an in-demand songwriter, the country traditionalist has co-penned multi-platinum hits for Florida Georgia Line (Top 10 single “Talk You Out of It”) and Chris Lane (No. 1 smash “I Don’t Know About You”), plus deep cuts for Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Jon Pardi, and more.

ABOUT BLAME MY YOUTH

Sean Van Vleet has played the biggest of stages (Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Late Show, etc.), went on tour with massive acts (Death Cab for Cutie, Alkaline Trio, Deerhunter, etc.) and worked on songs that appeared in major TV shows, video games, and commercials. So it’s no surprise that as soon as Van Vleet formed Blame My Youth, the rocking quartet immediately saw their first single, “Right Where You Belong,” land as the closing credits theme on the GRAMMY-nominated soundtrack of  Bill & Ted Face the Music , and their follow-up, “Fantastic,” picking up millions of streams and hitting the top 30 on the Active Rock radio charts. After a trio of Danny Wimmer Presents festival appearances announcing their arrival as a band last fall, Blame My Youth spent the summer of 2022 touring across the UK and the US. With their debut  Dance With My Demons  EP, the band continues to work with chart-topping producer Joey Moi and craft the infectious rock songs that spark in the vocalist’s ever-running mind. This collection brings with it the rambunctious singalong tunes Blame My Youth is becoming known for, showcasing a rebellious mix of Van Vleet’s complex emotional lyricism and unforgettable hooks, with each track further solidifying why many believe the band is set to be one of 2023’s breakout artists.

HARDY used that discouragement as fuel, and in “Quit!!,” lays out his journey from struggling Nashville newcomer to writing hit songs for Florida Georgia Line and Morgan Wallen, then coming into his own as an artist and forging new paths with his country -rock hybrid project The Mockingbird & The Crow , which has cemented his current status as a multi-genre hitmaker, thanks to rock chart hits “Jack” and “Sold Out.”

“Thank you for inspiring me to be great,” HARDY said in a statement. “I guess sometimes holding a grudge is a good thing.”

While “Quit!!” details HARDY’s journey, he offered fans a deeper glimpse into this current state with the release of the 22-minute short film Becoming The Crow which released Jan. 11. The Justin Clough-directed project highlighted two 2023 nights — one on Jan. 23 as he played a double-header at The Troubadour and The Roxy, while on Oct. 26, he launched the first night of a three-night stand at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. The film features not only HARDY, but producers Joey Moi and David Garcia, label head and manager Seth England and manager Troy “Tracker” Johnson, HARDY’s band mates, touring camp, and others.

HARDY Announces Fall 2023 Arena Tour With Lainey Wilson

By Maxim Mower

HARDY has unveiled his first ever arena tour, which is due to kick off in August, and will take the prolific singer-songwriter across states such as Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Missouri, Georgia, Illinois and more.

HARDY will conclude the eagerly anticipated run of dates in his home-state of Mississippi on December 9.

It'll be supported by Dylan Marlowe and HARDY's ‘wait in the truck’ collaborator, Lainey Wilson .

The news comes shortly after HARDY teased the Fall arena tour in a light-hearted video posted across his socials.

The video, filmed on HARDY's bus, follows the ‘SOLD OUT’ hitmaker's amusing selection process as he attempts to find a couple of opening acts for the upcoming tour.

After calling up Marlowe immediately and securing his spot on the tour, HARDY then runs through a list of high-profile artists in his phone-book.

He asks Brantley Gilbert, but then hilariously thinks twice and decides to look for a ‘bigger’ name, much to Gilbert's bemusement.

HARDY does the same for Thomas Rhett and Dierks Bentley, the latter of which rings off with a playful “Screw you” once he's told that, on second thought, he's not actually been chosen to support HARDY.

It's a tongue-in-cheek video starring an array of HARDY's closest pals and collaborators, with HARDY eventually settling on Lainey Wilson as his second supporting artist.

Fans will be excited to see the duo heading out on the road together, with HARDY and Lainey Wilson having previously put on a number of electrifying live performances together.

