The codex will help your search immensely. It's bound to every item in our collection, so it should be able to tell you each relic's location.

Achievement hunting in Summerset or found some stuff in a hidden thief drop? This brief guide will help you find all the relics of Summerset and where to take them.

Welcome, welcome! I expected you would come, though perhaps not quite so soon. you’re here about the missing relics of course. — Relicmaster Glenadir

To complete the achievement, there are three requirements.

• Find the items
• Complete first Summerset quest “The Queen’s Decree” offered by Razum-Dar near your arrival point in Summerset to access portal to Artaeum.
• Place the items in their cases in the Vault of Moawita which is located in the College of Psijic Ruins. Tip: When you are in the Vault of Moawita, the cases of all items in your possession will contain a glowing yellow sphere.

College of Psijics Ruins location

Quest to find Summerset relics is started in the College of Psijic Ruins in Artaeum . College entrance is between the entrance to Artaeum and the crafting station.

Once the quest is started you will receive a Codex with clues to relic locations. The codex can be destroyed immediately if you need bag space .

All relic locations are fairly straightforward and found outdoors, and therefore easy to find with our map above.

Relics of Summerset Achievement

The Vault of Moawita is a museum in The Elder Scrolls Online where the Psijic Order keeps its most cursed relics. This guide will help you complete the achievement Relics of Summerset for 50 points and reward a furnishing for your home the Fan of False-Face . The objective is to find 20 missing relics and return them to the museum.

Where is the Vault of Moawita?

To find the Vault of Moawita travel to the Artaeum Wayshrine then head South West to the College of Psijic Ruins. Go through the door and straight ahead you will run into another door, this is the entrance to the Vault of Moawita.

Talk to Relicmaster Glenadir

Relicmaster Glenadir has a short quest The Vault of Moawita introducing you to the museum where you learn the relics have been stolen. He tasks you with finding them and placing them back into the vault.

Check the Psijic Codex: List of Dead Drops nearby that hints of the locations for each relic which have now made their way to Summerset. A copy of the codex will be placed in your inventory for reference.

Relics of Summerset Location Map

The relics have been hidden away by thieves across the isle of Summerset, you will come across silver colored chests marked as a “ Thieves Guild Dead Drop “. Upon opening any of the chests your character will feel the effects of the cursed relic and loot it into your inventory.

Placing Relics in the Museum

As you collect the stolen relics you can return them to the Vault of Moawita and place them in their display case. Relics located in your inventory will cause the display cases to glow a magical green color to guide you to the appropriate case.

Fan of False-Face

You will be rewarded with the Fan of False-Face furnishing upon completing the achievement, the item is interactive and will surprise your visitors upon clicking it.

Summerset Relics Locations – Achievement / Trophy Guide

Relics of Summerset is a new achievement in the latest Elder Scrolls Online expansion. To unlock it, you’ll need to find twenty dangerous relics stolen from the Vault of Moawita, that are now scattered around Summerset, and put them in the display boxes. Once earned, this trophy gets you the Finder of Lost Relics title and a furniture piece called Fan of False-Face. In this guide, we’ll show you all twenty Summerset Relics locations .

Relics of Summerset Achievement

Summerset relics are found inside small Thieves Guild Dead Drops. These are tiny boxes, scattered around the map. The trick is that they won’t show up in the achievement feed until you place them in their designated display cases, with the help of a quest item. Only then can you progress towards this accomplishment’s completion. The items you need to collect from the small chests do not have weight, and you can have them all at once without fear of being overencumbered.

To start the appropriate quest, which will give you the opportunity to save these stolen relics, you’ll have to progress through the first Summerset quest, called The Queen’s Decree, up to the point where it takes you inside Artaeum. If you have it unlocked, simply travel to Artaeum using the Wayshrine, or use the portal at the Keep of the Eleven Forces. In Artaeum, you should travel to the College of Psijics Ruins. The entrance is east of the giant waterfall, at the end of the starting stairs. While inside the College, go down one level and enter the first door on your right, which leads to the Vault of Moawita. This is where you’ll find Relicmaster Glenadir, who will give you the Vault of Moawita quest. A few steps later, you’ll get Psijic Codex Transcription, which describes the locations of the lost relics. If you like a challenge, you can follow the clues from this book to find the relics on your own.

Inside the Vault of Moawita are the display cases where you can place the relics. Only then will you get the achievement entry and progress with the hunt. This is why it is important to place them in here, before you go looking for all 20 relics, so you can distinguish which ones you are missing, without having to remember the ones already in your inventory. As you fill up all the Vault display cases, you’ll complete the Relics of Summerset achievement, gaining a new title and a furniture piece, as well an additional lore story. If you interact with the Fan of False-Face, you’ll get to steal another’s face, and it is a pretty one for sure.

