This review is solely for the travel Centre building, not the bus service, which is under a separate entity. This is where you will wait for your driver to come and get you when the shuttle is ready (when all passengers have arrived). There are few chairs but I think it's enough. There are many vending machines and a few travel items for sale. You can also do currency exchange, though it was not open at 5am when I was there. The people working there are very kind, in person and over the phone. The waiting area is clean with good ventilation.

Very good way to travel from areas were the train runs very early/late in the day. It is a bit more expensive than the train. Though you can still get wifi in the Airbus which is a good perk.

I've used Robert Q to take me to and from Pearson Airport 3 times. All 3 times the driver has been late picking me up. Today he was half an hour late! Instructions say to be there 15 min early to check in, but he showed up 15 minutes after our departure time! I still gave 3 stars because the drivers have always been pleasant, the seats are comfy, and I've never missed a flight despite the delay in getting on the road.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. The restroom is very clean. The trip it self is like any car ride I've taken. It coast me a little over $70 to go from London to Toronto. That's dirt cheap. How the hell you guys stay in business boggles my mind.

Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Vehicles are very clean, and the drivers are friendly and provide great information at every stop. I was initially nervous to travel with Robert Q but the trip was excellent and we arrived ahead of schedule. I will happily use Robert Q again.

Very convenient and economical way to get back and forth to Toronto / Detroit Airport. Drivers are friendly too. The biggest bus they have is a pretty rough ride but other than that I can't complain, I used a taxi to get to the Toronto airport due to a cancelled fight and it was 300 dollars, this is much more economical at around 75 bucks.
