Post Malone 2022 Twelves Carat Tour: Dates, Tickets, & Setlist

For fans of Post Malone, the wait is almost over. The latest Post Malone tour, dubbed the Twelve Carat Tour, is set to begin in the fall of 2022. This tour will be his fourth major tour as a headlining act and likely the best he’s ever done - while supporting his new album released in June. The best news is that there is still plenty of time to get your hands on Post Malone tickets . In the meantime, let’s go over everything we know about Post Malone’s upcoming Twelve Carat Tour.

When Does It Start and Where Does It Go?

September 10 is the special day for Post Malone’s Twelve Carat Tour. The tour will open up on that day at CHI Health Center in Omaha. Post Malone is tackling the Midwest first, stopping in Saint Paul, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, and Columbus before heading to the Northeast. Of course, the Northeast part of the tour begins North of the border with two shows in Toronto before two shows in Boston. The month of September then ends with shows in Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

On October 1, Post Malone will be in Detroit, followed by Indianapolis the next night. He then returns to the Northeast with shows in Washington and Philadelphia before hitting the New York City area hard with a show in Newark and Long Island before back-to-back nights at Madison Square Garden on October 12 and 13. From there, Post Malone heads south with stops in Nashville and Atlanta before playing four shows in four different Texas cities during the span of a week.

Unfortunately, there will be no Post Malone Halloween concert this year. The night before, he will play in Denver, and the next night he’ll be in Salt Lake City. Post Malone then hits the West Coast for the final part of the tour. There will be shows in Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver before the final five shows of the tour in either the Los Angeles or Las Vegas area, although those five shows will be spread out across four different venues. The Twelve Carat Tour wraps up with back-to-back shows on November 15th and 16th at the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles.

The New Album

As mentioned, Post Malone’s Twelve Carat Tour is in support of his latest album Twelve Carat Toothache, released in early June. The album has already produced three singles, including the hit “One Right Now” with The Weeknd. Post Malone worked with multiple producers and collaborated with a variety of other artists while making the album. Critics gave it largely positive reviews, with most agreeing that it was a step forward in Post Malone’s growth as an artist without losing what has made him special and unique in the past. Twelve Carat Toothache debuted at the no. 2 spot on the Billboard charts, reaching the top-5 of the charts just like his three previous albums.

The Opening Act

Rapper Roddy Ricch will join Post Malone as the opening act for most of the Twelve Carat Tour. Fittingly, Ricch is one of Post Malone’s collaborators on his new album, joining him on the song “Cooped Up.” In fact, Ricch even joined Post Malone to perform the song on Saturday Night Live this past spring. In addition to his song with Post Malone, Ricch released an album in December 2021 and is expected to release his third Feed Tha Streets mixtape later this year. Therefore, he should have plenty of new material to share with fans while opening up during the Twelve Carat Tour.

On the Setlist

Untitled design (1).png

While Post Malone is touring in support of his new album, don’t expect him to stick exclusively to his new material during the tour. Early indications are that the setlist for the Twelve Carat Tour will feature plenty of songs from Post Malone’s first three albums. There should be a strong mix of songs from his previous album Hollywood’s Bleeding, including the title track, “Die for Me,” “Saint-Tropez,” “Allergic,” “Sunflower,” and others. Late in the show, look for Post Malone to break out some of the earlier hits from his first album, with songs like “Go Flex,” “White Iverson,” and “Congratulations” being performed near the end of the show. Of course, with four albums under his belt, Post Malone has no shortage of options when it comes to the songs he performs live.

How to Get the Cheapest Tickets?

With Post Malone concert tickets in high demand, it won’t be easy to find cheap and affordable tickets, but it is possible. It starts with finding the right night. Venues hosting Post Malone on Wednesday, Thursday, or other weeknights have cheaper tickets on the secondary market than the cities he’s visiting on a Friday or Saturday night. It’s also natural for seats further from the stage to be a little cheaper than those close to the stage. Fans of Post Malone who just want to be in the building and are less concerned with being close to the performer will have an easier time finding affordable tickets. Finally, it’s usually best to be patient when buying concert tickets. As the show gets closer, ticket prices usually come down, with ticket holders getting more desperate to sell tickets that might go unused. The last few days before a concert are usually the best time to strike if you want the cheapest Post Malone tickets available.

