Great customer service from Ellie Dair at the Richmond branch of Trailfinders
Ellie Dair who we booked our trip with at the Richmond branch of Trailfinders was just great ! She was really knowledgeable and really proactive in finding us the best possible deals on our flights and accommodation. Following our visit and subsequent booking, she emailed all the details to us really quickly and sent us our travel plan and lots of additional information about where we were going to read at our leisure ! Really couldn’t fault the service she provided and we would definitely book future trips with her !

First class service from Mr Swan in Trailfinders Glasgow. He managed to book our Vietnam and Thailand trip with everything we needed. A credit to Trailfinders. Ps. Excellent service from the Trailfinders team
Excellent service from the Trailfinders team both in person at the Chester branch & the wider team over the phone (1) Steve Scales sold us a great holiday to Kenya in Feb 2024. Prior to travelling there was an issue with the hotel we had booked. Trailfinders contacted us & seamlessly moved us to a fantastic alternative hotel (2) Four separate Travel Agents helped us plan & book a holiday to South Africa. A shout-out to Kane Naidu, Liz McGarry & Chris Douthwaite in the Chester shop & Hannah Jones (by phone) all of whom provided a top-class, informative and helpful service. I'd highly recommend Trailfinders based on our experience.

Sensational trip to Japan
From the outset, it was an incredibly straightforward process in planning and booking my trip to Japan with Trailfinders. They were always on hand to help with any queries that arose during the planning process, and there was never a question they couldn’t answer. Excellent tailor made holiday
Excellent planning of tailor made holidays. Well informed through out. No hidden costs. You are able to talk to consultants who have been to that destination and are experts on the area and can advise you. Your wish list is made a reality with trail finders.
Great service and advise
We contacted Trailfinders for advise for a road trip in Thailand. We were offered several hotels in the resorts we wanted to visit. After doing our own investigations into the hotels we were happy and booked along with the airline we requested and transfers. We were not let down, all flights were on time, transfers were waiting upon our arrival with a high standard of vehicle and driver. All hotels were of a high standard, ideally located for the sights we wanted to visit and things we wanted to do. We stayed in Bangkok, Chang Mai and Koh Samui. Can not thank Trailfinders enough, great service throughout including whilst at the resorts with constant updates on our transfers and flights.

Simply the best!
We have had such a great experience in the Oxford branch, and felt welcomed straightaway. Our agent was the most friendly and helpful, and talked us through everything in detail. We felt so well looked after, and recommend their services wholeheartedly.
Expert advice and first class service
It was great to speak to an expert on Asia who answered all our questions and gave great advice on flight options. We changed our requirements but nothing was too much trouble for them to rearrange. Phone calls were quickly returned. This is why we always use Trailfinders, plus the fact that when we were stranded a few years ago due to a cyclone, they move heaven and earth to sort it out and get us home early.

After deciding a trip to Thailand was going to be our next trip with Trailfinders Sammy was an absolute gem throughout my booking. Every question I asked she was able to answer confidently, giving advice as we talked through the itinerary. What I liked about Sammy she listened and understood me which gave me the feeling that she knew her role and that gave me the confidence to book our holiday with her. We booked a trip with Paul Hills at…
We booked a trip with Paul Hills at Trailfinders in October last year and came back a couple of weeks ago. We spent some time with Paul planning this, who had a booked a 'road trip' in America for us some years ago. When we booked this trip we weren't overly optimistic that the requirements we had could be met but Paul gave excellent tips and advice and we booked for SE Asia, the 'Classic Cambodia and Vietnam' tour with Intrepid. We had a fabulous time and don't think it could have been better. The tour was fantastic, meeting and exceeding our expectations. The 'local knowledge' Paul had certainly worked to our benefit. Whilst passing the Trailfinders shop yesterday we saw Paul at his desk and decided to 'pop in' and give some feedback - which was all positve. We'll be back for another holiday next year.
Fabulous bespoke tour of South America arranged by Trailfinders
Expert guidance and advice. TF booked our recent bespoke tour around South America. Hotels, selected by TF, were all fabulous. Local guides were informed and engaging and all of our transfers ran seamlessly!! A big thank you to Ben in the St Alban,s office for his expert help!!

Can’t fault them
We booked our recent USA trip with Trailfinders having used them previously to book for Thailand via Hong Kong which was cancelled due to Covid and we had all of our money refunded and in the bank without a few days. This time, Martin, our advisor in the Manchester not only got a fantastic deal on Virgin Atlantic Upper Class with 3 internal flights on 1st Class plus 2 lots of car hire. Not only did he beat the price I could get by DIY everything is updated regularly in the Trailview app which makes checking in and following any changes so easy. Overall our next adventure will be handled by Trailfinders they were just brilliant

Brilliant service and fantastic holiday booked
Cannot recommend Trailfinders highly enough. Fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable helpful friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant travel advice. Our Consultant put together an amazing package for us and spent a long time getting the best prices for flights. He was extremely patient when we made seemingly endless tweaks and changed our minds. There are lots of other good things about Trailfinders. Firstly you speak to a real person straight away. Not an annoying recorded message "your call is important to us" etc. A real person who can give helpful advice about your travel plans. And then you can speak to the same person when you need to tweak your travel plans. Secondly they have brochures. Made of actual paper. So you don't need to scroll endlessly on a screen if you don't want to. Trailfinders take away all the stress and hassle of organising a holiday and do the hard work for you. And they offer great value for money. We will definitely be using Trailfinders for our future holidays. Thank you.
Special trips easily put together
We always enjoy our visits to trail finders, and have always got great service. Lauren is really friendly and very experienced, and we feel like we are in safe hands. Our customised trips are made so much easier, with access to extras like orientation tours, and hotel transfers etc, which would be harder to arrange by ourselves.
