Catered food service and entertainment can be provided for your private party. This is the perfect opportunity for groups of 20-100 guests to party on the Queen without having to charter the entire boat. The Queen’s Room will be restricted to passengers in the private party during public scenic cruises.

We are centrally located on the barrier island side of Vero beach just 5 minutes from hotels on the beach and 15 minutes from Disney's Vero Beach resort. Cruises depart from McWilliams park boat ramp, the first ramp when you come in park. * We do not permanently dock at McWilliams park. All of our Vero Beach boat tours are completely private to your party and have the most comfortably, cleanest vessel around. We are limited to six passengers per boat by Coast Guard regulation in which we adhere strictly to promote the safest most professional experience possible.

Since it is all private feel free to bring anything you wish to eat or drink on board including alcoholic beverages.

We are also very mobility friendly, our pickup location at Mcwilliams park boat dock makes it very easy for people with mobility issues to board the boat.

Enjoyable, relaxing and mobility friendly!

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing 90 minute ride around some of the Indian River Lagoon. Capt had lots of info on the waterway, wildlife, and area developments. Also got some local dining recommendations that we are looking forward to trying out. One important note; as a person who has mobility issues, the pick up area is very close to parking so getting to and from the boat and car were very easy. The boat itself was open and easy to get around in. I would recommend this for people who have these sort of challenges. -Timothy M

Lots of Fun for an Inexpensive Price!

I took an afternoon dolphin sightseeing cruise with my family while visiting Vero Beach and had a great time. The boat was comfortable, has shade, and you can bring your own drinks and beer! Captain Kirby gave us lots of history and interesting facts about Vero Beach and the surrounding area. We cruised through the bay and saw lots of dolphins on our trip. We sailed through the rich and famous area admiring all the mansions and million dollar boats on the water. Lots of fun for an inexpensive price. Highly recommended! -Susannah R

Moscow plans measures to woo tourists, Foreign Tourist Card in the offing

To woo tourists from across the world, the Moscow City Tourism Committee is taking several measures and to address payment-related issues the Russian government is planning to come out with a virtual ‘Foreign Tourist Card’, that will enable cashless payments for various services.

During the Covid pandemic, the tourist flow to Moscow had dropped significantly. However, the number of Indian tourists visiting Moscow is slowly witnessing an uptrend and with tourist-friendly measures like e-visa, this number is likely to grow in the coming months.

“We are still on our way to restore the flow of Indian tourists in Moscow like it used to be before the pandemic. Before the pandemic, there was very steady growth like 12-15 per cent on a y-o-y basis,” said Bulat Nurmukhanov, Head of International Cooperation Division of Moscow City Tourism Committee.

Travelling to Moscow has now become easier as tourists from India and 54 other countries can apply for an electronic visa to enter Russia from August 1, 2023.

Moreover, initiatives like the Foreign Tourist Card will help address payment-related issues, after the departure of MasterCard and Visa from the Russian market, Bulat said.

“There is an initiative by the Federal Government of Russia to develop a ‘Foreign Tourist Card’. The initiative is under process, and some legislative documents have been amended in order to make this card possible.

“The idea behind this card is that a person back home in India can remotely apply for this card and then he/she can transfer money from the personal bank account to this bank account,” Bulat added.

This will be a virtual card and this will be issued to the person back home. This card will address the payment-related issues of foreign tourists in Moscow.

To give more travel options to tourists, in March this year, Russian flag carrier Aeroflot increased the frequency of its flight services on the Delhi-Moscow route to seven times a week against four weekly services earlier.

India and Russia “in principle” agreed to revise their bilateral air services agreement earlier this month, allowing Russian carriers to operate up to 64 flights per week from 52 to India.

Russian carriers are allowed to operate these flights to six Indian cities, Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata, Amritsar and Ahmedabad.

“We are really looking forward to the Indian Airlines to restore their flight connections to Moscow. Right now only Aeroflot is operating flights between Delhi and Goa. However, there are some other options available from Dubai to Moscow,” Bulat said.

In a bid to tackle the language barrier that makes arriving in and navigating in a new country quite intimidating, there are seven tourist centres across Moscow. It also has a call centre for foreign tourists in case they need any help, Bulat said.