Produced by Live Nation, the Twelve Carat tour begins Sept. 10 in Omaha, Neb., before making stops in Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Dallas, Atlanta, Vancouver and more. Wrapping up in Los Angeles Nov. 15, the tour spans a total of 33 dates. Tickets go on sale Friday (June 17) at 10 a.m. local time on Live Nation’s website , with a presale for Citibank cardholders starting Tuesday (June 14).

Roddy Ricch, who was also a featured artist on Twelve Carat Toothache  track “Cooped Up,” is on board for most of the tour dates, with some exceptions toward the end of September and at the beginning of October. There currently isn’t a secondary supporting act to fill in for the “The Box” rapper at these shows.

Trending on Billboard

Released June 3, the 14 tracks on  Twelve Carat Toothache  also feature guest spots from Doja Cat, The Weeknd, Gunna, Fleet Foxes and The Kid Laroi. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 , earning Post his fourth consecutive top five-charting project — the entirety of his charting releases.

Ahead of the album’s release, the “Circles” artist spoke to Billboard in January about both his excitement and nerves over hitting the road for the songs on Twelve Carat Toothache . “I love touring and I love meeting my fans and singing these songs with them, but at the same time, it’s such an a– kicker,” he said. “My back kills me, my neck kills me, my feet kill me. There’s a lot to think about, and there’s a lot to focus on.”

“You kind of have to have chameleon eyes and look every which way and keep track of what’s going on at all times,” he continued. “It’s the give-and-take — you give up so much and you receive it in love, and that’s what everything is about: feeling loved. That’s what everybody wants.”

The big event is ALMOST here. POST MALONE is bringing the Twelve Carat Tour with special guest Roddy Ricch to the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Thursday, October 6, 2022.

The tour has been making a ton of headlines so far for being epic, so we cannot wait for Postie to arrive in the City of Brotherly Love.

From setlists to parking to opening acts, we put together a list of EVERYTHING you need to know ahead of the show:

What Time Is Post Malone's Philadelphia Concert?

The "show" begins at 8:00 pm, according to arena officials. We have more insights on the set times posted below.

94.5 PST logo

Is There An Opening Act for Post Malone's Concert in Philadelphia?

Roddy Ricch will appear as the opening act for the concert. He's known for hit songs including "The Box."

What Time Will Post Malone Perform in Philadelphia?

We've dug into the set times from some of Post Malone's recent stops on this tour, and he appears to take the stage around 9:30-9:40 pm each night so far in the U.S.

Trust us though, if you're hanging out at the Wells Fargo concession stands or pregaming at Xfinity Live before the show, don't push it too close. It's probably best to be in your seat no later than 9:00-9:10 pm. You don't wanna miss ANY of this show.

What Is the Setlist for Post Malone's Philadelphia Concert?

We dug into some of their past shows to find what we expect their setlist to be on October 6.  We know, however, that not everyone wants to see that info ahead of time.  Click here for the setlist, which may contain spoilers.

Are Tickets Still Available for Post Malone's Philly Concert? How Can I get Last-minute Post Malone tickets in Philadelphia?

It looks like there are a limited number of tickets still available. We should emphasize the "limited" availability of these tickets as it doesn't look like there are many left as of this moment.

They range in price $129.50 - $289.50 (before fees) directly from the venue. Click here to view those.

We recommend only buying tickets from a reputable source like directly through the Wells Fargo Center Philly's website or Stubhub.com for resales. There are some cheaper resale tickets still available on sites like Stubhub , which are under $100 (so far).

How Much Does Parking Cost for the Post Malone Concert at the Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia?

Parking is available at the venue, of course. You can purchase a parking spot in advance for  $38 online using the Wells Fargo Center's SpotHero app.

You can pay onsite, but note that the Wells Fargo Center no longer accepts cash payments. They do, however, accept all major credit cards, and digital payments (including Apple Pay and Google Play).