Earlier in the year, HARDY and Lainey teamed up for a powerful rendition of their hit collaboration, ‘wait in the truck’, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon .

Although the country-rock maverick only recently released his new album, the mockingbird & THE CROW , some suspect he'll have released the third instalment of his hugely popular Hixtape series by the time his arena tour kicks off.

Speaking to Holler in January, HARDY delighted fans by revealing that Hixtape Vol. 3 was on the way.

Artist

The country-rock maverick also confirmed to Holler that the next instalment of the popular series would be “something completely different”.

HARDY is currently in the middle of his SOLD OUT headlining dates, and is due to join up with Morgan Wallen on the US leg of his blockbuster world tour , which starts later this month.

Hardy Extends ‘The Mockingbird & The Crow’ Tour Into Fall 2023

Hardy is heading back out on the road for more headlining dates this fall. On Monday (March 6), the singer announced an extension of his The Mockingbird & the Crow Tour, set to kick off in late August and continue into December.

It's the second leg of the tour to be announced. Hardy is currently in the midst of his first run on The Mockingbird & the Crow Tour, which began in mid-February. Jameson Rodgers and rock act Blame My Youth are his current opening acts, but the singer will switch things up for the fall run, bringing out Lainey Wilson and Dylan Marlowe .

Wilson is an especially exciting addition to the shows, since she and Hardy currently have a single out together: "Wait in the Truck," a murder ballad duet, which casts Hardy as a man who encounters a battered and bruised woman — played by Wilson — while driving out on a back road late at night. He asks her to take him to the man who abused her, and ultimately kills him, then goes to jail for his crimes.

The new The Mockingbird & the Crow Tour dates are different from Hardy's current run in another key way, too: For the first time, the singer is headlining arenas. As he readies his show, the star promises that he's ready to live up to the challenge.

“I believe I have two of the most authentic, talented acts out there opening for me on this run. I'm honored that Dylan and Lainey are a part of this tour, and I am still in disbelief that I'm announcing my first arena tour,” he says in a statement. “Fans, I will not let you down. This WILL be the greatest Hardy set you've ever seen. See y'all out there.”

Tickets to the fall leg of the new tour go on sale on Friday (March 10.) VIP packages and upgrades will be available, plus a variety of presales will begin in the week leading up to the onsale date. For more information, visit Hardy's website .

HARDY’s Quit!! Tour 2024: How To Get Tickets & More

by Em Casalena January 24, 2024, 11:03 am

American country star HARDY has finally announced the dates for his upcoming Quit!! Tour in 2024. With supporting performers including Ella Langley, Stephen Wilson Jr., Travis Denning, and Kip Moore, the tour is set to visit fifteen different locations in North America.

Videos by American Songwriter

HARDY

The Quit!! Tour will start in Rogers, Arkansas on May 30 at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion. Unless additional final tour dates are announced in the next few months, the tour will come to a close in Tinley Park, Illinois on July 27 at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre.

This tour is going to be an inspiring one, especially when you consider its namesake. While accepting his ACM award for Songwriter of the Year back in 2022, the singer/songwriter noted a difficult moment from early in his career in Nashville. After a writers’ round about ten years ago, a stranger placed a napkin in his tip jar that simply (and rudely) read “Quit!!” But HARDY did not quit, possibly out of spite, and he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves. “Thank you for inspiring me to be great,” HARDY had said in a statement per Billboard , “I guess sometimes holding a grudge is a good thing.”

Tickets are currently on sale to the general public. You can reserve your spot through StubHub , Hardy’s website , or Ticketmaster . StubHub is our recommended source, especially if tickets for your chosen venue have sold out. StubHub is also backed by the FanProtect Program, which ensures that you won’t have to worry about scams or fake tickets.

