Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip to receive a full refund. You have the option to purchase Trip Cancellation Guarantee for an additional 10% of your invoice total, which would allow you to cancel up to 7:00 PM the night before your trip for a full refund. Any cancellations after 7:00 PM the night before your trip will be charged 100%, regardless of whether you have the Trip Cancellation Guarantee or not. If you choose not to purchase the Trip Cancellation Guarantee and are within 72 hours, you will be charged 100%.

Jeeping up Aspen Mountain, with the iconic town of Aspen and the surrounding Roaring Fork Valley dominating the views, provides a unique and memorable experience. With this trip being approximately 4 hours in total, Hanging Lake Adventure Co-op recommends that you explore other great Aspen attractions like Maroon Bells or Independence Pass with an additional hike to the Grottos.

We had an amazing time with John on our tour of Aspen and Snowmass and the national forests. John is a wealth of information on the area, and we saw fox, running herds of elk, chipmunks in the snow, turkey, it was great. We were in Aspen between ski season and summer activities, and had an unusual snow (loved that being from Florida). That is why John took us in their new van all over the area, we even went up where they had begun the clean-up from a recent avalanche. We can not say enough about how accommodating, kind, fun, professional, and warm-hearted they are. I just hope we have a chance to make it back in the summer one year when we can take a tour in the open jeep! Thank you all so much, you are an over-the-top company and we appreciate you! Taylor, Ryan and Conrad were the consummate hosts on our trip today! As first time white-water riders we felt that we were in great hands and got into the rafts with full confidence in them and in ourselves. We took a large group which included many small children (mine were 4 and 6) on the Sunset Dinner. From the start, the staff were friendly and professional. It was cool and starting to rain a bit as we headed out but they were prepared with blankets for the guests and covers for the jeeps. The drive up the mountain was fun for all and the scenery was beautiful! We arrived at the campsite for a delicious dinner just as the rain ended and the sun was starting to set. Our kids had a blast playing on the mountain and especially loved making s’mores and listening to Rob “Monkey” play music. The guides were Irish, Mitch, Nathan and Taylor and each one was wonderful to our group including the kids. Thank you Blazing! This is now a “must do” when we come to the Aspen/Snowmass area.