The Wells Fargo Center's o fficial parking rates appear to be listed at approximately $44 right now.

The exact times that the parking lots open have not been published, but they usually open around 5 pm for a concert.

There are no other major events posted at the sports complex tonight, so that will make parking less crowded at least.

What is the Bag Policy at the Wells Fargo Center for Post Malone's Concert 2022?

The Wells Fargo Center prohibits bags inside the venue in accordance with league and event guidelines (including backpacks, Purses, Clear Bags, Fanny Packs, Camera bags, Drawstring Bags, Totes, and Suitcases). Click here to learn more.

Are Purses Allowed at the Wells Fargo Center for the Post Malone Concert 2022 in Philadelphia?

Hand clutches, wristlets, and purses are permitted but must not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle and are subject to security inspection.

If you need a locker, they're available for prohibited bags. That is located on the Broad Street side of the arena. Lockers cost between $5 and $15.

If you're going to the concert, have a great time. We can't wait!

Pyro, Guitar-Smashing and Massive Pop Hits: Post Malone’s “Twelve Carat Tour” Is a Spectacle Worth Seeing

Pyro, Guitar-Smashing and Massive Pop Hits: Post Malone’s “Twelve Carat Tour” Is a Spectacle Worth Seeing

Since last year, Post Malone has performed at a smattering of festivals, but on Saturday (September 10th), the rapper played his first proper arena tour date in more than two years for the “Twelve Carat Tour” kickoff at Omaha’s CHI Health Center. (Grab tickets to upcoming dates here .)

And he was grateful. Every few songs, he’d pause to hoist another red Solo cup filled with beer — dutifully handed to him after nearly every song by a barely seen stagehand — and toast the audience with an f-bomb-filled thank you speech.

“Omaha, how the fuck are you feelin’ tonight? Holy fuck, man. Cheers to each and every single one of y’all motherfuckers,” he said. “I just want y’all to know how fucking grateful I am.”

In jean shorts, white sneakers and a black T-shirt depicting the flaming Eye of Sauron, Post Malone clutched a cigarette in one hand while he crooned the words to “Reputation” in a haze of fog machine smoke lit up by strobing lights.

A sold-out arena filled with 14,000 screaming fans greeted Post Malone as he strutted and shuffled up and down a forked stage, whose three long prongs extended the length of the arena floor. As he did on his last tour, he held the stage alone as he rapped and sang through hit songs such as “Sunflower,” “Rockstar” and “Circles.”

Eight of the night’s 22 songs came from his latest album, twelve carat toothache , and the tortured vibe was a dominant feeling for the night’s festivities. He smoked cigarettes. He played breakup songs. He was, at times, his expected goofy self, dancing and air humping with a broad smile on his face as fans cheered. But the pain and torture was on display, too — just like on the album, which shows Post Malone going through some shit.

To celebrate the release of his fifth album, AUSTIN, Post Malone is embarking on a summer tour across the US. In a cheeky tour announcement on Instagram, the “Circles” singer, who welcomed his first child last year, encouraged fans to come out and help him “put a baby through college,” teasing “cool new production, new songs, and a very very handsome man up on stage.” He tells Apple Music that the tour's craziest moment will go to “Enough Is Enough,” and that he can't wait to finally play with his band for the first time. In short: There's a lot to look forward to. Post Malone delivers at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena

post malone tour 2022 setlist

It’s called the “Twelve Carat Tour” — nodding to his latest smash album, “Twelve Carat Toothache” — and the show Post Malone brought to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Sunday had its share of blinding flash. That included the massive light fixtures that floated and shimmered like the ships from “Close Encounters” and the fireworks and flames that put an exclamation point on his row-rattling beats.

But more than anything, the packed house was lit up by an unassuming star: a 27-year-old whose natural charisma could probably power the neighboring Music City Center.

He doled out high-fives, hugs and handshakes like he was on the campaign trail. He danced with the sort of goofy abandon most folks save for cheering up their best friend. Most importantly, he tore through two-dozen songs blending rap swagger with pop hooks — most of which were certified hits, thanks in part to streaming’s new rules — in just over 90 minutes.

