We had the deluxe pedicure and it was awesome!!! Everyone was super friendly and handled a busy day with humor and grace. Everything was super clean.

They did a great job on our toes. They were able to get us right in and we're completely engaging. Will definitely go back the next time I am in town.

My gel manicure fell off after two days! My daughters nail polish chipped off as well. Another crappy chop shop, use with caution.

These are my nails two days after I got them done at Nini's.

Have tried this place twice and won't go anywhere else. Today I got a pedicure w/ design & a acrylic fill and both were exquisite work. The employees were engaging with me, polite, gentle with nails, and did everything to my specifications without hesitation. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a reliable nail salon in the Pullman/Moscow area! :)

Not only are they amazing at doing nails, but they're also the nicest/friendliest salon I have been to in Moscow AND Pullman!!! Andy is my favorite, he's a great conversationalist. They even offered to charge my iphone! Nini's makes every other nail salon in the area seem extremely rude. Nini's cares about their customers. Hospitality: 11/10 Nail skills: 11/10

Worst pedicure I have ever had it you would even call it a pedicure! I paid for the $40 solar pedicure. No massage and part of the more expensive pedicure was for an extra massage! They did not cut my cuticles, left polish all over my toes and no callus removal. So dirty in there and not welcoming at all. I was at WSU for moms weekend so that's why we came here and I can guarantee I will never return nor will my daughter . Save your money

Waited for an hour for them to take off my dip polish, could've just done it myself at home but wanted the professionals to make them look nicer since its very damaging after removal. They placed the tin foil on my nails to help remove it and i sat there for 40 minutes waiting for them to take off the tin foil and tell me i'm done, nothing else. They looked awful the lady didn't even sit down when she was doing this and seriously was trying to spend as little time as she could on me. Decided to give them another try and went back with my friend to get our brows waxed and we were ignored for 20 minutes before we just walked out I don't recommend this place at all.

Nini did my nails today and she is outstanding! I showed her pictures and she did exactly what I asked. She didn't chat much and was a little touch but she did a quick, superb job. Especially for how fast she is. I'm impressed! Worth the money.

Came here for a manicure and pedicure with a friend after calling in for an appointment. Not only did we have to wait about 30 mins before they got to us, but they rushed through and did a very sloppy job. My friend and I will definitely not be coming back again. Also, the owner ran after a few girls who got up and left after waiting for awhile to get their nails done, not a good look.

Just got the "wham bam thank you m'am" of all manicures. She started with a dremel tool and mangled my healthy nails before saying..."oh did you just want a manicure? not fake nails?" I got gel polish- she didn't let them dry enough in between, so I ended up with a couple bubbles and some sort of fuzz on one nail. The massage was approx. 10 seconds per hand, I could tell she was just ready to get me out of there. P.s. this was at 4 pm, not like I came in right before closing. At the end it was "ok you're done, bye" without cleaning up the extra polish left on the skin around several nails. I was so annoyed by that point, I just paid and walked out. I ended up getting the extra polish off myself. Too bad, I wanted to like this place, but I will not be returning.
