the highway 17 almost always run late! The last bus from diridon station should not be late! I take another bus from Santa Cruz metro station after taking the highway 17 and I keep missing the bus because the highway 17 comes late. What happens if my phone is dead and I’m unable to Uber? Or I don’t have enough funds to Uber? Then what? Please do better! Unacceptable!

The driver of bus 2307 apparently needs to acquire some backbone because she listened to every sob story that several patrons decided to recite to her…which led to our bus being 20 minutes late out of diridon. Apparently no one ever taught her to say “no.” This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will likely start using Greyhound to get from Berkeley to Santa Cruz because episodes such as this are becoming all too frequent.