“My name is Austin Richard Post," he said after opening with "Reputation" and "Wow."

Need a break? Play the USA TODAY Daily Crossword Puzzle.

"And I came to play some (expletive) music and get a little bit (expletive) up while we do it.”

He's given audiences that line for years, from his Bonnaroo debut in 2019 to his first headlining gig at Bridgestone in 2020 (just days before the pandemic shut the concert world down). Routine as it's gotten, the modesty remains easy to buy into.

"Every night, I'm so terrified that whenever I come out, no one wants to sing these songs with me," Post said. "...And I'm the luckiest man in the world to have y'all in my (expletive) life."

No nods to Nashville

Post, who was raised in Texas, has said with enough free time he might get around to making a country album. Since his last Nashville visit, he’s shared the stage with bluegrass phenom Billy Strings and covered songs by Brad Paisley and Sturgill Simpson. (Simpson’s “Life of Sin” even played on the speakers ahead of his set.)

Still, Post didn't make any overt hat-tips to Music City this time around, even opting for a Dallas Cowboys jersey instead of the Tim McGraw and Dolly Parton gear he's sported on past visits.

The closest he came was during the regularly scheduled acoustic portion, when a fan named Nathan was pulled out of the crowd to play guitar on “Stay” — which Post actually premiered onstage at Nashville’s Exit/In in 2018. That acoustic guitar, in fact, was the only live instrumentation seen on stage.

The lion’s share of the audience hovered in and around their twenties, but quite a few Gen-Xers and elder millennials ride with Post these days, too (his viral covers of Nirvana and Pearl Jam probably didn’t hurt).

Regardless of age, a fair amount of this crowd arrived soaked, as the skies opened up over downtown just as opener Roddy Ricch began his set.

Audience favorites

"Rockstar," “I Like You (A Happier Song),” “Circles,” “Sunflower,” “Congratulations"

'There's nothing y'all can't achieve '

Before his penultimate "Congratulations" (and after one more round of "Posty! Posty!" chants), Post launched into his typical motivational sendoff. Coming from a goofy Texas kid who's now perhaps the world's most unlikely pop star, though, the message still clicks.

"Live your life. Live Your dream. Live your truth," he said. "There's nothing you can't do: whether you want to be an astronaut, whether you want to be a barista, whether you want to be whatever the (expletive) you want to do."

The house lights came up quick after Post closed with his first hit, 2015's "White Iverson." But where most stars vanish into the fog or descend below the stage floor at that moment, he stayed at the lip of the catwalk, taking selfies with fans as Randy Travis' "Forever and Ever, Amen" played on the speakers.

Taylor Swift is back on the road for her record-breaking , economy-altering Eras Tour.

The stadium series kicked off last year in Glendale, Arizona, and quickly became a sensation . After making stops across the US, Mexico, South America , Japan, Australia, and Singapore , Swift will continue to perform throughout 2024 in Europe , plus a second North American leg scheduled for later this year.

On Thursday, Swift resumed The Eras Tour in France after a multi-week hiatus.

During that break, Swift released her 11th studio album, " The Tortured Poets Department " — so she adjusted the original 44-song set list to include brand new tracks, though other fan favorites (including " The Archer ," " The 1 ," and " Tolerate It ") were cut for time.

The updated show stretches for over three hours and includes 46 songs. The complete set list is cataloged below, in order of Swift's performance.

"Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The Eras Tour is Swift's first live tour since 2018. The show opener includes the lyric, "It's been a long time coming, but / It's you and me, that's my whole world."

"Cruel Summer"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Cruel Summer" was released as the second track on 2019's "Lover" and never promoted as a single.

However, once The Eras Tour was underway, the song experienced a delayed surge in popularity and became Swift's milestone 10th chart-topper on the Billboard Hot 100 .

"The Man"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"The Man" was promoted as the fourth single from "Lover," alongside an Easter egg-filled music video .