HARDY is well-known for his songwriting prowess, both under his own name and on behalf of country superstars like Blake Shelton, Chris Lane, Thomas Rhett, Morgan Wallen, and more. He’s known for his hit studio album the mockingbird & THE CROW , which was released in 2023 with chart-topping hits like “Sold Out” and “Jack”. Hardy does a fantastic job of blending country and rock stylings in a way that is completely unique to him, and the upcoming Quit!! Tour is likely going to be an odyssey of eclectic performances. Luckily for fans, Hardy is known for putting on one hell of a show.

It doesn’t look like any of the tour dates for HARDY’s Quit!! Tour have sold out quite yet, but that doesn’t mean you should wait around. May is coming up quickly, so get your tickets to see HARDY in 2024 ASAP!

Hardy Announces 2023 ‘the mockingbird & THE CROW’ Tour

hardy tour opening act

HARDY’s hitting the road.

On the heels of announcing his second studio album the mockingbird & THE CROW , he announced that he’ll be touring in support of the new half country, half rock record in 2023.

The tracklist for this album will literally be split in half, with all the country songs written in lowercase letters, the title track is also split, and all following rock songs are in uppercase writing.

He previously noted that this project will explore the internal pull he often feels between making the music he was raised on in Mississippi, and exploring the rock side of his personality and the other kinds of music he really loves.

Hardy is also gearing up for his Wall to Wall bar tour this December, and if he’ll be anywhere near you on either trek, don’t miss it.

Tickets for the mockingbird & THE CROW tour go on sale this Friday, and Jameson Rodgers and Blame My Youth will be opening for him, keeping that half rock, half country concept going even out on tour:

“See ya out there @jamesonrodgers & @blamemyyouth

“Thank you for inspiring me to be great,” he said in an announcement post on social media . “I guess sometimes holding a grudge is a good thing,” he added, calling back to his infamous 2022 Academy of Country Music Honors speech while accepting his first-ever ACM Songwriter of the Year award.

Hardy’s most recent album, The Mockingbird & the Crow , topped the country music charts in early 2023. Prior to the album release, the singer-songwriter stated that he believed The Mockingbird & The Crow , which delivered rock melodies and energetic tunes along with country music, was his best work so far.

Other than his latest track “Quit!!” and tour announcement, Hardy fans were also treated with a-22-minute short film titled “Becoming the Crow “ on YouTube, which offers an overall look at the country musician’s current state.

“I hope that in five years and I have three or four records out, that somebody will be like, ‘If you want to know who Hardy is, go listen to The Mockingbird & the Crow ,” Hardy shared in the trailer. “It’s an era of my life and artistry that has perfectly encapsulated who I am.”

Those interested in the short film can check it out here .

HARDY’s Quit!! Tour will kick off in May 30 in Rogers, Ark., and wrap up on July 27 in Tinley Park, Ill. HARDY's also bringing along some very special guests too. For the show in Tinley Park, Kip Moore & Travis Denning are tagging along. Super exciting, isn’t it?

Back in 2022, when HARDY snagged the ACM songwriter of the year honor, he used his acceptance speech to share his past. He reminisced about his early days in Nashville, where he faced a little setback at a singer-songwriter gig. Someone had the audacity to slip a napkin into his tip jar with a simple, but cutting message: “Quit!” But instead of letting that get him down, HARDY turned it into motivation.

Things have definitely turned around since then! "Quit!!" gives fans a peek into HARDY's journey. From a Nashville newbie to penning chart-toppers for big names like Florida Georgia Line and Morgan Wallen, he made a name for himself.

Alongside the announcement of HARDY's upcoming tour, he also released a 22-minute short film, "Becoming The Crow." Directed by Justin Clough, this flick takes fans behind the scenes of two unforgettable nights in 2023 – one at The Troubadour and The Roxy, and the other at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. You'll catch glimpses of HARDY, producers Joey Moi and David Garcia, label head Seth England, and others who've been part of his journey.

Be sure not to miss out when HARDY closes out his tour in Tinley Park! It's going to be an amazing night for all his fans as you get the opportunity to enjoy amazing music at a beautiful venue. So, come! Join the show happening on the 27th of July. You won't regret it! Tickets for the final show of HARDY's Quit!! Tour are on sale now. Get them quick!

