Tuị tôi có đi chuyến Morocco - Tây Ban Nha và Bồ Đào Nha ngày May 03-2023 với Atnt . Ngoài gía tiền tours , tuị tôi đã phải đóng thêm tiền tips bắt buộc là $ 460 hoặc 420 EU cho mỗi cặp. Vậy mà Atnt còn xin đóng góp thêm tiền tips cho tài xế ?? Trong thời gian đi đường bằng xe bus, đi liên tục từ 6 hoặc 7 8 tiếng , Atnt không hề cung cấp nước uống ( mỗi người 1 chai nhỏ cho 1 ngày đường ) như tất cả các hãng du lịch khác thường làm. Đi thăm 3 nước , Atnt đã dành cho Morocco tất cả là 6 ngày , còn thành phố Barcelona của Tây Ban Nha là một thành phố rất văn minh , đẹp , vui nhộn , có rất nhiều cái đáng để coi để thăm, thì Atnt cho vỏn vẹn có 4 tiếng đồng hồ !!! Tất cả chi phí cho một tours như thế này là khoảng $12,000.00 cho 1 cặp , không hề rẻ. Rất rất là thất vọng . Nhiều người trong đoàn rất là bất bình , không hài lòng chút xíu nào . Và chắc chắn là chuyến đi cuối cùng với Atnt .

This rating is for their phone call service! The guy didn't have a package for a country I wanted yet (it was too early/next year) but he asked if I wanted to be on the email list and I appreciated it. The company not only sends me deals/packages to the destination I wanted but also emails me deals for other cool countries they currently have today tours for too like Egypt, Israel, Japan's cherry blossom, etc. Will totally consider going on one of these trips with them one day!

This is the first trip to Japan that I didn't do the planning. I am glad I came to ATNT to book the trip and it turned out to be the best trip to Japan ever. We're so lucky with all the special events (having tea with Maiko and visit emperor palace on his last day before retirement) and best weather for the cherry blossoms. Our tour guides are Anh Tun and Jim, and they did help to make this trip extra special because they spoke 3 languages English, Japanese and Vietnamese and they're caring for each family. My two children really enjoy the trip and they want to go on another tour with ATNT, and we think of Dubai next year. Thanks again to all the staffs for a very well planned and detailed trip which makes memories last a life time.

The best Japan trip

Rode with ATNT Domestic tours last month from Fountain Valley to Solvang and I must say it is worth every penny! Thanh did a great job in organizing this tour for us. On time, friendly and made everything very easy from start to finish. You get what you pay for.

Great tour place to get your tickets to go to Vietnam! They're the cheapest around and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice little office that has Farmer's Insurance as well as travel agents. What else can I say they're hard working in that they will follow up on reminding you to pick up your tickets and getting all of your entry permits and check in times.

All the owner cares about is making a profit rather than prioritizing his customers. I went to Western Europe with them and I honestly regret choosing this agency for such an expensive destination. He never gives us a chance to truly take in our time there. It was strictly just arriving at the location just for the sake of being there. He'd tell us to take a picture or two then he'd Rush us back to the bus. Wouldn't recommend this place.

In 2011, we booked a trip to Japan with ATNT but at the last minutes, the trip was canceled due to the tsunami in Japan. ATNT returned all our money, including airfares. 2016, we decided to go to Japan and booked with ATNT. We liked our friends to come with us. They read comments on YELP and Yellowpages and were concerned because of these comments. We read them. The nasty comments were so personal, they had nothing to do with the tour, just attacks on Mr. Nguyen Thang's and Ms. My Tien Nguyen's personal life. We have friend that traveled with ATNT more than once or twice and they all like ATNT, so we decided to go with ATNT. Well, we just came back. Here are our thoughts: PROS: 1. I am really impressed with the tour's documents. Besides airplane tickets and tour program, the booklet told us the weather of the visiting cities, remind us to bring hats, umbrellas, the electrical outlets differences and brief introductions the places we will be visiting. Very well detailed and documented. 2. The hotels were super, 4 or 5 stars as they are mentioned. Only once, in Japan second biggest city of Osaka the cost probably was higher so the hotel was less nice than others. 3. They changed our bus positions everyday so everybody had a fair chance of sitting up front; therefore, there was no need to hurry up to get good seats. 4. We packed our things in carry-on the tour provided for 2 nights out since we do not have to carry our big suitcase every night. Every third night, we received our big suitcase to exchange our dirty clothes for clean ones. I think it is an ingenious idea. 5. The food was great. We had chances to try local food and the kobe beef was delicious. 6. The program was well charged and we hit the main attractions. 7. Most the people we met on the tours have traveled with ATNT more than once or twice, some 4 times before, to Europe, South America.... 8. They declared up front the tip for the whole trip so there was no hidden cost. Ten years ago, we went with The Morning star travel in Washington DC to China. They did not say anything about the tip, we thought tip was voluntary and to your liking but on the last day of the trip, they asked for $99 for tour guide and $50 for driver. We hated that surprise. We liked the fact that ATNT mentioned it before the trip, just like cruises, we expected tips as part of the cost of the trip. Before I hit the CONS, I would like to add here the comments about the local tour guides. 1. Andy, our local guide in Japan was awful, nobody could understand his English and he changed plans all the time. Fortunately, ATNT had the main tour guide, Tuan, who was with us during the whole trip. Tuan explained and clarified things Andy said. Tuan was a foreign student in Japan, he lived in Japan before and very KNOWLEDGEABLE about history of Japan. It was a very good learning experience with Tuan. However, Andy was very nice and he really tried hard to please us. 2. Van, our tour guide in Taiwan was super. She was very clear on directions and plans on how and where to meet, to drop off. She was VERY nice and very knowledgeable. She was a GEM. Wish all local tour guides were like her. 3. Jimmy was our tour guide in SEOUL He spoke better English than Andy but oh boy, I wished he would not talk. He skipped the essentials and talked in riddles. It was not clear when and where we got drop off, eat, visit. We were thankful that TUAN from ATNT was with us the whole tour. He clarified things out. CONS: The only CONS we found about the trip was the airplane tickets. It was a total chaos. I wished they booked us as individual couples instead of as a group. 1. We could not select seats beforehand like most of us would do when they purchased air tickets. 2. The day at the airports was a disaster and chaos. Even though when ATNT contacted us before the trip, they asked every one of us whether we preferred aisles or windows. NO WAY. You had to beg the airline agent when you checked in for husband and wife sit together. Sometimes, the agent refused and said because our tickets were bought as a group, they reserved the whole middle inside blocks for us all, no chance of windows. Names were randomly assigned for seat and impossible to change. 3. Every time, from LAX to Japan, from Japan to Taipei, from Taipei to Seoul and from Seoul to LAX, we had to beg. When we boarded, it was very chaotic since we asked among ourselves to switch seats (40 of us) so husband and wife can be together especially of the long 12-hour flight. We like ATNT and would like to go with them again but we hesitate. We like their program. Their tour was well organized. Mr. Thanh (ATNT guide in Japan) and Mr. Tuan (Japan, Taipei and Korea) made the tour really fun and educational. Thank you Mr. Tuan and Mr. Thanh. Unless we know for sure about the flight reservation, we might not go. We went with Trafalgar, Globus before and we had our own flight reservation.

Base theo cái tour đi Japan/Taiwan/S.Korea last April 2017 thì tôi se tiep tuc dùng ATNT in the future và không ngan ngai recommend voi gia đình và ban bè. Great value, great service