"You Need to Calm Down"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"You Need to Calm Down" is an ode to LGBTQ+ rights . The music video, which features a huge cast of queer celebrities , ends with a call to sign the Equality Act .

"Lover"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Lover" is the solo-written title track from Swift's seventh studio album. Before she performs the song during The Eras Tour, she tells fans that she hopes it'll hold a special meaning for each individual who hears it.

"These are songs that I have written about my life or things I felt at one point in time," she says in the concert movie. "But after tonight, when you hear these songs out and about in the world, my dream is that you're gonna think about tonight, and the memories we made here together."

"Fearless"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Fearless" is the title track for Swift's 2008 sophomore album, which is still known as the most-awarded country album of all time .

"You Belong With Me"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Swift won best female video for "You Belong With Me" at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards .

"Love Story"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Love Story" was the first rerecorded song that Swift ever released from her "Taylor's Version" series.

"22"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

When Swift performs "22" during The Eras Tour, she always gives her bowler hat to one lucky concertgoer .

"We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" was released as the lead single from "Red" in 2012. It became Swift's first-ever No. 1 hit on the Hot 100 .

"I Knew You Were Trouble"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The third single from "Red," coproduced by Max Martin and Shellback, peaked at No. 2 on the Hot 100.

"All Too Well (10 Minute Version)"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The extended version of "All Too Well" was released as the final track on " Red (Taylor's Version) " after years of fan anticipation.

It debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100, becoming the longest song ever to hold the chart's top position.

"Enchanted"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Enchanted" is the only song from Swift's third album, "Speak Now," that she currently performs during The Eras Tour.

For a brief time, following the release of " Speak Now (Taylor's Version) ," Swift added the fan-favorite deep cut "Long Live" to the set list. It has since been removed.

"…Ready for It?"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"…Ready for It?" was originally teased during ABC's "Saturday Night Football" broadcast in 2017. It was later used by ESPN in college football commercials.

"Delicate"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Swift's performance of "Delicate" during The Eras Tour features a stage animation that cracks beneath her feet .

"Don't Blame Me"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Don't Blame Me" is the sole non-single that Swift performs during the tour's "Reputation" segment. The fan-favorite track is often cited as a highlight of the show .

"Look What You Made Me Do"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Look What You Made Me Do," which interpolates Right Said Fred's '90s hit "I'm Too Sexy," was released as the lead single from "Reputation" and debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100.

"Cardigan"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The No. 1 single "Cardigan" was released alongside Swift's beloved album " Folklore ." The song references Peter Pan and introduces the album's "teenage love triangle."

"Betty"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Betty" is told from the perspective of a high schooler named James , who broke the heart of the titular heroine.

"Champagne Problems"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The heart-wrenching piano ballad "Champagne Problems" often inspires a minutes-long standing ovation during The Eras Tour.

"August"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Swift's debut performance of "August" took place at the 2021 Grammy Awards. Later that night, she won album of the year for "Folklore," her record-tying third trophy in that category.

"Illicit Affairs"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Illicit Affairs" is widely interpreted as a song about marital infidelity, though its descriptions of forbidden love and "clandestine meetings" adopt new meanings through a queer lens .

"My Tears Ricochet"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

In Swift's own words , "My Tears Ricochet" was inspired by the image of an "embittered tormentor showing up at the funeral of his fallen object of obsession."

"Marjorie"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Marjorie" is named after Swift's late grandmother, Marjorie Finlay , an opera singer who died in 2003. Finlay is credited with background vocals in the song.

"Willow"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Willow" was promoted as the lead single from " Evermore ." Like "Cardigan," it was released simultaneously with its parent album and debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100.

"Style"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Swift briefly dated Harry Styles before releasing her fifth studio album, "1989."

When Rolling Stone asked about the inspiration behind the album's third track, "Style," she replied, "We should have just called it 'I'm Not Even Sorry.'"

"Blank Space"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Blank Space" is a widely celebrated satire about Swift's reputation as a "serial dater."