NASHVILLE, TENN.  –  Morgan Wallen  admittedly treats his tours like an athlete approaching a new season, so when the East Tennessean wrapped his wildly successful 55-city Dangerous Tour   on Oct. 8, no one expected he’d come with a line-up of more shows this soon. Yet, the ACM  Milestone Award  Winner and only country artist nominated for  Pollstar ‘s Major Tour of the Year  award revealed this morning he’s not only expanding the size of the venues he’s playing, he’s traveling around the globe to see his fans in 2023!

Morgan Wallen’s   One Night At A Time World Tour , produced by Live Nation in North America and Frontier Touring for Australia/New Zealand, kicks off overseas  March 15-24  with shows in New Zealand and Australia with  HARDY  before returning stateside on  April 15  at Milwaukee’s American Family Field with HARDY, hitting New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Chicago’s Wrigley Field and Boston’s Fenway Park with  Parker McCollum , before wrapping on  Oct. 7  at Tacoma Dome in Washington.  ERNEST  and  Bailey Zimmerman  will support across all dates, U.S. and internationally. Thirty-nine dates in total with 17 stadiums, amphitheaters, and arenas to boot.  Tickets on sale at  MorganWallen.com  beginning Friday, Dec. 9.

Wallen named his tour after one of three new songs dropping tonight at midnight on his  One Thing At A Time – Sampler : “One Thing At A Time”; “Tennessee Fan,” paying homage to Wallen’s East Tennessee upbringing; and “Days That End In Why.” Together, these three songs serve as the first taste of what’s to come from his time in the studio and arrive on the heels of his new single at country radio, “ Thought You Should Know ,” cowritten with  Miranda Lambert  and  Nicolle Galyon , currently sitting Top 20 as his latest No. 1 “You Proof” returns to the top of the charts for a rare sixth, non-consecutive weeks atop the Country Airplay chart.

“Man, what a year 2022 has been with the Dangerous Tour. I had the time of my life, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that my fans connected with the  Dangerous  album the way they did,” Wallen shares. “I’ve had so many people ask me if I wanted to take some time off; but the truth is – I have been writing and making so much music in my off-time because I feel as inspired as I ever have. It feels like new songs are pouring out of me, and I love that feeling. We are going to run it back next year with the One Night At A Time World Tour. Bigger venues. New countries. Bigger memories. See y’all there.”

As one of the biggest artists in the world with  Dangerous  continuing to notch historical chart status as  Billboard’s  longest running Top 10 album in history for a solo artist  (eclipsing Adele’s  21  and Bruce Springsteen’s  Born In The USA ), the 2022  American Music Awards ‘  Favorite Male Artist  and  Favorite Country Song  winner adds, “Also, I’m not quite done making this new album, so I’m going to keep making it through the holiday break and early January to chase this inspiration. I promise I won’t wait too long to reveal the album details. To hold you over, I’m dropping three new songs today as a sampler of what I’ve been working on. Can’t wait to take it  one night at a time  in 2023.”

Wallen’s 2022 Dangerous Tour spanned over 50 shows and broke records in 30 venues across the country during its 8-month-long run. Highlights include his historic Globe Life Field show, which became the fastest sellout in the venue’s history and surpassed attendance records previously held by artists such as Elton John and Lady Gaga, and holding fastest historical sellouts at 11 venues, while simultaneously breaking attendance records with stops at XFINITY Theatre, AmericanBank Center and Darien Lake Amphitheater.

As on his Dangerous Tour ,  $3 of every ticket sold for U.S. dates benefits the Morgan Wallen Foundation which funds causes close to his heart and, to-date, has supported organizations such as  Greater Good Music  by donating over 500,000 meals-and-counting, to  Children Are People , the  Salvation Army  and  National Museum of African American Music .

There is no official pre-sale in the U.S. for this tour, so fans are advised to only purchase through verified fans. For more information, visit  www.morganwallen.com . Morgan Wallen Fan Club pre-sale for Australia and New Zealand shows begins on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
