Once you arrive at the Delhi airport / railway station, you will leave for Shimla on a drive accompanied by the Swan Tours representative. After you reach Shimla, you can check-in the hotel after paying a visit to the Pinjore Garden, Timber Trail midway. After the same, stay overnight!

Shimla to Kufri

Soon after breakfast, you can go out for the sightseeing in Kufri that is known as the sports capital of Shimla. Once you come back in Shimla after Kufri, you can go out for shopping at Mall Road and then you will return to the hotel and stay overnight after dinner.

Shimla to Manali

Wake up to early morning breakfast, and pack your bags and check-out from the hotel. Once you reach Manali, you get to discover amazing climate and sightseeing spots. Check-in the hotel in Manali and stay overnight after dinner!

Manali local sightseeing

Those taking the bus can do so from ISBT Kashmere Gate. There are multiple overnight buses (Volvo Multi-axle semi-sleepers) that travel to Bhuntar. You need to de-board at Bhuntar and take another bus that goes to Manikaran. Disembark along the way for Kasol. Q. Which is the best season to enjoy snow in Shimla? A. Sightseeing:-Chandigarh rock garden was amazing and wonderful to visit. Himalayan zoo was also good and enjoyable. But the best part of this trip was of course Manali. The Solang valley was fun, exciting I enjoyed a lot playing in the snow, also enjoyed the Ropeway ride. I also did a lot of shopping at the Manali Mall Road with my parents. Also loved to visit the Hidimba temple. Tour management:- The management of this trip was done perfectly by our tour managers Shekhar and Nimikesh Sir. They took good care of all of us from Day 01 to the end of the trip. They worked very hard and we’re on their toes to take good care of the whole group. Overall the trip was very good and enjoyable because of these two managers. My parents and I would love to plan the next trip with Shekhar and Nimikesh as our tour managers again because they are very good managers.

This was our first trip with Veena World and the experience was exhilarating. I never had to visit their office, as my entire booking was completed online by Ms. Sayali Pradhan, with her prompt actions, which saved a lot of time. Veena world being a trusted and known name in the Travel industry, I had never an inch of doubt while booking, even being a first timer. We had a great experience in the entire tour, courtesy our Tour Managers Mr. Nimikesh Patil and Mr. Shekhar Patil. They treated us like their own family right from the moment we stepped in Delhi Airport on arrival and departure. We had a bit overwhelming incident, when our luggage was almost lost in transit during arrival at the Delhi Airport. But Mr. Nimikesh handled the situation calmly and waited for us till we got the issue sorted and got our luggage back. Right from there, we knew, we are in safe hands. The entire arrangement was upto the mark, given we had nothing to do but just enjoy each and every moment with our and the extended family. The Bus driver Ustaadji did an excellent job, we have nothing to complain but only appreciation for him, as we could catch a wink peacefully in the bus without worrying about the deep valleys or the huge mountains covering the entire road journey. Mr. Nimikesh and Mr. Shekhar were on dot with every arrangement, they were present every moment with us, right from Breakfast to Dinner, always with a pleasant smile and seeing to it personally that all are being catered to well. We couldn't talk less of Mr. Shekhar giving us the wake-up call, every morning, may it be at 3.45 am too, with the same excitement in his voice every single day. Any request made by us was respected and adhered to, without a frown by Nimikesh and Shekhar both. The food arrangements were awesome, we were over-stuffed the entire 8 days, had no hungry moment. To sum up the entire tour, we are already missing out the great time we all had together and the moments we shared as a Veena World family. Kudos to Nimikesh and Shekhar for this amazing time. Itinerary (Day Wise)

Delhi – chandigarh (1 night).

Tour guests will arrive at Delhi airport as per their scheduled flight. Upon arrival they will meet Veena World tour manager at the airport and proceed to Chandigarh – the first planned city of India designed by renowned French Architecture Le Corbusier.

Chandigarh – Shimla (2 Nights)

Today we visit, Pinjore Garden – a garden built in traditional Mughal style with seven terraces descending into a distance having grand pavilions and beautiful fountains and Rock Garden – a garden full of sculptures is completely built from industrial waste, scraps, home waste and thrown-away items. Then we proceed to Shimla.

Today we visit Kufri – winter sports capital of Shimla followed by Indira Bungalow and Himalayan Zoo. Later we stroll on the famous Mall Road to we view Christ Church, Scandal Point, The Ridge.

Shimla – Manali (3 Nights)

Today we proceed to Manali, en route we drive past Pandoh Dam and scenic Kullu Valley. During our tea halt we visit Kullu Shawl factory. In the evening we arrive at Manali – gorgeous hill station located in the heart of snowy mountains.

Today a spectacular drive will take us to Rohtang Road Snow Point. We have free time to play in the snow and click pictures to our heart’s content. Then we drive through the new tourist hotspot Atal Tunnel (Subject to Operation) – world's longest tunnel at an altitude of 10,040 feet. In the evening we enjoy bonfire with traditional Himachali Folk Dance followed by dinner. Note: Rohtang is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. If you have pre-existing health issues, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Please Note: Rohtang pass is 51 kms away from Manali. This Pass is not accessible for almost 8 months in a year, as it is covered by snow. We generally visit the snow point on Rohtang road, which has been permitted by the Border Security Force. Also note: Snow clothes, jackets and gum boots are available on rent in the shops located on Rohtang Road, you can rent it at an additional cost if needed.

Manali – Solang Valley – Manali

Today we visit Hidimba Mandir – set amidst the snow-covered hills of Manali, this temple is a unique shrine dedicated to Hidimba Devi. Later we proceed to Solang Valley – a splendid valley in Solang village offering magnificent views of the glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Here we enjoy a Ropeway ride and admire the Himalayan mountains. Guests with an adventurous spirit can experience thrilling activities like Paragliding, Biking, Trekking and Hiking at an additional cost. After driving back to Manali, we visit Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery – known for its architectural beauty and then we have free time for shopping at Mall Road.

Post breakfast, prepare to leave for Solan Valley. Solang Valley is best known for adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, skiing, and cable car riding. Some leisure activities also include fancy photography and horse riding. On your way to Solang Valley, visit Him Valley Fun Park, then visit Nehru Kund, a natural spring. Then, proceeding to  Rohtang Pass, visit Kothi, a serene village. Then, visit Gulaba, a beautiful village around 20 km from Manali. Moving forward, visit the Rahalla Falls. Then, enjoy your time in Rohtang Pass. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

After savoring a delicious breakfast, this day will take you to Naggar Castle. It is located in Naggar Town and is beautifully made of stone and wood. It served as the residence of Raja Sidh Singh. One can witness pieces of incredible art here. Next, you get to visit Kais Monastery. The monastery is dedicated to His Holiness Dalai Lama. Here, one can learn more about Tibetian culture. Next, proceed to Kullu for an excursion. Here, one can partake in river rafting and paragliding (at one’s own cost) and shopping in shawl factories. Then, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Manali - Delhi: Departure