"'She only writes songs to get emotional revenge on guys. She's a man-hater. Don't let her near your boyfriend,'" Swift explained at the time. "It was just kind of excessive and, you know, at first it was hurtful and then I kind of found a little comedy in it."

The song dethroned "Shake It Off" at No. 1 on the Hot 100, making Swift the first and only woman in history to replace herself in the chart's top spot. (She has since done it twice.)

"Shake It Off"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Shake It Off" was released as the lead single from "1989," Swift's official pivot from country to pop music .

The song became her first to debut at No. 1 on the Hot 100 and remained there for four weeks. It also inspired a sketch on "Saturday Night Live"  about adults realizing they love Swift's music.

"Wildest Dreams"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Wildest Dreams" was released as the first rerecorded song from "1989 (Taylor's Version)."

"Bad Blood"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Bad Blood" was famously inspired by Swift's then-feud with Katy Perry , whom Swift accused of trying to "sabotage" her "Red" tour. (The two pop stars have long since buried the hatchet .)

The remix includes a feature from Kendrick Lamar , who returned to rerecord his verse for "1989 (Taylor's Version)."

"But Daddy I Love Him"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Following the release of her massive double album , "The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology," Swift added seven brand-new songs to The Eras Tour setlist.

The first is "But Daddy I Love Him," a sharp rebuke of Swift's own fans , many of whom criticized her dating life last year.

"So High School"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"So High School" is widely presumed to be about Swift's current boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce . The song's lyrics seem to reference their different professions: "You know how to ball, I know Aristotle."

"Who's Afraid of Little Old Me?"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Swift is the only songwriter credited for "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me?"

The song title is likely inspired by "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" — a celebrated play written by Edward Albee that tackles themes of truth versus illusion, fate versus choice, and feeling trapped.

"Down Bad"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Down Bad" is a heartsick serenade that compares falling in love to being abducted by aliens.

"Fortnight"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Fortnight" was promoted as the lead single from "The Tortured Poets Department," alongside a music video that costars Post Malone and references "Dead Poets Society."

"The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived" is a scathing breakup song that may have been inspired by Matty Healy , whom Swift dated while writing "The Tortured Poets Department." According to reports, their relationship lasted about one month .

"I Can Do It With a Broken Heart"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

In a meta twist, "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" was apparently inspired by The Eras Tour itself. The lyrics seem to reference a string of concerts last year, when Swift felt "miserable" but continued to perform as usual ("They said, 'Babe, you gotta fake it 'til you make it,' and I did").

Surprise Song No. 1

post malone tour 2022 setlist

During each show on The Eras Tour, Swift performs a two-song acoustic set that changes every night . The first song is always played on acoustic guitar.

The first-ever surprise song Swift played in Arizona was "Mirrorball." For the first stop on the European leg, she chose the "Midnights" bonus cut "Paris."

Surprise Song No. 2

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The second surprise song of the evening is always played on the piano.

In Arizona, Swift's first-ever surprise song on piano was "Tim McGraw," the lead single from her 2006 debut album. For night one in France, Swift played the "Tortured Poets" heartbreaker "Loml."

"Lavender Haze"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Lavender Haze" is the opening track on Swift's 10th studio album " Midnights ."

"Anti-Hero"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Anti-Hero" was promoted as the lead single from "Midnights." It debuted at No. 1 and became Swift's biggest hit to date, reigning atop the chart for eight weeks.

The same week that "Anti-Hero" arrived in the top spot, Swift became the first and only artist in history to  occupy the entire top 10 on the Hot 100 .

"Midnight Rain"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

"Midnight Rain" doubles as a breakup song and an ode to Swift's own ambitions: "He wanted it comfortable, I wanted that pain / He wanted a bride, I was making my own name," she sings, calling back to the rejection of '50s gender roles in "Lavender Haze."

"Vigilante Shit"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Put simply, "Vigilante Shit" is about getting revenge. Many fans believe the song was inspired by Scooter Braun , who purchased Swift's back catalog in 2019. Less than two years later, he sold Swift's master recordings to a private equity company .

"Bejeweled"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The music video for "Bejeweled"  includes a variety of celebrity cameos, including Laura Dern, the Haim sisters, and Dita Von Teese.