Lantern of Lies

Close to the coral.

The Lantern of Lies, with malicious glow, Can be found by the rocks of Welenkin Cove. Within the crevice of coral stone, Where coral crabs have made their home.

Heart of the Indrik

Next to a dead body.

The Heart of the Indrik, near water deep, Lies behind the walls of Cey-Tarn Keep. Behind trees numbered one and three, One can find this relic easily.

Silver-Tongued Quill

On the pier, next to the boxes.

The relic of compulsive note, Sits next to a ready boat. Search the Alinor Docks rightmost pier, For the Silver-Tongued Quill sits near.

Unraveling Wand

Close to the bridge pillars.

In Rellenthil, home of players great, The Unraveling Staff lies in wait. Beneath a bridge, by gentle creek, You’ll find the relic that you seek.

SKull of Minor Cursing

Overlooking the large hole.

Near the Rellenthil wayshrine, Sits a skull without a spine. The Skull of Minor Cursing hides, On cliff’s edge, near sinkhole wide.

Shadowcutter Blade

Close to the top of the waterfall.

The Shadowcutter Blade was hauled, By jagged stone and waterfall. East of the ruins of Ald Mora, Hides this relic of deadly aura.

Soulkeeper’s Run

Above the nearby house.

The Soulkeeper’s Urn was laid to rest, In a town that’s nether east nor west. Behind Russafeld’s grand estate, You’ll find this relic hides in wait.

Chest of Condemnation

Hop on the small plateau.

The Chest of Condemnation overlooks, One of Ebon Stadmont’s burbling brooks. Seek a broken archway there, To find this cursed relic rare.

Never-Ending Scroll

Next to the bridge and tree with the pink flowers.

Near the Illumination Academy, Hides another relic of tragedy. You’ll find the Never-Ending Scroll, Beside the bridge that has no toll.

Inescapable Helm

Close to some crabs.

Within the ruins of Corgrad Wastes, The Inescapable Helm awaits. Look beneath a twisted tree, Mear water flowing from the sea.

Sticky-Fingered Lute

Above the nearby world boss location.

Overlooking the coral queen, In a small forest, so serene, The Sticky-Fingered Lute shall be, Hidden near a royal hatchery.

Fan of False-Face

In vicinity of the two tall waterfalls.

On Northern beach, by waterfall, Placed against a stony wall, Beyond where angry gryphons pace, Hides the Fan of False-Face.

Pillow of Sweet Dreams

In front of a nearby striking locale.

Between a ruined Direnni home, And a pass of past King’s bold, Near rock knoll, beneath purple leaves, You’ll find the Pillow of Sweet Dreams.

Mirror of Fatal Premonition

Next to the lonely tower.

Watched by a harmonious monastery, At the base of the tower, which sits by the sea, At the end of a wall that holds back the tides, The Mirror of Fatal Premonition hides.

Monochrome Paintbrush

Outside of the southern walls of Shimmerene.

Beyond the confines of Shimmerene’s walls, Where you can hear seabird calls, Beside stacked stones with a mossy blush, Awaits the Monochrome Paintbrush.

Hourglass of Perceived Time

Beside a large boulder.

The Hourglass of Perceived Time, Waits by Eastern water brine. Hidden within the forest of coral, You’ll find this relic, so immoral.

Jaunt of the Jilted

On the beach, next to the tree and a rock.

Southeast of where a geyser spews, By the shipwreck of a smuggling crew, The Jaunt of the Jilted lies in wait, This relic of horrific gait.

Ever-Filling Chalice

At the gryphon’s lair.

North of the clearing Alaxon’ald, A relic of great thirst was hauled. The Ever-Filling Chalice lies, Behind a beast of feathery hide.

Chestplate of Dessication

Next to the southern Sunhold entrance building.

The Chestplate of Desiccation awaits, Left of Sunhold’s mighty gates. Where white wall meats mossy stone, Sits this one relic, all alone.

Shattering Sword

At the southern part of the striking locale.

Right outside Artaeum’s door, South of the temple where imps soar, The Shattering Sword awaits you there, This tricky relic of fight unfair.

FYI: For the Skull of Minor Cursing, it is the Russafeld Wayshrine. There is no Rellenthil Wayshrine, at least as of 2020/12/14.

Relics of summerset – Fan of the False Face GUIDE

As part of ESO’s Summerset Chapter, you can get a furnishing item called the Fan of the False-Face.  This lovely looking fan can be activated  and will temporarily turn you into a cute monkey!

To begin your journey on getting your own fan, you will need to travel to the College of Psijics Ruins in Artaeum and talk to Relicmaster Glendr.  Note:  To access Artaeum , you can complete a few quests in the Queen’s Decree quest line to unlock the area or you can also travel to another player that is there. 

