Incredible service!
Safari Zone always goes above and beyond for their customers. They have savage deals and always work incredibly hard to fill all orders. This is the number 1 online shop that I will trust.

Outstanding service!
I have placed several pre-orders and this group ALWAYS delivers. My only complaint would be that things sell out so fast...but that only tells you how much they are trusted. I have also sold bulk and have never had an issue with the transaction.

Disgusting online store
Disgusting online store. Borderline overpriced prices. Shipping prices are insanely high. Do not understand why people keep buying from them. The owner Angelique is literally insane and will block you for any reason
Sells Damaged/Faulty Seals,
Owner banned me from facebook group and deleted my site account after questioning him about boxes with faulty seals. I've seen them have the FB group attack other paying customers who had a similar issue. I was willing to accept the faulty boxes and move on until the owner silently banned me.

Horrible Business Practices
Used to be one of my go to shops before the scalping started in 2019. Now that the hype is dying down and prices everywhere are returning to normal, I am still boycotting her. Can't believe she gets mad PC isn't letting her scalp eeveelution boxes. P.S. friendly reminder from D.A.R.E. "Cigarettes, not even once"
Completely honest people
Completely honest people, dont sugar coat anything about the small tears and imperfect flaws that come from wear house. I definitely recommend buying from them
Site is decent, but most things tend to be overpriced. Also they print the shipping label a long time before getting the items in stock. I have waited months to receive items after initial estimated date for shipping. Sent multiple emails to the company, response took a few days. They then proceeded to sell more of the items I was waiting on for a reduced price. After asking about this, I got a refund for the difference and they deleted my account on the site. They don't respect their customers they are just interested in trying to scam you, build false hype and then not help you. If you annoy them, they will delete your account and ignore you.
Don’t believe the hype
Awful website layout. Borderline flipper prices. Shipping prices suck. Not quite sure why they have such a crazy fan base when they’re raping their customers but to each his or her own.
Avoid this seller at all cost!!!
This company Claims they get products from trusting distributers. How??? when their primary source is Ebay. Avoid this seller at all costs. They also one of the scalpers. None of their products are from a Pokémon distributer. Report them to the Better Business Buerer!!! for unreliable sales!!! This company as a whole is a Red Flag!!!

Best place to buy from never had a problem with any of there products and everything has been 100% authentic will not buy from any other site/store been buying for almost 3 years
Hidden fees!!!
Im based in London and ordered an expensive pokemon card for £460 which included fast track delivery however I am still yet to receive it. When I got in touch with the carrier, I found out that they were holding it with an additional fee of £104!! this is actually ridiculous and if Safari Zone mentioned about this additional cost I would not have purchased the item!!. I will not be buying from this site again and will be sharing my experience with other collectors.

Really like the selection of Pokémon products! What I really don’t like is the one employee, the lady with the oversized jeans that look to be falling off and dirty nacho cheese stained hoodie. All I did was ask the price of something and she got all defensive as if I were attacking her when truthfully, I felt like I was being attacked for asking a simple question. She went off on a tangent all the while poor store employee Jeff was sitting the with nothing to do besides roll his eyes in amazement, even going as far as to apologize when she walked into the back and said “that’s why she’s left in the back”. I won’t be back unless that mean goblin lady is not there. I never cared for the Goomba’s in Mario Bros the movie so I won’t willingly be in the presence of one by choosing this store to purchase my cards. The other fine shops in Delaware are a way better choice UNLESS you’re dealing solely with Jeff. Sorry not sorry, this is my honest review after this instance has been weighing on my mind for at least the past 3 months, I hope that this is taken seriously and the proper actions are taken to protect your customers and the Pokemon/Magic community from negativity and hostility when dealing with CHILDREN PRODUCTS. Take a chill pill Bowzer!

Terrible Business Practices.
Preordered some celebration items on Aug 1st. There has been major delays on their distribution (which is not their fault) but fast forward to Oct 22nd and I was still waiting. Perhaps you shouldn't flaunt then how you have so much inventory in stock in store while there are many people waiting for their preorders back in August. I questioned them, the owner asked if I wanted a refund (she was pretty much expecting me to grovel and beg her "no") and I said, yes to that. Oh, she didn't like that. The website banned me not only from their facebook group but the account I had with them. Not only were my preorders cancelled for celebrations, but the other preorder I had with them as well. Solid business practice right there. To be fair, it's not a bad place and I have nothing personally against them, just don't give them any criticism and be a good little sheep for them and everything will be fine.

To Eliot. Just a heads up since you wanna post on a forum with zero ability for anyone to respond with facts. They explicitly say that manufacturers defects are not their responsibility because they arnt. Recently I flew to Irving Texas to look at homes. While there I purchased a box directly from Walmart that had been resealed. I went to open the box live on stream and there was video evidence of it being resealed. The store manager and asms told me to my face with (video proof and my receipt) that they have a no refund policy on trading cards. They told me to reach out to the manufacturer. So I reached out to Pokémon international and gave them all the info. They sent me a new box and apologized. Your sitting online bashing one of the best companies out their (for the consumer) and doing it on a platform that doesn’t allow them to defend themselves is childish and cowardice. If it was a regular review sure. But it wasn’t. You gave hypotheticals and scenarios that have nothing to with your purchase. They state they arnt responsible and if you didn’t like that condition of sale. Then why did you buy in the first place unless you were looking for issues. Reach out to Pokémon and let them know about pokemons defect like any grown consumer would do and you should be taken care of!

I have never had a bad experience with this place. My items are always perfect and shipping is quality. The staff are fantastic and friendly and the prices are super.
Ive purchased from Safari several times and have always had a positive experience. Additionally, I sell bulk to Safari Zone Collectibles. They have the best bulk rates around.
TIMID FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS!
Where the hell do I even begin! A buddy of mine recommended I head down to their shop to view their “wide” choices of Pokémon products. I was timid at first mainly because of the reviews that I had read on here but regardless I drove down to the shop… this is where things got dark, the front of the store has a “beware of dogs” sign hung up and when I stepped inside there was a BEAST sitting at the counter with its back to the door. I got anxious and quite honestly pissed myself a little bit. It turned around and greeted me, I was absolutely speechless! I started walking around but the only Pokémon products they had were some crappy celebrations tins…. But that wasn’t the true nightmare of this store, I heard kids crying from behind a door located in the far right corner of the store. I cracked the door open a little only to see her nieces and nephews sorting through A TON of bulk submissions. How could child labor exist in this glorious country we live in! I demand justice for those kids! From that day on I could spot that BEAST of a woman 15+ miles away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

using facebook following to manipulate reviews
An ethical seller would not use their facebook following to manipulate ratings. I dont appreciate that there are facebook posts directed at their following to make reviews look better. This will also be reported to the better business bureau (BBB)