"Mastermind"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

In the chorus of "Mastermind," Swift seems to serenade her longtime fans: "What if I told you I'm a mastermind? / And now you're mine."

The song also references Swift's penchant for Easter eggs and her keen business acumen, which has allowed her to build a billion-dollar empire .

"I'm sick of women not being able to say that they have strategic business minds — because male artists are allowed to," Swift told Rolling Stone in 2019. "And so I'm sick and tired of having to pretend like I don't mastermind my own business."

"Karma"

post malone tour 2022 setlist

Swift closes the elaborate show with "Karma," a song that mocks her enemies and salutes her own longevity: "Ask me what I learned from all those years / Ask me what I earned from all those tears / Ask me why so many fade, but I'm still here."

Rolling Stones setlist: Every song they sang in Phoenix on the 2024 Hackney Diamonds Tour

post malone tour 2022 setlist

The Rolling Stones are now three concerts into a 2024 tour in support of last year's "Hackney Diamonds," their first new album of original material in nearly 20 years.

And Mick Jagger is thrilled to have those new songs in the set, sharing space with such crowd-pleasing classics as “Honky Tonk Women” and “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.”

As Jagger enthused in a recent interview with The Arizona Republic, “I love playing the old songs and all that. But it's great to be able to have something new because you haven't done it before. It's a challenge to you to get it over to the audience and see if they like it.”

The Stones played three songs from that new release when the Hackney Diamonds Tour hit State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ, on Tuesday, May 7, the same as they’d done at the tour launch in Houston on April 28 and again on May 2 at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

For Mick Jagger, 3 new songs seems right for a stadium setlist

Jagger told The Republic he would love to do more songs from "Hackney Diamonds," but three seems about right for a stadium crowd.

Need a break? Play the USA TODAY Daily Crossword Puzzle.

“It's more difficult with a stadium crowd,” he said. “Because they want to hear, you know…. 'Oh, I've come here to hear 'Paint It, Black...' 'When are they gonna play 'Honky Tonk Women'?"

There were plenty of songs as iconic as “Honky Tonk Women” and “Paint It, Black” in the mix at Tuesday’s concert, from the opening riff of “Start Me Up” through “Sympathy for the Devil,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” and an encore-closing “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.”

Keith Richards took the mic for “Little T&A” from “Tattoo You,” a song they hadn’t done since 2016 before this tour launched, introducing it as "She's My Little Rock 'n' Roll."

Rolling Stones 2024 concert review: Time is still on Mick Jagger's side as Rolling Stones rock State Farm Stadium

Rolling Stones dropped 'Out of Time' from the setlist after New Orleans

Houston saw the first appearance on a U.S. setlist of “Out of Time,” a classic that first appeared on the U.K. edition of “Aftermath” in 1966. They also dusted that one off at Jazz Fest, but Jagger said the U.S. crowds weren’t feeling it, so Phoenix didn’t get that one.

As Jagger told the Republic , “In Europe, they all sang along and everything. Here, they don't seem to know the song, you know? I mean, it's not a particularly well-known Stones song. It got a bit of popularity because it was in that (Quentin) Tarantino movie as a playout song. But they don't seem to know it. I put it in the front of the set, or near the front. And everyone's looking around like, ‘Ehh, what's this?’”

Glendale saw the tour debut of 'She's So Cold,' 'It's Only Rock 'n Roll' and 'Monkey Man'

With all those staples to get in the set, there’s not a lot of room to change things up, but they've been managing.

New Orleans saw the tour debut of “Let It Bleed,” “Time Is on My Side” as a duet with local soul queen Irma Thomas, whose 1964 recording inspired the Stones to cover it, and “Whole Wide World” from the new release.

At State Farm Stadium, we got three songs that hadn’t made the setlist yet on this tour — "It's Only Rock 'n Roll (But I Like It)," "She's So Cold" and "Monkey Man," which won the online fan vote, beating out a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Like A Rolling Stone,” “Emotional Rescue” and “Heartbreaker.”