Start the quest “The Vault of Moawita” with Glendr and obtain a transcription of The Psijic Codex.  The book is very useful and contains clues on where to find the stolen relics. 

You will need to collect the cursed relics before anyone comes to harm.  There are a total of twenty (20) relics  hidden throughout Summerset.  The relics are contained in chests labeled “Thieves Guild Dead Drop”. Each relic is unique and will apply a temporary effect on your character related to it’s name. I found that the Ever-Filling Chalice was quite funny but will leave the effects as a surprise for you to experience. The names of the stolen relics are listed below:

You will need to return these relics to the College of Psijics Ruins.   Place each relic in their appropriate glass displays to complete the achievement: The Relics of Summerset.  You will be rewarded with the Fan of False-False in your Collections tab. 

Elder Scrolls Online: Vault Of Moawita Guide

The Vault of Moawita has left some players scratching their heads. These are the steps needed to be followed to get through it.

Like in most RPGs, The Elder Scrolls Online features an abundance of sidequests for adventurers to conquer. One such quest is Vault of Moawita, a sidequest hidden inside the Summerset expansion . The quest itself is difficult to uncover, hidden in a small room in an unmarked location at northern Artaeum.

In the quest, the player learns that twenty dangerous relics were stolen and scattered across Summerset, and its up to them to recover them. The Vault of Moawita quest itself is short and simple for Elder Scrolls Online , with the player being rewarded with clues pointing towards the hidden locations of the relics. For collecting all of the relics, the player will earn the Relics of Summerset achievement and be able to purchase The Keeper's Oath. Collecting all of the relics is also necessary for gaining the Savior of Summerset achievement, and completing the Vault of Moawita quest beforehand will make that much easier.

Vault of Moawita Guide

The Vault of Moawita is located inside the College of Psijics Ruins, which can be found in the northern-center region of Artaeum.

To access the quest, go inside the College. After walking down the hallway, turn left down the small staircase. At the bottom, immediately turn right to find the door leading to the Vault of Moawita.

Go inside and speak to Relicmaster Glenadir. After speaking with him, go to the nearby table and pick up the Psijic Codex to read it. Afterwards, use the paper and quill to copy it. Return to Relicmaster Glenadir, which will end the Vault of Moawita quest.

From here, the player is given hints as to the whereabouts of the missing relics.

Relics of Summerset Locations

There are 20 relics scattered around Summerset. They are all hidden inside Thieves Guild Dead Drop chests. Each item is cursed, meaning that they will cause a temporary negative effect on the player, though nothing too harmful.

Lantern of Lies

Directly south of Welenkin Cove, the chest is hidden under a boulder.

Heart of the Indrik

Southeast of the Cey-Tarn Keep, the chest can be found at the end of the river on a small patch of land hidden among the rocks.

Silver-Tongued Quill

This is found on the Alinor Docks, at the end of the easternmost dock.

The Unraveling Wand

The chest is hidden directly under the bridge on the eastern side of Rellenthil.

Skull of Minor Cursing

The chest is found on a cliffside ledge northeast of Rellenthil.

Shadowcutter Blade

East of the Ald Mora Ruins, the chest is on the eastern side of the small waterfall. This item causes the player to catch on fire, which may be deadly to Vampires if not careful.

Soulkeeper's Urn

Just behind Tanamir's Manor in Russafeld, the chest is found on a nearby hill.

Chest of Condemnation

Northeast of Ebon Stadmont, the chest is found on a ledge near the west bank of the stream. The chest will be under a small archway.

Never-Ending Scroll

Southwest of the Illumination Academy, the chest will be at the east end of the bridge, hidden under a large tree.

Inescapable Helm

At Corgrad Wastes, south of the center house.

Sticky-Fingered Lute

At the Queen's Hatchery, the chest is just east on a small cliff.

Fan of the False-Face

Northwest of Gryphon Run, the chest is under a tree just off of a beach.

Pillow of Sweet Dreams

The chest is southeast of Gryphon Aerie, next to a large boulder.

Mirror of Fatal Premonition

South of Direnni Acropolis, the chest is hidden behind the building at the end of the levee.

Monochrome Paintbrush

Just outside the south of Shimmerene, the chest is on the beach below the wall.

Hourglass of Perceived Time

Northwest of the Sil-Var-Woad Wayshrine, the chest is downhill on the eastside of the road.

Jaunt of the Jilted

East of the Abyssal Geyser Sil-Var-Woad, the chest is on a beach under a tree.

Ever-Filling Chalice

North of Alaxon'ald, the chest is across the road in the back of the gryphon's den.

Chestplate of Desiccation

South of Sunhold, the chest is located on the beach next to a cliffside and a tower.

Shattering Sword

South of the Keep of the Elven Forces, the chest is hidden behind a boulder near a tree.
