Mr Kim was our amazing guide. He picked us up from airport , took us to all the spots we could see in a day , and took us back to airport after the tour. There were lovely beaches and cliffs and waterfalls. We had an authentic Korean lunch. My elderly mother has some mobility issues so Mr Kim was able to tailor some of the visits to her needs. He even assisted her in getting to some of the spots offering an arm for support. He went above and beyond. Great tour ! Thank you Mr Kim! We weren't on the island long and wanted to see a bunch of stuff in a short period of time. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because it's not really a "tour". You are basically hiring a driver for the day to drive you from spot to spot. He had a map neatly marked with everything we were going to do when he picked us up. He also was VERY willing (and eager) to take our photo throughout the day for us. Since "basic English" essentially meant "no English", you weren't getting any history of the island or cultural stories during the day. WE mostly rode in silence taking in the scenery. Like I said, it was more like a chartered car than a tour. If I could, I would try and book it for 2 days. We had a VERY full day and didn't see anything on the East side of the island.