“We are working on translating the city navigation into English. Our businesses are really active and quick to respond to what the market requires,” Bulat added.

Business tourist flow from India to Moscow on the rise: Evgeny Kozlov

Business + Leisure Travel and MICE 2023 opened on 29 th of September with a keynote speech from the Chairman of The Moscow City Tourism Committee, Evgeny Kozlov. In his speech, the Chairman spoke about the potential for MICE and business tourism in Moscow and the growing number of Indian businessmen who are choosing Moscow as their preferred destination for business events.

Evgeny Kozlov highlighted that the number of business tourists is expected to grow in the coming years. One of the factors supporting the growth of interest from Indian businessmen was the launch of electronic visa program. From August 1, 2023, it has become easier for Indian citizens to organize a trip to Moscow – they can come simply by applying for an electronic visa. The validity period of an e-visa is 60 days from the date of its issuance. You can stay with it in Russia for 16 days. An e-visa has several advantages over a traditional visa. To obtain it, you do not need to go to consulates or embassies, and the only documents required are a digital photograph of your face and a scan of the page with your passport data.

“Before the pandemic, the tourist flow from India grew by 12-15 percent annually. Now we are on the road to recovery – all the conditions have been created for this. Every year hundreds of international exhibitions, forums, congresses and conferences are held in Moscow. Over the past year, about 3.5 million people visited the capital for business purposes and a significant share of them are from India” – he said.

Evgeny Kozlov emphasized that Moscow is a growing hub for international business events and Indian businessmen could benefit from attending these events to expand their network and explore potential business opportunities. The Moscow MICE Ambassadors program, which also premiered at the exhibition, aims to promote Moscow as a preferred destination for business tourism, and Indian businessmen who have completed the program can serve as valuable resources for organizing conferences and events in Moscow. Furthermore, Moscow offers a range of world-class facilities and services for business travelers, including conference centers, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing. He also mentioned that Moscow’s rich cultural heritage and vibrant nightlife could provide Indian businessmen with unique experiences that could enhance their overall business trip.

In conclusion, Evgeny Kozlov expressed his optimism for the future of MICE and business tourism in Moscow. Thus, in October 2023, Moscow will host the largest MICE Congress in Russia. Among the participants are 14 countries, including Indians. The event will provide a platform for businesses in the travel and tourism industry to showcase their products and services.

Moscow targets Indian tourists with focus on leisure, MICE, weddings, and film tourism

The Moscow City Tourism Committee is focusing on leisure, MICE, wedding and film tourism segments in India to spur tourism growth. The Indian outbound tourism market is now strongly recovering for Moscow with the destination recording 60,000 tourist arrivals from India in 2023 – a 25 per cent year-on-year growth over the previous year.

Evgeny Kozlov, first deputy head of the mayor’s office and the Government of Moscow, chairman of the Moscow City Tourism Committee who is at present in India as part of the delegation participating in trade event, SATTE 2024 said the electronic visa regime which was introduced by Russia for India among many other global markets on August 1, 2023 is helping the tourist numbers to grow.

“There are many diverse tourism experiences available in Moscow. We want to promote the use of ‘RUSSPASS’ among Indian leisure tourists who with the use of this digital platform can plan their trip in Moscow according to their interest,” said Kozlov.

Last year, Moscow hosted the Meet Global MICE Congress which recorded a strong presence from the Indian market. “We cooperate closely with the Indian MICE planners, educating them about our MICE products through fam trips. This year, we are planning a fam trip for MICE planners in India,” said Kozlov.

The Moscow City Tourism Committee is also looking to tap into the Indian weddings segment, since no Indian wedding has been hosted in Moscow.

“We understand the potential of Indian weddings and want to penetrate this market. Apart from traditional venues, as a destination, we can offer very unique locations for weddings like old beautiful metro stations, forests or (nearby the) river. We will be engaging with wedding planners in India to understand the demand and expectations of this segment and will plan our strategy accordingly,” added Kozlov.

Moscow City Tourism Committee is also engaging with Indian film production houses to promote its new shooting facility for Bollywood movies.

Moscow recorded 109,000 tourist arrivals from India in 2019.

Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
