‘Trek samen op in furazolidon-zaak’

Samen optrekken De advocaat weet niet hoeveel van de 97 boeren gezamenlijk wil optrekken, maar hij raadt aan wel aan te sluiten bij het initiatief van de belangenbehartigers en gezamenlijk een beroep te doen op de productaansprakelijkheidsverzekering van Coops.

Kosten spreiden Mazel kan niet aangeven hoeveel tijd de procedure kost. „Ik kan me voorstellen dat boeren snel resultaat willen en via hun rechtsbijstand een eigen advocaat gaan procederen. Maar het wiel twee keer uitvinden heeft natuurlijk weinig zin. Bovendien kunnen de procedure-kosten gespreid worden als je samen optrekt.”

Opluchting De advocaat die vrijdag aanwezig was bij de door LTO en de NVV-georganiseerde bijeenkomst voor gedupeerde boeren in Heelweg, bemerkte een opgeluchte stemming onder de aanwezigen omdat ze die avond ervoor weer vrijgegeven waren door de NVWA. Het was positief dat de NVWA er was om de kritiek van de boeren over de communicatie aan te horen, geeft hij aan.
