How to check Saudi visa online by passport number?

After submitting your documents to the Saudi Embassy, you can check the visa stamping status online on the enjazit.com.sa/MOFA website using your passport number. In other words, you can check if the embassy has issued the visa or is still in process.

Why do we need it? If you have hired an agent to stamp the visa on your passport, you should always release the final payment after checking the Saudi visa status on the MOFA or KSAVisa.sa website.

To check the Saudi Visa stamping status by passport number on KSAVisa.sa website, 

• Open https://ksavisa.sa/ .
• Click on the “ Track Application ” option at the top of the page.
• Enter the Application/ Visa Number .
• Enter the Passport Number of the Applicant. You can also use your Iqama Number, Saudi National ID, or the CR number associated with the visa application.

The system will show the name, application number, and the type of visa on your screen.

• Click on the “ View ” button.

If the system shows you the details of the Saudi visa, including the picture, passport number, and other information, it means that the visa is valid and has been issued by the Saudi embassy.

After clicking the “View” button, if the system redirects you to the MOFA website, the visa is not yet issued .

• Open https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/visaservices/searchvisa .
• Select the English language.
• First Value: Visa Number.
• Enter your Visa number .
• Second Value: Passport Number .
• Enter the Passport Number.
• Select the Nationality.
• Enter the Image Code.
• Click on the “ Inquire ” button.

If you see a page opened with all the details below, your visa is stamped .

If the MOFA website shows the following message, the visa has not yet been issued .

• There is no any information for the selected values .

Can you please explain how to resolve this issue? Yesterday I applied for E-Visa for myself and for my family. My family members' visa was issued and they got them within 10 minutes.

But for my case, I tried 03 times by submitting my application with the required fee. still, the status is showing "send to Embassy". (My QID is Engineer and is valid for the next One Year)

Today even I visited Saudi Embassy, Officer told me he can not do anything because this is an electronic visa.

Please guide me how to resolve this matter. We planned to go to Umrah on 14/Mar/2023 due to the kids' vacations. There are only 02 days left. Is someone knows how to proceed?

Requirements:

• Original passport valid for no less than six (6) months, with at least two (2) successive empty visa pages. 
• To fill your online application and make a visa payment, please log on to  https://visa.mofa.gov.sa .  ( Guideline for Enjaz )  Health insurance must be purchased from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Options for local health insurance providers will appear upon processing your Enjaz form.
• A visa referral note: indicating number and date of visa, issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs or either of its branches in Jeddah or Dammam.
• Minors (under 18 years) travelling alone, or with one parent, must submit a notarized letter in Arabic or English signed by a parent or a legal guardian.
